MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION OF PTT FALSE EYELASHES

CROSS REFERENCES TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims foreign priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202110429484.1, filed on Apr. 21, 2021 in the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the disclosures of all of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclose relates to a false eyelash, particular to a manufacturing method and application of PTT false eyelashes.

BACKGROUND

False eyelashes are artificial eyelashes used to beautify the eyes. Generally, the eyelashes are lengthened and thickened to make the eyes look bigger, brighter, fuller, and more energetic. The common materials for making false eyelashes are PBT, PET monofilament, etc., PBT is polybutylene terephthalate; PET is polyethylene terephthalate.

In the prior art, false eyelashes made of PBT or PET monofilament usually have a shape retention period of only a few months after being shaped, and the warpage degree of false eyelashes will gradually flatten over time and cannot be used, for example, in the hot summer, the transportation by sea takes a long time, the risk of product quality change is very high, which will cause a bad user experience.

In addition, the existing 3D false eyelashes on the market reflect the layered overlapping and fluffy effect. Generally, workers are used to operate the punching machine and use external force to apply pressure to layer. The specific operation is: adjusting the pressure of the punching machine according to the type of eyelashes, sticking the stalk of a pair of eyelashes on the paper card, putting the paper card directly under the cutter head of the punching machine, pressing the cutter head at the position that 1 mm below the line of the stalk of eyelashes to layer the eyelashes, take it off from the paper card and put it into the box, and then taking another pair to continue processing. In the prior art, there is obvious impression at the root of the finished false eyelashes, and the eyelashes at the corners and ends will fracture due to uneven force in the process of punching. This production process requires single pair processing of eyelashes, which has slow speed, low efficiency, and there is a certain risk and high mechanical noise in the process of machine operation.

The present disclose aims to solve the technical problems of the short retention period of the shape retention of the false eyelashes, the low production efficiency of the existing false eyelashes, and the high operational risk during the production process.

SUMMARY

The objective of the present disclose is to provide a manufacturing method and application of PTT false eyelashes, so as to solve the technical problems in the prior art that the styling and shape retention period of false eyelashes is short, the production efficiency of false eyelashes is low, and the operation risk is high during the production process. The technical solutions used by the present disclose to solve its technical problems are as below:

A manufacturing method of PTT false eyelashes, including:

material preparation: preparing an eyelash stalk and an eyelash filament, the eyelash stalk and eyelash filaments are made of PTT material;

fixation step: fixing the eyelash stalk and eyelash filament on a fixed plane according to a preset warpage degree;

heating step: heating the fixed eyelash stalk and the fixed eyelash filament by a heating device;

shape fixation: setting the heating temperature and heating time of the heating device, observing changes of a warpage degree and a bulkiness of the PTT false eyelashes, if the warpage degree and the bulkiness do not reach preset values, increasing the heating time until the warpage degree and the bulkiness is reached to the preset values.

Before the fixation step, the further technical solution of the disclose further includes a placement step, and the placement step is specifically: placing several pairs of false eyelashes with the preset warpage degree on the fixed plane at intervals of 0.5 -2 cm for each pair, and pre-fixeding by fixing glue.

Further, the method includes a preheating step, the preheating step is before the heating step, the preheating step is setting the heating temperature of the heating device to a predetermined value, preheating continuously for a period of time, wherein the preheating step is configured to match a suitable preheating temperature according to a density of the false eyelashes to be heated and a thickness of the eyelash filaments.

Further, the heating step is an overall heating mode, and the overall heating mode is specifically: placing the fixed eyelash stalk and the fixed eyelash filament as a whole into the heating device to heat.

Further, the heating step is a single-sided heating mode, and the single-sided heating mode is specifically that the heating device is provided with a heating surface, heating the false eyelashes through the heating surface by the heating device.

Further, in the heating step, the heating temperature generated by the heating device is 40° C. to 210° C.

Further, the warpage degree is divided into a bottom warpage degree and a top warpage degree, the bottom warpage degree is 15 to 30°, and the top warpage degree is 45° to 90°.

Further, the bulkiness distance between the bottom layer and the top layer of the eyelash filament is 3 mm to 15 mm.

Further, the method includes a packing, wherein the packing is putting the false eyelashes into a box after shape fixation.

