BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a hospital ship.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a temporary facility constructing method.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a temporary facility.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Hospital Ship

First, a hospital ship 100 according to an embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the hospital ship 100. The hospital ship 100 is a ship including a hospital function. The hospital ship 100 includes hospital rooms and can perform the same level of treatment practice as general hospitals. As shown in FIG. 1, the hospital ship 100 includes a container loading structure 10, an electric power generation facility 20, a water generation facility 30, and an oxygen production facility 40.

The container loading structure 10 is a structure loaded with containers 101. The container loading structure 10 of the present embodiment is located on an upper surface of the hospital ship 100. However, the container loading structure 10 may be located inside the hospital ship 100. Examples of the containers 101 loaded on the container loading structure 10 include a part of a residential facility 103, a part of a medical facility 104, a part of an electric power transformation facility 105, and a part of a water storage tank 106 (see FIG. 3). Therefore, the residential facility 103, the medical facility 104, the electric power transformation facility 105, and the water storage tank 106 can be constructed by assembling on the ground the containers 101 loaded on the container loading structure 10. The container loading structure 10 may be loaded with only some of the above-described containers 101.

The electric power generation facility 20 is a facility that generates electricity. The electricity generated by the electric power generation facility 20 is supplied to not only an inside of the hospital ship 100 but also the constructed residential facility 103 and the constructed medical facility 104. The electric power generation facility 20 of the present embodiment is connected to an engine 51 (diesel engine, for example) that is a power source of a propulsion system 50 and converts power of the engine 51 into electric power (electricity). Since the hospital ship 100 that is moored does not have to generate propulsive force by the engine 51, a large amount of electricity can be generated by using the output of the engine 51. However, the electric power generation facility 20 may generate electricity by using not the engine 51 of the propulsion system 50 but, for example, an engine different from the engine 51 and used for an electric power generator.

The water generation facility 30 is a facility that produces water. The water produced by the water generation facility 30 is supplied to not only the inside of the hospital ship 100 but also the constructed residential facility 103 and the constructed medical facility 104. The water generation facility 30 is electrically connected to the electric power generation facility 20 and is driven by the electricity generated by the electric power generation facility 20. The water generation facility 30 of the present embodiment obtains water by applying pressure to sea water and making the sea water pass through a reverse osmosis membrane. However, the water generation facility 30 may produce water by methods other than the above. For example, the water generation facility 30 may produce water by boiling sea water to generate steam and cooling the generated steam. Moreover, the water generation facility 30 may adopt plural producing methods in accordance with the use of the water.

The oxygen production facility 40 is a facility that produce oxygen used for medical practice, such as inhalation by a patient. The oxygen produced by the oxygen production facility 40 is supplied to not only the inside of the hospital ship 100 but also the constructed medical facility 104. The oxygen production facility 40 is electrically connected to the electric power generation facility 20 and is driven by the electricity generated by the electric power generation facility 20. The oxygen production facility 40 of the present embodiment produces oxygen by a cryogenic separation method of liquefying air and separating oxygen and nitrogen by utilizing a difference between the boiling point of oxygen and the boiling point of nitrogen. However, the oxygen production facility 40 may produce oxygen by methods other than the above.

Temporary Facility Constructing Method

Next, a temporary facility constructing method according to an embodiment will be described. FIG. 2 is a flowchart of the temporary facility constructing method. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a temporary facility. As shown in FIG. 2 (also see FIG. 3), in the temporary facility constructing method according to the present embodiment, first, the hospital ship 100 loaded with the containers 101 is moored within a range of a predetermined distance from a temporary facility planned construction site 102 (Step S1). The temporary facility planned construction site 102 is a planned site at which an on-land temporary facility is constructed. From the viewpoint of construction work, it is desirable that a distance from the temporary facility planned construction site 102 to the hospital ship 100 be short. At least, the temporary facility planned construction site 102 is located within a range where a below-described electric power cable 21 is arrangeable.

Next, the containers 101 are unloaded from the hospital ship 100 and are carried to the temporary facility planned construction site 102 (Step S2). In the present embodiment, the containers 101 are carried by a vehicle. Specifically, a rampway 52 is placed so as to extend from the hospital ship 100 to a shore in the vicinity of the temporary facility planned construction site 102, and the containers 101 are carried through the rampway 52 to the temporary facility planned construction site 102 by the vehicle loaded with the containers 101. However, the method of carrying the containers 101 is not limited to the above. For example, the containers 101 may be carried to the temporary facility planned construction site 102 by using a crane.

Next, the containers 101 are assembled at the temporary facility planned construction site 102 to construct the residential facility 103 where people can reside and the medical facility 104 where medical practice can be performed (Step S3). As described above, the containers 101 can be assembled on the ground to construct the residential facility 103, the medical facility 104, and the like. Moreover, when constructing the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 (i.e., in Step S3), the electric power transformation facility 105 and the water storage tank 106 are also constructed by the containers 101.

Next, the electric power cable 21 connecting the residential facility 103, the medical facility 104, and the hospital ship 100 is arranged (Step S4). Specifically, the electric power cable 21 is arranged between the electric power generation facility 20 of the hospital ship 100 and the electric power transformation facility 105, and the electric power cable 21 is further arranged from the electric power transformation facility 105 to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104.

Next, the electricity generated by the electric power generation facility 20 of the hospital ship 100 is supplied through the electric power cable 21 to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 (Step S5). With this, various types of electrical equipment can be used in the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104.

Next, the water produced by the water generation facility 30 of the hospital ship 100 is supplied to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 (Step S6). Specifically, the water produced by the hospital ship 100 is carried to the water storage tank 106 by using, for example, a vehicle equipped with a hose and a tank. The water is supplied from the water storage tank 106 to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104. However, the water may be supplied by methods other than the above. For example, the water may be directly supplied from the hospital ship 100 to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104. Moreover, the water may be supplied to the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 by different methods in accordance with the use of the water.

Next, the oxygen produced by the oxygen production facility 40 of the hospital ship 100 is supplied to the medical facility 104 (Step S7). The oxygen produced by the hospital ship 100 is supplied to the medical facility 104 by using a tanker truck, a LGC (Liquid Gas Container), a high-pressure gas bomb, or the like. The supply method to be adopted may be determined in accordance with the amount of oxygen to be supplied. With this, the medical practice using the oxygen can be performed at the medical facility 104.

As above, according to the temporary facility constructing method of the present embodiment, the temporary facility (the residential facility 103 or the medical facility 104) including the infrastructure (electricity, water, and oxygen) can be quickly constructed by using the hospital ship 100. In the above embodiment, both the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 are constructed. However, only one of the residential facility 103 and the medical facility 104 may be constructed. Moreover, the foregoing has described a case where electricity, water, and oxygen are supplied to the temporary facility in this order. However, the order of supply of electricity, water, and oxygen is not limited to this, and electricity, water, and oxygen may be supplied at the same time.
