Wearable Jewelry with Rotatable Mechanism
A wearable jewelry includes a base member having a receiving chamber provided in a top portion thereof, a precious ornament and a rotation mechanism. The precious ornament element is provided with a mounting arrangement underneath, wherein the mounting arrangement is eccentrically provided with respect to the mass and shape of the ornament element. The rotatable mechanism includes a rotor body configured to be sited in the receiving chamber of the base member, a bearing device provided in the rotor body, and a rotor element rotatably mounted on the rotor body through the bearing device. The rotor element is affixed with the mounting arrangement of the ornament element so as to elevate and eccentrically mount the ornament element on top of the base member such that the ornament element is able to freely and smoothly rotate above the base member for any tangent force applied to the ornament element.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION Field of InventionThe present invention relates to a wearable jewelry, and more particularly to a wearable jewelry which precious element is mounted on a base member by means of a rotatable mechanism such that the precious element is capable of rotating with respect to a base member worn on a wearer for enhancing decorative and aesthetic values of the jewelry.
Description of Related ArtsMost decorative jewelry are made of precious metals and/or stones without any movable parts. One or more precious stones such as gems or diamonds are mounted on a seat of a base member of a wearable jewelry such as a ring, a bracelet, pendant of necklace or other planar or dimensional surface structured accordingly.

The invention is advantageous in that it provides a wearable jewelry which precious element is mounted on a base member by means of a rotatable mechanism such that the precious element is capable of rotating with respect to a base member worn on a wearer for enhancing decorative and aesthetic values of the jewelry.
Another advantage of the invention is to a wearable jewelry which precious element rotatably mounted on top of the base member is capable of rotating with respect to the stationary base member due to an environmental factors and effects without the requirement of a manual actuation.
Another advantage of the invention is to a wearable jewelry which precious element is mounted on a base member by means of a rotatable mechanism sited in a receiving chamber provided in a top surface of the base member, wherein the precious element having an irregular shape is eccentrically mounted on a rotatable element of the rotatable mechanism such that the precious element is able to be freely and smoothly rotated above the base member for any tangent force applied to the precious element.
Additional advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, and may be realized by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particular point out in the appended claims.
According to the present invention, the foregoing and other objects and advantages are attained by a wearable jewelry, comprising:
- a base member having a receiving chamber provided in a top portion thereof;
- a precious ornament element having an irregular shape is provided with a mounting arrangement underneath, wherein the mounting arrangement is eccentrically provided with respect to the mass and shape of the ornament element; and
- a rotatable mechanism, comprising a rotor body configured to be sited in the receiving chamber of the base member, a bearing device provided in the rotor body, and a rotor element rotatably mounted on the rotor body through the bearing device, wherein the rotor element is affixed with the mounting arrangement of the precious ornament element so as to elevate and eccentrically mount the ornament element on top of the base member in such a manner that the ornament element is able to freely and smoothly rotate above the base member for any tangent force applied to the ornament element.
Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and drawings.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base member 10 has a size not more than 5 cm and the receiving chamber 11 of the base member 10 is embodied as a circular hole having a predetermined depth indented in a top surface of the top portion 101 of the base member 10. Claims
1. A wearable jewelry, comprising:
- a base member having a receiving chamber provided in a top portion thereof;
- an ornament element comprises a mounting arrangement underneath, wherein an rotation axis of said mounting arrangement is eccentrically provided with an axis of center of gravity of said ornament element; and
- a rotatable mechanism, comprising a rotor body configured to be sited in said receiving chamber of said base member, a bearing device provided in said rotor body, and a rotor element rotatably mounted on said rotor body through said bearing device, wherein said rotor element is affixed with said mounting arrangement of said ornament element so as to elevate and eccentrically mount said ornament element on top of said base member in such a manner that said ornament element is able to freely and smoothly rotate above said base member for any tangent force applied to said ornament element.
2. The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a wearing arrangement coupled with said base member for being worn on a wearer of said wearable jewelry.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 1, wherein said ornament element, made of precious material, is provided with a mounting arrangement having a rotation axis underneath and said rotor element has a rotation axis, such that said ornament element is rotatably mounted on said base member by connecting said mounting arrangement with said rotor element of said rotatable mechanism with said rotation axes of said mounting arrangement and said rotor element coaxially arranged, such that said ornament element is elevated and eccentrically mounted on top of said base member, thereby said ornament element is capable of rotating at least during movement of said wearable jewelry worn on the wearer, vibration of said wearable jewelry worn on the wearer, fiddling of said ornament element with respect to said base member, and air blowing of said ornament element with respect to said base member.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 2, wherein said ornament element, made of precious material, is provided with a mounting arrangement having a rotation axis underneath and said rotor element has a rotation axis, such that said ornament element is rotatably mounted on said base member by connecting said mounting arrangement with said rotor element of said rotatable mechanism with said rotation axes of said mounting arrangement and said rotor element coaxially arranged, such that said ornament element is elevated and eccentrically mounted on top of said base member, thereby said ornament element is capable of rotating at least during movement of said wearable jewelry worn on the wearer, vibration of said wearable jewelry worn on the wearer, fiddling of said ornament element with respect to said base member, and air blowing of said ornament element with respect to said base member.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 3, wherein said base member has a size not more than 5 cam and said receiving chamber has a predetermined depth indented in a top surface of said top portion of said base member, wherein said rotor body of said rotatable mechanism has a thickness equal to or less than said predetermined depth of said receiving chamber of said base member and is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly sited in said receiving chamber of said base member.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 4, wherein said base member has a size not more than 5 cam and said receiving chamber has a predetermined depth indented in a top surface of said top portion of said base member, wherein said rotor body of said rotatable mechanism has a thickness equal to or less than said predetermined depth of said receiving chamber of said base member and is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly sited in said receiving chamber of said base member.

