DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following is specific embodiments of this disclosure and further describes the technical solution of this disclosure with reference to the drawings, but this disclosure is not limited to these embodiments.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a cup lid assembly includes a cup lid body 100, a flip cover 200 and a button 400, wherein the cup lid body 100 can be detachably connected with a cup body, and a catch 110 is arranged on an upper end surface of the cup lid body 100; the flip cover 200 is connected to the cup lid body 100 in a flipable manner, so that the cup lid can be opened or closed. Specifically, the cup lid can be flipped to a closed position or an open position.

The button 400 is configured for unlocking. The button 400 is connected with the flip cover 200 and capable of translating on the flip cover 200, and the button 400 can move to a locking position or an unlocking position. The button 400 is provided with a hook 410, and the hook 410 and the catch 110 can be locked together.

It should be noted that as mentioned above, the button 400 is connected with the flip cover 200 and can translate on the flip cover 200, which means that the button 400 can only translate relative to the flip cover 200, so the button 400 is equivalent to a part of the flip cover 200. When the button 400 and the cup lid body 100 are locked together, it is equivalent to that the flip cover 200 and the cup lid body 100 are locked together, so that the flip cover 200 cannot be rotated.

The button 400 is translationally arranged on an upper end surface of the flip cover 200, the flip cover 200 is provided with an avoidance groove 220, the avoidance groove 220 is structured as a through hole, and the hook 410 and the catch 110 are both located in the avoidance groove 220, so that the hook 410 and the catch 110 can pass through the flip cap 200 and can be connected to each other or separated from each other. Moreover, the arrangement of the avoidance groove 220 can also prevent the hook 410 from interfering with the flip cover 200 during the translation of the button 400.

The flip cover 200 is provided with a translation groove 230, and the button 400 is arranged in the translation groove 230 and can move along the translation groove 230. Since the button 400 can only translate along the translation groove 230, during the closing process of the flip cover 200, the hook 410 slides along a horizontal direction (i.e., along an arrangement direction of the translation groove 230) and is locked in the catch 110, and the hook 410 and the catch 110 can only be unlocked through the translation of the button 400. In this way, the flip cover 200 can be well limited from flipping up. Even though the flip cover 200 is subjected to a force to make it flip up, the button 400 cannot be translated, which ensures the reliable locking of the button 400 very well.

In an actual structure, limiting grooves 270 are formed in two sides of the translation groove 230, limiting blocks 430 are arranged on two sides of the button 400, and the limiting blocks 430 are arranged in the limiting grooves 270, so that the sliding stroke of the button 400 can be limited, and the button 400 and the flip cover 200 can be fixed together.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the flip cover 200 is provided with an elastic member 300. The elastic member 300 can be configured as a spring or elastic silica gel part or other elastic components. The elastic member 300 is connected with the button 400. A cavity is formed between the flip cover 200 and the button 400. The elastic member 300 can be flatly placed in the cavity, and two ends of the elastic member 300 respectively push against and are in connection with the button 400 and the flip cover 200.

Specifically, the elastic element 300 keeps the button 400 at the locking position, and when the button 400 is at the locking position, the hook 410 is connected with the catch 110 and limits the flip cover 200 from being opened (in this case, the flip cover 200 is at the closed position). When the button 400 is moved to the unlocking position, the hook 410 is separated from the catch 110.

Therefore, the elastic member 300 has at least two functions: 1. when the flip cover 200 is closed, the elastic member 300 pushes the hook 410 to be locked with the catch 110, thus ensuring the locking reliability of the flip cover 200; 2. when the button 400 moves toward the unlocking position, the elastic member 300 is compressed and can drive the button 400 to return.

Therefore, the flip cover 200 of the cup lid can be opened in a sliding unlocking manner. When the button 400 is at the locking position, the flip cover 200 is kept closed, and when the button 400 is translated to the unlocking position, the flip cover 200 can be opened, so the operation is convenient. When closed, the flip cover 200 is locked by the hook 410 and the catch 110, thereby achieving a good locking effect and avoiding water leakage.

As shown in FIGS. 1,2 and 4, on the basis of the above embodiment, the cup lid body 100 is further provided with a drinking opening 130, and when the flip cover 200 is closed, the flip cover 200 covers the drinking opening 130 and the hook 410 is connected with the catch 110. Preferably, the flip cover is provided with a sealing block, and when the flip cover 200 is closed, the drinking opening 130 is blocked by the sealing block 210. In this way, it can be ensured that the sealing block 210 seals the drinking opening 130 when the flip cover 200 is closed, thereby improving the sealing performance of the drinking opening 130 and avoiding water leakage.

The flip cover 200 is provided with a rotating shaft 250 and hinged with the cup lid body 100 through the rotating shaft 250. A torsion spring 260 is fitted over the rotating shaft 250, one end of the torsion spring 260 is connected with the cup lid body 100, and the other end of the torsion spring 260 is connected with the flip cover 200. When the hook 410 is separated from the catch 110, the torsion spring 260 drives the flip cover 200 to open.

Preferably, an elastic force for opening is applied to the flip cover 200 through the torsion spring 260. When the flip cover 200 is closed, the torsion spring 260 cannot drive the flip cover 200 to open because the hook 410 is engaged with the catch 110, and once the hook 410 is separated from the catch 110, the torsion spring 260 can automatically open the flip cover 200.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hook 410 is provided with a first driving surface 420, and the catch 110 is provided with a second driving surface 120. When the flip cover 200 is flipped toward the cup lid body 100, the first driving surface is matched with the second driving surface and the button 400 is then driven to move, so that the hook 410 is connected with the catch 110.

It should be noted that, because the elastic member 300 can push the button 400 to the locking position, when the flip cover 200 is to be closed again, there is a problem that the hook 410 interferes with the catch 110, resulting in that the flip cover 200 cannot be closed. To ensure that the hook 410 is automatically engaged with the catch 110 during the closing process of the flip cover 200, the first driving surface 420 and the second driving surface 120 are specially provided.

Preferably, the first driving surface 420 and the second driving surface 120 can be configured as an inclined surface or a cambered surface. In the movement process of the flip cover 200 flipped toward the cup lid body 100, firstly, the first driving surface 420 and the second driving surface 120 push against and are connected with each other, and then the button 400 is pushed by the hook 410 to move toward the unlocking position for a short distance. In this way, the flip cover 200 can be completely closed on the cup lid body 100, and in this case, the elastic member 300 pushes the button 400 to return to the locking position, and the hook 410 is connected to the catch 110.
