An adjustable shelf including a first shelf unit, a second shelf unit, and a first locking device. The first shelf unit is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit through a first connector; the first locking device locks the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively, so that a customer can relieve the locking of the first locking device between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, and the customer can adjust the size and angle of the shelf by rotating the first shelf unit and/or the second shelf unit; the shelf can adapt to wall corners and wall surfaces in different sizes according to an actual condition and demand of the customer.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to the field of shelves, in particular to an adjustable shelf.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A shelf is generally installed in a kitchen or bathroom. It is mainly used for placing some soap, shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries when installed in the bathroom. Under normal circumstances, consumers usually install fan-shaped or triangular shelves at wall corners to save space. However, since the angles of the wall corners are difficult to unify, they may be acute angles, right angles, or obtuse angles. The shelves sold on the market are generally in the shape of right-angled fan-shaped or right-angled triangular shelves, and have fixed sizes. Therefore, it is difficult for the consumers to buy a shelf with a suitable angle and size according to their actual situation. Such a shelf usually needs to be specially customized, which is not only more expensive, but also takes a long time. It has become a major problem for the consumers.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art, the present disclosure provides an adjustable shelf. An angle and size of the shelf are adjustable and can meet usage requirements of different scenarios. The adjustable shelf is installed conveniently and stably, and greatly enhances the user experience.

The present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: an adjustable shelf, including a first shelf unit, a second shelf unit, and a first locking device, wherein the first shelf unit is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit through a first connector; the first locking device locks the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively.

Further, the first shelf unit includes a first base; the second shelf unit includes a second base; the first base has a first straight edge, a second straight edge, and a first arc-shaped edge; one end of the first straight edge is connected with one end of the second straight edge through the first arc-shaped edge; the other end of the first straight edge is connected with the other end of the second straight edge; the second base has a third straight edge, a fourth straight edge, and a second arc-shaped edge; one end of the third straight edge is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge through the second arc-shaped edge; and the other end of the third straight edge is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge.

Further, the first base and the second base are stacked; the first base is provided with a first shaft hole; the second base is provided with a second shaft hole; and the first connector is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit is able to rotate around the first connector.

Further, the first shelf unit further includes a first side wall extending along the first straight edge, a second side wall extending along the first arc-shaped edge, a third side wall extending along the third straight edge, and a fourth side wall extending along the second arc-shaped edge, wherein the first side wall is connected with the second side wall; the second side wall and the fourth side wall are stacked; the second side wall is connected with the fourth side wall through the first locking device; and the fourth side wall is connected with the third side wall.

Further, the first locking device includes a first locking member, a first locking slot arranged on the second side wall, and a second locking slot arranged on the fourth side wall; the first locking member is sleeved on the first locking slot and the second locking slot; and the second side wall is locked to the fourth side wall.

Further, the first shelf unit further includes a second locking device, the second locking device includes a second locking member, a third locking slot arranged on the first side wall, a third locking member, and a fourth locking slot arranged on the third side wall; the second locking member is sleeved on the third locking slot and locks the first side wall to a wall body; and the third locking member is sleeved on the fourth locking slot and locks the third side wall to the wall body.

Further, the first base and the second base are provided with several water filtering openings.

Further, an acute angle is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

Further, an included angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and a right angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

Further, an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

The present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: an adjustable shelf, including a first shelf unit, a second shelf unit rotatably connected with the second shelf unit, and a first locking device configured to lock the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively to each other.

Further, the first shelf unit includes a first base; the second shelf unit includes a second base; the first base has a first straight edge, a second straight edge, and a first arc-shaped edge; one end of the first straight edge is connected with one end of the second straight edge through the first arc-shaped edge; the other end of the first straight edge is connected with the other end of the second straight edge; the second base has a third straight edge, a fourth straight edge, and a second arc-shaped edge; one end of the third straight edge is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge through the second arc-shaped edge; and the other end of the third straight edge is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge.

