CHILDREN'S TOY BOX

Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a children's toy box. The toy box may include a support pad, a bottom, and a barricade portion. The barricade portion may include four lateral walls, where any two adjacent walls can be connected to one another. The bottom may include a first and second bottom. The children's toy box can be folded with the support pad being moved to the inside of the box. The box can be folded afterwards, where the lateral walls connected to the bottom portion are also folded. In this manner, the children's toy box can be reduced to a substantially flat structure when not in use. When the need arises, the children's toy box can be returned to a boxed structure to effectively solve the problem of oversized children's toy boxes.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

BACKGROUND Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of toys, in particular to children's toy boxes.

Background

Children's toy boxes are popular among children and are popular children's toys themselves. They can be used for children to play and can also be used for storing and accommodating various children's toys. However, children's toy boxes are large in size, making them inconvenient to transport and sell. Moreover, the unused toy box occupies a large space at home which can bring additional storage problems.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure provides a children's toy box that in some embodiments solves certain technical problems of existing children's toy boxes, such as oversized children's toy boxes. In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions:

An embodiment of the disclosure provides a children's toy box, characterized in that it includes: the box and support pad. Wherein the box includes a bottom and a barricade portion that surrounds the bottom. The barricade portion includes four lateral walls that connect in a folding manner between any two adjacent lateral walls. The bottom includes a first bottom and a second bottom, and two lateral walls connected to the first bottom. The four lateral walls are connected in a folding manner. Specifically, the second bottom is connected with two other lateral walls of the four lateral walls in a folding manner. The bottom can be provided with a first fold line on the first bottom, so that first bottom can be folded along the first fold line. The bottom can be provided with a second fold line on the second bottom, so that the second bottom can be folded along the second fold line. The supporting plate is arranged in the box body close to the bottom, and the supporting plate is connected to any one side wall in a foldable manner.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the children's toy box includes a box and support pad, wherein the box includes a bottom and a barricade portion. The barricade portion includes four lateral walls that connect in a folding manner between any two adjacent lateral walls. The bottom includes a first bottom portion and a second bottom portion. The two lateral walls connected to the first bottom portion are connected in a folding manner, while the second bottom portion is connected with the two other lateral walls of the four lateral walls in a folding manner. The first bottom portion can be folded along a first fold line, the second bottom portion can be folded along a second fold line, and the support pad is connected to any one lateral wall close to the bottom in a folding manner. As such, when not in use, the children's toy box disclosed herein can be folded with the support pad folding or otherwise collapsing to the inside of box. The bottom of the box can be folded to the inside of the box thereafter, and the lateral wall of box and the lateral wall connected thereto can also be folded at that time. Accordingly, the children's toy case can be collapsed into a substantially flat structure when not in use, and when the need arises, one can expand the lateral walls to make the children's toy box return to a box-like structure. The support pad can be brought down to contact the bottom of the toy box and the walls can be unfolded. In this manner, the problem of oversized toy boxes can be effectively solved or otherwise mitigated.

In addition, according to some embodiments of the disclosure, the following additional technical features can be provided: in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the bottom is square in shape, the support plate is square in shape, and the plurality of side walls are rectangular in shape.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first bottom portion is foldable into two equal-area portions along the first fold line, and the second bottom portion is foldable into two equal-area portions along the second fold line.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, one of the sidewalls has a through hole formed therein, and the child toy box further includes: a door disposed on the through hole and covering the through hole.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the child toy box further comprises a stiffener disposed above the door.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the stiffener is a reinforcing rib having a triangular prism structure, where one of the faces of the triangular prism is attached to the side wall.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the door is provided with a screw hole above the side wall, the reinforcing rib is provided with a fixing through hole, and a screw passes through the fixing through hole to fix the reinforcing rib in the screw hole of the side wall.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first bottom and/or the second bottom is provided with an operation hole.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the child toy bin further comprises: one side of the box cover is connected to the upper end of one side wall in a foldable manner and covers the top of the box body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION INCLUDING PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The drawings and description presented herein are provided to more clearly illustrate certain embodiments of the present disclosure or certain technical solutions to problems existing in the art. It is understood that the drawings and description provided herein are only some embodiments of the present disclosure. The general principles described herein may be applied to embodiments and applications other than those specifically discussed herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure. This disclosure is not limited to any particular embodiment shown but is instead to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and features that are disclosed or suggested.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a selection of the possible embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the possible embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the description herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a child's toy box, including: a case and a support plate 26. The box body comprises a bottom and a retaining wall portion arranged around the bottom, the retaining wall portion comprises four side walls 10 connected in sequence. Any two adjacent side walls 10 are connected in a foldable manner, the bottom comprises a first bottom 21 and a second bottom 22, the first bottom 21 is connected with two side walls 10 of the four side walls 10 in a foldable manner, the second bottom 22 is connected with the other two side walls 10 of the four side walls 10 in a foldable manner. A first folding line 23 is arranged on the first bottom 21, so that the first bottom 21 can be folded along the first folding line 23, and a second folding line 24 is arranged on the second bottom 22, so that the second bottom 22 can be folded along the second folding line 24. A support plate 26 is provided inside the cabinet, and the support plate 26 is attached to a side wall 10 in a foldable manner and is provided near the bottom.

