A stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member is a stick cosmetic accommodating container that includes: an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member; a rod member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper end portion; and an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaged piece to a substantially released state, an issue thereof being to provide a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which only the dish member can be attached and detached even after assembly, and segregated disposal is also improved.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a stick cosmetic accommodating container that holds a stick cosmetic such as lipstick.

2. Description of the Related Art

Conventionally, regarding stick cosmetic accommodating containers, a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which which a screw rod or the like that is fixed to a dish member moves the dish member up and down by being screwed to a helical body or a drive member, and makes the stick cosmetic emerge and retract is known (Patent Literature 1).

However, in a publicly known invention described in above-described Patent Literature 1, a member, such as the screw rod, that moves the dish member up and down is integrally formed in a lower end portion of the dish member. Once assembly is performed, detachment of only the dish member cannot be performed unless the overall stick cosmetic accommodating container is disassembled.

Therefore, when the dish member is filled with a stick cosmetic and a filling mistake occurs, the dish member cannot be detached and refilled. In addition, the overall stick cosmetic accommodating container is difficult to disassemble. A problem occurs in that the stick cosmetic accommodating container is disposed and product loss increases.

Meanwhile, from a perspective of environmental conservation, segregated disposal is also required in addition to reduction in product loss. The stick cosmetic and the accommodating container that is used for the stick cosmetic typically have numerous components. Therefore, the types of materials vary, such as metal, resin, and paper, in addition to the content. The structure is also complex and disassembly is difficult. In particular, segregated disposal of the content and the container is difficult.

In light of conventional disadvantages such as those described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which only a dish member can be easily attached and detached even after assembly, and segregated disposal is improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To achieve the above-described object, a stick cosmetic accommodating container of the present invention is a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, characterized by including: an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member; a rod member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper end portion; and an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaged piece to a substantially released state.

The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a second aspect of the invention is a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member characterized by including: an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member; a rod member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper end portion; a locking means that is provided in the rod member and is capable of stopping rising of the dish member by being in a locked state in a position below an upper dead point of the dish member; a releasing means that is capable of releasing the locked state by surmounting the locking means; and an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state, in which the locking means stops the rising of the dish member below a position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion and the engaging piece becomes the substantially released state.

The rod member of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a third aspect of the invention is characterized by being divided in an axial core direction.

The engagement releasing mechanism of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a fourth aspect of the invention is configured by a wide diameter portion that is formed near a lower end portion of the rod main body, a tapered portion that is formed in the lower end portion of the rod main body, and a pressing portion that presses the wide diameter portion and is characterized by, when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the wide diameter portion being pressed and the dimension of the engaging portion being increased by the tapered portions coming into contact.

The rod member of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a fifth aspect of the invention is characterized by a guided portion being formed, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the dimension of the engaging portion being increased by a guide portion that engages with the guided portion.

The rod member of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a sixth aspect of the invention is characterized by using a plurality of road main bodies in which arm-shaped coupling pieces are formed on outer circumferential surfaces near upper end portions, and when the plurality of rod main bodies are joined, the coupling pieces coming into contact on the outer circumferential surfaces of each other, and a coupled state being able to be maintained.

The extending mechanism of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a seventh aspect of the invention is the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to any of the first to fourth aspects characterized by being configured by the rod member in which a screw portion is formed and a drive member in which a female screw portion that is screwed to the screw portion is formed.

The extending mechanism of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to an eighth aspect of the invention is the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to any of the first to fourth aspects characterized by being configured by a helical member that includes a helical groove in an inner portion, a drive member that includes an engaging pin that engages with the helical groove of the helical member and in which a female screw portion is formed in an inner portion, and a rod member in which a screw portion that is screwed to the female screw portion is formed.

The extending mechanism of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a ninth aspect of the invention is characterized by being configured by a helical member that includes a helical groove in an inner portion, a drive member that has a helical portion that is screwed to the helical groove of the helical member in an outer circumferential portion and has a female screw portion on an inner side, a skirt member that is non-rotatably connected to the drive member and is rotatably locked by the helical member, and a rod member in which a screw portion that is screwed to the female screw portion is formed.

The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a tenth aspect of the invention is a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, characterized by including: an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member; a locking member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper portion and is capable of outward-widening displacement; and an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state.

The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to an eleventh aspect of the invention is a stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, characterized by including: an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member; a locking member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper portion and is capable of outward-widening displacement; a locking means that is provided in the locking member and is capable of stopping rising of the dish member by being in a locked state in a position below an upper dead point of the dish member; a releasing means that is capable of releasing the locked state by surmounting the locking means; and an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state, in which the locking means stops the rising of the dish member below a position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion and the engaging piece becomes the substantially released state.

The locking member of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a twelfth aspect of the invention is characterized by being configured by a plurality of locking member main bodies.

