The invention relates to plastic receiver block (1) made of plastic and plastic type materials with pressing or casting method through injection method, housing all rifle or gun parts in PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) aiming rifles and guns. The invention relates to adding additives to the plastic material to provide required strength to the plastic receiver block (1) and adding rib and two air ducts to prevent the plastic material from bending forward and/or sides.
The invention relates to plastic receiver block made of plastic and plastic type materials with pressing or casting method through injection method, housing all rifle or gun parts in PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) aiming rifles and guns and to adding rib and two air ducts to prevent the plastic material from bending forward and/or sides.
Prior ArtThe receiver block in the systems in the state of the art is produced by processing the metal (iron, aluminium) material. When being formed, the receiver block goes through various processes such as opening the barrel slot opening, the air tube slot opening, the bolt handle connection canals, and forming the aligner connection surfaces. These processes are very difficult and costly. More than one machines, and human power are needed.
Even these embodiments known in the art are difficult and costly, it also is not possible for all produced receiver blocks to be produced in the same quality. The errors stemming from various factors (machine error, operator error, cutting tool errors, etc.) while producing both retard the production and impair the quality at the same time.
Again, in the known embodiments of the art, as these are formed by machining method, they are passed through a number of cosmetics steps until becoming the end product. These embodiments are costly operations taking quite long times.
The Aim of the InventionThe invention is a plastic receiver block made of plastic or plastic type material through injection or casting method and aims to be used in aiming rifles and aiming guns that work with air (PCP/pre-charged pneumatic). By means of the subject of the invention, the biggest feature of the receiver block we developed is that it is manufactured by machining. By this way, errors that may occur during machining are prevented and a barrel block of the same size and quality is obtained every time. In order to achieve this aim, a mould that gives the final shape of the receiver block is designed, and a barrel block is aimed to be formed from plastic material by injection or casting method.
By means of the invention, the processes of forming the receiver block in the embodiments known in the art have been eliminated and a fast and less costly production has been achieved. All the problems that may arise in machining were eliminated since the production is made without removing metal and obtaining a barrel block with the same size and quality at all times is aimed.
By being completely plastic, the invention aims to be much lighter and more useful than the steel/aluminium receiver blocks used in the state of the art.
Another feature of the receiver block that is the subject of the invention is that it houses all of the rifle or pistol elements. The barrel, air tube, ammunition bolt pin, hammer, trigger group, bolt handle and all such rifle or pistol elements are intended to be easily positioned in this receiver designed.
After the production of the receiver block that is the subject of the invention, a rib and duct suitable for each rifle type is added, with the aim of preventing bending in the cooling process.

The plastic receiver block (1) that is subject of the invention as seen in
Various R&D studies have been carried out to solve the problems in the state of the art. All rifle products are subjected to various tests during the project phase. In this test phase, some tests with different difficulty levels are applied, such as the impact test, the shot test in water, the shot test of the rifle cooled at very low temperatures (−50 degrees), the shot test of the rifle heated at high temperatures (40 degrees). As a result of the tests carried out on various plastics, it was concluded that the plastic materials were not strong enough. In the continuation of the studies, it was observed that the desired strength and hardness have been reached when 5% of the fibre and similar material is added in the plastic material to be used.
The plastic receiver block (1) seen in
The plastic receiver block (1) that is the subject of the invention is designed in such a way that all the elements that make up the air aiming gun can be located inside.
To achieve this aim, a barrel positioning slot (6A) is formed on it for a cylindrical barrel (2). On the same side, there is a cylindrical air tube positioning slot (6B) to which the air tube (3) can be attached, and a tube fixing nut socket (6C) for fixing this air tube (3). (
On the upper part of the plastic receiver block (1), there is a pkatini rail (6D) on which different types of aligners and optics can be easily mounted. There are at least two barrel fixing holes (6E) on the front part of said pkatini rail (6D) for fixing the barrel (2) within the said plastic receiver block (1). (
On the other side, there is an ammunition slide pin slot (6I) to fully meet the barrel positioning slot (6A). There is a connector slot (6J) just below the said ammunition slide pin slot (6I). (
Looking at the front, there are bolt handle connection hole (6L) and the bolt handle motion canal (6M) for the lever action bolt handle (4), the bolt action bolt handle (5) and the lever side bolt handle (6). (
Said plastic receiver block (1) is formed from plastic and plastic type material by injection method, pressing or casting method during production.
In the prior art, while there was a cooling process after this casting process, in said plastic receiver block (1) bending occurs due to cooling. In other words, a bending in that direction occurs due to the late cooling of places that do not have canals and remain thick/closed during cooling.
In the production of the subject of the invention, different from the prior art, the plastic receiver block (1) prevents the problem of bending by means of the channels that allow the heat to cool in equal times. The bending problem is completely avoided by the fact that the subject of the invention contains at least one lever action air duct (10), bolt action air duct (11) and lever side air duct (12) in the place corresponding to the boly handle motion canal (6M) for all rifle types.
