MULTIFUNCTIONAL SHOWER ARM

A multifunctional shower support arm is disclosed. The support arm includes a handle, a locking cover, a switching valve, a four-way joint and a support arm. An installation cavity is provided in the four-way joint, and the switching valve is installed in the installation cavity. A head of that switching valve is connected with the handle, and the four-way joint is connected with a first screw by welding. The four-way joint is connected with the supporting arm through the cooperation of the first screw and the first nut. The end of the supporting arm is connected with the top spray. The inlet water channel, the first outlet water channel and the second outlet water channel are arranged inside the four-way joint. The water inlet channel, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are respectively communicated with the installation cavity.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 202120828747.1, filed on Apr. 21, 2021, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to the field of sanitary ware, and more specifically to an adjustable shower arm.

BACKGROUND

Currently, most of the shower arms on the market can only be connected to the top spray of the shower and have a single function, such shower arms must be connected to other sanitary ware components when they need to realize multi-function. The installation is complicated, and the overall appearance is poor. At the same time, there are many locking joints, which are easy to whirl, loosen and product angle shift after continuous stress.

SUMMARY

In view of this, The purpose of the present disclosure is to solve the problems in the prior art, and provide a novel multifunctional shower arm which is beautiful, simple in structure and reliable in use.

A multifunctional shower support arm is disclosed. The support arm includes a handle, a locking cap, a switching valve, a four-way joint, and a support arm. An installation cavity is arranged in the four-way joint. The switching valve is installed in the installation cavity and is secured with the locking cap. Ahead of the switching valve is connected with the handle; the four-way joint is connected with a first screw by welding. The four-way joint is connected with the support arm through the cooperation of the first screw and the first nut; an end of the support arm is connected with the top spray. The inlet water channel, the first outlet water channel and the second outlet water channel are arranged inside the four-way joint. The water inlet channel, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are respectively communicated with the installation cavity. The water outlet end of the first water outlet channel is connected with a hand-held shower.

Further, the arm includes an arm body and a three-way body. The arm body is connected with the three-way body by a second screw rod and a second nut. The arm body is provided with a third outlet water channel. One end of the third outlet water channel is connected with the second outlet water channel. The other end of the third outlet water channel is connected with the three-way body. The outlet end of the three-way body is tapped for connecting with the top spray.

Further, a first pattern is arranged on an end surface of the four-way joint connected with the arm.

Further, the water outlet of the first water outlet channel is tapped with external threads for connecting the handheld shower.

Further, an end surface of the arm contacting with the four-way joint is provided with a second pattern.

Further, an inlet end of the inlet water channel of the four-way joint is tapped with a positive screw thread. The water inlet end of the water inlet channel is equipped with a spin tightening component. The spin tightening component comprises a lock nut and a lock joint. The lock nut is screw-connected with the water inlet end of the water inlet channel. The lock joint is internally provided with a reverse thread.

The present disclosure has the following advantages: (1) the shower arm of the present disclosure can be connected with the hand-held shower and the top spray at the same time, thus realizing the water discharge function of the shower and the top spray. (2) The shower arm of the present disclosure is simple in structure, an overall outfit is beautiful and the user experience is good. (3) In addition, the support arm of the disclosure has less lock structure and no angle displacement, rotation, loosening and the like aft continuous stress, and is reliable in use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

As shown in the figures, a novel multi-functional shower support arm is disclosed. The support arm includes a handle 1, a locking cap 2, a switching valve 3, a four-way joint 4 and a support arm 5. An installation cavity 41 is defined in the four-way joint 4. In the mount cavity 41, the switching valve 3 is mount and fixed by the locking cap 2. The head of the switching valve 3 is connected with the handle 1. The four-way joint 4 is welded and connected with the first screw 6. The four-way joint 4 is connected with the arm 5 through the cooperation of the first screw 6 and the first nut 7, and the end of the arm 5 is connected with the top spray. The four-way joint 4 is internally provided with an inlet channel 42, a first outlet channel 43, and a second outlet channel 44. The inlet channel 42, the first outlet channel 43, and the second outlet channel 44 are respectively communicated with the installation cavity 41. The outlet end of the first outlet water channel 43 is connected to a shower head.

The arm 5 includes an arm body 51 and a three-way body 52. The three-way body 52 is connected to the arm main body 51 by a second screw 8 and a second nut 9. A third water discharge channel 511 is provided in the arm body 51. One end of the third water outlet channel 511 communicates with the second water outlet channel 44, and the other end communicates with the three-way body 52. The outlet end of the three-way body 52 is tapped with a screw for connecting the top spray.

The end surface of the four-way joint 4 connected to the arm 5 is provided with a first pattern 45.

The water outlet of the first water outlet channel 42 is externally threaded for connecting to a handheld shower.

A second pattern 53 is provided on an end surface of the arm 5 contacting the four-way joint 4.

The inlet end of the inlet water channel 42 of the four-way joint 4 is tapped with a positive screw thread. The water inlet end of the water inlet channel 42 is provided with a spinning assembly, which includes a lock nut 10 and a lock joint 11. The lock nut 10 is connected with the water inlet end of the water inlet channel 42. The locking joint 11 has a built-in reverse thread.

Application of the disclosure: The hand-held shower spray and the top spray are respectively installed on the arm of a novel multifunctional shower spray, and the hand-held shower spray and the top spray are switched by rotating the handle.

Claims

1. A multifunctional shower support arm, comprising:

a handle, a locking cap, a switching valve, a four-way joint, and a support arm; an installation cavity is arranged in the four-way joint; the switching valve is installed in the installation cavity and is secured with the locking cap; a head of the switching valve is connected with the handle; the four-way joint is connected with a first screw by welding; the four-way joint is connected with the support arm through the cooperation of the first screw and the first nut; an end of the support arm is connected with the top spray; the inlet water channel, the first outlet water channel and the second outlet water channel are arranged inside the four-way joint; the water inlet channel, the first water outlet channel and the second water outlet channel are respectively communicated with the installation cavity; and the water outlet end of the first water outlet channel is connected with a hand-held shower.

The multifunctional shower arm of claim 1, wherein the arm comprises an arm body and a three-way body, the arm body is connected with the three-way body by a second screw rod and a second nut; the arm body is provided with a third outlet water channel; one end of the third outlet water channel is connected with the second outlet water channel; the other end of the third outlet water channel is connected with the three-way body; and the outlet end of the three-way body is tapped for connecting with the top spray.

3. The multifunctional shower arm of claim 1, wherein a first pattern is arranged on an end surface of the four-way joint connected with the arm.

4. The multifunctional shower support arm of claim 1, wherein the water outlet of the first water outlet channel is tapped with external threads for connecting the handheld shower.

5. The multifunctional shower arm of claim 1, wherein the end surface of the arm contacting with the four-way joint is provided with a second pattern.

6. The multifunctional shower arm of 1, wherein the inlet end of the inlet water channel of the four-way joint is tapped with a positive screw thread; the water inlet end of the water inlet channel is equipped with a spin tightening component; the spin tightening component comprises a lock nut and a lock joint; the lock nut is screw-connected with the water inlet end of the water inlet channel; and the lock joint is internally provided with a reverse thread.
