The present invention relates to an electrical insole technical field, more particularly, involved to an insole. The insole includes an insole body, a lower pad and a mounting box. The insole body is provided with a bottom surface, a first rear end and a first front end. The lower pad is provided with a second front end and a second rear end; the second front end is correspondingly stacked with the first front end, the second rear end is correspondingly folded with the read end; the mounting box is fixed in the mounting cavity. The lower pad of the insole is correspondingly stacked with the bottom surface of the insole body, with the stacked design, the insole can be assembled quickly and easily, with less assembly procedures.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an electrical insole technical field, more particularly, involved to an insole mounted in stack.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Insole is an important part of shoes. The insole has a function of protecting foot. The insole fills space between a sole and a shoe bed to avoid foot sliding in a shoe. At the same time, the insole must provide good support and stability for the foot and play a function of shock absorption during movement. In order to enrich the function of the insole, technicians have developed a heating insole, which is designed to have a heating assembly in it, the heating assembly is powered and heated by a battery so as to play a self-heating and warm function. However, the insole generally consists of an insole body and a cover body. The heating assembly is arranged in the insole body, the cover body covers the heating assembly, the rear end of the cover body corresponds to the heel, the front end of the cover corresponds to the arch portion. The deficiencies of the insole are as follows: 1. complex production and assembly process; 2. the heating assembly is arranged in the heel position, resulting in that the heel position is thick, it is unconformable with ergonomic and to wear.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objects of the present invention are to provide an insole, aims to solve the technical problems of the complex production and assembly process of the heating insole in the prior art.

In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an insole, which includes an insole body with a bottom surface, a first rear end and a first front end;

The insole also includes a lower pad and a mounting box. The lower pad is matched and overlapped on the bottom surface of the insole body; the insole body and the lower pad are enclosed in a mounting cavity; the lower pad is provided with a second front end and a second rear end; the second front end is correspondingly overlapped on the first front end, the second rear end is correspondingly overlapped on the read end. The mounting box is fixed in the mounting cavity.

Preferably, the insole body is provided with an arch portion, the mounting box is correspondingly overlapped to the arch portion, the mounting box is provided with a third front end with an inclined plane; the arch portion is provided with a fourth front end; the inclined plane is correspondingly overlapped to the fourth front end.

Preferably, the mounting box includes a box body and a cover plate.

The box body is provided with a bottom wall and a side wall which is connected with the periphery of the bottom wall and extends upwards, the bottom wall and the side wall are enclosed in a mounting slot.

An periphery of the cover plate is detachably connected with the side wall and covers the mounting slot.

Preferably, the inclined surface is arranged on the cover plate, the side wall is provided with an oblique section which is corresponding to the inclined plane.

Preferably, the periphery of the cover plane is provided with several first buckles, an outer surface of the side wall is provided with several second buckles which are interconnected with the first buckles.

Preferably, the box body is made of plastic, the cover plate is made of metal.

Preferably, the second end of the lower pad or the first end of the insole body is provided with a pull bar.

Preferably, the side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; the insole body or the lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, the charging interface is exposed the interface clearance hole, the switch keys are protrude the key clearance holes.

Preferably, the insole body or the lower pad is provided with a sealing groove, the charging interface and the switch keys are located in the sealing groove; the sealing groove is sealed by a sealing plug.

Preferably, the lower pad is a cloth pad or a soft plastic pad.

One or more technical schemes of the insoles provided in the embodiments in the present invention have at least one of the following technical effects: The lower pad of the insole is correspondingly stacked with the bottom surface of the insole body, with the stacked design, the insole can be assembled quickly and easily, with less assembly procedures;

The lower pad is provided with the second front end and the second rear end, the second front end is superimposed the first front end, the second rear end is superimposed the front rear end, and the lower pad is an integral structure, through the above design, the lower pad and the insole can be avoided splitting in use, with better durability.

The lower pad in the present invention is integral molding, and the clearance holes for charging interface and switch keys can be formed together during the molding process. It is not necessary to artificially process the clearance holes for charging interface and switch keys. It further reduces the manufacturing procedure.

EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the attached drawings, in which the same or similar labels represent the same or similar elements or elements with the same or similar function. The embodiments described below by reference to the attached drawings are exemplary and are intended to explain embodiments of the present invention and cannot be understood as limits in the present invention.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIGS. 1-6, the insole body 1, a lower pad 2 and a mounting box 3, the insole body 1 is provided with a bottom surface 11, a first rear end 12 and a first front end 14. The lower pad 2 is matched stacked on the bottom surface 11 of the insole body 1. Specifically, the lower pad 2 and the insole body 1 may fit in a manner of glued, fused, clasp connected, sewn, etc. With the design of the above superposition, the shoe insole can be assembled quickly and easily, with less assembly procedures. The lower pad 2 and the bottom surface 11 are enclosed in a mounting cavity 15. Specifically, the mounting cavity 15 is sealed. The lower pad 2 is provided with a second front end 21 and a second rear end 22; the second front end 21 is correspondingly overlapped with the first front end 14, the second rear end 22 is correspondingly overlapped with the read end 12. The mounting box 3 is fixed in the mounting cavity 15. The mounting box 3 can be installed accessories, such as batteries, control assembles, etc. The lower pad 2 is an integral structure, through the above design, the lower pad 2 and the insole 1 can be avoided splitting in use, with better durability.

The lower pad in the present invention is integral molding, and the clearance holes for charging interface and switch keys can be formed together during the molding process. It is not necessary to artificially process the clearance holes for charging interface and switch keys. It further reduces the manufacturing procedure.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 4, the insole body 1 in the insole is provided with an arch portion 13. Specifically, the arch portion 13 is correspondingly overlapped with the user's foot arch. The mounting box 3 is correspondingly overlapped with the arch portion 13. Because the position of the arch portion 13 is less stressed, the mounting box 3 correspondingly overlapped with the arch portion 13 may reduce the pressure and impact force of the mounting box 3 in use, thereby better protecting the parts in the mounting box 3. The above design is in conformity with the ergonomic features with the advantages of high space utilization and suitable wear.

Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the mounting box 3 is provided with a third front end 31 with an inclined plane 32; the arch portion 13 is provided with a fourth front end 131; the inclined plane 32 is corresponding to the fourth front end 131. Specifically, the inclined plane 32 is inclined downward. The inclined plane 32 is designed according to the ergonomic feather to better fit the person's arch, do not kowtow, dress more comfortable, and have a higher space utilization rate.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the mounting box 3 includes a box body 33 and a cover plate 34. The box body 33 is provided with a bottom wall 331 and a side wall 332 which is connected with the periphery of the bottom wall 331 and extends upwards, the bottom wall 331 and the side wall 332 are enclosed in a mounting slot 333. The periphery of the cover plate 34 is detachably connected with the side wall 332 and covers the mounting slot 333. The above design has the function of assemble and disassemble the cover plate 334 easily.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the inclined surface 32 is arranged on the cover plate 34, the side wall 332 is provided with an oblique section 334 which is corresponding to the inclined plane 332, thereby the side wall 332 more fits the cover plate 34.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 5, the periphery of the cover plane 34 is provided with several first buckles 341, an outer surface of the side wall 332 is provided with several second buckles 335 which are interconnected with the first buckles 341.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, the first buckles 341 of the insole are distributed around the cover plate 34, the second buckles 335 are distributed around the side wall 332. With the above design, the interconnection of the cover plate 34 and the second buckles 335 are more fastened and uneasy to release. Additionally, since the first buckles 341 and the second buckles 335 also has the function of support, the strength between the box body 33 and the cover plate 34 is enhanced.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, the insole body 33 of the insole is made of plastics, the material of the cover plate is made of metal, preferably, a stainless steel. Specifically, the whole mounting box 3 is made of a stainless steel, the whole weight is heavier, if the mounting box 3 is made of a plastic, its stress performance is poor. Therefor, with the above design, the insole can maintain due stress performance and ensure lighter quality.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, the second end 22 of the lower pad 2 or the first end 12 of the insole body 1 is provided with a pull bar. The pull bar can be a cloth bar, which is facilitate the user to pull the insole quickly from the shoe.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the side wall 332 is provided with a charging interface 336 and switch keys 337; the insole body 1 or the lower pad 2 is provided with an interface clearance hole 6 and key clearance holes 7, the charging interface 336 is exposed the interface clearance hole 6, the switch keys 337 are protrude the key clearance holes 7. Specifically, the mounting slot 333 is provided with electronic elements such as a battery (not shown) and a control motherboard (not shown), the charging interface 336 is used for charging the battery, the switch keys 337 is used for controlling the switches of the external electronic element by the controlling board.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 5, the third front end 31 of the mounting box 3 of the insole is connected with a flexible heat sheet 8 which may be cloth and extends forward.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the insole body 1 or the lower pad 2 is provided with a sealing groove 4, the charging interface 336 and the switch keys 337 are located in the sealing groove 4; the sealing groove 4 is sealed by a sealing plug. The connection of the sealing groove 4 and the sealing plug has the function of sealing so as to isolate and protection of the charging interface 336 and the switch keys 337.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 2, the lower pad 2 of the insole is a cloth pad which has the characteristics of soft, bending, stretching, easily processed and assembled.

