BABY CARRIER

Abstract

A baby carrier is provided, including a vest, a shoulder strap, a waist belt, and a back bag. The shoulder strap and the waist belt are connected with opposite ends of the vest respectively in a longitudinal direction of the vest; one end of the back bag is connected with the waist belt, and another end of the back bag is detachably connected with the shoulder strap; a carrying space is formed between the vest and the back bag; and at least one of a width and a length of the carrying space is adjustable; the back bag and the vest both are connected with the same side of the waist belt; and the back bag is turnover relative to the vest and detachably connected with the shoulder strap.

RELATED APPLICATION

This application is a U.S. National Stage of International Application No PCT/EP2021/078607, filed on Oct. 15, 2021, which claims the priority of Chinese Patent Application No. 202011118599.0, filed on Oct. 19, 2020, with the title of “BABY CARRIER”, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of baby carrying devices, and in particular, to a baby carrier.

BACKGROUND

The emergence of baby carrying devices (such as baby carriers, baby slings, baby waist stools, etc.) is allowing more and more parents to free their hands from carrying their children, not affecting the intimate contact with their babies. The baby carriers, for example, may be divided into a lateral carrying type, a front-facing type, a face-to-face type, a back carrying type, etc. according to different baby carrying modes, and may be divided into a single purpose type, a dual purpose type, a three purpose type, etc. according to functions. There are various baby carriers with multiple function.

The baby carrier should not only conform to ergonomics to reduce the burden on the user, moreover, the baby's muscles and bones are still very weak, therefore it is more important for the baby carrier that it should be able to support the baby's buttocks, waist and head, thereby avoiding bending and unnecessary pressure, and ensuring the comfort and safety of the baby. For the existing baby carrier, the space for the baby to be seated is fixed. As carrying modes appropriate for babies of different ages are different, the spaces required for the babies are also different, especially the width and the height of the space should be different. However, the existing baby carrier cannot be adjusted adaptively, so babies feel not comfortable enough when sitting in it.

SUMMARY

According to various embodiments of the present application, a baby carrier is provided and includes a vest, a shoulder strap, a waist belt, and a back bag. The shoulder strap and the waist belt are connected with opposite ends of the vest respectively in a longitudinal direction of the vest. One end of the back bag is connected with the waist belt, and another end of the back bag is detachably connected with the shoulder strap. A carrying space is formed between the vest and the back bag; and at least one of a width and a length of the carrying space is adjustable. The back bag and the vest both are connected with the same side of the waist belt, and the back bag is turnover relative to the vest and detachably connected with the shoulder strap.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The embodiments of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Similar reference numerals in the accompanying drawings denote similar elements.

First, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present application provides a baby carrier 100 including a vest 10, a shoulder strap 20, a waist belt 30 and a back bag 40. The shoulder strap 20 and the waist belt 30 are connected with opposite ends of the vest 10 in the longitudinal direction of the vest 10. One end of the back bag 40 is connected with the waist belt 30, and another end of the back bag 40 is detachably connected with the shoulder strap 20, so that a carrying space for fastening the baby may be formed between the vest 10 and the back bag 40, and a width or/and a length of the carrying space is adjustable, thereby meeting different needs of different babies or different carrying modes for babies. Specifically, a supporting portion 40a is arranged on the back bag 40 and in the carrying space, and the supporting portion 40a is configured to support the buttocks of the baby, so that the baby's two legs are separated and put on the left and right sides of the supporting portion 40a. Moreover, a width of the supporting portion 40a is adjustable, and the adjustment of the width of the supporting portion 40a may change the width of the carrying space.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the first mode of using the baby carrier 100 provided by the present application is that, for babies over four months old, or babies less than four months old but having bones relatively well developed and having relatively large body shapes, the baby carrier 100 of the present application is used in a mode of facing the user. In this mode, the width of the supporting portion 40a is relatively wide, and the width of the carrying space is accordingly wider, so that two legs of the baby are relatively separated, making the baby feel more comfortable.

As shown in FIG. 4, the second mode of using the baby carrier 100 provided by the present application is that, for the babies over four months old, or babies having relatively large body shapes, the baby carrier 100 of the present application is used in a mode of having a back to the user. In this mode, the width of the supporting portion 40a is relatively narrower, and the width of the carrying space is accordingly narrower, so that the legs of the baby are relatively closed, making the baby feel more comfortable.