The engagement releasing mechanism of the stock cosmetic accommodating container according to a thirteenth aspect of the invention is configured by a guided portion that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the locking member main body, a tapered portion that is formed in a lower portion of the locking member main body, and a guide portion that is formed in the inner cylindrical member and engages with the guided portion, and is characterized by, when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the dimension of the engaging portion being increased by lower end portions of the locking member main bodies becoming closer to each other by the guide portion that engages with the guided portions.

The locking member main body of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a fourteenth aspect of the invention is characterized by arm-shaped coupling pieces being respectively formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof and a fitting portion is formed such as to oppose a contact surface, and when the plurality of locking member main bodies are joined, the coupling pieces coming into contact on inner circumferential surfaces of each other, the fitting portions being fitted together, and a coupled state being able to be maintained.

The extending mechanism of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a fifteenth aspect of the invention is characterized by being configured by the inner cylindrical member in which a slit groove is formed, the helical member in which the helical groove is formed on an inner circumferential surface, and the locking member that has the protruding piece that passes through the slitted groove and engages with the helical groove.

The inner cylindrical member or the locking member of the stick cosmetic accommodating container according to a sixteenth aspect of the invention is characterized by being provided with a fall preventing means.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

As is clear from the descriptions above, effects listed as follows are achieved in the present invention.

(1) In the inventions according to the first and tenth aspects, when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the dimension on the inner side of the engaging portion of the rod member is increased or the engaging portion of the locking member is displaced such as to widen outward. Therefore, the engaged state with the dish member can be released. Consequently, only the dish member can be attached and detached even after assembly.

(2) Because only the dish member can be attached and detached even after assembly, the dish member can be easily replaced without the overall stick cosmetic accommodating container being disassembled. Consequently, even in cases in which filling of a stick cosmetic, such as lipstick, fails, filling of the stick cosmetic can be performed again. Loss caused by filling mistakes can be reduced.

(3) Even when the stick cosmetic is used up, a new stick cosmetic can be set again simply by the dish member being exchanged, without the accommodating container being disassembled. Consequently, reuse and the like can be facilitated.

(4) Even when segregated disposal is performed, the content can be easily removed. Furthermore, regarding disassembly of the container as well, because the content is removed first, disassembly can be performed with hands hardly becoming soiled.

(5) The inventions according to the second and eleventh aspects also achieve effects similar to above-described (1) to (4). In addition, because the locking means is provided, the engaged state of the dish member is not released during ordinary use.

Consequently, the dish member detaching during ordinary use can be prevented.

(6) The inventions according to the third to ninth aspects and the twelfth to sixteenth aspects also achieve effects similar to above-described (1) to (5).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will hereinafter be described in detail according to embodiments for carrying out the present invention shown in the drawings.

According to a first embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, 1 denotes a stick cosmetic accommodating container (referred to, hereafter, as an “accommodating container”) of the present invention in which a dish member 3 that holds a stick cosmetic 2 is moved in an up/down direction by an extending mechanism 4, and the stick cosmetic 2 is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract.

The overall accommodating container 1 has a vertically long, circular cylindrical shape. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the accommodating container 1 is configured by: the dish member 3 of a predetermined shape that holds the stick cosmetic 2 and has an engaging piece 5 in a substantially center portion of a bottom portion 3a thereof; a rod member 8 that is positioned below the dish member 3, has an engaging portion 6 that engages with the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 in an upper end portion, and in which a screw portion 7 is formed; an inner cylindrical member 9 that accommodates the dish member 3 therein and of which an upper end portion is open; a drive member 10 that is screwed to the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 and engages with the inner cylindrical member 9; a skirt member 11 of which an inner bottom surface thereof is attached to a bottom surface of the drive member 10 in a fixed state and that covers a lower portion of the inner cylindrical member 9; and a cap body 12 that fits onto an upper end portion of the skirt member 11 and covers an upper portion of the inner cylindrical member 9.

Here, although the accommodating container has a circular cylindrical shape according to the present embodiment, the accommodating container may be a prism, such as a square prism or a hexagonal prism, or may have a shape that is streamlined or has left-right asymmetry.

As shown in FIG. 2, according to the present embodiment, the dish member 3 is composed of resin and formed into a slightly short, circular cylindrical shape. The stick cosmetic 2 is accommodated inside the dish member 3. Here, a linear rotation-stopping rib (not shown) or the like that extends in the up/down direction may be formed on a side wall on an inner side of the dish member 3.

The engaging piece 5 that protrudes downward in a knob shape is formed in a substantially center portion on a bottom surface of the dish member 3. The engaging piece 5 has a small-diameter base end portion that is continuous with the bottom portion 3a and a lower-end large diameter portion that is continuous with the base end portion in a flange shape. In other words, the engaging piece 5 is formed into a shape that has a cuff portion similar to a hose joint (a substantially trapezoidal shape from a cross-sectional view).

