A fastening strap is provided, including: a first fastening assembly, including a plurality of hooks and a first stretchable release layer including a first projection projecting beyond a base layer in a first direction, each of the plurality of hooks including a root portion and a curved portion, the curved portion extending from the root portion and curving toward a second direction, the second direction being lateral to the first direction; and a second fastening assembly, including a second stretchable release layer and a plurality of loops; wherein at least one of the plurality of hooks is releasably hooked to at least one of the plurality of loops.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a fastening strap.

Description of the Prior Art

Generally, picture frames, murals, posters or the like are usually hung on the wall other surfaces by using their eyes on nails.

However, the conventional methods of hanging picture frames, murals or posters will damage the wall or other surfaces. When one wants to adjust the position or angle of hanging, it needs to remove the nails or hooks, and then rehang the picture frames, murals or posters in the adjusted position, which results in many holes on the wall or other surfaces and affects the overall appearance.

The present invention is, therefore, arisen to obviate or at least mitigate the above-mentioned disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the present invention is to provide a fastening strap which provides good and multi-directional certainty of hooking attachment and is advantageous for detachment.

To achieve the above and other objects, a fastening strap is provided, including: a first fastening assembly, including a first layer and a first stretchable release layer, the first layer including a base layer and a plurality of hooks, the base layer including a first face and a second face, the first stretchable release layer attached to the first face, the plurality of hooks disposed on the second face, the plurality of hooks and the base layer being integrally formed form plastic by injection molding, the first stretchable release layer including a first projection projecting beyond the base layer in a first direction, each of the plurality of hooks including a root portion connected to the first face and a curved portion, the curved portion extending from the root portion and curving toward a second direction, the second direction being lateral to the first direction; and a second fastening assembly, including a second layer and a second stretchable release layer, the second layer including a fabric portion and a plurality of loops, the fabric portion including a third face and a fourth face, the second stretchable release layer attached to the third face, the plurality of loops disposed on the fourth face; wherein at least one of the plurality of hooks is releasably hooked to at least one of the plurality of loops.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 12 for a preferable embodiment of the present invention. A fastening strap 1 of the present invention includes a first fastening assembly 10 and a second fastening assembly 20.

The first fastening assembly 10 includes a first layer 11 and a first stretchable release layer 12, the first layer 11 includes a base layer 13 and a plurality of hooks 14, and the base layer 13 includes a first face 131 and a second face 132. The first stretchable release layer 12 is attached to the first face 131, the plurality of hooks 14 are disposed on the second face 132, and the plurality of hooks 14 and the base layer 13 are integrally formed form plastic by injection molding. The first stretchable release layer 12 includes a first projection 123 projecting beyond the base layer 13 in a first direction L1, each of the plurality of hooks 14 includes a root portion 141 connected to the first face 131 and a curved portion 142, and the curved portion 142 extends from the root portion 141 and curving toward a second direction L2 lateral to the first direction L1. The second fastening assembly 20 includes a second layer 21 and a second stretchable release layer 22, the second layer 21 includes a fabric portion 23 and a plurality of loops 24, the fabric portion 23 includes a third face 231 and a fourth face 232, the second stretchable release layer 22 is attached to the third face 231, and the plurality of loops 24 are disposed on the fourth face 232. The fabric portion 23 includes a plurality of warps and a plurality of wefts weaved with the plurality of warps, and at least one of the plurality of warps and the plurality of wefts is provided integrally with the plurality of loops 24. At least one of the plurality of hooks 14 is releasably hooked to at least one of the plurality of loops 24, and preferably, each of the plurality of hooks 14 is releasably hooked to at least one of the plurality of loops 24. Specifically, the first stretchable release layer 12 includes a stretchable base layer 121 and two adhesive layers 122, one of the two adhesive layers 122 is attached to and between the stretchable base layer 121 and the first face 131, and each of the two adhesive layers 122 has a thickness D1 smaller than a thickness D2 of the stretchable base layer 121. One of the two adhesive layers 122 is configured to be attached to a wall 2 or an object 3 (such as frame, accessory or the like). The second fastening assembly 20 includes a stretchable base layer 221 and two adhesive layers 222, and one of the two adhesive layers 222 is configured to be attached to a wall 2 or an object 33. The other of the adhesive layer 122, 222 is configured to be attached to a release sheet 4. The adhesive layer 122, 222 is deformable together with the stretchable base layer 121, 221 so that the adhesive layer 122, 222 can be removed from the wall 2, the object 3, the first face 131 or the second face 132, without glue residue and without damage to the wall 2 or the object 3. The first layer 11 and the second layer 21 are detachably connected with each other, and the plurality of hooks 14 and the plurality of loop 24 provide strong combination strength for bearing large weight loading (especially in the first direction L1); however, it is easy to detach the first layer 11 and the second layer 21 in a direction lateral to the first direction L1. Each of the two adhesive layers 122, 222 may be made of pull-to-peel adhesive material.