An application of the PTT false eyelashes manufactured by the manufacturing method as described above is further provided by the present disclose.

Compared with the prior art, the advantageous technical effects of the present disclose are as follows: 1. In the present disclose, the eyelash stalk and the eyelashes filament are made of PTT material monofilament, or PTT/PBT blended monofilament, because PTT contains bio-PDO made from grain starch (glucose), the PTT is more environmentally friendly and healthier than traditional PBT or PET monofilament. The present disclose takes advantage of the shape memory (commonly known as PTT memory yarn) of PTT yarn. After the PTT false eyelashes are shaped, the warpage will never be straightened under normal circumstances, which perfectly solves the technical problem that the warpage degree of the existing false eyelashes will gradually flatten over time and cannot be used; 2. The present disclose uses the way of heating to complete the key step of shaping in the manufacturing process of false eyelashes. Since the false eyelashes are not directly contacted during the heating process, the problem of impression is avoided. The false eyelashes manufactured by the heating mode are more fluffy and natural in layering, and the shape is closer to the naturally growing eyelashes. During production, multiple sets of false eyelashes can be processed at the same time, and the number of false eyelashes processed at the same time depends on the size of the instrument used, which greatly improves production efficiency, reduces production costs, and has no mechanical noise, ensuring production safety.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the above objectives, features and advantages of the present disclose more obvious and understandable, the specific embodiments of the present disclose will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, many specific details are illustrated in order to fully understand the present disclose. However, the present disclose can be implemented in many other ways different from those described herein, and those skilled in the art can make similar improvements without departing from the concept of the present disclose. Therefore, the present disclose is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

PTT fiber, namely polytrimethylene-tereph-thalate, is a new type of polyester fiber material and thermoplastic polyester material with excellent performance, with a melting point of 228° C., a glass transition temperature of 45° C. to 65° C., a density of 1.33, and a water absorption rate 0.03/24 h. The PTT fiber has good softness, bulkiness and heat shrinkability, which can be used in the field of engineering polymers and films. After consulting a large number of materials, the inventor found that there is no report about the application of PTT in the false eyelashes industry.

In addition, because PTT contains bio-PDO made from grain starch (glucose), it is more environmentally friendly and healthier than traditional PBT or PET monofilament, and PTT yarn has the characteristics of shape memory (commonly known as PTT memory yarn). After repeated trials, PTT is used as the raw material for the manufacture of false eyelashes. In the process of continuous improvement of the production process of false eyelashes, the prepared PTT false eyelashes will not deform unless the ambient temperature exceeds the temperature during the heating process. Under normal circumstances, the warpage of the PTT false eyelashes will never be straightened, which perfectly solves the technical problem that the warpage degree of the existing false eyelashes will gradually flatten over time and cannot be used.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, this embodiment provides a method for manufacturing PTT false eyelashes, including: material preparation step S101: preparing an eyelash stalk 2 and an eyelash filament 1. In this embodiment, the eyelash stalk 2 are selected from PTT materials, the eyelashes filament 1 is also selected from PTT material.

Fixing step S201: Fixing the eyelash stalk 2 and the eyelash filament 1 on a fixed plane according to a preset warpage degree. The fixed plane has a fixed plane reference line 200. In the present disclose, the warpage degree refers to the angle between the plane reference line 299 and the eyelash filament 1. Since the eyelash filament 1 includes the eyelashes bottom 11 and the eyelashes top 12, in this embodiment, the warpage degree is also divided into the bottom layer warpage degree and the top layer warpage degree. The bottom layer warpage degree refers to the angle between the eyelashes bottom 11 and the fixed plane reference line 200, and the top layer warpage degree refers to the angle between the eyelashes top 12 and the fixed plane reference line 200. In one embodiment, the preset warpage degree may be 15° for the bottom layer warpage degree and 45° for the top layer warpage degree. Of course, the preset warpage degree can also be other values, for example, the warpage degree of the bottom layer is 18°, and the warpage degree of the top layer is 60°, which is not limited here.

Heating step S401: heating the fixed eyelash stalks 2 and the eyelash filaments 1 by the heating device. In this embodiment, the heating device does not directly contact the eyelash filaments 1, so it can avoid the technical problem of producing impression when the eyelash stalks 2 is pressed by the punching machine in the prior art. The false eyelashes 100 manufactured by heating method is more fluffy and natural, and the shape is more close to the natural growth of eyelashes, greatly improving the user experience.

