A foldable electric bed comprising a front half portion and a rear half portion, wherein the front half portion and the rear half portion are rotatably connected through hinge members wherein the front half portion further comprising a front bed board and a front bed frame, and the rear half portion furthering comprising a rear bed board and a rear bed frame, wherein the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards or iron nets, wherein the electric bed may be folded during transportation.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This disclosure generally relates to the technical field of beds, and more particularly, to a foldable electric bed.

BACKGROUND

An electric bed is a bed having a bed frame capable of regulating the bending angle of the bed board, wherein the head/foot portion of the bed board can be electrically controlled. Conventional electric beds are roughly divided into a frame type and a bed board type, wherein the frame type is often called a European-style electric bed, and the bed board type is often called an American-style electric bed. Vibration or music function may also be configured into the frames. To be remotely controlled, electric beds can be connected to mobile devices. This type of bed frames is often used for home nursing or medical care.

However, conventional electric beds are cumbersome and are internally provided with electronic devices. The transportation of those beds is extremely inconvenient. Those electric beds need to be disassembled, packaged, transported and re-assembled at the site.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a foldable electric bed that can be conveniently packaged and transported.

To achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: a foldable electric bed comprising a front half portion and a rear half portion, wherein the front half portion and the rear half portion are rotatably connected through hinge members, wherein the front half portion comprises a front bed board and a front bed frame, and the rear half portion comprises a rear bed board and a rear bed frame, wherein the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards or iron nets.

In another embodiment, the hinge member comprises a main board and two auxiliary boards, wherein one auxiliary board is vertically fixed to the front half portion, and the other auxiliary board is vertically fixed to the rear half portion. The two sides of the main board are respectively hinged to the two auxiliary boards through a rotating shaft. Two protruding portions are arranged at the lower end of the main board, limiting pins are respectively arranged on the protruding portions, and the limiting pins are located between the two rotating shafts. The lower end of each auxiliary board is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting pins respectively correspond to the limiting grooves.

In another embodiment, the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wooden boards.

In another embodiment, the front bed frame and the rear bed frame are both comprising a frame structure. The front bed board comprises a calf-supporting board, a thigh-supporting board and a front seat board which are sequentially hinged through hinges. The front seat board is fixedly connected with the front bed frame, and a front rotating rod is rotatably mounted in the front bed frame. The front rotating rod is hinged with a front electric push rod, the front electric push rod comprises a front telescopic rod, and the front telescopic rod is hinged to the front bed frame. A front rotating board is fixedly connected to two sides of the front rotating rod, and pulleys are mounted on the front rotating board. The rear bed board comprises a rear seat board and a backrest board which are sequentially hinged. The rear seat board is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the rear bed frame, and a rear rotating rod is rotatably mounted in the rear bed frame. The rear rotating rod is hinged with a rear electric push rod, and he rear electric push rod comprises a rear telescopic rod. The rear telescopic rod is hinged to the rear bed frame, and the two sides of the rear rotating rod are fixedly connected with a rear rotating board. Pulleys are mounted on the rear rotating board, and two bed feet are respectively mounted on the front bed frame and the rear bed frame.

In another embodiment, the front bed frame and the rear bed frame have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged, wherein the front bed frame comprises a cross rail. The cross rail is sequentially, vertically and fixedly connected with a first outer side longitudinal rail, a first inner side longitudinal rail, a second inner side longitudinal rail and a second outer side longitudinal rail. The two ends of the lower surface of the cross rail are respectively mounted with bed feet.

The front bed board comprises a calf-supporting board, a thigh-supporting board and a front seat board which are sequentially hinged. The front seat board is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame. The rear bed board comprises a rear seat board and a backrest board which are sequentially hinged.

The rear seat board is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame. The inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail and the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame are respectively provided with a front rotating board. One end of the front rotating board is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame, and the other end of the front rotating board is provided with a pulley. The two front rotating boards are fixedly connected through a front rotating rod, and a front mounting board is fixedly connected to the front rotating rod. The front mounting board is hinged with a front electric push rod, and the front electric push rod comprises a front piston rod. The front piston rod is hinged to the cross rail of the front bed frame, and the front electric push rod is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the calf-supporting board.

The inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail and the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame are respectively provided with a rear rotating board. One end of the rear rotating board is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame, and the other end of the rear rotating board is provided with a pulley. The two rear rotating boards are fixedly connected through a rear rotating rod, and a rear mounting board is fixedly connected to the rear rotating rod. The rear mounting board is hinged with a rear electric push rod, and the rear electric push rod comprises a rear piston rod. The rear piston rod is hinged to the cross rail of the rear bed frame, and the rear electric push rod is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the backrest board.

In another embodiment, a reinforcing rod is fixedly connected between the front rotating board and the front rotating rod, and a reinforcing rod is fixedly connected between the rear rotating board and the rear rotating rod.

In another embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing wood boards are respectively arranged on the front bed frame and the rear bed frame. The two ends of each reinforcing wood board are respectively arranged on the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail.

In another embodiment, the two sides of the calf-supporting board are respectively provided with a supporting rod, wherein one end of the supporting rod is hinged to one side of the front bed frame, and the other end of the supporting rod is hinged to the calf-supporting board.

In another embodiment, an extension frame is detachably mounted at one end of the calf-supporting board far away from the thigh-supporting board, and the extension frame is formed by vertically bending a rod-shaped object for multiple times. The rod-shaped object sequentially comprises a first clamping portion, a first transverse connection portion, a first vertical connection portion, a second transverse connection portion, a second vertical connection portion, a third transverse connection portion and a second clamping portion. The first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are arranged opposite to each other, and two clamping blocks are fixed on the calf-supporting board. Each clamping block is provided with a clamping groove, and the two clamping grooves are respectively in clamping fit with the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.

In another embodiment, the lower surface of the calf-supporting board and the lower surface of the backrest board are respectively provided with two reinforcing boards matched with the pulleys.

Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages:

    • The electric bed of the present disclosure can be folded during transportation. With a reduced volume and optimized shape in its folded position, the electric bed can be conveniently stored and transported. The electronic components such as the electric push rod are arranged within the bed board such that they are protected against potential damage during transportation. There is no need for disassembly and additional packaging. The electric bed of the present disclosure can also be easily unfolded by a single user therefore significantly reducing labor costs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Detailed embodiments are combined hereinafter to clearly and completely describe the techniques of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are merely a representative part but not all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The specification of the present invention allows those skilled in the art to obtain other embodiments without paying creative labor, and thus all of which shall fall into the scope of the present disclosure.

In the description of the present disclosure, it should be understood that the orientations or positions indicated by the terms “central”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, “inner” and “outer” are based on the orientations or positions shown in the figures, which are merely for the convenience of describing and simplifying the description of the present disclosure, but not indicating or implying that the equipment or element referred to must have a specific orientation. Thus, the aforesaid terms cannot be understood as a limitation of the present disclosure. In addition, the terms “first”, “second” and “third” are used for descriptive purposes only and cannot be understood as the indication or implication of relative importance.

In the description of the present disclosure, unless clearly stated, the terms “installed” and “connected” shall be understood in a broad sense. For instance, it may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, an integral connection, a mechanical connection, an electrical connection, a direct connection, an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, an internal connection of two components or an interaction between two components. For those skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure may be understood according to specific circumstances.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a foldable electric bed comprises a front half portion and a rear half portion, wherein the front half portion and the rear half portion are rotatably connected through hinge members 1. The front half portion comprises a front bed board and a front bed frame 100, and the rear half portion comprises a rear bed board and a rear bed frame 101, wherein the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards or iron nets.

Further, the hinge member 1 comprises a main board 3 and two auxiliary boards 2, wherein one auxiliary board 2 is vertically fixed to the lower surface of the front bed frame 100, and the other auxiliary board 2 is vertically fixed to the lower surface of the rear bed frame 101. The two sides of the main board 3 are respectively hinged to the two auxiliary boards 2 through a rotating shaft 4. Two protruding portions 5 are arranged at the lower end of the main board 3, limiting pins 6 are respectively arranged on the protruding portions 5, and the limiting pins 6 are located between the two rotating shafts 4. The lower end of each auxiliary board 2 is provided with a limiting groove 7, and the limiting pins 6 respectively correspond to the limiting grooves 7. When the front half portion and the rear half portion rotate, the auxiliary boards 2 rotate relative to the main board 3 through the rotating shafts 4. At this point, the front half portion and the rear half portion are attached to form a folded structure, thereby reducing the size of the electric bed. When the front half portion and the rear half portion are unfolded, the limiting pins 6 are respectively clamped into the limiting grooves 7, which prevent the auxiliary boards 2 and the main board 3 from continuously rotating relative to each other, so that the front half portion and the rear half portion are joined to form a complete electric bed.

