Embodiment 1

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the present embodiment provides a kind of fitness equipment, comprises sports zone 10, control system and the handrail portion 20 that is located at one side of sports zone 10 Taking a treadmill as an example for illustration, the exercise area 10 is the area where the running belt of the treadmill is located. Of course, in other embodiments, the fitness equipment can also be an elliptical machine, and the exercise area 10 is the area where the two pedals of the elliptical machine are located, which is not listed here.

As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 3, the armrest part 20 includes a fixed support 1 and a rolling adjustment assembly 2, the fixed support 1 has a “U” shape structure, and at least one end of the opening of the fixed support 1 is provided with a mounting seat 11, for the accommodation of the rolling adjustment assembly 2, the rolling adjustment assembly 2 includes a rolling member 21 and a limit seat 22, the limit seat 22 is arranged in the installation seat 11, and the two ends of the rolling member 21 are hinged with the limit seat 22, by rolling the rolling of member 21 is used to adjust the fitness equipment. In this embodiment, the rolling element 21 is used instead of the common button adjustment method in the prior art to adjust the speed and/or slope of the treadmill, etc., and the operation is simpler and more convenient; secondly, the rolling adjustment assembly 2 is arranged on the armrest. At least one end of the opening of the fixed support 1 of the part 20 is convenient for the user's hand operation, and can ensure that the user's hand is always supported during the adjustment process to avoid the center of gravity caused by the adjustment of speed, slope, etc. to cause instability, fall and injury.

In this embodiment, the mounting seats 11 at both ends of the opening of the fixed support 1 are provided with rolling adjustment assemblies 2 to be connected with the control system respectively, and to adjust the speed and slope of the treadmill respectively. In this way, the rolling adjustment assembly 2 is separately arranged on both sides of the treadmill, which makes full use of the space and facilitates the user's hands to adjust the speed and slope of the treadmill respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the rolling adjustment assembly 2 can also be set to one, which is arranged in the mounting seat 11 at one of the two ends of the opening of the fixed support, and the rolling adjusting assembly 2 is connected with the control system, to adjust the speed or slope of the treadmill, the other end of the opening of the fixed support 1 does not have a mounting seat 11 or no components are provided in the mounting seat 11; this paper does not limit it.

The mounting seat 11 is a mounting hole formed by at least one end of the opening of the fixed support 1 extending outward on the inner side close to each other, and the upper surface of the mounting seat 11 is inclined downward from the inside to the outside, and the height of the rolling adjustment assembly 2 is greater than the maximum height of the mounting seat 11, so that when the rolling adjustment assembly 2 is placed in the mounting seat 11, the upper surface of the rolling member 21 exceeds the top of the mounting seat 11. In this way, it is more convenient for the user to perform rolling operation on the rolling member 21, and the adjustment of the speed and/or gradient of the treadmill is simple and convenient. In other embodiments, the mounting seat 11 can also be a mounting hole formed by extending outward at least one end of the opening of the fixed support 1 on the outer sides away from each other, and in order to facilitate the operation of the rolling element 21, the upper surface of the mounting seat 11 is from the inside t the outside. This article does not make a limitation for setting it obliquely downward.

As shown in FIG. 3, the fixed support 1 includes an upper cover 12 and a lower cover 13 which are covered up and down, and a plurality of corresponding mounting seats and latches are arranged between the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 to realize the fixing of the two, making it convenient to install or disassemble the fixed support 1. Wherein, the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are closed and connected to form an accommodation space, and the wiring harness connecting the rolling adjustment assembly 2 and the control system is buried in the accommodation space of the fixed support 1, and by embedding the wiring harness inside the fixed support 1, makes the whole more tidy and beautiful.

It is arranged on the limit seat 22; one side of one limit post 222 is provided with a connection port 223, and the wire harness connecting the control system and the rolling adjustment assembly 2 is connected to the rolling member 21 through the connection port 223. In this embodiment, the rolling element 21 has a spherical structure, and both ends of the rolling element 21 are hinged to the limit seat 22. Then, correspondingly, the mounting seat 11 is a mounting hole with a cylindrical structure, and the base 221 of the limit seat 22 is an annular base, which is convenient for installation in the mounting seat 11 with a cylindrical structure; and the spherical structure of the rolling element 21 makes the rolling element relatively smooth, and every time rolling forward or backward rolling through the rolling member 21, a signal is sent to the control system, so as to smoothly adjust the speed and/or gradient of the treadmill. Further, the outer surface of the rolling element 21 is formed with a plurality of facets to increase the roughness of the outer surface of the rolling element 21 to avoid hand slipping and facilitate operation.

Embodiment 2

Referring to FIG. 6 to FIG. 7, similar to the fitness equipment of Embodiment 1, this embodiment provides another kind of fitness equipment, its structure is basically the same as the rolling adjustment assembly 2 of embodiment 1, the difference is that the rolling structural form of piece 21 is different:

In this embodiment, the rolling element 21 is a cylindrical structure, and both ends of the rolling element 21 along the axial direction are hinged to the limit seat 22. Then, correspondingly, the mounting seat 11 is a mounting hole with a cylindrical structure, and the base 221 of the limit seat 22 is a ring-shaped base, which is convenient to be installed in the mounting seat 11 with a cylindrical structure; thus, the cylindrical structure of the rolling element 21. It is also convenient for the user to perform rolling operations on it, and every time the rolling member 21 rolls forward or backward, a signal is sent to the control system to adjust the speed and/or gradient of the treadmill. Of course, the outer surface of the rolling element 21 can be roughened to increase the roughness of the outer surface of the rolling element 21 to make it more convenient to operate and avoid hand slipping, which is not limited herein.

Embodiment 3

Referring to FIG. 8 to FIG. 9, similar to the fitness equipment of Embodiment 1, this embodiment provides another kind of fitness equipment, its structure is basically the same as the rolling adjustment assembly 2 of Embodiment 1, the difference is that the rolling structural form of piece 21 is different:

In this embodiment, the rolling element 21 has a drum-shaped structure with both ends being flat surfaces and an outer circular surface having a convex arc surface. The two ends of the rolling element 21 along the axial direction are hinged to the limit seat 22. Then, correspondingly, the mounting seat 11 is a mounting hole with a cylindrical structure, and the base 221 of the limit seat 22 is an annular base, which is convenient to be installed in the mounting seat 11 with a cylindrical structure; and the drum-shaped structure of the rolling element 21 is also convenient for the user to perform a rolling operation, and every time the rolling member 21 rolls forward or backward, a signal is sent to the control system to adjust the speed and/or slope of the treadmill. Of course, the outer surface of the rolling element 21 can be roughened to increase the roughness of the outer surface of the rolling element 21 to make it more convenient to operate and avoid hand slipping, which is not limited herein.
