TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates to the technical field of floor cleaning devices, and in particular to a brushroll, a floor brush, and a floor cleaning device.
BACKGROUNDLike many common household electrical appliances, floor cleaning devices such as sweepers (also referred to as scrubbers and washers) depend on a floor brush to realize a cleaning function. The floor brush generally includes an outer housing and a brushroll arranged in the outer housing. The brushroll can rotate on its axis to collect rubbish such as dust, paper scraps, and hair, and then, the rubbish are collected under a negative pressure, so that the floor cleaning effect is achieved. However, in response to rotation of the conventional brushroll, hair can easily become entangled on the brushroll. As a result, the brushroll has a lower cleaning efficiency when cleaning the floor and the entangled hair needs to be removed manually and regularly thus causing an inconvenience during use.
SUMMARYAn objective of the present disclosure is to provide a brushroll, a floor brush, and a floor cleaning device, to solve the above technical problem.
According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a brushroll, including a rolling body and a plurality of brush strip sets, where the plurality of brush strip sets extend along an axial direction of the rolling body and are arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the rolling body; the brush strip set includes a first brush strip and a second brush strip; both the first brush strip and the second brush strip are protruded from an outer surface of the rolling body, and are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body; and a circumferential spacing between the first brush strip and the second brush strip in a same one of the brush strip sets is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent ones of the brush strip sets.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a floor brush, including an outer housing, the brushroll and a scraping strip, where the outer housing is provided with an accommodating cavity and a suction channel mouth communicating with the accommodating cavity; the brushroll is provided in the accommodating cavity and is configured to rotate; the scraping strip is fixed between the brushroll and the suction channel mouth; and at least one of the first brush strip and the second brush strip can be cooperated with the scraping strip under rotation of the rolling body to separate entangled hair through the scraping strip.
According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, the present disclosure provides a floor cleaning device, including a body and the floor brush, where the floor brush is provided on the body.
According to the above technical solutions, the embodiment of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects.
According to the brushroll, the floor brush and the floor cleaning device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the rolling body rotates along a direction, the first brush strip rolls up hair. The hair can be supported on the first brush strip and captured by the adjacent second brush strip. Since a circumferential spacing between the first brush strip and the second brush strip in a same brush strip set is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent brush strip sets, the two adjacent brush strip sets are not too close to cause the large supporting area and capturing force of the hair and the entanglement of the hair. This can be understood as that an area for suspending the rolled hair can be enlarged by increasing the circumferential spacing between the two adjacent brush strip sets. With the increased hair suspension area, the hair can be separated from the brush strip sets effectively and more easily when sucked by a negative pressure. Additionally, since the first brush strip and the second brush strip are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body, the hair cannot be embedded into roots of the first brush strip and the second brush strip. This reduces a resistance when the hair is sucked by the negative pressure, and lowers a risk of entanglement of the hair.
To describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure or in the prior art more clearly, the following briefly describes the accompanying drawings required for describing the embodiments or the prior art. The floor brush 1 can be applied to a sweeper. The sweeper may be a sweeping robot. When traveling on the floor, the sweeping robot can drive the brushroll 200 to rotate. Thus, the rotating brushroll 200 cleans the dirt on the floor. Likewise, the floor brush 1 can also be applied to a floor cleaning device such as a dust collector and a mopping machine. It is to be noted that the floor cleaning device includes a body and the floor brush 1. The outer housing 100 of the floor brush 1 is connected to the body.
Referring to
There are a plurality of brush strip sets 220. Herein, the term “a plurality of” means at least two. The plurality of brush strip sets 220 extend along an axial direction of the rolling body 210 and are arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the rolling body 210. The brush strip set 220 includes first brush strip 221 and second brush strip 222. Both the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 are protruded from an outer surface of the rolling body 210, so as to ensure that the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 can come in contact and capture the dirt. Both the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body 210, namely the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 in the extension direction can be taken as a whole continuous strip, and there is no gap for the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 that makes the hair embedded into roots easily. It is to be understood that the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 in the extension direction may also be discontinuous in other embodiments. A circumferential spacing between the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 in a same one of the brush strip sets 220 is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent ones of the brush strip sets 220. In a rotating direction of the rolling body 210, the first brush strip 221 is positioned in front of the second brush strip 222 to support the hair. The second brush strip 222 is more flexible or softer than the first brush strip 221, ensuring that the first brush strip 221 with a stronger support strength can roll up the hair on the floor and the hair is captured by the softer second brush strip 222.