Further, the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards.

Further, the front bed frame 100 and the rear bed frame 101 are both in frame structure. The front bed board comprises a calf-supporting board 102, a thigh-supporting board 103 and a front seat board 104 which are sequentially hinged through hinges. The front seat board 104 is fixedly connected with the front bed frame 100, and a front rotating rod 105 is rotatably mounted in the front bed frame 100. The front rotating rod 105 is hinged with a front electric push rod 106, the front electric push rod 106 comprises a front telescopic rod 107, and the front telescopic rod 107 is hinged to the front bed frame 100. A front rotating board 108 is fixedly connected to two sides of the front rotating rod 105, and pulleys 109 are mounted on the front rotating board 108. The rear bed board comprises a rear seat board 110 and a backrest board 111 which are sequentially hinged. The rear seat board 110 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the rear bed frame 101, and a rear rotating rod 112 is rotatably mounted in the rear bed frame 101. The rear rotating rod 112 is hinged with a rear electric push rod 113, and he rear electric push rod 113 comprises a rear telescopic rod 114. The rear telescopic rod 114 is hinged to the rear bed frame 101, and the two sides of the rear rotating rod 112 are fixedly connected with a rear rotating board 115. Pulleys 109 are mounted on the rear rotating board 115, and two bed feet are respectively mounted on the front bed frame 100 and the rear bed frame 100.

Further, the two sides of the calf-supporting board 102 are respectively provided with a supporting rod 116, wherein one end of the supporting rod 116 is hinged to one side of the front bed frame 100, and the other end of the supporting rod 116 is hinged to the calf-supporting board 102.

Further, the lower surface of the calf-supporting board 102 and the lower surface of the backrest board 111 are respectively provided with two reinforcing boards 117 matched with the pulleys 109.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, a foldable electric bed comprises a front half portion and a rear half portion, wherein the front half portion and the rear half portion are rotatably connected through hinge members 1. The front half portion comprises a front bed board and a front bed frame 100, and the rear half portion comprises a rear bed board and a rear bed frame 101, wherein the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards or iron nets.

Further, the hinge member 1 comprises a main board 3 and two auxiliary boards 2, wherein one auxiliary board 2 is vertically fixed to the lower surface of the front bed board, and the other auxiliary board 2 is vertically fixed to the lower surface of the rear bed board. The two sides of the main board 3 are respectively hinged to the two auxiliary boards 2 through a rotating shaft 4. Two protruding portions 5 are arranged at the lower end of the main board 3, limiting pins 6 are respectively arranged on the protruding portions 5, and the limiting pins 6 are located between the two rotating shafts 4. The lower end of each auxiliary board 2 is provided with a limiting groove 7, and the limiting pins 6 respectively correspond to the limiting grooves 7. When the front half portion and the rear half portion rotate, the auxiliary boards 2 rotate relative to the main board 3 through the rotating shafts 4. At this point, the front half portion and the rear half portion are attached to form a folded structure, thereby reducing the size of the electric bed. When the front half portion and the rear half portion are unfolded, the limiting pins 6 are respectively clamped into the limiting grooves 7, which prevent the auxiliary boards 2 and the main board 3 from continuously rotating relative to each other, so that the front half portion and the rear half portion are joined to form a complete electric bed.

Further, the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards.

Further, the front bed frame 100 and the rear bed frame 101 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged, wherein the front bed frame 100 comprises a cross rail 120. The cross rail 120 is sequentially, vertically and fixedly connected with a first outer side longitudinal rail 121, a first inner side longitudinal rail 122, a second inner side longitudinal rail 123 and a second outer side longitudinal rail 124. The two ends of the lower surface of the cross rail 120 are respectively mounted with bed feet.

The front bed board comprises a calf-supporting board 102, a thigh-supporting board 103 and a front seat board 104 which are sequentially hinged. The front seat board 104 is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 and the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the front bed frame 100. The rear bed board comprises a rear seat board 110 and a backrest board 111 which are sequentially hinged.