The engaging portion 6 that has a recessing shape and is integrally formed in an upper end portion of the rod member 8 engages with the engaging piece 5. An inner side of this engaging portion 6 is formed into a shape that is similar to lip channel steel at a cross-section. When the cuff portion engages with the engaging portion 6, the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are both in an integrally connected state.

Here, knurling-like grooves may be formed on an inner side surface of the engaging portion 6.

According to the present embodiment, the rod member 8 is a member that, as a whole, has a substantially circular columnar shape that is formed by a pair of rod main bodies 13 that are divided into to two in an axial core direction (vertically) from substantially a center being joined. The screw portion 7 is formed in the axial core direction (length direction) on an outer circumferential surface of the rod member 8, and a pair of flat portions 14 are formed in the axial core direction in opposing portions on the outer circumferential surface thereof. That is, a cross-sectional shape of the rod member 8 is formed into a substantially track-like shape.

Near a lower end portion of the pair of rod main bodies 13, tapered portions 15 are formed such that engaging portions of the rod main bodies 13 separate near an upper dead point. A ring-shaped wide diameter portion 16 is formed on the outer circumferential surface near the lower end portion of the rod main bodies 13.

Here, the rod member 8 may be configured by the pair (two) of rod main bodies 13 or may be configured by a plurality of rod main bodies 13 being joined.

In addition, the upper dead point of the dish member 3 is a point at which the dish member 3 is positioned in an uppermost portion when the dish member 3 is raised by the extending mechanism 4. Near the upper dead point includes the upper dead point and also includes down to a position that is slightly below the upper dead point.

According to the present embodiment, the inner cylindrical member 9 is composed of metal and is a pipe-shaped member that covers an outer circumferential portion of the dish member 3. This inner cylindrical member 9 is a member that has a substantially circular cylindrical shape of which an upper portion is cut away at an angle. On an inner surface thereof, a rotation prevention member 17 that engages with the flat portions 14 of the rod member 8 and prevents rotation of the rod member 8 is provided. In addition, on the inner surface near a lower end portion thereof, a ring-shaped attaching portion 9a that engages with an annular groove 10a of the drive member 10 is formed.

The rotation prevention member 17 is provided in a substantially intermediate portion in the up/down direction of the inner cylindrical member 9 and includes a through hole 17a that has a shape (a substantially track-like shape) that comes into contact with the flat portions 14 of the rod member 8. As a result of the rod member 8 being inserted into the through hole 17a, a wall surface of the through hole 17a and the flat portions 14 interfere and rotation of the rod member 8 is prevented.

As a result of the rotation prevention member 17, the rod member 8 is in a state of being unable to rotate in relation to the inner cylindrical member 9 and able to move up and down.

The drive member 10 is a member that has a circular cylindrical shape of which an outer shape is stepped and an inner portion is hollow. Near an upper end portion of the inner portion thereof, a female screw portion 18 that is screwed the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 is formed.

According to the present embodiment, the extending mechanism 4 is configured by the rod member 8 in which the screw portion 7 is formed and the drive member 10 in which the female screw portion 18 that is screwed to the screw portion 7 is formed.

In addition, near the female screw portion 18 (near the upper end portion of the drive member 10), a pressing portion 19 that has a smaller diameter than near a lower end portion is formed.

As shown in FIG. 6, the pressing portion 19 interferes with the wide diameter portion 16 that is formed near the lower end portion of the rod member 8 when the dish member 3 and the rod member 8 are raised to near the upper dead point, and presses the wide diameter portion in an inward direction. As a result, the rod main bodies 13 of the rod member 8 are each pressed in the axial core direction. The lower end portions of the rod main bodies 13 become closer to each other and the tapered portions 15 come into contact. Consequently, a dimension on an inner side of the engaging portion 6 that is formed in the upper end portion of the rod member 8 increases, and an engaged state between the engaging portion 6 and the engaging piece 5 is substantially released.

That is, an engagement releasing mechanism 20 is configured by the wide diameter portion 16 that is formed near the lower end portions of the rod main bodies 13, the tapered portions 15 that are formed near the lower end portions of the rod main bodies 13, and the pressing portion 19 that presses the wide diameter portion 16. When the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point, the wide diameter portion 16 is pressed and the tapered portions 15 come into contact. Consequently, the inner dimension of the engaging portion 6 increases.

When the engaged state is substantially released, at least the upper end portion of the dish member 3 preferably protrudes from the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9. As a result of the upper end portion of the dish member 3 protruding from the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9, a vicinity of the upper end portion of the dish member 3 can be gripped by a hand or a utensil, and the dish member 3 can be easily exchanged.

Here, according to the present embodiment, the tapered portions 15 come into contact with each other. However, the tapered portions 15 or the lower end portions of the rod main bodies 13 are not required to come into contact with each other. All that is required is that the dimension on the inner side of the engaging portion 6 that is formed in the upper end portions of the rod main bodies 13 be increased by the lower end portions of the rod main bodies 13 becoming closer.