The plurality of hooks 14 include at least one first hook row 15 and at least one second hook row 16, and the at least one first hook row 15 and the at least one second hook row 16 are arranged in an interval in the first direction L1. In this embodiment, the plurality of hooks 14 includes a plurality of said first hook rows 15 and a plurality of said second hook rows 16, and the plurality of first hook row 15 and the plurality of second hook row 16 are alternatively arranged in the first direction L1. Each of the at least one first hook row 15 includes a plurality of said curved portions 142 toward the hook 14a (toward the same side), and each of the at least one second hook row 16 includes a plurality of said curved portions 142 toward the hook 14b (toward the same side). In the second direction L2, each of the curved portions 142 of the hooks 14a of the at least one first hook row 15 and each of the curved portions 142 of the hooks 14b of the at least one second hook row 16 extend in opposite directions, which provides good and multi-directional certainty of hooking attachment. Preferably, the curved portions 142 of at least one of the plurality of hooks 14a and at least one of the plurality of hooks 14b are hooked one of the loops 24; the at least one loop 24 includes a plurality of loop elements 241, and the at least one hook 14 is hooked to at least one of the plurality of loop elements 241. In this embodiment, the at least one hook 14 is hooked to a plurality of said loop elements 241. There is at least one of the plurality of hooks 14 per square centimeters on the second face 132. Preferably, here is 1.5-2.0 of the plurality of hooks 14 per square centimeters on the second face 132. The second stretchable release layer 22 includes a second projection 25 projecting beyond the fabric portion 23 in the first direction L1, each of the plurality of loops 24 includes an eye 26 which is open toward an open direction L3, the open direction L3 is lateral to the first direction L1, the open direction L3 and the first direction L1 define an angle θ therebetween, and the angle θ is smaller 90 degrees, which provides good certainty of hooking attachment.

The base layer 13 of the first layer 11 and the plurality of hooks 14 are made from flexible material, and the fabric portion 23 and the plurality of loops 24 are made from flexible material, so that it is advantageous for hooking or detachment of the plurality of hooks 14 to the plurality of loops 24.

The plurality of loops 24 includes at least one first loop row 27 and at least one second loop row 28, the at least one first loop row 27 and the at least one second loop row 28 are arranged in the second direction L2, each of the at least one first loop row 27 includes a plurality of said loops 24a (may be tilted in the same angle or different angles) toward the same side, and each of the at least one second loop row 28 includes a plurality of said loops 24b (may be tilted in the same angle or different angles) toward the same side. The at least one of the plurality of loops 24a is open in an open direction L3a lateral to the open direction L3b toward which the at least one of the plurality of loops 24b is open. In this embodiment, the plurality of loops further includes at least one third loop row 29 and at least one fourth loop row 291; the at least one first loop row 27, the at least one second loop row 28, at least one third loop row 29 and at least one fourth loop row 291 are arranged in the second direction L2. In this embodiment, the plurality of loops includes a plurality of said first loop rows 27, a plurality of said second loop rows 28, a plurality of said third loop rows 29 and a plurality of said fourth loop rows 291; each third loop row 29 includes a plurality of said loops 24a (may be tilted in the same angle or different angles), and each fourth loop row 291 includes a plurality of said loops 24b (may be tilted in the same angle or different angles); the at least one first loop row 27 is neighboring to the at least one third loop row 29, and the at least one fourth loop row 291 is neighboring to the at least one second loop row 28; the second layer 21 defines a reference line L4 parallel to the first direction L1 and has a lateral side 133 on the first direction L1; at least one said first loop row 27 and at least one said third loop row 29 are located at a first side 134 of the reference line L4, and at least one said second loop row 28 and at least one said fourth loop row 291 are located at a second side 135 of the reference line L4 opposite to the first side 134; at least one said first loop row 27, at least one said third loop row 29, at least one said second loop row 28 and at least one said fourth loop row 291 are respectively tilted to the reference line L4 and the lateral side 133 (as shown in FIGS. 6 and 9), which provides good and multi-directional certainty of hooking attachment.

The first stretchable release layer 12 further includes two waterproof layers 124 disposed at opposite sides of the first projection 123, and each of the two adhesive layers 122 extends beyond the base layer 13 in the first direction L1 and connected between the first projection 123 and one of the two waterproof layers 124, thus being simple to manufacture and easy to remove the two waterproof layers 124 from the first stretchable release layer 12. In addition, two waterproof layers 233 are disposed on opposite sides of the second projection 25.

A total thickness of the first fastening assembly 10 and the second fastening assembly 20 is smaller than or equal to 1.00 cm. Preferably, the total thickness of the first fastening assembly 10 and the second fastening assembly 20 is smaller than or equal to 0.50 cm, thus being thin and aesthetic.

