Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to functional briefs for men with an improved fit while providing a comfortable wearing environment by separating a penis portion and a scrotum portion.

BACKGROUND ART

The present disclosure is an improvement of conventional functional briefs for men in which a penis portion and a scrotum portion are separated from each other, and the present applicant has been proposed an invention disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-0916707 (registered on Sep. 2, 2009).

That is, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a penis member 120 and a scrotum member 130 are separately cut and sewn to a front portion of briefs. Therefore, each of the penis member 120 and the scrotum member 130 has curved portions 220 and 240 and bent portions 210, 230, and 250. Therefore, a penis A and a scrotum B are separated and accommodated in the briefs such that a pleasant wearing environment is provided and sexual dysfunction is prevented.

However, according to the functional briefs for men, since sewing is performed along a seam line leading to a straight line and a curved line of the penis member 120 in order to form a penis pocket 260, sewing work for forming a first bent portion 210 is particularly difficult. Therefore, there has been a problem in that a defect rate of products was high since a shape of the penis pocket 260 was not properly formed.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present disclosure is intended to propose functional briefs for men that are easy to sew and are capable of greatly lowering a defect rate of products by improving a shape of a pattern thereof.

Technical Solution

In order to achieve the objectives of the present disclosure, functional briefs for men include: a pair of left and right penis members including a penis-portion outer line, a penis-portion inner line formed in a circular arc shape convex inwardly by facing the penis-portion outer line, a penis-portion upper end line inclined outward and downward, and a penis-portion lower end line traversing in a left-right direction between an inside and an outside thereof; a pair of left and right scrotum members including a scrotum-portion outer line connected from a lower end of the penis-portion outer line, a scrotum-portion inner line formed in a circular arc shape convex inwardly by facing the scrotum-portion outer line, and a scrotum-portion upper end line sewn to the penis-portion lower end line; a pair of left and right front members coupled to the penis member and the scrotum member by the penis-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion outer line being sewn parallelly along a front-portion inner line that is formed by coinciding with the penis-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion outer line, and the pair of left and right front members including a horizontal front-portion upper end line extending outward from an upper end of the front-portion inner line; and a band member sewn along the penis-portion upper end line and the front-portion upper end line while each penis-portion upper end line of the pair of left and right penis members is horizontally rotated so as to be in a state of forming a straight line with each front-portion upper end line of the pair of left and right front members.

Here, the penis-portion outer line may be formed in a circular arc shape, the scrotum-portion outer line may be formed in a concave circular arc shape connected continuously from a lower end of the penis-portion outer line, and the front-portion inner line may be formed in a concave circular arc shape coinciding with both the penis-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion outer line.

In addition, a width of the penis-portion lower end line may narrower than a width of the scrotum-portion upper end line, so that the penis-portion lower end line and the scrotum-portion upper end line may be sewn together while in a state in which the width of the penis-portion lower end line is stretched so as to coincide with the width of the scrotum-portion upper end line.

In addition, the penis member may be formed such that a width between the penis-portion outer line and the penis-portion inner line is the widest at between each center point of the penis-portion outer line and the penis-portion inner line and the width becomes narrower as each point of the penis-portion outer line and the penis-portion inner line is moved toward an upper end and a lower end thereof, and the scrotum member may be formed such that a width between the scrotum-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion inner line is the widest at between each center point of the scrotum-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion inner line and the width becomes narrower as each point of the scrotum-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion inner line is moved toward an upper end and a lower end thereof.

Further, the penis-portion inner line may form a straight line as a point on the penis-portion inner line is moved to an upper end point and a lower end point of the penis-portion inner line, and may form a curved line with the smallest radius of curvature at the center point of the penis-portion inner line.

In addition, the scrotum member may include a scrotum-portion lower end line traversing in an up-down direction, the front member may include a front-portion inner lower end line extending vertically from a lower end of the front-portion inner line, and the functional briefs for men may further include a pair of left and right rear members including a rear-portion outer lower end line in which an inside thereof is sewn to the front member and an outside thereof is sewn parallelly to both the scrotum-portion lower end line and the front-portion inner lower end line.

