A smart interactive toy comprises a shell, an interactive control module, a moving mechanism, and an anti-fall sensing module comprising a first signal sending unit and a signal receiving unit; the first signal sending unit is mounted on the shell, connected electrically with the interactive control module and used for sending a first sensing signal to the interactive control module when the signal receiving unit does not receives a first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an obstacle, in a predetermined time period, so that the interactive control module drives the moving mechanism to stop moving, thereby achieving that the user controls the smart interactive toy to avoid it from falling down a table or into a deep pit, which ensures that the toy can be interacted and is not easy to damage.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to toy technical field, more particularly relates to a smart interactive toy and method of using the same.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Coffee At present, children's toys in the market have many kinds, such as image toys, technical toys, assembled toys, architectural and structural toys and self-made toys, which is not only used for enjoyment, but also used for educational demands. The general educational demands of the public for toys are conducive to promoting the comprehensive development of children's morality, intelligence, physique, and aesthetics, conforming to children's age characteristics and meeting their curiosity.

As the demands of the public for children's toy increase, the children's toys gradually have moving function, such as setting rotary wheels to make the toys movable, however this kind of toys often has the deficiencies of falling down easily from high places such as tables due to improper control or improper use, thereby damaging the toys.

Therefor, it is necessary to develop a smart interactive toy and the method of using the same.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of smart interactive toy and a method of using the same to resolve the deficiencies that the toys in the prior art fall down easily in using.

To achieve the above object, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a smart interactive toy includes a shell, an interactive control module, and a moving mechanism. The interactive control module is installed in the shell. The moving mechanism is installed in the shell and used for driving the shell to move. The moving mechanism also are connected electrically with the interactive control module.

The smart interactive toy also includes an anti-fall sensing module comprising a first signal sending unit and a first signal receiving unit.

The first signal sending unit is mounted on the shell and has a direction of signal transmission towards the horizontal plane at a specific angle. The first signal sending unit is connected electrically with the interactive control module and used for sending a first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission.

The signal receiving unit is mounted on the shell and connected electrically with the interactive control module and used for transmitting a first electrical signal to the interactive control module when a first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an obstacle, is not received by the signal receiving unit in a predetermined time period, so that the interactive control module drives the moving mechanism to stop moving, turn and retreat.

Preferably, the anti-fall sensing module also comprises at least a second signal sending unit mounted on the shell. The second signal sending unit is also connected electrically with the interactive control module and used for transmitting a second sensing signal. When the signal receiving unit receives a second reflected signal, reflected after the second sensing signal meets an obstacle, in a predetermined time period, a second electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module so that the interactive control module drives the moving mechanism to stop moving or avoid the obstacle.

Preferably, the interactive control module includes an information receiving element, a main control board, and an information displaying element. The information receiving element is mounted in the shell and used for receiving external control instructions. The main control board is mounted in the shell and connected electrically with the moving mechanism, the first signal sending unit, the signal receiving unit, the second signal sending unit and the information receiving element. The main control board is also used for controlling the movement of the moving mechanism according to the external control instructions. The information displaying element is connected electrically with the main control board and used for playing audio.

Preferably, the information displaying element includes a player and a displaying component. The player is disposed in the anterior side of the shell and connected electrically with the main control board. The displaying component includes a projection lamp and a spotlight board. The projection lamp is mounted inside the shell oriented toward an outside of the shell, the spotlight board is mounted inside the shell and lies a front of the projection lamp.

Preferably, the interactive module also includes a posture control element disposed inside the shell and connected electrically with the main control board.

Preferably, the moving mechanism includes a support wheel, a left wheel, a box, a first gear driver, a left driving motor, a right wheel, a second gear driver, and a right driving motor. The support wheel is mounted at a front of a bottom of the shell. The left wheel is mounted at a left side of the bottom of the shell. The box is mounted in the shell. The first gear driver is mounted in the shell and rotatably connected with the left wheel. The left driving motor is mounted in the box and connected with the first gear driver. The right wheel is mounted at aright side of the bottom of the shell. The second gear driver is mounted in the shell and rotatably connected with the right wheel. The right driving motor is mounted in the box and connected with the second gear driver. The left driving motor and the right driving motor are connected electrically with the main control board.