Further, the first base and the second base are stacked; the first base is provided with a first shaft hole; the second base is provided with a second shaft hole; and a rotating shaft is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit is able to rotate around the rotating shaft.

Further, the first shelf unit further includes a first side wall extending along the first straight edge, a second side wall extending along the first arc-shaped edge, a third side wall extending along the third straight edge, and a fourth side wall extending along the second arc-shaped edge, wherein the first side wall is connected with the second side wall; the second side wall and the fourth side wall are stacked; the second side wall is connected with the fourth side wall through the first locking device; and the fourth side wall is connected with the third side wall.

Further, the first locking device includes a first locking member, a first locking slot arranged on the second side wall, and a second locking slot arranged on the fourth side wall; the first locking member is sleeved on the first locking slot and the second locking slot; and the second side wall is locked to the fourth side wall.

Further, the first shelf unit further includes a second locking device, the second locking device includes a second locking member, a third locking slot arranged on the first side wall, a third locking member, and a fourth locking slot arranged on the third side wall; the second locking member is sleeved on the third locking slot and locks the first side wall to a wall body; and the third locking member is sleeved on the fourth locking slot and locks the third side wall to the wall body.

Further, the first base and the second base are provided with several water filtering openings.

Further, an acute angle is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

Further, an included angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and a right angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

Further, an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

The present disclosure has the beneficial effects: by means of the above structure, since the adjustable shelf includes the first shelf unit, the second shelf unit, and the first locking device, the first shelf unit is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit through the first connector, and the first locking device locks the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively, so that a customer can relieve the locking of the first locking device between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, and the customer can adjust the size and angle of the shelf by rotating the first shelf unit and/or the second shelf unit; the shelf can adapt to wall corners and wall surfaces in different sizes according to an actual condition and demand of the customer; and the adjustable shelf is conveniently and stably mounted, has high generality, and greatly enhances the user experience. Further, when the customer adjusts the shelf to an appropriate size and angle by rotating the first shelf unit and/or the second shelf unit, a user can lock the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit through the first locking device, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit may not rotate relatively to fix the size and angle of the shelf, which makes the shelf more stable and further enhances the user experience.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENT

It will be appreciated that for simplicity and clarity of illustration, where appropriate, reference numerals have been repeated among the different figures to indicate corresponding or analogous elements. In addition, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the exemplary embodiments described herein. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, methods, procedures, and components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the related relevant feature being described. Also, the description is not to be considered as limiting the scope of the exemplary embodiments described herein. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 11, an adjustable shelf includes a first shelf unit 1, a second shelf unit 2, and a first locking device 4. The first shelf unit 1 is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit 2 through a first connector 3; the first locking device 4 locks the first shelf unit 1 to the second shelf unit 2; and when the first locking device 4 relieves the locking between the first shelf unit 1 and the second shelf unit 2, the first shelf unit 1 and the second shelf unit 2 are able to rotate relatively.

By means of the above structure, since the adjustable shelf includes the first shelf unit, the second shelf unit, and the first locking device, the first shelf unit is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit through the first connector, and the first locking device locks the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively, so that a customer can relieve the locking of the first locking device between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, and the customer can adjust the size and angle of the shelf by rotating the first shelf unit and/or the second shelf unit; the shelf can adapt to wall corners and wall surfaces in different sizes according to an actual condition and demand of the customer; and the adjustable shelf is conveniently and stably mounted, has high generality, and greatly enhances the user experience. Further, when the customer adjusts the shelf to an appropriate size and angle by rotating the first shelf unit and/or the second shelf unit, a user can lock the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit through the first locking device, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit may not rotate relatively to fix the size and angle of the shelf, which makes the shelf more stable and further enhances the user experience. The first connector 3 is a rotating shaft.