In the embodiments according to the present invention, referring to FIG. 6, the lower pad 2 of the insole is a soft plastic pad which has the characteristics of soft, bending, stretching.

Claims

1. An insole, comprising:

an insole body, which has a bottom surface, a first rear end and a first front end;
wherein, also comprising:
a lower pad, said lower pad is matched and overlapped on said bottom surface of said insole body; said insole body and said lower pad are enclosed in a mounting cavity; said lower pad has a second front end and a second rear end; said second front end is correspondingly overlapped with said first front end, said second rear end is correspondingly overlapped with said read end; and,
a mounting box, said mounting box is fixed in said mounting cavity.

The insole according to claim 1, wherein said insole body is provided with an arch portion, said mounting box is correspondingly overlapped with said arch portion, said mounting box is provided with a third front end with an inclined plane; said arch portion is provided with a fourth front end; said inclined plane is correspondingly overlapped with said fourth front end.

3. The insole according to claim 1, wherein said mounting box includes: a box body and a cover plate; said box body is provided with a bottom wall and a side wall which is connected with said bottom wall and extends upwards, said bottom wall and said side wall are enclosed in a mounting slot; an periphery of said cover plate is detachably connected with said side wall and covers said mounting slot.

4. The insole according to claim 3, wherein said inclined surface is arranged on said cover plate, said side wall is provided with an oblique section which is corresponding to said inclined plane.

5. The insole according to claim 3, wherein said periphery of said cover plane is provided with several first buckles, an outer surface of said side wall is provided with several second buckles which are interconnected with said first buckles.

6. The insole according to claim 5, wherein said box body is made of plastic, said cover plate is made of metal.

7. The insole according to claim 1, wherein said second end of said lower pad or said first end of said insole body is provided with a pull bar.

8. The insole according to claim 1, wherein said side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; said insole body or said lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, said charging interface is exposed said interface clearance hole, said switch keys are protrude said key clearance holes.

9. The insole according to claim 2, wherein said side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; said insole body or said lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, said charging interface is exposed said interface clearance hole, said switch keys are protrude said key clearance holes.

10. The insole according to claim 3, wherein said side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; said insole body or said lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, said charging interface is exposed said interface clearance hole, said switch keys are protrude said key clearance holes.

11. The insole according to claim 4, wherein said side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; said insole body or said lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, said charging interface is exposed said interface clearance hole, said switch keys are protrude said key clearance holes.

12. The insole according to claim 5, wherein said side wall is provided with a charging interface and switch keys; said insole body or said lower pad is provided with an interface clearance hole and key clearance holes, said charging interface is exposed said interface clearance hole, said switch keys are protrude said key clearance holes.

13. The insole according to claim 8, wherein said insole body or said lower pad is provided with a sealing groove, said charging interface and said switch keys are located in said sealing groove; said sealing groove is sealed by a sealing plug.

14. The insole according to claim 1, wherein said lower pad is a cloth pad or a soft plastic pad.