Preferably, both of the left wheel and the right wheel include a shaft, a connector and a wheel body. The shaft of the left wheel is connected with the first gear driver. The connector of the left wheel is fixed with the shaft of the left wheel. The shaft of the right wheel is connected with the second gear driver. The connector of the right wheel is fixed with the shaft of the right wheel. An outside of the connector is provided with a block, and the inner ring of the wheel body is provided with an elastic slot that matches with the block to engage the elastic slot. The wheel body of the left wheel is also sleeved movably on the shaft of the left wheel, and the wheel body of the right wheel is sleeved movably on the shaft of the right wheel.

Preferably, the smart interactive toy also includes a third signal sending unit mounted on the shell, which is connected electrically with the main control board and used for transmitting electrical control signals to domestic appliances.

One or more of the above technical proposals in the smart interactive toys provided in accordance of the embodiments in the present invention have at least one of the below technical effects.

When the smart interactive toys provided in the present invention is used, after the interactive control module receives the external control instructions from the users, it controls the moving mechanism to drive the shell to move. In the moving process, the first signal sending unit transmits the first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission. When the signal receiving unit does not receive the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an an obstacle , in a predetermined time period, it indicates that the smart interactive toy is at an edge of the table top or encounters a deep pit, and it will fall down if it continues moving forward. At this time, a first electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module so that the interactive control module drives the moving mechanism to stop moving, turn, or retreat, thereby achieving that the user controls the smart interactive toy to avoid it falling down the table or into a deep pit, which ensures that the toy can be interacted and is not easy to damage.

To achieve the above objection, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a method of using the smart interactive toys includes the following steps:

Step 100; the information receiving element of the interactive control module receives a moving control instruction from a user and transmits it to the main control board of the interactive control module.

Step 200: the main control board sends a driving instruction according to the moving control instruction to the moving mechanism and control it to move according to the moving control instruction. During the process of the movement of the moving mechanism, the posture control element of the interactive control module controls the shell to turn or go straight ahead at correct angles.

Step 300: when the moving mechanism is moving, the main control board controls the first signal sending unit to transmit the first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission and control the signal receiving unit to transmit the first electrical signal to the main board when the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an obstacle, is not received by the signal receiving unit in a predetermined time period, so that the main control board drives the moving mechanism to stop moving, turn and retreat.

Preferably, the method also includes:

Step 410: the information receiving element receives interactive learning instructions from the user and sent them the main control board.

Step 420: the main control board controls the moving mechanism according to the interactive learning instructions to move according to the presetting first mobile paths, and control the information displaying element in the interactive control module according to the presetting first mobile paths to play the presetting interactive learning questions, which correspond to the presetting first mobile paths, and the information displaying element plays the presetting interactive learning questions in a manner of a voice or a display interface.

Step 430: the information receiving element receives interactive answers from the user according to the interactive learning questions, and sends the interactive answers to the main control board.

Step 440: the main control board determines whether the interactive answer is correct; if the interactive answer is correct, it controls the information displaying element plays the encouraging voice, if the interactive answer is wrong, it controls the information displaying element plays the teaching voice, wherein the information displaying element displays the encouraging voice and teaching voice in a manner of a voice or a display interface.

One or more of the method of using the smart interactive toys provided in accordance of the embodiments in the present invention have at least one of the below technical effects.

When the user is interactive with the smart interactive toy, the information receiving element of the interactive control module receives the moving control instruction from the user and sends it to the main control board of the interactive control module. Then, the main control board controls the moving mechanism to move the shell. In order to ensure the angle and the posture stability during the moving process, the posture control element in the interactive module controls the smart interactive toy to turn or go straight in correct angles. When the moving mechanism is moving, the main control board controls the first signal sending unit to send a first sensing signal in the direction of the signal transmission. When the signal receiving unit does not receive the first reflected signal, reflected after the first measuring information meets obstacles, in the predetermined time period, it indicates that the smart interactive toy is at an edge of the table top or encounters a deep pit, and it will fall down if it continues to moving forward again. Therefore, a first electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module so that the interactive control module drives the moving mechanism to stop moving, turn, or retreat, thereby achieving that the user controls the smart interactive toy to avoid falling down the table or into a deep pit, which ensures that the toy can be interacted and is not easy to damage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the invention purpose, the technical scheme and the technical effect more clearly be understood, the invention is further explained in combination with the concrete embodiment below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to interpret the invention and are not used to limit the invention.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the attached drawings, in which the same or similar labels represent the same or similar elements or elements with the same or similar function. The embodiments described below by reference to the attached drawings are exemplary and are intended to explain embodiments of the present invention and cannot be understood as limits in the present invention.