Here, the through hole 17a of the rotation prevention member 17 has play in an enlarging direction (a left/right direction in FIG. 1) such that the inner dimension of the engaging portion 6 can be increased.

Here, “the engaged state is substantially released” refers to a state in which the engaged state is completely released as well as a state that is such that, while the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are slightly engaged, the dish member 3 can be easily pulled out without damage to the engaging piece 5 and the like, and the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 can be reinserted into the engaging portion 6.

In the description according to the present embodiment, the skirt member 11 is formed into a bottomed circular cylindrical shape and is attached in a state in which the lower end portion of the drive member 10 is fixed to an inner portion of the skirt member 11.

As a result of attachment such as this, by the inner cylindrical member 9 and the skirt member 11 being held in a hand, and the skirt member 11 being rotated in a circumferential direction, the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8 that is attached to the dish member 3 and the female screw portion 18 of the drive member 10 that synchronously moves with the skirt member 11 rotate relative to each other, and the rod member 8 moves in the up/down direction. At this time, the rod member 8 is in a state of being inserted into the rotation prevention member 17. The rotation prevention member 17 and the flat portion 14 interfere, and the rod member 8 moves in the up/down direction without rotating.

In addition, a cap body attaching portion 21 to which the cap body 12 is attached is formed near the upper end portion of the skirt member 11.

The cap body 12 is a member that is composed of resin and has a bottomed circular cylindrical shape of which an outer diameter is formed to be a substantially same diameter as the skirt member 11, and is attached to the cap body attaching portion 21 such as to be fitted outside.

When the accommodating container 1 of the invention of the present application is used, the cap body 12 is removed. As a result of the inner cylindrical member 9 and the skirt member 11 being held in the hand, and the skirt member 11 being rotated in the circumferential direction, the dish member 3 is raised, and the stick cosmetic 2 that fills the dish member 3 protrudes from the inner cylindrical member 9 and is used. In the present invention, when the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point by the rod member 8 being raised, the engaged state between the dish member 3 and the rod member 8 is substantially released. Therefore, in a case of use by a typical usage method, a stopper function (not shown) that does not rise to near the upper dead point or temporarily stops before the upper dead point is preferably provided.

Here, when the dish member 3 is exchanged during a manufacturing stage or the like, the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point, the engaged state between the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 and the engaging portion 6 of the rod member 8 is substantially released, and the dish member 3 is exchanged.

Differing Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

Next, differing embodiments for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 18 will be described. Here, in the descriptions of the differing embodiments for carrying out the present invention, constituent sections that are identical to those according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention are given the same reference numbers. Redundant descriptions are omitted.

A second embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8A that is formed using a rod main body 13A in which a guide groove 22 is formed in the flat portion 14 and a rotation prevention member 17A that has a guide piece 23 that is inserted into the guide groove 22 are used; and an engagement releasing mechanism 20A in which the dimension of the engaging portion 6 in the upper end portion of the rod member 8A is increased by the guide piece 23 and the guide groove 22 when the dish member 3 is positioned near the upper dead point is used. Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1A such as this.

Here, the engagement releasing mechanism 20A may be that in which the guide piece 23 is formed in the rod member 8A and the guide groove 22 is formed in the rotation prevention member 17A.

A third embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 10 to FIG. 12 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: an extending mechanism 4A is included, the extending mechanism 4A being configured by a helical member 25 that includes a helical groove 24 in an inner portion, a drive member 10A in which that includes an engaging pin 26 that engages with the helical groove 24 of the helical member 25 and in which the female screw portion 18 is formed in an inner portion, and a rod member 8B that uses a plurality of rod main bodies 13B in which the screw portion 7 that is screwed to the female screw portion 18 is formed and arm-shaped coupling pieces 31 are formed on outer circumferential surfaces near the upper end portions, in which the coupling pieces 31 come into contact with the outer circumferential surfaces of each other when the plurality of rod members 13B are joined, and a coupled state can be maintained. Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1B such as this.

According to the present embodiment, the rotation prevention member 17B is rotatably attached to the drive member 10A. A protrusion 27 is provided in an outer circumferential portion of the rotation prevention member 17B. The protrusion 27 is inserted into a guiding groove 28 that is formed in the inner cylindrical member 9A, and the rotation prevention member 17B is assembled in a state of being unable to rotate in relation to the inner cylinder member 9A.

The helical member 25 is attached such as to rotatably cover an outer circumference of a lower portion of the inner cylindrical member 9A.