Shape fixation S501, after starting the heating step S401, it enters the shape fixation S501 of false eyelashes. The user sets the heating temperature and heating time of the heating device to observe the warpage degree and bulkiness of the PTT false eyelashes. If the warpage degree and the bulkiness does not reach the preset value, increasing the heating time until the preset value of the warpage degree and bulkiness is reached. In the present disclose, an important indicator for measuring the bulkiness is the bulkiness distance L between two adjacent groups of eyelash filaments 1. Those skilled in the art can understand that the greater the bulkiness distance L, the higher the bulkiness. In some embodiments, the heating temperature can be set to 40°C. to 210°C., for example 70°C., and the heating time can be set to 5 s to 30 s, for example 10 s. In a specific embodiment, for example, to prepare false eyelashes with a bottom layer warpage degree of 18°, a top layer warpage degree of 60°, and a bulkiness distance L of 6 mm, the heating temperature can be set to 70°C., and the heating time is 10 s. If it finds that warpage and bulkiness do not meet the requirements after heating for 10 s, continue heating for 5 seconds until the preset values of warpage and bulkiness are reached to the requirements.

In order to ensure the consistency and stability of the false eyelashes 100 in the heating step S401, preferably, the embodiment also includes the placement step before the fixation step S201, and the placement step is as follows: Placing several pairs of false eyelashes with the preset warpage on the fixed plane at intervals of 0.5 cm to 2 cm for each pair, and prefixing by the fixing glue. In one embodiment, 5 pairs of the false eyelashes with the bottom layer warpage degree of 15° and the top layer warpage degree of 45° are placed on the fixed plane at an interval of 1 cm for each pair, prefixing with light curing adhesive.

In a preferred embodiment, a preheating step S301 is also included. Before the heating step S401, the preheating step S301 is to set the heating temperature of the heating device to a predetermined value and continue to preheat for a period of time. The preheating step S301 is configured to match an appropriate preheating temperature according to the density of the false eyelashes 100 to be heated and the thickness difference of the eyelash filament 1. For example, the preheating temperature can be set as 100° C. and the preheating time is 5 s. Under this preheating temperature, it is suitable for heating the false eyelashes with moderate concentration and thickness. The purpose is to select the appropriate preheating temperature according to the actual situation of the false eyelashes 100 to be heated, which effectively improves the heating efficiency.

In the disclose, the heating step S401 can be an overall heating mode. The overall heating mode is to place the fixed eyelash stalks 2 and eyelash filaments 1 as a whole into the heating device for heating, for example, the heating device is an oven with a heating bin, a drying oven, etc. Before entering the oven or drying oven for heating, the user should check to ensure that the eyelash appearance is clean and free of impurities, and the double lines on the eyelash stalks should be complete without broken, the stalk width should reach the standard, the tangent line outside the stalk should be straight to the root, there should be no glue leakage outside the stalk, the eyelash at the corner should be complete and not broken, and the surface should not be sticky, so as to ensure the beauty, integrity and consistency of the false eyelash 100 after shape fixation, reducing the defect rate of the product.

The heating step S401 can also be a single-sided heating mode, and the single-sided heating mode is specifically as follows: the heating device is provided with a heating surface through which the heating device heats the false eyelashes 100. For example, the heating device can be a heating plate. Before heating, the user can also inspect the appearance index of false eyelashes 100 according to the above standards. After passing the inspection, several pairs of false eyelashes 100 with fixed warpage are pasted on a fixed plane with an interval of 1 cm. After the temperature reaches the preset value, the false eyelashes 100 are placed on the heating plate to observe the warpage and bulkiness changes at any time until they meet the requirements.

In the disclose, whether the whole heating mode or the single-sided heating mode is adopted, the eyelash filament 1 does not directly contact with the heating device during the heating process, so there is no impression in the processing process, which greatly enhances the beauty and practicability of the finished product. In the processing process, multiple pairs of false eyelashes 100 can be heated at one time, compared with the traditional punching machine which can only process one pair of false eyelashes at one time, which greatly improves the production efficiency, and there is no mechanical noise, so as to ensure the safety of production.