In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the directional indications involved in the embodiments, such as the “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “rear”, “internal” and “external”, indicating orientation or location relationship, are based on the orientation or position relationship showed in the figures. These directional indications are only for describing the embodiments in the present invention and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or the element must be constructed and operated in a specified azimuth, which cannot be understood as a limitation of the present invention.

In the embodiments of the invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and defined, the terms, “installed”, “connected”, “or” fixed” should be generally understood, for example, a fixed connection, or a removable connection, a mechanical connection or an electrical connection, or an directly connection or an indirectly connection through an intermediate media, or a connection within two elements or the interaction of two elements. For those of ordinary skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiment of the present invention may be understood under specific circumstances.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention, a smart interactive toy is provided, which includes a shell 100, an interactive control module 200, and a moving mechanism 300. The interactive control module 200 is installed in the shell 100, the moving mechanism 300 is installed in the shell 100 and used for driving the shell 100 to move. The moving mechanism 300 is also connected electrically with the interactive control module 200.

The smart interactive toy also includes an anti-fall sensing module 400 comprising a first signal sending unit 410 and a signal receiving unit 420.

The first signal sending unit 410 is mounted on the shell 100 and has a direction of signal transmission towards the horizontal plane at a specific angle. The first signal sending unit 410 is connected electrically with the interactive control module 200 and sends a first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission.

The signal receiving unit 420 is mounted on the shell 100, connected electrically with the interactive control module 200 and used for transmitting a first electrical signal to the interactive control module 200 when a first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an obstacle, is not received by the signal receiving unit 420 in a predetermined time period, so that the interactive control module 200 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving, turn and retreat.

When the smart interactive toy provided in the present invention is used, after the interactive control module 200 receives external control instructions from the users, it controls the moving mechanism 300 to drive the shell 100 to move. In the moving process of the shell 100, the first signal sending unit 410 transmits the first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission. When the signal receiving unit 420 does not receive the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an an obstacle, in a predetermined time period, it indicates that the smart interactive toy is at an edge of a table top or encounters a deep pit, and it will fall down if it continues to moving forward. At this time, a first electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module 200 by the first signal sending unit 410 so that the interactive control module 200 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving, turn, or retreat, thereby achieving that the user controls the smart interactive toy to avoid it from falling down the table or into the deep pit, which ensures that the smart interactive toy can be interacted and is not easy to damage.

In accordance to the other embodiment of the present invention, the range of the specific angle is 0°˜90°. It should be understood that when the direction of the signal transmission of the first signal sending unit 410 faces towards the horizontal plane and is set at a specific angle with the horizontal plane, the first signal sending unit 410 is mounted on the shell 100 and the front end of the first signal sending unit 410 faces to a ground of a traveling direction of the shell 100. With these structures, it is greatly convenient for performing anti-fall detection during the travel of the shell 100.

Further, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the first signal sending unit 410 is an infrared emitter, the signal receiving unit 420 is an infrared receiver. The first sensing signal is a red light emitting by the infrared emitter. In a predetermined time period, if the signal receiving unit 420 receives the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets the obstacle, it indicates that there is the obstacle ahead, the smart interactive toy needs to avoid the obstacle. In a predetermined time period, if the signal receiving unit 420 does not receive the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets the obstacle, it indicates that the smart interactive toy is at an edge of the table top, and it needs to stop moving. A first electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module 200 by the first signal sending unit 410 so that the interactive control module 200 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving, turn, or retreat, thereby avoiding the smart interactive toy from falling down.