As shown in FIG. 12, in the rod member 8B, the coupling pieces 31 that protrude outward are provided in a pair in the upper end portion of the rod main body 13B such that positions are shifted in the up/down direction. The coupling pieces 31 come into contact with each other on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end portion of another rod member, and the coupled state is maintained. The upper end portion of the rod main body 13B with which the coupling piece 31 comes into contact is a sloped surface that slopes towards the inner side. An inner portion of the coupling piece 31 is also sloped towards in the inner side in correspondence with the sloped surface. As a result of a configuration such as this, during ordinary times or during assembly, force works on the upper end portions of the rod main bodies 13B in a closing direction by spring force (elastic force) of the coupling pieces 31, and the upper end portions are in the coupled state. When the dish member 3 moves to near the upper dead point, vicinities of the upper end portions of the rod main bodies 13B move in directions away from each other against the elastic force of the coupling pieces 31 that are in contact with the sloped surfaces, and the dimension of the engaging portion 6 increases.

When the accommodating container 1B according to the present embodiment is used, when the inner cylindrical member 9A and the skirt member 11 are held and rotated, the engaging pin 26 of the drive member 10A is guided by the helical groove 24 and the drive member 10A is raised. When the drive member 10A reaches the upper dead point, as a result of the drive member 10A synchronously rotating with the skirt member 11 and the helical member 25, the female screw portion 18 of the drive member 10A meshes with the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8. The dish member 3 moves upward and the stick cosmetic 2 is exposed.

A fourth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 mainly differs from the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8C that is formed by a rod main body 13C that includes a rotation prevention member attaching portion 30 in an upper portion is used; and an extending mechanism 4B is included, the extending mechanism 4B being configured by a helical member 25A that is attached to a lower portion of an inner cylindrical member 9B and has a helical groove 24A in an inner portion, a drive member 10B that has a helical portion 29 that is screwed to the helical groove 24A of the helical member 25 in an outer circumferential portion and has the female screw portion 18 that is screwed to the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8C on an inner side, and a skirt member 11A that is non-rotatably connected to the drive member 10B and is rotatably locked to the helical member 25A. Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1C such as this.

According to the present embodiment, a rotation prevention member 17C is used, the rotation prevention member 17C being that which engages with a guiding groove 28A that is formed on an inner wall of the inner cylindrical member 9B such as to extend in the up/down direction, is provided such as to be attached to the rotation prevention member attaching portion 30 so as not to be able to rotate in relation to the rod member 8C, synchronously moves in the up/down direction with the dish member 3 and the rod member 8C, and prevents rotation of the rod member 8C.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, as a result of the skirt member 11A and the inner cylindrical member 9B being held and rotated, the drive member 10B that is non-rotatably connected to the skirt member 11A rotates. Because the helical portion 29 of the drive member 10B is screwed to the helical groove 24B of the helical member 25A and the female screw portion 18 of the drive member 10B is screwed to the screw portion 7 of the rod member 8C, a state that is similar to a double-headed screw is achieved. The stick cosmetic 2 can be significantly moved up and down with less rotation.

A fifth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 15 to FIG. 18 mainly differs from the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member 8D that is formed by a rod main body 13D that includes a locking means 32 that can stop the rising of the dish member 3 in a position below the upper dead point is used; and a releasing means 33 that can release a locked state by surmounting the locking means 32 in a state in which the rising of the dish member 3 is stopped by the locking means 32 is included. Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the third embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1D such as this. In addition, because the rising of the dish member 3 can be stopped before the upper dead point, the dish member 3 detaching from the rod member 8D during ordinary use can be prevented.

According to the present embodiment, the locking means 32 is configured by substantially semispherical lock protrusions 34 that are each formed in a valley portion of the screw portion 7 in a pair of rod main bodies 13D and the female screw portion 18. As a result of the lock protrusions 34 coming into contact with the female screw portion 18, the rotation of the rod member 8D is stopped and the rising of the dish member 3 is stopped. The lock protrusion 34 is formed in a center portion or slightly below the center portion in the up/down direction of the rod main body 13D, and is formed in a position above the tapered portion 15. As a result of the lock protrusion 34 being provided in such a position, the rising of the dish member 3 can be stopped below the position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion 6 and the engaging piece 5 becomes the substantially released state.

Here, the position in which the lock protrusions 34 and the female screw portion 18 come into contact and the rising of the dish member 3 is stopped will be referred to, hereafter, as a “locking point” for convenience of description.

The locking point is preferably set in a position that serves as a provisional upper dead point when the stick cosmetic 2 is ordinarily used and, as shown in FIG. 14, such that the upper end portion of the dish member 3 is positioned slightly below the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9, or the upper end portion of the dish member 3 is positioned such as to be slightly exposed from the inner cylindrical member 9. The lock protrusion 34 is formed such that the locking point is positioned in such a position.

As a result of such a locking point being provided, when the stick cosmetic 2 is used, even when the dish member 3 is raised, the rising is temporarily stopped at this locking point. Therefore, the dish member 3 is not raised any further. Because the lock protrusion 34 is formed in a position above the tapered portion 15, the engaged state of the dish member 3 is not released at the locking point and the dish member 3 unintentionally becoming detached during use of the stick cosmetic 2 can be prevented.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, the releasing means 33 is configured to be a size and a shape that enable the female screw portion 18 to surmount the lock protrusion 34 by the extending mechanism 4 being further operated beyond the locking point (the skirt member 11 or the like being more firmly rotated than during ordinary use).