The first fastening assembly 10 and the second fastening assembly 20 can be detached or attached in a third direction lateral to the first direction L1 and the second direction L2.

Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A fastening strap, including:

a first fastening assembly, including a first layer and a first stretchable release layer, the first layer including a base layer and a plurality of hooks, the base layer including a first face and a second face, the first stretchable release layer attached to the first face, the plurality of hooks disposed on the second face, the plurality of hooks and the base layer being integrally formed form plastic by injection molding, the first stretchable release layer including a first projection projecting beyond the base layer in a first direction, each of the plurality of hooks including a root portion connected to the first face and a curved portion, the curved portion extending from the root portion and curving toward a second direction, the second direction being lateral to the first direction; and
a second fastening assembly, including a second layer and a second stretchable release layer, the second layer including a fabric portion and a plurality of loops, the fabric portion including a third face and a fourth face, the second stretchable release layer attached to the third face, the plurality of loops disposed on the fourth face;
wherein at least one of the plurality of hooks is releasably hooked to at least one of the plurality of loops.

The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hooks include at least one first hook row and at least one second hook row, the at least one first hook row and the at least one second hook row are arranged in an interval in the first direction, each of the at least one first hook row includes a plurality of said hooks whose curved portions extend toward the same side, each of the at least one second hook row includes a plurality of said hooks whose curved portions extend toward the same side, and in the second direction each of the curved portions of the at least one first hook row and each of the curved portions of the at least one second hook row extend in opposite directions.

3. The fastening strap of claim 2, wherein the curved portion of at least one of the plurality of hooks of the at least one first hook row and the curved portion of at least one of the plurality of hooks of the at least one second hook row are hooked to a same one of the plurality of loops.

4. The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the base layer of the first layer and the plurality of hooks are made from flexible material.

The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the second stretchable release layer includes a second projection projecting beyond the fabric portion in a direction toward the first direction, each of the plurality of loops includes an eye which is open toward an open direction, the open direction is lateral to the first direction, the open direction and the first direction define an angle therebetween, and the angle is smaller 90 degrees.

The fastening strap of claim 5, wherein the plurality of loops include at least one first loop row and at least one second loop row, the at least one first loop row and the at least one second loop row are arranged in the second direction, each of the at least one first loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side, each of the at least one second loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side, and the open direction of at least one of the plurality of said loops of the at least one first loop row is lateral to the open direction of at least one of the plurality of said loops of the at least one second loop row.

7. The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the at least one of the plurality of loops includes a plurality of loop elements, and the at least one of the plurality of hooks is hooked to at least one of the plurality of loop elements.

The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the first stretchable release layer includes a stretchable base layer and two adhesive layers, one of the two adhesive layers is attached to and between the stretchable base layer and the first face, each of the two adhesive layers has a thickness smaller than a thickness of the stretchable base layer, and the adhesive layer is deformable together with the stretchable base layer.

The fastening strap of claim 1, wherein the first stretchable release layer further includes two waterproof layers disposed at opposite sides of the first projection, and each of the two adhesive layers extends beyond the base layer in the first direction and connected between the first projection and one of the two waterproof layers.

The fastening strap of claim 3, wherein the plurality of hooks include a plurality of said first hook rows and a plurality of said second hook rows; the base layer of the first layer and the plurality of hooks are made from flexible material; the fabric portion and the plurality of loops are made from flexible material; the second stretchable release layer includes a second projection projecting beyond the fabric portion in a direction toward the first direction, each of the plurality of loops includes an eye which is open toward an open direction, the open direction is lateral to the first direction, the open direction and the first direction define an angle therebetween, and the angle is smaller 90 degrees; the plurality of loops include at least one first loop row, at least one second loop row, at least one third loop row and at least one fourth loop row; the at least one first loop row, the at least one second loop row, the at least one third loop row and the at least one fourth loop row are arranged in the second direction; each of the at least one first loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side, each of the at least one second loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side, each of the at least one third loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side, each of the at least one fourth loop row includes a plurality of said loops whose eyes are open toward the same side; the at least one first loop row is neighboring to the at least one third loop row, the at least one fourth loop row is neighboring to the at least one second loop row, the eyes of the plurality of said loops of the at least one first loop row is open toward an open direction lateral to an open direction toward which the eyes of the plurality of said loops of the at least one second loop row; the second layer defines a reference line parallel to the first direction and has a lateral side on the first direction, at least one said first loop row and at least one said third loop row are located at a first side of the reference line, at least one said second loop row and at least one said fourth loop row are located at a second side of the reference line opposite to the first side; a total thickness of the first fastening assembly and the second fastening assembly is smaller than or equal to 1.00 cm; there is at least one of the plurality of hooks per square centimeters on the second face.