To achieve a more accurate or multi-angle anti-fall detection, a plurality of the first signal sending units 410 may be provided on the periphery of the shell 100, and the directions of the signal transmission of each of the first signal sending units 410 faces to the horizontal plane at a specific angle so as to realize multi-angle and multi-point detection. The detection can be performed alternatively by a plurality of the first signal sending units 410. That is to say, the interactive control module 200 successively determines whether the signal, transmitted by each of the first signal sending unit 410, is reflected through each of the signal receiving units 420, thereby realizing the anti-fall detection with a plurality of the first signal sending units 410.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the shell 100 is provided with a power supply module 500 used for charging the interactive control module 200, the moving mechanism 300 and the anti-fall sensing module 400. The power supply module 500 can be a rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery as required.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the anti-fall sensing module 400 also comprises at least a second signal sending unit 430 mounted on the shell 100. The second signal sending unit 430 is also connected electrically with the interactive control module 200 and used for transmitting a second sensing signal. When the signal receiving unit 420 receives a second reflected signal, reflected after the second sensing signal meets an obstacle, in a predetermined time period, a second electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module 200 so that the interactive control module 200 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving or avoid the obstacle. When the signal receiving unit 420 receives the second reflected signal, reflected after the second sensing signal meets the obstacle, in a predetermined time period, it indicates that the travel direction of the shell 100 has the obstacle, therefor it needs to avoid the obstacle or stop moving. The second electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module 200 so that the interactive control module 200 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving or avoid the obstacle.

Specifically, the second signal sending unit 430 may be arranged at an angle flush with the horizontal lane, so that a direction of signal transmission of the second signal sending unit 430 is flushing with the horizontal plane, or slightly above, or slightly below the horizontal plane.

Specifically, the number of the second signal sending unit 430 may be arranged as desired, such as two. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, when the number of the second signal sending unit 430 is one, two of the second signal sending unit 430 are provided on both sides of the first signal sending unit 410 to realize linear arrangement, obstacle avoidance and anti-fall detection in the travel process. Similarly, when one of the first signal sending units 410 and two of the second signal sending units 430 work together, the detection may also be performed alternatively.

In accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, when there are multiple of the second signal sending units 430 and multiple of the first signal sending units 410, and both of the first signal sending units 410 and the second signal sending units 430 are infrared emitters, combined with a signal receiver with the infrared receiver, the anti-fall detection and the avoiding obstacle detection are realized on the basis of multiple of the infrared emitters and one of the infrared receiver. Compared with the detection based on one of the infrared emitter and one of the infrared receiver in the prior art, the detection based on multiple of the infrared emitters and one of the infrared receiver is more accuracy and multifunctional.

Referring to FIG. 1-FIG. 4, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the interactive control module 200 includes an information receiving element 210, a main control board 220, and an information displaying element 230. The information receiving element 210 is installed in the shell 100 and used for receiving the external control instructions.

The main control board 220 is mounted in the shell 100 and connected electrically with the moving mechanism 300, the first signal sending unit 410, the signal receiving unit 420, the second signal sending unit 430 and the information receiving element 210. The main control board 200 is also used for controlling the movement of the moving mechanism 300 according to the external control instructions. The information displaying element 230 is connected electrically with the main control board 220 and used for playing audio.

In accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the information receiving element 210 has a part with a voice recording module, such as, a microphone, through which the user can perform command controls to the smart interactive toy in a manner of a voice.

In accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the information receiving element 210 is a part capable of being controlled remotely, such as a Bluetooth, the user can send command instructions to the Bluetooth through a remote control, or the user can send command instructions to the Bluetooth through a mobile phone or other terminal device with Bluetooth control.

Or, the information receiving element 210 may adopt other devices that can receive user's control instructions as required, to which the present invention does not make specific limitations.

Referring to FIG. 3-FIG. 4, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the information displaying element 230 includes a player 231 and a displaying component 232. The player 231 is disposed in the anterior side of the shell 100 and connected electrically with the main control board 220. The displaying component 232 includes a projection lamp 2321 and a spotlight board 2322. The projection lamp 2321 is mounted inside the shell 100 oriented toward the outside of the shell 100, the spotlight board 2322 is mounted inside the shell 100 and lies a front of the projection lamp 2321. The projection lamp 2321 projects the graphics, text, or symbols required to be displayed, which are gathered on the spotlight plate 2322, and displayed by the shell 100. Specifically, the player 231 can be mounted in the shell 100 in the manner of clamping, bonding or bolting. Or, referring to FIG. 4, the player 231 can be clamped in the shell 100 by a firmware 2311.