That is, the releasing means 33 is formed by the lock protrusion 34 being formed into a substantially semispherical shape and smaller than the screw portion 7.

Here, regarding the female screw portion 18 as well, the female screw portion 18 is formed to be a size that enables the female screw portion 18 to surmount the lock protrusion 34 by elastic deformation of the lock protrusion 34 and the female screw portion 18.

When the locked state is released in this manner (the female screw portion 18 surmounting the lock protrusion 34), the dish member 3 is raised to near the upper dead point. As a result of the tapered portions 15 substantially coming into contact, the engaged state between the dish member 3 and the rod member 8D is substantially released.

According to the present embodiment, the releasing means 33 is formed by the size of the lock protrusion 34 being surmountable by the female screw portion 18. However, for example, the locking means 32, such as a protrusion, may be configured to emerge and retract by urging force of a spring or the like from the rod main body 13D. Alternatively, the female screw portion 18 may include an emerging/retracting mechanism. In addition, an emerging/retracting mechanism in which the lock protrusion 34 or the like emerges and retracts by operation by a user or the like may also be provided.

A sixth embodiment for carrying out the present invention shown in FIG. 19 to FIG. 27 mainly differs from the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention, described above, in that: a rod member is not used; an extending mechanism 4C is that in which a helical member 25B is used; and a locking member 36 that moves up and down by being guided by a helical groove 24B in the helical member 25B and engages with the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 is used. Working effects similar to those of the above-described accommodating container according to the first embodiment for carrying out the present invention can be achieved even by an accommodating container 1E such as this.

Specifically, the accommodating container 1E is configured by: the dish member 3 of a predetermined shape that holds the stick cosmetic 2 and has the engaging piece 5 in the substantially center portion of the bottom portion 3a thereof; the locking member 36 that is positioned on a side below the dish member 3, has the engaging portion 6 that engages with the engaging piece 5 of the dish member 3 and is capable of outward-widening displacement in an upper end portion, and has a protruding piece 37 that is screwed to the helical groove 24B of the helical member 25B; an inner cylindrical member 9C that houses the dish member 3 in an inner portion, in which an upper end portion thereof is open, and that has a slit groove 38 that extends in an up/down direction and through which the protruding piece 37 passes; and the helical member 25B that has the helical groove 24B that is screwed to the protruding piece 37 of the locking member 36 on an inner circumferential surface and is rotatably fitted outside the inner cylindrical member 9C. Here, although not shown, a cap body or the like may be provided as appropriate.

As shown in FIG. 20, the inner cylindrical member 9C is a cylindrical member in which a gripping portion 39 is formed in a lower end portion thereof. The slit groove 38 is formed such as to extend in the up/down direction (axial core direction) on the outer circumferential portion thereof.

The slit groove 38 is a substantially linear groove that has a curved portion 40 that curves in a crank shape in a slightly circumferential direction in a portion that is towards an upper portion. A guide portion 41 that is forked in a substantially Y-like shape is formed near an upper end portion of the slit groove 38.

The curved portion 40 is slightly wide and is a portion in which an upper end portion of the curved portion 40 becomes the locking point (the upper dead point during ordinary use). During ordinary use, the protruding piece 37 comes into contact with the upper end portion of the curved portion 40 and serves as a locking means 32A. In addition, as a result of this portion being formed such as to curve into a slightly wide crank shape, as a result of the dish member 3 being rotated in the circumferential direction from the locking point, the protruding piece 37 moves in the circumferential direction, enters the wide portion of the curved portion 40, and the locked state is released (releasing means 33A). The dish member 3 can be moved to the upper dead point.

Here, the engaging piece 5 and the engaging portion 6 are respectively provided with rib-like rotation stoppers 5a and 6a such that the locking member 36 also synchronously rotates when the dish member 3 is rotated.

Near the upper end portion of the slit groove 38, the guide portion 41 that is forked in a substantially Y-like shape is formed. The guide portion 41 guides a pair of guided portions 43 that are provided in an opposing manner near contact surfaces of a pair of locking member main bodies 42, such as to be separated left and right, and thereby divides, to left and right, the locking member main bodies 42 that are in a coupled state. Consequently, the guide portion 41 enables the engaging portion 6 to be displaced such as to widen outward, and increases the dimension of opposing left and right engaging portions 6. To enable such an operation, a tapered portion 15A is formed in a lower portion of a contact surface 42a (a surface that comes into contact during joining) of the locking member main body 42. Here, according to the present embodiment, the guide portion 41 is provided one pair each on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the inner cylindrical member 9C.