Continue to refer to FIG. 4. The third mode of using the baby carrier 100 provided by the present application is that, for babies less than four months old, or babies over four months old but having bones less developed and having relatively small body shapes, the baby carrier 100 of the present application is used in the mode of having a back to the user. compared with babies over four months old or babies having relatively large body shapes, the babies in this mode need to be supported by the supporting portion 40a to be higher to feel more comfortable, and the length of the carrying space should be correspondingly shorter. It should be noted that four months mentioned in the present application for the age of the baby is only an approximate number, and what should be considered is an actual development condition of the babies.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 4, the waist belt 30 is in a shape of a strip, and a first connecting member 31 and a second connecting member 32 are arranged at head and tail ends of the waist belt 30 respectively. By connecting the first connecting member 31 with the second connecting member 32, the waist belt 30 may be conveniently fixed on the waist of the user. Two ends of the top side of the back bag 40 each are provided with a third connecting member 41, and the shoulder strap 20 is provided with fourth connecting members 21 (see FIG. 6) matching with the third connecting members 41. By connecting the third connecting member 41 with the corresponding fourth connecting member 21, a detachable connection between the shoulder strap 20 and the back bag 40 is realized conveniently.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 4, the vest 10 is square as a whole, and left and right sides of the vest 10 are provided with fifth connecting members 11 respectively, and left and right sides of the back bag 40 are respectively provided with sixth connecting members 42 corresponding to the fifth connecting members 11. By connecting the fifth connecting members 11 with corresponding sixth connecting members 42 at two sides, the detachable connection between the vest 10 and the back bag 40 is realized conveniently, thereby preventing the baby from leaving the carrying space from a side, and further enhancing the safety in use.

In an embodiment, each group of the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32, the third connecting member 41 and the fourth connecting member 21, and the fifth connecting member 11 and the sixth connecting member 42, may be male and female buttons that match with each other. Of course, each group may be but not limited to matched buttons, matched Hook and Loop, or matched fixing buckle and fixing hole, etc.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 4. The number of the shoulder straps 20 is two, and the two shoulder straps 20 are symmetrically connected with the vest 10. The shoulder strap 20 is in a shape of a ring as a whole, so as to be hung on the shoulders of the user. Specifically, take one shoulder strap 20 as an example. The shoulder strap 20 includes a first connecting segment 22 and a second connecting segment 23. The first connecting segment 22 is fixed on the vest 10 along the length direction of the vest 10. One end of the second connecting segment 23 is connected with the first connecting segment 22, and another end of the second connecting segment 23 is connected with a top side end of the vest 10 rotatably, thereby forming a shoulder-wrapping area to be hung on the user conveniently. In an embodiment, a length of the second connecting segment 23 is adjustable. By adjusting the length of the second connecting segment 23, the length of the carrying space may also be adjusted, that is, the height of the supporting portion 40a is adjusted, thereby meeting different needs of different babies or different carrying modes for babies.

It should be noted that in other embodiments, the shoulder strap 20 may be connected not only with the vest 10, but also with the waist belt 30, thereby strengthening the connection and improving the comfort in use. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, enforcing belts 24 are fixed at the two shoulder straps 20 respectively as well, and the two enforcing belts 24 may be detachably connected at the front side of the user's body, thereby strengthening the connection and further improving the safety in use.

Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 5, in order to realize the adjustment of the length of the carrying space, that is, the adjustment of the height of the supporting portion 40a, specifically, in this embodiment, both the back bag 40 and the vest 10 are connected with the same side of the waist belt 30. The back bag 40 may be turnover relative to the vest 10 and detachably connected with the shoulder strap 20. The waist belt 30 may be turned toward or away from the vest 10 around the end of the waist belt 30 connected with the vest 10, so as to adjust the length of the carrying space, and then the supporting portion 40a rises or descends accordingly. Specifically, the waist belt 30 may be turned around for 180 degrees, and the turned waist belt 30 is fixed at the waist of the user, thereby increasing the height of the supporting portion 40a. Of course, it may also be configured that the vest 10 and the back bag 40 are turned around the waist belt 30, specifically, they may be turned around for 360 degrees. The length of the carrying space may also be adjusted. The structures of related components configured to adjust the length of the carrying space in the baby carrier 100 of the present application are simple and easy to operate.