Referring to FIG. 3, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention,the interactive module 200 also includes a posture control element 240 disposed inside the shell 100 and connected electrically with the main control board 220. In the embodiment, the posture control element 240 is a gyroscope through which to control the movement of the shell 100 to turn and go straight at correct angles.

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 5-FIG. 8, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the the moving mechanism 300 includes a support wheel 310, a left wheel 320, a box 330, a first gear driver 340, a left driving motor 350, a right wheel 360, a second gear driver 370, and a right driving motor 380. The support wheel 310 is mounted at the front of the bottom of the shell 100. The left wheel 320 is mounted at the left side of the bottom of the shell 100. The box 330 is mounted in the shell 100. The first gear driver 340 is mounted in the shell 100 and rotatably connected with the left wheel 320. The left driving motor 350 is mounted in the box 300 and connected with the first gear driver 340. The right wheel 360 is mounted at the right side of the bottom of the shell 100. The second gear driver 370 is mounted in the shell 100 and rotatably connected with the right wheel 360. The right driving motor 380 is mounted in the box 330 and connected with the second gear driver 370. The left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 are connected electrically with the main control board 220. When the moving mechanism 300 works, the main control board 200 controls the left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 to drive the first gear driver 340 and the second gear driver 370 to rotate the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 360.

Specifically, the left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 respectively drives the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 360, the travel speed of the left wheel 320 and that of the right wheel 360 are inconsistent, it can realize to control shell 100 to turn left and right. Taken that the user controls the shell 100 to turn left as the example, obtaining the current angle of the shell 100 through the gyroscope, then obtaining a setting angle needed by the turn of the shell 100 according to the user's control instruction, calculating a difference between the setting value and the current angle, and the speed difference between the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 360, then controlling the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 360 through the left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 according to the speed difference, thereby realizing the control during the turning process.

The first gear driver 340 and the second gear driver 370 are configured by those skilled in the art to realize that the left driving motor 350 drives the left wheel 320 and the right driving motor 380 drives the right wheel 360, which is not specifically defined in the invention.

Referring to FIG. 6-FIG. 8, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 330 each include a shaft 391, a connector 392 and a wheel body 393. The shaft 391 of the left wheel 320 is connected with the first gear driver 340. The connector 392 of the left wheel 320 is fixed with the shaft 391 of the left wheel 320. The shaft 391 of the right wheel 360 is connected with the second gear driver 370. The connector 392 of the right wheel 360 is fixed with the shaft 391 of the right wheel 360. An outside of the connector 392 is provided with a block 3921, and an inner ring of the wheel body 393 is provided with an elastic slot 3911 that matches with the block 3912. The wheel body 393 of the left wheel 320 is also sleeved movably on the shaft 391 of the left wheel 320, and the wheel body 393 of the right wheel 360 is sleeved movably on the shaft 391 of the right wheel 3620.

Specifically, when the left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 do not work, if the user pushes the shell 100 to travel on the ground or the table, because the force between the elastic slot 3911 and the block 3921 is less than the fixed force between the connector 392 and the first gear driver 340, the elastic slot 3911 becomes elastic deformed to drive the wheel body 393 to rotate while the connector 392 does not to rotate, which prevents the gears of the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 330 from rotating, and avoids the damage to the left driving motor 350 and the right driving motor 380 and the gear of the left wheel 320 and the right wheel 330.