According to the present embodiment, the portion that is branched into the substantially Y-like shape is the guide portion 41. An engagement releasing mechanism 20B is configured by the guided portions 43 that are formed on outer circumferential surfaces of the locking member main bodies 42, the tapered portions 15A that are formed in lower portions of the locking member main bodies 42, and the guide portion 41 that engages with the guided portions 43.

As shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 25, according to the present embodiment, the locking member 36 is configured by the pair of locking member main bodies 42 that is such that a member that has a circular cylindrical shape is vertically halved.

The pair of locking member main bodies 42 are each provided with a pair of arm-shaped coupling pieces 31A protrude outward on inner circumferential surfaces thereof, such that positions in the up/down direction are shifted. The coupling pieces 31A come into contact with each other on the inner circumferential surface of the other locking member main body 42, and the coupled state is maintained.

In addition, in the pair of locking member main bodies 41, a fitting portion 44 (a protruding portion 44a and a recessing portion 44b) is formed such as to oppose the contact surface 42a thereof. When the contact surfaces 42a come into contact (during joining of the locking member main bodies 42), the fitting portions 44 fit together, and the coupled state is maintained. Here, an upper surface of the protruding portion 44a is provided with a slope that slopes downward towards a protruding end portion such that increase in a diameter of the engaging portion 6 is not obstructed by interference with the recessing portion 44b when the diameter of the engaging portion 6 is increased.

On the outer circumferential surface on an upper end portion side of the pair of locking member main bodies 42, a protrusion-shaped fall preventing means 45 is formed. When the dish member 3 moves to the upper dead point and the dimension of the engaging portion 6 increases, the fall preventing means 45 hooks onto an edge or the like of the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical member 9C or the like and prevents the locking member 36 from falling downward. Here, this fall preventing means 45 may be formed in the inner cylindrical member 9C.

The extending mechanism 4C is configured by the inner cylindrical member 9C in which the slit groove 38 is formed, the helical member 25B in which the helical groove 24B is formed on the inner circumferential surface, and the locking member 36 that has the protruding piece 37 that passes through the slit groove 38 and engages with the helical groove 24B. As a result of the helical member 25B being rotated in the circumferential direction, the protruding piece 37 is guided by the helical groove 24B and the locking member 36 moves in the up/down direction. Because the dish member 3 is engaged with the locking member 36, the dish member 3 moves in the up/down direction together with the locking member 36. Here, according to the present embodiment, a cover cylinder 46 that covers an outer circumference of the helical member 25B and rotates integrally with the helical member 25B is provided.

When the extending mechanism 4C is operated and the dish member 3 is moved upward, as shown in FIG. 26, the protruding piece 37 of the locking member 36 comes into contact with the curved portion 40 (locking means 32) and the rising of the dish member 3 is stopped at the locking point.

As a result of the dish member 3 being rotated in the circumferential direction in this state, the locking member 36 also rotates in the circumferential direction and the protruding piece 37 moves in the circumferential direction (releasing means 33). As a result of the extending mechanism 4C being operated in this state, the dish member 3 is further raised and reaches the upper dead point. When the dish member 3 reaches the upper dead point, as shown in FIG. 27, the guide portion 41 spreads the guided portions 43 that are provided in the pair of locking member main bodies 42. As a result, the locking member main bodies 42 rotate such that the tapered portions 15 that are provided below the contact surfaces 42a of the locking member main bodies 42 come into contact, and the dimension of the engaging portion 6 is increased.

Here, according to the present embodiment of the invention of the present application, the rod member and the locking member that are divided in the axial core direction (that use a plurality of rod main bodies) are described. However, the rod member and the locking member may be formed by a single cylindrical body, and the engaging portion thereof may be capable of outward-widening displacement by elastic force of a material itself. When configured in such a manner, for example, the rod member and the release mechanism may be configured such that a single or a plurality of cuts, such as slits, are formed near the upper end portion of the rod member, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the engaging portion is displaced such as to widen outward by the cuts, such as slits, being widened, and the dimension of the engaging portion is increased.

In addition, a rod member that is not completely divided and is connected only near the lower end portion (a rod member that is in a state in which only portions near starting points of the tapered portions of the rod main bodies according to the present embodiment are connected) may be used.

As the extending mechanism of the invention of the present application, that in which the drive member or the like is screwed to the outer circumferential surface of the rod member using a screw and the dish material is moved up and down is described. However, other publicly known extending mechanisms can be used.

Furthermore, according to the embodiments of the present invention, that in which the tapered portion is provided near the lower end of the rod main body is described. However, for example, the engagement releasing mechanism may be configured such that a recess is formed near the lower end portion of the rod main body, and the dimension of the engaging portion is increased by the lower end portions of the rod main bodies becoming closer to each other.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

For example, the stick cosmetic accommodating container of the present invention is used in industry in a field of manufacturing containers that accommodate stick cosmetics that are solidified lipstick, lip cream, stick eyeshadow, stick blush, stick foundation, concealer, lipliner, eyeliner, eyebrow, sunscreen cosmetic, eye cream, hair product, and the like, and a field of cosmetic products.