In this embodiment, the first shelf unit 1 includes a first base 11; the second shelf unit 2 includes a second base 21; the first base 11 has a first straight edge 111, a second straight edge 112, and a first arc-shaped edge 113; one end of the first straight edge 111 is connected with one end of the second straight edge 112 through the first arc-shaped edge 113; the other end of the first straight edge 111 is connected with the other end of the second straight edge 112; the second base 21 has a third straight edge 211, a fourth straight edge 212, and a second arc-shaped edge 213; one end of the third straight edge 211 is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge 212 through the second arc-shaped edge 213; and the other end of the third straight edge 211 is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge 212. The first base 11 and the second base 21 are stacked; the first base 11 is provided with a first shaft hole 115; the second base 21 is provided with a second shaft hole 215; and the first connector 3 is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft hole 115 and the second shaft hole 215, so that the first shelf unit 1 and the second shelf unit 2 is able to rotate around the first connector 3. Specifically, the adjustable shelf further includes a first side wall 12 extending along the first straight edge 111, a second side wall 13 extending along the first arc-shaped edge 113, a third side wall 22 extending along the third straight edge 211, and a fourth side wall 23 extending along the second arc-shaped edge 213; the first side wall 12 is connected with the second side wall 13; the second side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 23 are stacked; the second side wall 13 is connected with the fourth side wall 23 through the first locking device 4; and the fourth side wall 23 is connected with the third side wall 22. Further, the first base and the second base are both fan-shaped, and the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are both fan-shaped. In some embodiments, the first base and the second base may be also set to be triangular, and the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are set to be triangular. By means of the above structure, the customer can adjust, by rotating the first base and/or the second base, an angle between the first straight edge and the third straight edge to adjust an angle between the first side wall extending along the first straight edge and the third side wall extending along the third straight edge, so that the first side wall and the third side wall can better match with the angles and sizes of the wall corners and the wall surfaces to achieve a function of adjusting the angle and size of the shelf.

Specifically, the first base 11 further includes a third arc-shaped edge 114; the second base 21 further includes a fourth arc-shaped edge 214; one end of the first straight edge 111 is connected with one end of the second straight edge 112 through the first arc-shaped edge 113, and the other end of the first straight edge 111 is connected with the other end of the second straight edge 112 through the third arc-shaped edge 114; one end of the third straight edge 211 is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge 212 through the second arc-shaped edge 213; and the other end of the third straight edge 211 is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge 212 through the fourth arc-shaped edge 214.

In this embodiment, the first locking device 4 includes a first locking member 41, a first locking slot 42 arranged on the second side wall 13, and a second locking slot 43 arranged on the fourth side wall 23; the first locking member 41 is sleeved on the first locking slot 42 and the second locking slot 43; and the second side wall 13 is locked to the fourth side wall 23. By means of the above structure, a function of locking the second side wall to the fourth side wall is effectively achieved. When the customer adjusts, by rotating the first base and/or the second base, the angle between the first straight edge and the third straight edge to adjust the angle between the first side wall extending along the first straight edge and the third side wall extending along the third straight edge to be suitable for the wall corner and the wall surface, the customer can lock the second side wall to the fourth side wall through the first locking member, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit cannot rotate relatively to fix the angle between the first side wall and the third side wall to make the shelf more stable. A storage cavity 7 is formed among the first base, the second base, the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall, and the fourth side wall. The customer can put daily supplies into the storage cavity to prevent falling, and at the same time, the user can also adjust, by rotating the first base and/or the second base, the angle between the first straight edge and the third straight edge to adjust the angle between the first side wall extending along the first straight edge and the third side wall extending along the third straight edge, so as to adjust the size of the storage cavity; and after the adjustment is completed, the customer can lock the second side wall to the fourth side wall through the first locking member, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit cannot rotate relatively to fix the size of the storage cavity. Specifically, the first locking member 41 includes a first screw 411 and a first nut 412; the first screw is located on the outer side of the fourth side wall, and the first nut is located on the inner side of the second side wall; and the first screw passes through the first locking slot and the second locking slot from the outer side of the fourth side wall and is connected with the first nut, so that the first screw and the first nut clamp and lock the second side wall to the fourth side wall.

