The drinking spout 402 is formed of a pliable, food safe material, such as silicone rubber so that it may be bent and flexed to a variety of shapes.

In another embodiment, the removable lid 400 comprises a thumb notch 432 which enables the user to engage the drinking spout 402. Once depressed, the thumb notch 432 moves the drinking spout 402 from a stowed condition to a deployed condition. The drinking spout 402 is then extended upwardly at a convenient angle for drinking from the water bottle 202. The drinking spout 402 is connected in fluid communication to a straw 406 that extends from the underside of the inner lid 420 and into the bottle component 104. The user may drink from the bottle component 104 via sipping from the spout 402.

Further, the fidget pop water bottle device 100 comprises a plurality of indicia 434. The sleeve component 102 and/or the bottle component 104 of the device 100 may include advertising, trademark, or other letters, designs, or characters, printed, painted, stamped, or integrated into the sleeve component 102 or the bottle component 104, or any other indicia 434 as is known in the art. Specifically, any suitable indicia 434 as is known in the art can be included, such as, but not limited to, patterns, logos, emblems, images, symbols, designs, letters, words, characters, animals, advertisements, brands, etc., that may or may not be fidget toy, water bottle, or brand related.