Advantageous Effects

As described above, according to the functional briefs for men of the present disclosure, sewing work may be easily performed along a circular arc shape by forming the penis-portion inner line of the penis member in a circular arc shape, so that a defect rate of products may be greatly lowered. Further, the penis-portion upper end line is formed to be inclined outward and downward, and the scrotum pocket may be formed by using a sewing method in which the band member is sewed to the penis-portion upper end line and the horizontal front-portion upper end line that are in a state of forming a straight line.

In addition, the penis-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion outer line are formed in the continuously concave circular arc shape and the front-portion inner line is formed in the circular arc shape coinciding therewith, and the front-portion inner line is sewn to the penis-portion outer line and the scrotum-portion outer line. Therefore, a tensile force is provided to the penis member and the scrotum member so as to form bent portions and curved portions, thereby contributing to form a shape of the penis pocket and the scrotum pocket.

In addition, the width of the penis-portion lower end line that is narrower than the width of the scrotum-portion upper end line is stretched to coincide with the width of the scrotum-portion upper end line and the penis-portion lower end line is sewn to the scrotum-portion upper end line. Therefore, elasticity of the scrotum pocket may be greatly increased, and thus the scrotum pocket is suitable for accommodating the scrotum that repeats expansion and contraction.

FIG. 3 is a development view illustrating functional briefs for men according to an embodiment of the present disclosure disassembled into pattern units.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view illustrating a main part of FIG. 3.

FIGS. 5 and 6 are views illustrating the functional briefs for men realized by combining the patterns in FIG. 3, when viewed from a front thereof and one front side thereof, respectively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As illustrated in FIG. 3, functional briefs for men according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may be disassembled into pattern units. Further, the functional briefs for men are formed by combining the patterns that are a pair of left and right penis members 320, a pair of left and right scrotum members 330, a pair of left and right front members 310, and a pair of left and right rear members 340.

Referring to FIG. 4, the penis member 320 includes: a penis-portion outer line 321 formed in a concave circular arc shape; a penis-portion inner line 322 formed in a circular arc shape convex inwardly by facing the penis-portion outer line 321; a penis-portion upper end line 323 inclined outward and downward; and a penis-portion lower end line 324 extending to traverse generally in a left-right direction between an inside and an outside thereof.

The scrotum member 330 includes: a scrotum-portion outer line 331 formed in a concave circular arc shape connected continuously from a lower end of the penis-portion outer line 321; a scrotum-portion inner line 332 formed in a circular arc shape convex inwardly by facing the scrotum-portion outer line 331; a scrotum-portion upper end line 333 sewn to the penis-portion lower end line 324; and a scrotum-portion lower end line 334 extending to traverse generally in an up-down direction between an inside and an outside thereof.

At this time, as illustrated in drawings, a width of the penis-portion lower end line 324 is slightly narrower than a width of the scrotum-portion upper end line 333. Therefore, when the penis-portion lower end line 324 and the scrotum-portion upper end line 333 are sewn to each other, the penis-portion lower end line 324 is stretched to be in a state in which the penis-portion lower end line 324 is to coincide with the scrotum-portion upper end line 333, and are sewn to each other. Consequently, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the scrotum-portion upper end line 333 is corrugated along a seam line L. Therefore, elasticity of a scrotum pocket may be greatly increased, so that a scrotum that repeats expansion and contraction depending on surrounding environment or physiological phenomenon is appropriately accommodated in the scrotum pocket.

Referring to FIG. 3, the front member 310 includes: a front-portion inner line 311 formed in a concave circular arc shape coinciding with both the penis-portion outer line (reference numeral of 321 in FIG. 4) and the scrotum-portion outer line 331; and a horizontal front-portion upper end line 312 extending from an upper end of the front-portion inner line 311 to the outward.