The rear seat board 110 is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 and the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the rear bed frame 101. The inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 and the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the front bed frame 100 are respectively provided with a front rotating board 108. One end of the front rotating board 108 is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the front bed frame 100, and the other end of the front rotating board 108 is provided with a pulley 109. The two front rotating boards 108 are fixedly connected through a front rotating rod 105, and a front mounting board 126 is fixedly connected to the front rotating rod 105. The front mounting board 126 is hinged with a front electric push rod 106, and the front electric push rod 106 comprises a front piston rod 107. The front piston rod 107 is hinged to the cross rail 120 of the front bed frame 100, and the front electric push rod 106 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the calf-supporting board 102.

The inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 and the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the rear bed frame 101 are respectively provided with a rear rotating board 115. One end of the rear rotating board 115 is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail 123 of the rear bed frame 101, and the other end of the rear rotating board 115 is provided with a pulley 109. The two rear rotating boards 115 are fixedly connected through a rear rotating rod 112, and a rear mounting board 129 is fixedly connected to the rear rotating rod 112. The rear mounting board 129 is hinged with a rear electric push rod 113, and the rear electric push rod 113 comprises a rear piston rod 114. The rear piston rod 114 is hinged to the cross rail 120 of the rear bed frame 101, and the rear electric push rod 113 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the backrest board 111.

Further, a reinforcing rod 130 is fixedly connected between the front rotating board 108 and the front rotating rod 105, and a reinforcing rod 130 is fixedly connected between the rear rotating board 115 and the rear rotating rod 112.

Further, a plurality of reinforcing wood boards 131 are respectively arranged on the front bed frame 100 and the rear bed frame 101. The two ends of each reinforcing wood board 131 are respectively arranged on the first inner side longitudinal rail 122 and the second inner side longitudinal rail 123.

Further, the two sides of the calf-supporting board 102 are respectively provided with a supporting rod 116, wherein one end of the supporting rod 116 is hinged to the first outer side longitudinal rail 121 or the second outer side longitudinal rail 124, and the other end of the supporting rod 116 is hinged to the calf-supporting board 102.

Further, an extension frame is detachably mounted at one end of the calf-supporting board 102 which is far away from the thigh-supporting board 103, and the extension frame is formed by vertically bending a rod-shaped object for multiple times. The rod-shaped object sequentially comprises a first clamping portion 140, a first transverse connection portion 141, a first vertical connection portion 142, a second transverse connection portion 143, a second vertical connection portion 144, a third transverse connection portion 145 and a second clamping portion 146. The first clamping portion 140 and the second clamping portion 146 are arranged opposite to each other, and two clamping blocks 147 are fixed on the calf-supporting board 102. Each clamping block 147 is provided with a clamping groove 148, and the two clamping grooves 148 are respectively in clamping fit with the first clamping portion 140 and the second clamping portion 146.

Further, the lower surface of the calf-supporting board 102 and the lower surface of the backrest board 111 are respectively provided with two reinforcing boards 117 matched with the pulleys 109.

It is worth mentioning that, the technical features relating to the electric push rod described in the present disclosure belong to the prior art. The structure, working principle, control mode and spatial arrangement of the aforesaid features may be selected conventionally. The aforesaid features should not be viewed as the inventive points of the present disclosure, and thus are briefly described herein.

The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art may make modifications and alterations according to the concepts of the present disclosure without paying creative labor. Therefore, all technical solutions obtained by those skilled in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experiments on the basis of the prior art according to the concepts of the present disclosure shall fall into the scope defined by the claims of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A foldable electric bed, comprising:

a front half portion, and
a rear half portion, wherein the front half portion and the rear half portion are rotatably connected through a plurality of hinge members, wherein the front half portion further comprising: a front bed board and a front bed frame, and the rear half portion further comprising: a rear bed board and a rear bed frame.

2. The foldable electric bed of claim 1, wherein each hinge member further comprising:

a main board and two auxiliary boards, wherein one auxiliary board is vertically fixed to the front half portion, and the other auxiliary board is vertically fixed to the rear half portion, wherein two sides of the main board are respectively hinged to the two auxiliary boards through a rotating shaft, wherein two protruding portions are arranged at a lower end of the main board, limiting pins are respectively arranged on the protruding portions, and the limiting pins are located between the two rotating shafts, wherein a lower end of each auxiliary board is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting pins respectively correspond to the limiting grooves.

3. The foldable electric bed of claim 2, wherein the front bed board and the rear bed board are made of wood boards or iron nets.