In an embodiment, it also includes a packing step, wherein the packing step is putting the false eyelashes into a box after shape fixation, and the packed false eyelashes 100 are convenient for storage and transportation.

In the present disclose, the false eyelashes 100 can also be made of PTT/PBT blended monofilament or PTT/PET blended monofilament, and the false eyelashes 100 made of blended monofilament at least partially achieves the performance of false eyelashes made of PTT monofilament, which is also feasible.

The following specific embodiments provide some performance indicators of several false eyelashes manufactured with different materials under different conditions, so as to facilitate a better understanding of the present disclose.

EMBODIMENT 1

In Table 1, embodiment 1 is the PTT false eyelashes manufactured according to the method of the present disclose, and the control group 1 is the PET false eyelashes manufactured according to the traditional method (for example, stamping by a punching machine).

Wherein, the bottom layer warpage degree, the top layer warpage degree and the bulkiness distance are the data tested under the conditions of a heating temperature of 100° C. and a heating time of 10 s, and other conditions remain the same.

EMBODIMENT 2

In Table 2, embodiment 2 is the PTT false eyelashes manufactured according to the method of the present disclose, and control group 1 is the PET false eyelashes manufactured according to the traditional method (for example, stamping by a punching machine).

Wherein, the bottom layer warpage degree, the top layer warpage degree and the bulkiness distance are the data tested under the conditions of a heating temperature of 100° C. and a heating time of 10 s, and other conditions remain the same.

From the above analysis, it can be seen that in the present disclose, the eyelash stalk and the eyelashes filament are made of PTT material monofilament, or PTT/PBT blended monofilament, because PTT contains bio-PDO made from grain starch (glucose), the PTT is more environmentally friendly and healthier than traditional PBT or PET monofilament. The above embodiments only express several specific solutions of the present disclose, and the descriptions are relatively specific and detailed, but it cannot be understood as an limitation to the scope of the present disclose. It should be pointed out that for those of ordinary skill in the art, without departing from the concept of the present disclose, several modifications and improvements can be made to the present disclose, and these all fall within the protection scope of the present disclose. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclose should be subject to the appended claims.

Claims

1. A manufacturing method of PTT false eyelashes, comprising material preparation: preparing an eyelash stalk and an eyelash filament, the eyelash stalk and eyelash filaments are made of PTT material;

fixation step: fixing the eyelash stalk and eyelash filament on a fixed plane according to a preset warpage degree;
heating step: heating the fixed eyelash stalk and the fixed eyelash filament by a heating device;
shape fixation: setting the heating temperature and heating time of the heating device, observing changes of a warpage degree and a bulkiness of the PTT false eyelashes, if the warpage degree and the bulkiness do not reach preset values, increasing the heating time until the warpage degree and the bulkiness is reached to the preset values.

The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein before the fixation step, it further comprises a placement step, and the placement step is specifically: placing several pairs of false eyelashes with the preset warpage degree on the fixed plane at intervals of 0.5-2 cm for each pair, and pre-fixeding by fixing glue.

The manufacturing method according to claim 1, further comprising: a preheating step, the preheating step is before the heating step, the preheating step is setting the heating temperature of the heating device to a predetermined value, preheating continuously for a period of time, wherein the preheating step is configured to match a suitable preheating temperature according to a density of the false eyelashes to be heated and a thickness of the eyelash filaments.

4. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the heating step is an overall heating mode, and the overall heating mode is specifically: placing the fixed eyelash stalk and the fixed eyelash filament as a whole into the heating device to heat.

5. The manufacturing method according to claim 4, wherein the heating step is a single-sided heating mode, and the single-sided heating mode is specifically that the heating device is provided with a heating surface, heating the false eyelashes through the heating surface by the heating device.

6. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein in the heating step, the heating temperature generated by the heating device is 40 to 210° C.

7. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the warpage degree is divided into a bottom warpage degree and a top warpage degree, the bottom warpage degree is 15 to 30°, and the top warpage degree is 45 to 90°.

8. The manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein the bulkiness distance between the bottom layer and the top layer of the eyelash filament is 3-15 mm.

9. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, further comprising a packing, wherein the packing is putting the false eyelashes into a box after shape fixation.

10. An application of the PTT false eyelashes manufactured by the manufacturing method of claim 1.