Please refer to FIG. 6, a supporting pad 50 is further provided in the carrying space. The supporting pad 50 is fixed on the back bag 40 or detachably connected with the back bag 40. The supporting pad 50 includes a hip pad and a head pad, which may enhance protection and improve the comfort in use accordingly. The hip pad and the head pad may be an integrated structure or a split structure. The supporting pad 50 may be sewn by machine at a corresponding position of the back bag 40, or detachably filled in a reserved position of the back bag 40.

Please refer to FIG. 7, the supporting portion 40a is provided with an adjusting member 60 that may adjust the width of the supporting portion 40a. In an embodiment, the back bag 40 may be an integral structure, and the adjusting member 60 may include a lace, or a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, or Hook and Loop, or buckles, which are arranged on the back bag 40. In the present embodiment, the adjusting member 60 is a lace that passes through the back bag 40 along the lateral width direction of the back bag 40, and the width of the back bag 40 may be reduced only by drawing and pulling the lace.

Please refer to FIG. 8 to FIG. 10, in another embodiment, the back bag 40 may also be configured to be a split structure. Specifically, the back bag 40 includes a fixing bag 43 and an adjusting bag 44, which are connected between the waist belt 30 and the shoulder strap 20. The fixing bag 43 and the adjusting bag 44 cooperate with each other to form a supporting portion 40a disposed in the carrying space, and an adjustment of the relative width between the fixing bag 43 and the adjusting bag 44 makes the width of the supporting portion 40a change accordingly. Specifically, an end of the fixing bag 43 and an end of the adjusting bag 44 both are connected with the waist belt 30, another end of the adjusting bag 44 is detachably connected with the fixing bag 43, and another end of the fixing bag 43 is detachably connected with the shoulder strap 20. More specifically, the end of the fixing bag 43 and the end of the adjusting bag 44 are sewn by machine to be connected with the waist belt 30, and two side ends of the adjusting bag 44 are detachably connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag 43, so as to adjust the width of the supporting portion 40a.

Please refer to FIG. 8, two side ends of the adjusting bag 44 are connected to the first segment position of the fixing bag 43. In this case, the width of the supporting portion 40a is relatively wide. The end of the fixing bag 43, which is connected with the waist belt 30, is relatively narrow, and the other end of the fixing bag 43, which is away from the waist belt 30, is relatively wide. That is, the end of the fixing bag 43, which is connected with the waist belt 30, is narrower than the other end of the fixing bag 43, which is away from the waist belt 30. A width of the adjusting bag 44 is greater than a width of one end of the fixing bag 43 connected with the waist belt 30, and less than or equal to a width of the other end of the fixing bag 43 far away from the waist belt 30.

Please refer to FIG. 9, in an embodiment, the adjusting bag 44 may be disposed on opposite inner sides of the fixing bag 43, a central end of the adjusting bag 44 is fixedly connected with the fixing bag 43, and the connection may be a sewn connection by machine. The two side ends of the adjusting bag 44 may be turned inward relative to the fixing bag 43, so as to be connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag 43. The width of the supporting portion 40a may be adjusted by adjusting the width of the connected end where the adjusting bag 44 and the fixing bag 43 are connected. The relatively wide portion of the fixing bag 43 always blocks an outside of the adjusted relatively narrow supporting portion 40a, which may take effects on covering and supporting the baby's thighs, thus effectively ensuring the baby's safety in use.

Referring to FIG. 10, in another embodiment, the adjusting bag 44 may also be disposed on the opposite outer sides of the fixing bag 43. The central end of the adjusting bag 44 is still fixedly connected with the fixing bag 43, and the two side ends of the adjusting bag 44 may be turned inward or turned outward relative to the fixing bag 43, so as to be connected with different segments of the fixing bag 43, thereby realizing the adjustment for the width of the supporting portion 40a. The relatively wide part of the fixing bag 43 also blocks the outside of the adjusted relatively narrow supporting portion 40a, which may take effects on covering and supporting the baby's thighs, thus effectively ensuring the baby's safety in use.

Specifically, please refer to FIGS. 8 to 10, an adjusting member 70 is arranged at a junction of the adjusting bag 44 and the fixing bag 43, and the adjusting member 70 is configured to fix the adjusting bag 44 at different segment positions of the fixing bag 43, which have different widths. Specifically, the adjusting member 70 includes a seventh connecting member 71 and an eighth connecting member 72 that are arranged on the adjusting bag 44 and the fixing bag 43 and may be matched and detachable. The seventh connecting member 71 and the eighth connecting member 72 includes a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, or buckles, or Hook and Loop. Specifically, in this embodiment, the adjusting member 70 includes at least two fixing holes arranged in the fixing bag 43 along the lateral width direction thereof and two fixing buckles arranged correspondingly on two side ends of the adjusting bag 44. The two fixing buckles selectively buckle in corresponding two fixing holes. In an embodiment, the baby carrier 100 of the present application further includes a pocket 80 arranged on the supporting portion 40a, and the adjusting member 70 is received in the pocket 80.