In some configurations, not all of the four walls are connected to one another. For example, in some configurations, the first bottom 21 is connected with two side walls 10 of the four side walls 10 in a foldable manner. Likewise, the second bottom is connected with another two side walls 10 of the four side walls in a foldable manner. In this configuration, not all of the four sidewalls are connected to one another, but a useful box shape can still be formed.

A children's toy box according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a box body and a supporting plate 26, wherein the box body includes a bottom portion and a retaining wall portion. The retaining wall portion includes four sidewalls 10 connected in sequence, where any two adjacent sidewalls 10 are connected in a foldable manner. The bottom portion includes a first bottom portion 21 and a second bottom portion 22, the first bottom portion 21 is connected in a foldable manner with two sidewalls 10 of the four sidewalls 10, the second bottom portion 22 is connected in a foldable manner with the other two sidewalls 10 of the four sidewalls 10. The first bottom portion 21 can be folded along a first folding line 23, the second bottom portion 22 can be folded along a second folding line 24, and the supporting plate 26 is connected in a foldable manner to any one of the sidewalls 10 and disposed near the bottom portion. In this manner, when the children's toy box is not in use, one can fold the inside of support plate 26 into the box, fold the inside of the bottom to the box again after that. The side wall 10 of box and the side wall 10 that is connected thereto can also be folded at this time. In this manner, the children's toy box can be reduced to a small and unassuming structure resembling a plate when not in use. When needed for use, the children's toy box can resume a boxed structure by expanding the side wall 10 and the side wall 10 that is connected thereto and then expand support plate 26 to make it contact the bottom. By designing the four side walls 10 connected with one another into foldable shapes, and by ensuring that the base, the side walls 10, and the supporting plate 26 can be also folded relative to the side walls 10, the problem of over-sized children's toy boxes can be effectively solved.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the bottom is square in shape, the support plate 26 is square in shape, and the plurality of side walls 10 are rectangular in shape. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the bottom of the case is square, the support plate 26 is square, and the sidewalls 10 are rectangular, so that the children's toy box occupies less space when folded.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first bottom portion 21 is foldable into two equal-area portions along a first fold line 23, and the second bottom portion 22 is foldable into two equal-area portions along a second fold line 24. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first bottom portion 21 can be folded along the first folding line 23 into two equal parts, and the second bottom portion 22 can be folded along the second folding line 24 into two equal parts, so that when the supporting plate 26 is attached to the bottom surface in use, the first bottom portion 21 and the second bottom portion 22 of the bottom surface are the same in size, and thus the stress is also uniform.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, one of the sidewalls 10 has a through hole, and the children's toy box further includes: and a door 30, the door 30 being disposed on the through hole, and the door 30 covering the through hole. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the child toy box is further provided with a door 30, which can add to the entertainment aspect of the children's toy box.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the children's toy box further comprises at least one reinforcing ribs 11, such as the reinforcing ribs 11 being disposed above the door 30. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the reinforcing ribs 11 are provided above the door 30, so that the box body of the children's toy box can be more stable.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the reinforcing rib 11 has a triangular prism structure, where one surface of the triangular prism is attached to the side wall 10, as shown in FIG. 3. It is understood that the figures are presented for the sake of better understanding of the structure in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and that the size in the drawing is not to scale, and the positional relationship of the reinforcing bar 11 of the triangular prism structure in the box body is mainly shown. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, reinforcing bar 11 is a triangular prism structure, and with a surface of one face adhered to a side wall 10 of triangular prism structure. In this manner, the strengthening rib 11 seam cannot be seen. It will also be understood that the width of the triangular prism here can be thinner to satisfy the folding function of children's toy case. The triangular prism can be adhered to the internal surface of the side wall 10 in a variety of ways, including adhesive tape, but that also other adhesive mechanisms may be employed. The present disclosure is not limited to any particular adhesive mechanism. Of course, the reinforcing ribs 11 of the present embodiment may also be attached to the outer surface of the side wall 10 without affecting the folding function of the children's toy box.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a screw hole is formed above the side wall 10 where the door 30 is located, and a fixing through hole is formed in the reinforcing bar 11. As such a screw may be passed through the fixing through hole to fix the reinforcing bar 11 in the screw hole of the side wall 10. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the reinforcing ribs 11 can be fixed on the side walls 10 by fastening bolts, so that the reinforcing ribs 11 fixed by the fastening bolts can be detached conveniently.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first bottom 21 and/or the second bottom 22 are provided with an operation hole 25. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the bottom of the children's toy box is provided with an operation hole 25, for example, a semicircular through hole may be formed on the first bottom 21, and a semicircular through hole may be formed on the second bottom 22, so that when the first bottom 21 and the second bottom 22 are in the same plane, the two upper semicircles may form a complete circle, so that when a child opens or folds the children's toy box, their hand may be prevented from being pinched.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a side wall 10 and the next adjacent side wall foldably connected thereto may be folded again after being folded. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after the side wall 10 and the side wall 10 adjacent thereto are folded, they are folded again, so that the child toy box can be folded into an even smaller configuration.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the children's toy box further comprises: a cover having one side foldably connected to an upper end of one of the side walls 10 and a covering on top of the case. In one such embodiment, the children's toy box is configured with a lid. In this manner, if the need for storage arises, one can cover the children's toy case with the case lid, preventing the contents from falling out.