The first brush strip 221 includes a circumferentially continuous and unspaced flexible body. The second brush strip 222 may include at least one of a circumferentially continuous and unspaced flexible body, and axially compact and continuous fine soft bristles. It is to be understood that both the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 may use the flexible body, or the first brush strip 221 uses the flexible body, and the second brush strip 222 uses the fine soft bristles. The flexible body may be made of rubber, cloth, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), etc. Particularly, when the first brush strip 221 uses the flexible body, and the second brush strip 222 uses the fine soft bristles, the first brush strip 221 can show elastic deformation when coming in contact with the floor, so as to match with a shape of the floor by means of the deformation. When cleaning a carpet or a blanket, the first brush strip 221 can also roll up the hair easily. The rolled hair can further be embedded into the second brush strip 222 made of the fine soft bristles. The second brush strip 222 made of the fine soft bristles can further increase a capturing force to the hair. Particularly, it is ensured that the hair can still be rolled up in case of a large spacing between the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222, and the hair is not entangled for the large spacing between the two adjacent brush strip sets 220. In addition, a radial height of the second brush strip 222 made of the fine soft bristles is less than a radial height of the first brush strip 221, so as to prevent the rolled hair from being embedded into roots of the fine soft bristles. The hair embedded into the roots may be entangled.
According to the brushroll 200, the floor brush 1 and the floor cleaning device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the rolling body 210 rotates along a direction, the first brush strip 221 rolls up hair. The hair can be supported on the first brush strip 221 and captured by the adjacent second brush strip 222. Since a circumferential spacing between the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 in a same brush strip set 220 is less than a circumferential spacing between two adjacent brush strip sets 220, the two adjacent brush strip sets 220 are not too close to cause the large supporting area and capturing force of the hair and the entanglement of the hair. This can be understood as that an area for suspending the rolled hair can be enlarged by increasing the circumferential spacing between the two adjacent brush strip sets 220. With the increased hair suspension area, the hair can be separated from the brush strip sets 220 effectively and more easily when sucked by a negative pressure. Additionally, since the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222 are continuous along the axial direction of the rolling body 210, the hair cannot be embedded into roots of the first brush strip 221 and the second brush strip 222. This reduces a resistance when the hair is sucked by the negative pressure, and lowers a risk of entanglement of the hair. It is to be understood that there may further be only one brush strip in the brush strip set 220 in other embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring also to
In an embodiment, between two adjacent ones of the brush strip sets 220, the rolling body 210 is provided with spiral guiding arc surface 230 extending along the axial direction of the rolling body 210. A radial height of the spiral guiding arc surface 230 is less than radial heights of the brush strip sets 220. An axial extending track of the spiral guiding arc surface 230 corresponds to a track of the first brush strip 221 or a track of the second brush strip 222. Based on the structural design of the spiral guiding arc surface 230, when the rolling body 210 rotates, an airflow away from the floor is formed between the two adjacent brush strip sets 220. This raises the hair, reduces the resistance when the hair is sucked by the negative pressure, and further prevents the entanglement of the hair. In addition, a circumferential width of the spiral guiding arc surface 230 may be as large as possible to capture large-particle dirt. It is to be noted that the embodiment where the brush strip set 220 includes one brush strip is also applied to the embodiment with the spiral guiding arc surface 230. In this case, it is to be understood that the spiral guiding arc surface 230 is formed between the two adjacent brush strip sets 220. The spiral guiding arc surface 230 can form an airflow away from the floor, thereby raising the hair, reducing the resistance when the hair is sucked by the negative pressure, and facilitating removal and collection of the hair.