Referring to FIG. 2, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the smart interactive toy also includes a third signal sending unit 440 mounted on the shell 100. The third signal sending unit 440 is connected electrically with the main control board 220 and used for transmitting electrical control signals to domestic appliances. Specifically, the third signal sending unit 440 is a infrared emitter, used for sending instructions to domestic appliances, such as air conditioners. If the user sends an instruction “close the air conditioner” to the smart interactive toy, the information receiving element 210 obtains the instruction “close the air conditioner”, and the main control board 220 controls the third signal sending unit 440 to send the instruction “close the air conditioner” to the air conditioner, thereby closing it. Therefor, the third signal sending unit 440 enables the user to control the domestic appliances through the smart interactive toy, it does not need to control the domestic appliances with a remote control alone, and improves the convenience.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, in order to protect the first signal sending unit 410 and the second signal sending unit 430, the shell 100 is provided with a protecting part 450 in a tube type with a central penetration, where the first signal sending unit 410 and the second signal sending unit 430 is mounted.

In accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the protecting part 450 is disposed on the main control board 220 and passes through the shell 10.

In order to achieve the above objection, referring to FIG. 9, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, a method of using the smart interactive toys includes the following steps:

Step 100: the information receiving element 210 of the interactive control module 200 receives a moving control instruction from a user and transmits it to the main control board 220 of the interactive module 200;

In the step S100, the moving control instruction includes instructions such as advance, retreat, left turn, and rotation.

Step 200: the main control hoard 220 sends a driving instruction according to the moving control instruction to the moving mechanism 300 and control it to move according to the moving control instruction. During the moving process of the moving mechanism 300, the posture control element 240 of the interactive control module 200 controls the shell 10 to turn or go straight ahead at correct angles.

That, controlling the movement of the moving mechanism 300 through the driving instruction, improves the enjoyments of the smart interactive toy.

Step 300: when the moving mechanism 300 is moving, the main control board 220 controls the first signal sending unit 410 to transmit the first sensing signal in the direction of signal transmission and control the signal receiving unit 220 to transmit the first electrical signal to the main board 220 when the first reflected signal, reflected after the first sensing signal meets an obstacle, is not received by the signal receiving unit during a predetermined time period, so that the main control board 220 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving, turn and retreat.

When the user interacts with the smart interactive toy, the information receiving element 210 of the interactive control module 200 receives the moving control instruction from the user and sends it to the main control board 220 of the interactive control module 200. Then, the main control board 220 controls the moving mechanism 300 to move the shell 100. In order to ensure the angle and the posture stability during the moving process, the posture control element 240 in the interactive module 220 controls the smart interactive toy to turn or go straight in correct angles. When the moving mechanism 300 is moving, the main control board 220 controls the first signal sending unit 410 to emit a first sensing signal in the direction of the signal transmission. When the signal receiving unit 420 does not receive the first reflected signal, reflected after the first measuring information meets obstacles, in the predetermined time period, it indicates that the smart interactive toy is at an edge of the table top or encounters a deep pit, and it will fall down if it continues to moving forward. Therefore, a first electrical signal is sent to the interactive control module so that the interactive control module 220 drives the moving mechanism 300 to stop moving, turn, or retreat, thereby achieving that the user controls the smart interactive toy to avoid it from falling down the table or into a deep pit, which ensures that the toy can be interacted and is not easy to damage.

Referring to FIG. 10, in accordance to another embodiment of the present invention, the method of using the smart interactive toys also includes the following steps:

Step 410: the information receiving element 210 receives the interactive learning instruction from the user and sent it to the main control board 220.

Wherein, the interactive learning instruction is an instruction for starting an interactive teaching function of the smart interactive toy, which is mainly for children.

Step 420: the main control board 220 controls the moving mechanism 300 according to the interactive learning instruction to move according to the presetting first mobile path, and control an information displaying element 230 in the interactive control module 200 according to the presetting first mobile path to play presetting interactive learning question, which correspond to the presetting first mobile path, and the information displaying element 230 plays the presetting interactive learning question in a manner of a voice or a display interface.

In Step 420, the presetting first mobile path includes actions such as advance, retreat, left turn and rotation. The preset interactive learning question is corresponding to the presetting first mobile path, for example, the presetting first mobile path of the action “advance” is corresponding to the presetting interactive learning question of “does I turn left?”. Both of the presetting first mobile path and the presetting interactive learning question are pre-input and stored in the memory of the main control board 220.

Wherein, the voice is played through the player 231, the displaying interface is used for playing the interactive learning question through the displaying component 232, for examples, performing information projection through the projection lamp 2321 and the spotlight board 2322, or setting a display device, which is used for displaying the interactive learning question and realizing an interface-type interactive learning and improving the enjoyment.

