DETAILED DESCRIPTION

While specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications and alternatives to those details could be developed in light of the overall teachings of the invention. Accordingly, the particular arrangements disclosed are meant to be illustrative only and not limiting as to the scope of the invention which is to be given the full breadth of the claims appended and any and all equivalents thereof.

Embodiment 1

Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the cup cover switch of the present invention comprises a cup cover body 1 and a switch body 2, wherein the switch body 2 is mounted in the cup cover body 1. The cup cover body 1 is slidably connected to the switch body 2, or the cup cover body 1 is slidably connected to the switch body 2 in a swinging manner, or the switch body 2 is connected to the cup cover body 1 through a water-passing hole 3 formed in the cup cover body 1 in a clamping and sealing manner. A sliding clamping groove 4 is formed in the cup cover body 1, the water-passing hole 3 is formed in the left portion of the sliding clamping groove 4, and the water-passing hole 3 penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the cup cover body 1. A mounting hole is formed in the right portion of the sliding clamping groove 4, and the switch body 2 is arranged in the mounting hole.

The switch body 2 further comprises a water sealing plate 5, a clamping cap 6, a threaded column 7, a rotary knob 8, a switch cover 9 and a silica gel sealing gasket 10. The switch cover 9 is located above the cup cover body 1, the threaded column 7 is mounted in the switch cover 9, and the threaded column 7 is in threaded connection with the switch cover 9 in a penetrating manner. The rotary knob 8 is integrally arranged at an upper end of the threaded column 7, and the switch cover 9 is fastened by the rotary knob 8.

The lower end of the threaded column 7 is connected to the clamping cap 6, and the middle portion of the threaded column 7 is in threaded connection with the water sealing plate 5. The water sealing plate 5 is located below the cup cover body 1, the water sealing plate 5 is sleeved with the silica gel sealing gasket 10, and an upper surface of the silica gel sealing gasket 10 abuts against the lower surface of the cup cover body 1.

The operating principle of the present invention is as follows:

When in a normal state, the water-passing hole 3 is sealed by the switch cover 9. At this point, the threaded column 7 is rotated by means of the rotary knob 8, which enables the switch cover 9 and the water sealing plate 5 to move relative to each other such that the cup cover body 1 is clamped. Thus, the switch cover 9 and the water sealing plate 5 are locked, and the water-spilling caused by the free sliding of the switch cover 9 and the water sealing plate 5 is prevented.

When the water-passing hole 3 needs to be opened, the rotary knob 8 is rotated to propel the threaded column 7 to rotate, thereby screwing the threaded column 7 out from the water sealing plate 5. Thus, the switch cover 9 and the water sealing plate 5 become loose relative to each other. At this point, the switch cover 9 is pushed rightwards such that the water-passing hole 3 is exposed. Through adopting this arrangement, the water is easily poured out and the operation becomes convenient and quick.

The switch body 2 is assembled in a threaded manner. The interaction among the rotary knob 8, the threaded column 7 and the clamping cap 6 allows other components to be clamped and fixed. When there is a need to disassemble the present invention, the threaded column 7 and the clamping cap 6 are separated, so that easy disassembly and cleaning are achieved. Thus, the cup cover body 1 is kept clean, and the combination of the sliding switch and the sealing structure is realized.

Embodiment 2

Referring to FIG. 4, the cup cover switch of the present invention comprises a water sealing plate 5, a threaded column 7, a rotary knob 8, a switch cover 9 and a silica gel sealing gasket 10, wherein the threaded column 7 and the rotary knob 8 are integrally designed, and the threaded column 7 is in threaded connection with the switch cover 9 in a penetrating manner. A lower end of the threaded column 7 is inserted into the water sealing plate 5, the silica gel sealing gasket 10 is arranged above the water sealing plate 5, and an upper surface of the silica gel sealing gasket 10 abuts against the cup cover body 1. When screwing the threaded column 7 into the switch cover 9, the water sealing plate 5 and the switch cover 9 are capable of clamping the cup cover body 1 such that a locking effect is achieved. When screwing the threaded column 7 out from the switch cover 9, the water sealing plate 5 and the switch cover 9 become loose relative to each other, which allows the switch cover 9 to slide relative to the cup cover body 1 such that the water is poured out.

The content not described in detail in this specification belongs to the prior art, which is commonly known to those skilled in the art.

Although the embodiments of the present invention are described, those skilled in the art may make a variety of changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations based on these embodiments without departing from the principle and spirit of the present invention.
