INTELLIGENT MOTORIZED CURTAIN MECHANISM
The present invention relates to an intelligent motorized curtain mechanism, wherein a first mounting box, a second mounting box, a bead chain length adjustment mechanism and a bead chain are provided, and a power control mechanism and a master drive mechanism are fixedly installed inside the first mounting box. The power control mechanism is arranged to drive the master drive mechanism, which forms a synchronous belt connecting with the bead chain through the slave mechanism and enables the master drive mechanism to move the bead chain.
The present invention relates to the field of motorized curtains, and particularly relates to an intelligent motorized curtain mechanism.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ARTMotorized curtain enables wireless control of curtains with motor drive, and comes in built-in type and external type. Based on the different operating mechanism and decorative effect, motorized curtains are classified into motorized opening and closing curtain series, motorized lifting curtain series, motorized canopy, motorized sunshade, motorized awning, etc., specifically, such as blinds, roller blinds, roman blinds, soft sheer curtains, cellular shades, honeycomb curtains, etc.
The existing intelligent curtain mechanisms require specific curtain rails and the professional staff for the installation, which come with high materials and transportation costs and hampers the marketing efforts in other countries; on the other hand, it is necessary to modify the existing wire layout and remove the old curtain rails for installing the intelligent curtain mechanism available on the market, which entails heavy workload and wastes a lot of materials and thus makes these existing intelligent curtain mechanisms unsalable.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTThe present invention provides a motorized curtain mechanism to bring down the cost and make it easier to install such curtains.
The object of present invention is achieved with the following arrangements:
An intelligent motorized curtain mechanism, wherein a first mounting box, a second mounting box, a bead chain length adjustment mechanism and a bead chain are provided, the first mounting box and the second mounting box are both provided with a retaining mechanism mounted on the back, the first mounting box is provided with a power control mechanism and a master drive mechanism fixedly mounted inside, the second mounting box is provided with a slave mechanism fixedly mounted inside, the master drive mechanism is arranged on the left side of the bead chain, and the slave mechanism is arranged on the right side of the bead chain, and the bead chain length adjustment mechanism is snap-fitted to the surface of the bead chain.
The power control mechanism drives the master drive mechanism, which forms a synchronous belt connecting with the bead chain through the slave mechanism and enables the master drive mechanism to move the curtain installed on the bead chain, and the retaining mechanism easily clamps the first mounting box on the original curtain rail, and the power control mechanism is powered by a lithium battery, requiring no modification of the existing electrical wire layout, thus it is simply structured, lightweight and easy to be installed, besides, the first mounting box, as the driving part, can be installed either at the end of the curtain rail, or at its middle.
Further, the power control mechanism is preferably provided with a lithium battery, a drive motor and a controller module, the lithium battery, drive motor and controller module are fixedly mounted inside the first mounting box, the drive motor is provided with a clutch on the top, the master drive mechanism is connected to the top of the clutch, and the controller module is provided with a Bluetooth module fixedly mounted on the surface of the controller module.
The lithium battery is provided for power supply, the drive motor with spacer drives the clutch, which then drives the master drive mechanism to rotate, and the Bluetooth module is arranged to receive the control signal from the mobile phone APP.
Further, the master drive mechanism is preferably provided with a drive wheel and a first bead chain guide slot, the drive wheel rotates inside the first mounting box by means of a rotating shaft, the first bead chain guide slot is arranged on the right side of the first mounting box, the bead chain is snap-fitted onto the drive wheel and moves within the first bead chain guide slot, and the drive wheel is provided with the synchronizing tooth slots evenly spaced on the wheel body.
The first bead chain guide slot is arranged to limit the range of motion of the bead chain, the drive wheel driven by the power control mechanism rotates to drive the bead chain, and the synchronous tooth slots arranged on the body of the drive wheel is connected to the chain pitch on the bead chain for maintaining the stable rotation of the bead chain.
Further, the slave mechanism is preferably provided with a driven wheel and a second bead chain guide slot, the driven wheel rotates inside the first mounting box by means of a rotating shaft, the second bead chain guide slot is arranged on the left side of the second mounting box, the bead chain is snap-fitted onto the driven wheel and moves within the second bead chain guide slot.
The second bead chain guide slot is arranged for the driven wheel to drive the bead chain.
Further, the retaining mechanism is preferably provided with a C-plate and an adjusting screw, the C-plate is mounted on the back of the first mounting box and the second mounting box, the adjusting screw is threaded to the bottom of the C-plate, and the adjusting screw is provided with a retaining block fixedly connected to its top.
With the arrangements mentioned above, it is possible to change the relative position between the retaining block and the top of the C-plate by turning the adjusting screw, so that the device can be easily installed on or removed from the original curtain rail.
Further, the bead chain length adjustment mechanism is preferably provided with a movable chain clip, the movable chain clip is provided with an insertion hole penetrating its interior for the bead chain to move through, the movable chain clip is provided with a button movably mounted inside, the button is provided with a spring fixedly mounted at its bottom.
The button, when not being pressed, limits the movement of bead chain with its projection, and frees the bead chain when being pressed down, and automatically springs back under the action of the spring when being released, so that the length of the bead chain in use can be easily adjusted.
Further, the bead chain is preferably provided with a retaining clip fixedly mounted on the surface of the bead chain.
With the arrangements mentioned above, it is easy to retain the curtain with retaining clip.
In summary, the present invention provides the following benefits:
First, the power control mechanism drives the master drive mechanism, which forms a synchronous belt connecting with the bead chain through the slave mechanism and enables the master drive mechanism to move the curtain installed on the bead chain, and the retaining mechanism easily clamps the first mounting box on the original curtain rail, and the power control mechanism is powered by a lithium battery, requiring no modification of the existing electrical wire layout, thus it is simply structured, lightweight and easy to be installed, besides, the first mounting box, as the driving part, can be installed either at the end of the curtain rail, or at its middle.
Second, the lithium battery is provided for power supply, the drive motor with spacer drives the clutch, which then drives the master drive mechanism to rotate, and the Bluetooth module is arranged to receive the control signal from the mobile phone APP.
Third, it is possible to change the relative position between the retaining block and the top of the C-plate by turning the adjusting screw, so that the device can be easily installed on or removed from the original curtain rail.