The wearable jewelry, as recited claim 3, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting slot indented in a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotation axis of said mounting slot is eccentrical with said axis of said center of gravity of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly mounted in said mounting slot such that said ornament element is able to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element.

The wearable jewelry, as recited claim 4, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting slot indented in a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotation axis of said mounting slot is eccentrical with said axis of said center of gravity of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly mounted in said mounting slot such that said ornament element is able to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element.

The wearable jewelry, as recited claim 5, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting slot indented in a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotation axis of said mounting slot is eccentrical with said axis of said center of gravity of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly mounted in said mounting slot such that said ornament element is able to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element.

The wearable jewelry, as recited claim 6, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting slot indented in a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotation axis of said mounting slot is eccentrical with said axis of said center of gravity of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element is sized and shaped to be fixedly and fittingly mounted in said mounting slot such that said ornament element is able to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 3, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting element downwardly extended from a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element of said rotation mechanism is an inner ring provided in such a manner that said mounting element is fixedly and fittingly mounted in a mounting hole of said inner ring so as to rotatably mounted on top of said base member, such that said ornament element is elevated above a top surface of said base member and free to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element by means of said rotation mechanism.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 4, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting element downwardly extended from a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element of said rotation mechanism is an inner ring provided in such a manner that said mounting element is fixedly and fittingly mounted in a mounting hole of said inner ring so as to rotatably mounted on top of said base member, such that said ornament element is elevated above a top surface of said base member and free to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element by means of said rotation mechanism.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 5, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting element downwardly extended from a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element of said rotation mechanism is an inner ring provided in such a manner that said mounting element is fixedly and fittingly mounted in a mounting hole of said inner ring so as to rotatably mounted on top of said base member, such that said ornament element is elevated above a top surface of said base member and free to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element by means of said rotation mechanism.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 6, wherein said mounting arrangement is a mounting element downwardly extended from a bottom surface of said ornament element, wherein said rotor element of said rotation mechanism is an inner ring provided in such a manner that said mounting element is fixedly and fittingly mounted in a mounting hole of said inner ring so as to rotatably mounted on top of said base member, such that said ornament element is elevated above a top surface of said base member and free to rotate on top of said base member along said rotation axis of said rotor element in eccentrically with respect to said axis of center of gravity of said ornament element by means of said rotation mechanism.
15. The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 3, wherein said receiving chamber is a threaded hole and said rotor body has outer threads configured to be screwed in said receiving chamber.
16. The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 5, wherein said receiving chamber is a threaded hole and said rotor body has outer threads configured to be screwed in said receiving chamber.
17. The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 9, wherein said receiving chamber is a threaded hole and said rotor body has outer threads configured to be screwed in said receiving chamber.
18. The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 13, wherein said receiving chamber is a threaded hole and said rotor body has outer threads configured to be screwed in said receiving chamber.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 1, wherein said base member further comprises a surrounding wall upwardly extended surrounding said ornament element and a transparent window mounted on top of said surrounding wall to cover said ornamental element while said ornamental is able to freely and smoothly rotate.

The wearable jewelry, as recited in claim 4, wherein said base member further comprises a surrounding wall upwardly extended surrounding said ornament element and a transparent window mounted on top of said surrounding wall to cover said ornamental element while said ornamental is able to freely and smoothly rotate.