In this embodiment, the adjustable shelf further includes a second locking device 5. The second locking device 5 includes a second locking member 51, a third locking slot 52 arranged on the first side wall 12, a third locking member 53, and a fourth locking slot 54 arranged on the third side wall 22; the second locking member 51 is sleeved on the third locking slot 52 and locks the first side wall 12 to a wall body; and the third locking member 53 is sleeved on the fourth locking slot 54 and locks the third side wall 22 to the wall body. The second locking member 51 includes a second screw 511 and a second nut 512; the second screw is arranged on the inner side of the first side wall; the second nut is arranged on a wall surface, or other planes; the third locking member 53 includes a third screw 531 and a third nut 532; the third screw is arranged on the inner side of the third side wall; the third nut is arranged on a wall surface, or other planes; when the customer adjusts the angle between the first side wall and the third side wall to match with the wall surface, the second screw passes through the third locking slot from the inner side of the first side wall and is connected with the second nut, so as to lock the first side wall to the wall surface; the third screw passes through the fourth locking slot from the inner side of the third side wall and is connected with the third nut, so as to lock the third side wall to the wall surface. The design is reasonable, and the connection is stable. The installation of the shelf is effectively achieved.

In this embodiment, the first base 11 and the second base 21 are both provided with several water filtering openings 6. The several water filtering openings are fan-shaped devices and are uniformly arranged on the first base and the second base along circumferential directions of the first arc-shaped edge and the second arc-shaped edge.

In this embodiment, an acute angle is formed between the first straight edge 111 and the second straight edge 112, and an acute angle is formed between the third straight edge 211 and the fourth straight edge 212. Specifically, an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge 111 and the second straight edge 112, and an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge 211 and the fourth straight edge 212. By means of the above structure, when the included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge 111 and the third straight edge 112, and the included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge 211 and the fourth straight edge 212, the user can adjust the angle between the first straight edge and the third straight edge within a range from 45 degrees to 90 degrees by rotating the first base and/or the second base, so as to adjust the angle between the first side wall and the third side wall within a range from 45 degrees to 90 degrees, so that the shelf can match with a wall corner having an angle between 45 degrees and 90 degrees.

In this embodiment, an included angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge 111 and the second straight edge 112, and a right angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge 211 and the fourth straight edge 212. By means of the above structure, when the included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge 111 and the third straight edge 112, and the included angle of 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge 211 and the fourth straight edge 212, the user can adjust the angle between the first straight edge and the third straight edge within a range from 90 degrees to 180 degrees by rotating the first base and/or the second base, so as to adjust the angle between the first side wall and the third side wall within a range from 90 degrees to 180 degrees, so that the shelf can match with a wall corner having an angle between 90 degrees and 180 degrees.

Claims

1. An adjustable shelf, comprising a first shelf unit, a second shelf unit, and a first locking device, wherein the first shelf unit is rotatably connected with the second shelf unit through a first connector; the first locking device locks the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 1, wherein the first shelf unit comprises a first base; the second shelf unit comprises a second base; the first base has a first straight edge, a second straight edge, and a first arc-shaped edge; one end of the first straight edge is connected with one end of the second straight edge through the first arc-shaped edge; the other end of the first straight edge is connected with the other end of the second straight edge; the second base has a third straight edge, a fourth straight edge, and a second arc-shaped edge; one end of the third straight edge is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge through the second arc-shaped edge; and the other end of the third straight edge is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 2, wherein the first base and the second base are stacked; the first base is provided with a first shaft hole; the second base is provided with a second shaft hole; and the first connector is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit is able to rotate around the first connector.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 2, further comprising a first side wall extending along the first straight edge, a second side wall extending along the first arc-shaped edge, a third side wall extending along the third straight edge, and a fourth side wall extending along the second arc-shaped edge, wherein the first side wall is connected with the second side wall; the second side wall and the fourth side wall are stacked; the second side wall is connected with the fourth side wall through the first locking device; and the fourth side wall is connected with the third side wall.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 4, wherein the first locking device comprises a first locking member, a first locking slot arranged on the second side wall, and a second locking slot arranged on the fourth side wall; the first locking member is sleeved on the first locking slot and the second locking slot; and the second side wall is locked to the fourth side wall.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 4, further comprising a second locking device, wherein the second locking device comprises a second locking member, a third locking slot arranged on the first side wall, a third locking member, and a fourth locking slot arranged on the third side wall; the second locking member is sleeved on the third locking slot and locks the first side wall to a wall body; and the third locking member is sleeved on the fourth locking slot and locks the third side wall to the wall body.