It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Claims

1. A children's toy box, comprising:

a box body comprising a bottom part and a retaining wall part arranged around the bottom part;
a retaining wall part comprising four side walls which are sequentially connected, wherein any two adjacent side walls are connected in a foldable manner;
a bottom part comprising a first bottom part and a second bottom part, wherein the first bottom part is connected with two side walls in the four side walls in a foldable manner, the second bottom part is connected with the other two side walls in the four side walls in a foldable manner, a first folding line is arranged on the first bottom part, so that the first bottom part can be folded along the first folding line, and a second folding line is arranged on the second bottom part, so that the second bottom part can be folded along the second folding line;
a supporting plate arranged in the box body, wherein the supporting plate is connected to any one side wall in a foldable manner and is close to the bottom.

2. The children's toy box of claim 1, wherein the bottom is square in shape, the support plate is square in shape, and the plurality of side walls are rectangular in shape.

3. A children's toy box of claim 2, characterized in that the first bottom part is foldable into two equal-area parts along the first fold line and the second bottom part is foldable into two equal-area parts along the second fold line.

4. The children's toy box of claim 1, wherein one of the sidewalls has a through hole formed therein, the children's toy box further comprising: a door disposed on the through hole and covering the through hole.

5. The children's toy box of claim 4, further comprising a stiffener disposed above the door.

6. The children's toy box of claim 5, wherein the stiffener is a reinforcing rib having a triangular prism structure, one of the faces of which is attached to the side wall.

7. The children's toy box of claim 5, wherein a screw hole is formed above the sidewall where the door is located, and a fixing through hole is formed on the reinforcing rib, and a screw passes through the fixing through hole to fix the reinforcing rib in the screw hole of the sidewall.

8. The children's toy box of claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the first bottom or the second bottom is provided with handling holes.

9. The children's toy box of claim 1, wherein one side of the box cover is connected to the upper end of one side wall in a foldable manner and covers the top of the box body.
