An automatic handing cabinet, whose function is to facilitate a user in moving the cabinet modules vertically, which comprises a gear (1.1), arranged in two units, located at the top of the product, with the function of rotating the internal parts; a motor (1.2), arranged in a unit, located at the top of the product; bearings (1.3); a coupling (1.4); a support bar (1.5); a counterweight (1.6); an industrial chain (1.7), fixed to the support bar (1.5), at the bottom of the furniture. The furniture (1) will have internal modules that can be used as shelves and the modules may be moved vertically via a command using remote radio, infrared, voice or sound recognition units, software through computers, tablets or smartphones, and even through household appliances commands.

Description
APPLICATION FIELD

1. The said product, whose protection will be claimed in this report, was developed with the intention of correcting deficiencies, mitigating difficulties and solving problems hitherto encountered by users in the sector, more precisely, furniture sector.

INTRODUCTION

2. This Invention Privilege patent application refers to an automatic hanging cabinet, whose function is to facilitate the user in moving the cabinet modules vertically.

3. The referred product stands out, fundamentally, for the most practical, simple and functional way in a cabinet with internal shelves with automatic triggering, being the same endowed with unique, exclusive and innovative functional aspects, which will be described below, becoming an exclusive product in the market.

CHARACTERISTICS

4. The product in question, presented through this report, is a piece of furniture (1) composed of: gear (1.1), arranged in two units, located in the upper part of the product, with the function of rotating the internal parts; motor (1.2), arranged in one unit, located in the upper part of the product, when triggered will move the gear and in the sequence will move the support bar (1.5) in the upper part of the box, which will pass through two pulleys mounted on small bearings with two bearings (1.3) each that will move the furniture; bearings (1.3); coupling (1.4); support bar (1.5); counterweight (1.6); industrial chain (1.7), attached to the support bar (1.5), at the bottom of the cabinet.

5. Initially, to better demonstrate such characteristics, and aiming at a clear and objective understanding about the provisions applied in the present invention privilege, a drawing and flowchart will be presented in a demonstrative character, making references to the report that follow in annex.

15. It is worth clarifying that the images listed above illustrate the product in a demonstrative and not restrictive character, whose conception may vary as to its measures, raw material, dimensions, etc., without logically escaping from the main scope whose protection is claimed.

FUNCTIONALITY

16. The said product, described by means of this report, will be used in the furniture industry.

17. Initially, the aerial assembly of the device will be done, which will be very close to the ceiling, where it will provide a better use of space, leaving the environment cleaner. From this height of the installed furniture, wheelchair users will be able to have a free circulation area, and at the same time control the furniture to access items of their need.

18. The furniture unit is supported/driven by an industrial chain (1.7) (like the one of a motorcycle or bicycle) that is attached to the support bar (1.5) at the top of the box, passes through two pulleys mounted on small bearings with two bearings each, and one of the pulleys is coupled to a motor (1.2) with a reduction box and the other end of the chain is coupled to a lead counterweight, which, besides keeping it taut, balances the weight of the system.

19. For a good operation, the counterweight has to be heavier than the weight of the empty box to compensate for the weight of the stored objects, making the movement smooth without forcing the motor. In addition, the support bar (1.5) supports the bearings and consequently the weight of the system, thus the need for a resistant material.

20. The furniture (1) will have internal modules that can be used as shelves, and to move these modules vertically it will be necessary to use a remote control, where this remote control contemplates various possibilities such as radio remote units, infrared, voice or sound recognition, software through computers, tablets or smart phones, and even through home appliance controls. The fact that it is remotely controlled makes the device safely restricted, since only the bearer of the remote device (control) has access to open it.

21. From this, the user will activate the remote control to vertically move this module when he/she deems necessary. Initially, the module will go down in the direction of the user, and after storing or removing something from these shelves the user will be able to activate again for the module to return to the initial position.

INNOVATION

22. Overall, the Said Product Represents a Solution with Respect to a Piece of Furniture capable of moving in the vertical direction after being triggered.

23. This product is a new constructive conception to be used in furniture for several applications. The furniture is assembled in a closed blind box, i.e., without doors, fixed to the wall, usually at a higher height, even out of reach of hands, which will be remotely activated, promoting the automatic declination of its internal part, where the spaces for storage or other utensils are.

24. Thus, it will provide comfortable and practical access to the shelves of this piece of furniture. After a second remote command, the mobile part of the module moves back to its initial position.

25. This control will provide security for valuables, documents, money, weapons, jewelry, products harmful to children's health, etc., that can be stored in this cabinet. In addition, this system provides enormous comfort for users, who no longer need the help of stairs to reach their stored belongings, a practice not recommended for the elderly and people with disabilities, not to mention that it generates a nuisance to everyone.

26. It is a unique, exclusive and innovative product, being highly reliable and recommended for use in its moment of performing the movement in the vertical direction of furniture modules, and will certainly be a great differential for the sector to which it is intended.

DESCRIPTION OF THE STATE OF THE ART

27. During the development of this product, numerous surveys were conducted to identify the existence of possible prior art or related products. Such surveys, however, did not point to the existence of any other product with the same preponderant technical or functional characteristics.

28. In view of this need and commercial opportunity, the referred product was created, more precisely an automatic hanging cabinet, whose function is to facilitate the user in moving the cabinet modules vertically.

29. Therefore, in accordance with Article 8 of the Industrial Property Law No. 9279/96 and by all the aspects presented in this report, the object of this patent application deserves the protection as Invention Privilege, which is hereby claimed.

Claims

1. MOBILITY MECHANISM AND FURNITURE AUTOMATION — This is a hanging automatic furniture (1), characterized by the fact that it comprises: gear (1.1), arranged in two units, located at the top of the product; motor (1.2), arranged in a unit, located at the top of the product; bearings (1.3); coupling (1.4); support bar (1.5); counterweight (1.6); industrial chain (1.7), fixed to the support bar (1.5) at the bottom of the furniture.