Step 430: the information receiving element 210 receives interactive answer from the user according to the interactive learning question, and sends the interactive answer to the main control board 220.

Step 440: the main control board 220 determines whether the interactive answers are correct. If the interactive answer is correct, it controls the information displaying element 230 plays the encouraging voice, if the interactive answers are wrong, it controls the information displaying element 230 plays the teaching voice, wherein the information displaying element 230 displays the encouraging voice and teaching voice in a voice or a display interface.

Specifically, in Step 440, when the user sends an interactive learning instructions “starting intelligent teaching”, if the main control board 220 controls the moving mechanism 300 to drive the shell to turn left, then controls the player 231 of the interactive control module 200 to play “did I turn left?”, if the children answers “no, you didn't”, the main control board 220 judges that the answer is wrong and plays the teaching voice, for example, “I turned left just now”, if the children answers “yes, you did”,then the main control board judges that the answer is right, and plays the encouraging voice, for example,“your answer is right, great.”

Further, after receiving the interactive learning instructions from the user, through controlling the moving mechanism 300 to move the first moving path and playing the interactive leaning question, the interactive and the basic knowledge teaching to the children are realized through the movement of the smart interactive toy and the questions from the smart interactive toy, which overcomes the deficiencies caused by the individual audio teaching mode in the prior art, such as boring teaching, not strong interactive and poor teaching effect.

The above are only better embodiments of the invention and are not used to limit the invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the invention shall be included within the protection of the invention.

Claims

1. A smart interactive toy, comprising a shell, an interactive control module installed in said shell, and a moving mechanism installed in said shell and used for driving said shell to move, said moving mechanism are connected electrically with said interactive control module, wherein, also comprising:

an anti-fall sensing module, comprising a first signal sending unit and a signal receiving unit;
said first signal sending unit is mounted on said shell and has a direction of signal transmission towards a horizontal plane at a specific angle, said first signal sending unit is connected electrically with said interactive control module and used for sending a first sensing signal in said direction of signal transmission;
said signal receiving unit is mounted on said shell and connected electrically with said interactive control module and used for transmitting a first electrical signal to said interactive control module when a first reflected signal, reflected after said first sensing signal meets an obstacle, is not received by said signal receiving unit in a predetermined time period, so that said interactive control module drives said moving mechanism to stop moving, turn and retreat.

2. The smart interactive toy according to claim 1, wherein said anti-fall sensing module also comprises at least a second signal sending unit mounted on said shell, said second signal sending unit is connected electrically with said interactive control module and used for transmitting a second sensing signal; when said signal receiving unit receives a second reflected signal, reflected after said second sensing signal meets said obstacle, in a predetermined time period, a second electrical signal is sent to said interactive control module by said second signal sending unit so that said interactive control module drives said moving mechanism to stop moving or avoid said obstacle.

3. The smart interactive toy according to claim 2, wherein said interactive control module includes an information receiving element, a main control board, and an information displaying element; said information receiving element is mounted in said shell and used for receiving external control instructions; said main control board is mounted in said shell and connected electrically with said moving mechanism, said first signal sending unit, said signal receiving unit, said second signal sending unit and said information receiving element; said main control board is also used for controlling a movement of said moving mechanism according to said external control instructions; said information displaying element is connected electrically with said main control board and used for playing audio.

4. The smart interactive toy according to claim 3, wherein said information displaying element includes a player and a displaying component; said player is disposed in an anterior side of said shell and connected electrically with said main control board; said displaying component includes a projection lamp and a spotlight board; said projection lamp is mounted inside said shell oriented toward an outside of said shell, said spotlight board is mounted inside said shell and lies a front of said projection lamp.

5. The smart interactive toy according to claim 3, wherein said interactive module also includes a posture control element disposed inside said shell and connected electrically with said main control board.