Claims

1. A stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, the stick cosmetic accommodating container comprising:

an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member;
a rod member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper end portion; and
an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state.

2. A stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, the stick cosmetic accommodating container comprising:

an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member;
a rod member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper end portion;
a locking means that is provided in the rod member and is capable of stopping rising of the dish member by being in a locked state in a position below an upper dead point of the dish member;
a releasing means that is capable of releasing the locked state by surmounting the locking means; and
an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state, wherein
the locking means stops the rising of the dish member below a position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion and the engaging piece becomes the substantially released state.

3. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 1, wherein:

the rod member is configured by a plurality of rod main bodies.

4. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 3, wherein:

the lock releasing mechanism is configured by a wide diameter portion that is formed near a lower end portion of the rod main body, a tapered portion or a recessing portion that is formed in the lower end portion of the rod main body, and a pressing portion that presses the wide diameter portion, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the wide diameter portion is pressed and the dimension of the engaging portion is increased by the lower end portions of the rod main bodies becoming closer to each other.

5. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 3, wherein:

a guided portion is formed in the rod member, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the dimension of the engaging portion is increased by a guide portion that engages with the guided portion.

6. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 3, wherein:

the rod member uses a plurality of rod main bodies in which arm-shaped coupling pieces are formed on outer circumferential surfaces near upper end portions, and when the plurality of rod main bodies are joined, the coupling pieces come into contact on the outer circumferential surfaces of each other, and a coupled state can be maintained.

7. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 1, wherein:

the extending mechanism is configured by the rod member in which a screw portion is formed and a drive member in which a female screw portion that is screwed to the screw portion is formed.

8. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 1, wherein:

the extending mechanism is configured by a helical member that includes a helical groove in an inner portion, a drive member that includes an engaging pin that engages with the helical groove of the helical member and in which a female screw portion is formed in an inner portion, and the rod member in which a screw portion that is screwed to the female screw portion is formed.

9. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 1, wherein:

the extending mechanism is configured by a helical member that includes a helical groove in an inner portion, a drive member that has a helical portion that is screwed to the helical groove of the helical member in an outer circumferential portion and has a female screw portion on an inner side, a skirt member that is non-rotatably connected to the drive member and is rotatably locked by the helical member, and the rod member in which a screw portion that is screwed to the female screw portion is formed.

10. A stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, the stick cosmetic accommodating container comprising:

an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member;
a locking member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper portion and is capable of outward-widening displacement; and
an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state.

11. A stick cosmetic accommodating container in which a dish member that holds a stick cosmetic is moved in an up/down direction in an inner portion of an inner cylindrical member by an extending mechanism, and the stick cosmetic is accommodated such as to freely emerge and retract from the inner cylindrical member, the stick cosmetic accommodating container comprising:

an engaging piece that is formed in a bottom portion of the dish member;
a locking member that has an engaging portion that engages with the engaging piece in an upper portion and is capable of outward-widening displacement;
a locking means that is provided in the locking member and is capable of stopping rising of the dish member by being in a locked state in a position below an upper dead point of the dish member;
a releasing means that is capable of releasing the locked state by surmounting the locking means; and
an engagement releasing mechanism that increases a dimension of the engaging portion when the dish member is raised to near an upper dead point and sets an engaged state with the engaging piece to a substantially released state, wherein
the locking means stops the rising of the dish member below a position in which the engaged state of the engaging portion and the engaging piece becomes the substantially released state.

12. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 10, wherein:

the locking member is configured by a plurality of locking member main bodies.

13. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 12, wherein:

the lock releasing mechanism is configured by a guided portion that is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the locking member main body, a tapered portion that is formed in a lower portion of the locking member main body, and a guide portion that is formed in the inner cylindrical member and engages with the guided portion, and when the dish member is raised to near the upper dead point, the dimension of the engaging portion is increased by the tapered portions of the locking member main bodies becoming closer to each other by the guide portion that engages with the guided portions.

14. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 12, wherein:

in the locking member main bodies, arm-shaped coupling pieces are respectively formed on inner circumferential surfaces thereof and a fitting portion is formed such as to oppose a contact surface, and when the plurality of locking member main bodies are joined, the coupling pieces come into contact on inner circumferential surfaces of each other, the fitting portions are fitted together, and a coupled state can be maintained.

15. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 10, wherein:

the extending mechanism is configured by the inner cylindrical member in which a slit groove is formed, a helical member in which a helical groove is formed on an inner circumferential surface, and the locking member that has a protruding piece that passes through the slit groove and engages with the helical groove.

16. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 10, wherein:

a fall preventing means is provided in the inner cylindrical member or a locking member.

17. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 2, wherein:

the rod member is configured by a plurality of rod main bodies.

18. The stick cosmetic accommodating container according to claim 11, wherein:

the locking member is configured by a plurality of locking member main bodies.