The front member 310 is sewn parallelly to and coinciding with the penis-portion outer line 321 and the scrotum-portion outer line 331 along the front-portion inner line 311, thereby coupling to the penis member 320 and the scrotum member 330 that are positioned at an inward position. Then, the penis-portion upper end line 323 of the penis member 320 is horizontally rotated so as to be in a state of being aligned with the front-portion upper end line 312 so that a straight line is formed, and a band member is sewn along the straight line, as illustrated in FIG. 5. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the band member 350 is also sewn to a rear-portion upper end line 341 of the rear member (reference numeral of 340 in FIG. 3), in which the rear-portion upper end line 341 extends horizontally along the front-portion upper end line 312.

As described above, by horizontally sewing the penis-portion upper end line 323 inclined outward to the band member 350 by slightly rotating the penis-portion upper end line 323 inward, a penis pocket (reference numeral of 460 in FIG. 6) by the penis member 320 may be formed.

At this time, when the band member 350 is horizontally sewn while in a state in which the front-portion inner line (reference numeral of 311 in FIG. 3) formed in the circular arc shape, the penis-portion outer line 321 connected in the circular arc shape coinciding with the front-portion inner line 311, and the scrotum-portion outer line 331 are sewn to each other, the front-portion inner line 311 or the penis-portion outer line 321 and the scrotum-portion outer line 331 sewn to each other is transformed almost linearly as illustrated in FIG. 5. Further, due to such a transformation of a line (that is, a transformation from a round to a straight line), a tensile force as an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the front-portion inner line 311 move outward acts on an upper end portion of the penis member 320 and a lower end portion of the scrotum member 330 in corresponding regions, thereby contributing to form the penis pocket 460 and a scrotum pocket 470 as illustrated in FIG. 6 as a result.

In FIG. 4, in both the penis-portion outer line 321 and the penis-portion inner line 322 of the penis member 320 that are each formed in the circular arc shape, a width W1 formed by connecting each center point thereof is the widest and a width becomes narrower as each point thereof is moved toward the upper end thereof and the lower end thereof. Further, each of the penis-portion outer line 321 and the penis-portion inner line 322 forms a straight line as each point thereof is moved to an upper end point thereof and a lower end point thereof, and forms a curved line with the smallest radius of curvature at the center point thereof.

In both the scrotum-portion outer line 331 and the scrotum-portion inner line 332 of the scrotum member 330 that are each formed in the circular arc shape, a width W2 between each center point thereof is the widest, and a width between the scrotum-portion outer line 331 and the scrotum-portion inner line 332 becomes narrower as each point thereof is moved toward the upper end thereof and the lower end thereof.

The upper end and the lower end of both penis member 320 and the scrotum member 330 is tensioned by the front-portion inner line 311 transformed linearly or the penis-portion outer line 321 and the scrotum-portion outer line 331, and the seam line L forming upper and lower boundary in the middle portion of the penis member 320 and the scrotum member 330 forms the shape of both the penis member 320 and the scrotum member 330. Therefore, when the sewing is completed as briefs that are illustrated in FIG. 5, these shapes of both the penis member 320 and the scrotum member 330 contribute to realize the penis pocket 460 and the scrotum pocket 470 that are the completed form.

The scrotum-portion lower line 334 of the scrotum member 330 illustrated in FIG. 4 is sewn to an outer lower end line 342 of the rear member 340 together with a front-portion inner lower end line 313 of the front member (reference numeral of 310 in FIG. 3) (see FIG. 5). That is, a length of the outer lower end line 342 of the rear member 340 is equal to the sum of a length of the scrotum-portion lower line 334 and a length of the front-portion inner lower end line 313.

In FIG. 3, the rear member 340 is sewn such that a rear-portion inner line 343 facing the outer lower end line 342 coincides with the front-portion outer line 314.

The functional briefs for men described above are only an embodiment to help the understanding of the present disclosure, and thus the scope of the present disclosure should not be understood as being limited to the above description.

The scope or technical scope of the present disclosure is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