An intelligent motorized curtain mechanism, wherein a first mounting box (1), a second mounting box (2), a bead chain length adjustment mechanism (3) and a bead chain (4) are provided; the first mounting box (1) and the second mounting box (2) are both provided with a retaining mechanism (5) mounted on the back, the first mounting box (1) is provided with a power control mechanism (6) and a master drive mechanism (7) fixedly installed inside it, the second mounting box (2) is provided with a slave mechanism (8) fixedly mounted inside, the master drive mechanism (7) is arranged on the left side of the bead chain (4), the slave mechanism (8) is arranged on the right side of the bead chain (4), and the bead chain length adjustment mechanism (3) is snap-fitted to the surface of the bead chain (4).

The intelligent motorized curtain mechanism according to the claim 1, wherein the slave mechanism (8) is provided with a driven wheel (801) and a second bead chain guide slot (802), the driven wheel (801) rotates inside the first mounting box (1) by means of a rotating shaft, the second bead chain guide slot (802) is arranged on the left side of the second mounting box (2), the bead chain (4) is snap-fitted to the driven wheel (801) and moves within the second bead chain guide slot (802).

The intelligent motorized curtain mechanism according to the claim 1, wherein the retaining mechanism (5) is provided with a C-plate (501) and an adjusting screw (502), the C-plate (501) is mounted on the back of the first mounting box (1) and the second mounting box (2), the adjusting screw (502) is threaded to the bottom of the C-plate (501), a retaining block (503) is fixedly connected to the top of the adjusting screw (502).

The intelligent motorized curtain mechanism according to the claim 1, wherein the bead chain length adjustment mechanism (3) is provided with a movable chain clip (301) penetrated by an insertion hole (302) in its interior for the bead chain (4) to move through, the movable chain clip (301) is provided with a button (303) movably mounted inside, the button (303) is provided with a spring (304) fixedly mounted at its bottom.
7. The intelligent motorized curtain mechanism according to the claim 6, wherein the bead chain (4) is provided with a retaining clip (9) fixedly mounted on the surface.