6. The smart interactive toy according to claim 3, wherein said moving mechanism includes a support wheel, a left wheel, a box, a first gear driver, a left driving motor, a right wheel, a second gear driver, and a right driving motor; said support wheel is mounted at a front of a bottom of said shell; said left wheel is mounted at a left side of said bottom of said shell; said box is mounted in said shell; said first gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said left wheel; said left driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said first gear driver; said right wheel is mounted at a right side of a bottom of said shell; said second gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said right wheel; said right driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said second gear driver; said left driving motor and said right driving motor are connected electrically with said main control board.

7. The smart interactive toy according to claim 4, wherein said moving mechanism includes a support wheel, a left wheel, a box, a first gear driver, a left driving motor, a right wheel, a second gear driver, and a right driving motor; said support wheel is mounted at a front of a bottom of said shell; said left wheel is mounted at a left side of said bottom of said shell; said box is mounted in said shell; said first gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said left wheel; said left driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said first gear driver; said right wheel is mounted at a right side of a bottom of said shell; said second gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said right wheel; said right driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said second gear driver; said left driving motor and said right driving motor are connected electrically with said main control board.

8. The smart interactive toy according to claim 5, wherein said moving mechanism includes a support wheel, a left wheel, a box, a first gear driver, a left driving motor, a right wheel, a second gear driver, and a right driving motor; said support wheel is mounted at a front of a bottom of said shell; said left wheel is mounted at a left side of said bottom of said shell; said box is mounted in said shell; said first gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said left wheel; said left driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said first gear driver; said right wheel is mounted at a right side of a bottom of said shell; said second gear driver is mounted in said shell and rotatably connected with said right wheel; said right driving motor is mounted in said box and connected with said second gear driver; said left driving motor and said right driving motor are connected electrically with said main control board.

9. The smart interactive toy according to claim 6, wherein both of said left wheel and said right wheel include a shaft, a connector and a wheel body; said shaft of said left wheel is connected with said first gear driver; said connector of said left wheel is fixed with said shaft of said left wheel; said shaft of said right wheel is connected with said second gear driver; said connector of said right wheel is fixed with said shaft of said right wheel; an outside of said connector is provided with a block, and an inner ring of said wheel body is provided with an elastic slot that matches with said block to engage said elastic slot; said wheel body of said left wheel is also sleeved movably on said shaft of said left wheel, and said wheel body of said right wheel is sleeved movably on said shaft of said right wheel.

10. The smart interactive toy according to claim 6, wherein said smart interactive toy also has a third signal sending unit mounted on said shell, which is connected electrically with said main control board and used for transmitting electrical control signals to domestic appliances.

11. A method of using said smart interactive toys according to claim 1, comprising following steps:

step 100: an information receiving element of said interactive control module receives a moving control instruction from a user and transmits it to a main control board of said interactive control module;
step 200: said main control board sends a driving instruction according to said moving control instruction to said moving mechanism and control it to move according to said moving control instruction; during a process of a movement of said moving mechanism, a posture control element of said interactive control module controls said shell to turn or go straight ahead at correct angles.
step 300; when said moving mechanism is moving, said main control board controls said first signal sending unit to transmit said first sensing signal in said direction of signal transmission and control said signal receiving unit to transmit said first electrical signal to said main board when said first reflected signal, reflected after said first sensing signal meets said obstacle, is not received by said signal receiving unit in said predetermined time period, so that said main control board drives said moving mechanism to stop moving, turn and retreat.

12. The method of using said smart interactive toys according to claim 11, wherein also comprising:

step 410: said information receiving element receives an interactive learning instruction from said user and sent it to said main control board;
step 420: said main control board controls said moving mechanism according to said interactive learning instruction to move according to a presetting first mobile paths, and control said information displaying element of said interactive control module according to said presetting first mobile paths to play a presetting interactive learning questions, which correspond to said presetting first mobile paths, and said information displaying element plays said presetting interactive learning questions in a manner of a voice or a display interface;
step 430: said information receiving element receives an interactive answer from said user according to said interactive learning question, and sends said interactive answer to said main control board;
step 440: said main control board determines whether said interactive answer is correct; if said interactive answer is correct, it controls said information displaying element plays an encouraging voice, if said interactive answer is wrong, it controls said information displaying element plays a teaching voice, said information displaying element displays said encouraging voice and teaching voice in a manner of said voice or said display interface.