4. The foldable electric bed of claim 3, wherein the front bed board further comprising:

a calf-supporting board, a thigh-supporting board and a front seat board which are sequentially connected through hinges, wherein the front seat board is fixedly connected with the front bed frame, and a front rotating rod is rotatably mounted in the front bed frame, wherein the front rotating rod is hinged with a front electric push rod, the front electric push rod further comprising:
a front telescopic rod, and wherein the front telescopic rod is hinged to the front bed frame, wherein a front rotating board is fixedly connected to two sides of the front rotating rod, and pulleys are mounted on the front rotating board, wherein the rear bed board further comprising:
a rear seat board and a backrest board which are sequentially hinged, wherein the rear seat board is fixedly mounted on an upper surface of the rear bed frame, and a rear rotating rod is rotatably mounted in the rear bed frame, wherein the rear rotating rod is hinged with a rear electric push rod, and the rear electric push rod further comprising:
a rear telescopic rod, wherein the rear telescopic rod is hinged to the rear bed frame, and two sides of the rear rotating rod are fixedly connected with a rear rotating board, wherein pulleys are mounted on the rear rotating board, and a plurality of bed feet are mounted on the front bed frame and the rear bed frame.

5. The foldable electric bed of claim 3, wherein the front bed frame further comprising:

a cross rail, wherein the cross rail is sequentially connected with a first outer side longitudinal rail, a first inner side longitudinal rail, a second inner side longitudinal rail and a second outer side longitudinal rail, wherein two ends of the lower surface of the cross rail are respectively mounted with bed feet, wherein the front bed board further comprising:
a calf-supporting board, a thigh-supporting board and a front seat board which are sequentially hinged, wherein the front seat board is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame, wherein the rear bed board further comprising:
a rear seat board and a backrest board which are sequentially hinged, wherein the rear seat board is fixedly connected to the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame, wherein an inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail and an inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame are respectively provided with a front rotating board, wherein one end of the front rotating board is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the front bed frame, and another end of the front rotating board is provided with a pulley, wherein the two front rotating boards are fixedly connected through a front rotating rod, and a front mounting board is fixedly connected to the front rotating rod, wherein the front mounting board is hinged with a front electric push rod, and the front electric push rod further comprising:
a front piston rod, wherein the front piston rod is hinged to the cross rail of the front bed frame, and the front electric push rod is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the calf-supporting board, wherein the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail and the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame are respectively provided with a rear rotating board, wherein one end of the rear rotating board is hinged to the inner side of the first inner side longitudinal rail or the inner side of the second inner side longitudinal rail of the rear bed frame, and the other end of the rear rotating board is provided with a pulley, wherein the two rear rotating boards are fixedly connected through a rear rotating rod, and wherein a rear mounting board is fixedly connected to the rear rotating rod, wherein the rear mounting board is hinged with a rear electric push rod, and the rear electric push rod further comprising:
a rear piston rod, wherein the rear piston rod is hinged to the cross rail of the rear bed frame, and the rear electric push rod is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the backrest board.

6. The foldable electric bed of claim 4, wherein a reinforcing rod is fixedly connected between the front rotating board and the front rotating rod, and a reinforcing rod is fixedly connected between the rear rotating board and the rear rotating rod.

7. The foldable electric bed of claim 6, wherein a plurality of reinforcing wood boards are respectively arranged on the front bed frame and the rear bed frame, wherein two ends of each reinforcing wood board are respectively arranged on the first inner side longitudinal rail and the second inner side longitudinal rail.

The foldable electric bed of claim 4, wherein two sides of the calf-supporting board are respectively provided with a supporting rod, wherein one end of the supporting rod is hinged to one side of the front bed frame, and the other end of the supporting rod is hinged to the calf-supporting board.

9. The foldable electric bed of claim 8, wherein an extension frame is detachably mounted at one end of the calf-supporting board, and wherein the extension frame is formed by vertically bending a rod-shaped object for multiple times, wherein the rod-shaped object further comprising:

a first clamping portion, a first transverse connection portion, a first vertical connection portion, a second transverse connection portion, a second vertical connection portion, a third transverse connection portion and a second clamping portion, wherein the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are arranged opposite to each other, and wherein two clamping blocks are fixed on the calf-supporting board, wherein each clamping block is provided with a clamping groove, and wherein the two clamping grooves are respectively in clamping fit with the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.

10. The foldable electric bed of claim 9, wherein the lower surface of the calf-supporting board and the lower surface of the backrest board are respectively provided with two reinforcing boards matched with the pulleys.