7. The adjustable shelf according to claim 2, wherein the first base and the second base are provided with several water filtering openings.

8. The adjustable shelf according to claim 2, wherein an acute angle is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 2, wherein an included angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and a right angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

10. The adjustable shelf according to claim 8, wherein an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

11. An adjustable shelf, comprising:

a first shelf unit;
a second shelf unit rotatably connected with the second shelf unit; and
a first locking device, configured to lock the first shelf unit to the second shelf unit; and when the first locking device relieves the locking between the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit, the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit are able to rotate relatively to each other.

The adjustable shelf according to claim 11, wherein the first shelf unit comprises a first base; the second shelf unit comprises a second base; the first base has a first straight edge, a second straight edge, and a first arc-shaped edge; one end of the first straight edge is connected with one end of the second straight edge through the first arc-shaped edge; the other end of the first straight edge is connected with the other end of the second straight edge; the second base has a third straight edge, a fourth straight edge, and a second arc-shaped edge; one end of the third straight edge is connected with one end of the fourth straight edge through the second arc-shaped edge; and the other end of the third straight edge is connected with the other end of the fourth straight edge.

13. The adjustable shelf according to claim 12, wherein the first base and the second base are stacked; the first base is provided with a first shaft hole; the second base is provided with a second shaft hole; and a rotating shaft is rotatably sleeved on the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole, so that the first shelf unit and the second shelf unit is able to rotate around the rotating shaft.

14. The adjustable shelf according to claim 12, further comprising a first side wall extending along the first straight edge, a second side wall extending along the first arc-shaped edge, a third side wall extending along the third straight edge, and a fourth side wall extending along the second arc-shaped edge, wherein the first side wall is connected with the second side wall; the second side wall and the fourth side wall are stacked; the second side wall is connected with the fourth side wall through the first locking device; and the fourth side wall is connected with the third side wall.

15. The adjustable shelf according to claim 14, wherein the first locking device comprises a first locking member, a first locking slot arranged on the second side wall, and a second locking slot arranged on the fourth side wall; the first locking member is sleeved on the first locking slot and the second locking slot; and the second side wall is locked to the fourth side wall.

16. The adjustable shelf according to claim 14, further comprising a second locking device, wherein the second locking device comprises a second locking member, a third locking slot arranged on the first side wall, a third locking member, and a fourth locking slot arranged on the third side wall; the second locking member is sleeved on the third locking slot and locks the first side wall to a wall body; and the third locking member is sleeved on the fourth locking slot and locks the third side wall to the wall body.

17. The adjustable shelf according to claim 12, wherein the first base and the second base are provided with several water filtering openings.

18. The adjustable shelf according to claim 12, wherein an acute angle is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

19. The adjustable shelf according to claim 12, wherein an included angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and a right angle greater than or equal to 90 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.

20. The adjustable shelf according to claim 18, wherein an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first straight edge and the second straight edge, and an acute angle of 45 degrees is formed between the third straight edge and the fourth straight edge.