In summary, compared with the prior art, the baby carrier 100 of the present application includes the vest 10, the shoulder strap 20 and the waist belt 30 which are connected with two ends of the vest 10 respectively, and the back bag 40 connected with the waist belt 30. Moreover, the back bag 40 is also detachably connected with the shoulder strap 20, the carrying space may be formed between the vest 10 and the back bag 40, and the width or/and the length of the carrying space is adjustable. When the baby is carried in the carrying space, the width or/and the length of the carrying space may be adjusted according to different carrying modes for babies or according to different babies, so as to meet different needs in use, thereby improving the baby's comfort and safety, making the baby's sitting postures more scientific and reasonable, and ensuring healthy growth of the bones of the baby. Moreover, since the back bag 40 and the vest 10 are both connected with the same side of the waist belt 30, the length of the carrying space may be adjusted simply and conveniently only by turning over the waist belt 30 relative to the vest 10 and the back bag 40, so that the supporting portion 40a rises or descends accordingly, thereby adjusting the support height.

It should be noted that the structures and the connection modes of other parts of the baby carrier 100 of the present application are well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.

In an embodiment, a supporting portion is arranged on the back bag and in the carrying space; and a width of the supporting portion is adjustable.

In an embodiment, the supporting portion is provided with an adjusting member configured to adjust the width of the supporting portion, and the adjusting member is arranged along a lateral width direction of the back bag and has at least an adjusting segment position.

In an embodiment, the back bag includes a fixing bag and an adjusting bag, and the fixing bag and the adjusting bag are connected between the waist belt and the shoulder strap. The fixing bag and the adjusting bag are configured to cooperate with each other to form a supporting portion disposed in the carrying space, and a width of the supporting portion is adjustable.

In an embodiment, a relative width between the fixing bag and the adjusting bag is adjustable.

In an embodiment, an end of the fixing bag and an end of the adjusting bag both are connected with the waist belt. Another end of the adjusting bag is detachably connected with the fixing bag. Another end of the fixing bag is detachably connected with the shoulder strap.

In an embodiment, one end of the fixing bag connected with the waist belt is narrower than another end of the fixing bag away from the waist belt. A width of the adjusting bag is greater than a width of the end of the fixing bag connected with the waist belt, and less than or equal to a width of the other end of the fixing bag away from the waist belt.

In an embodiment, the adjusting bag is disposed on opposite inner sides of the fixing bag. A central end of the adjusting bag is fixedly connected with the fixing bag. Two side ends of the adjusting bag are configured to be turned inward relative to the fixing bag and are connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag.

In an embodiment, the adjusting bag is disposed on opposite outer sides of the fixing bag. A central end of the adjusting bag is fixedly connected with the fixing bag. Two side ends of the adjusting bag are configured to be turned inward or outward relative to the fixing bag and are connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag.

In an embodiment, an adjusting member is arranged at a junction of the adjusting bag and the fixing bag. The adjusting member is configured to fix the adjusting bag at different segment positions of the fixing bag, and the different segment positions have different widths.

In an embodiment, the adjusting member includes a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, or buckles, or Hook and Loop, which are arranged on the adjusting bag and the fixing bag respectively, match with each other and are detachable.

In an embodiment, the adjusting member includes at least two fixing holes disposed in the fixing bag along a lateral width direction thereof, and two fixing buckles arranged correspondingly on two side ends of the adjusting bag. The two fixing buckles selectively buckle in corresponding two fixing holes.

In an embodiment, the baby carrier further includes a pocket arranged on the supporting portion, and the adjusting member is received in the pocket.

In an embodiment, a supporting pad is further arranged in the carrying space, and the supporting pad is fixed on the back bag or detachably connected with the back bag.

In an embodiment, the waist belt is configured to be turned toward or away from the vest around an end of the waist belt connected with the vest, to adjust the length of the carrying space.

In an embodiment, the vest and the back bag are configured to be turned around the waist belt, to adjust the length of the carrying space.

In an embodiment, two side ends of the vest are provided with fifth connecting members respectively, and two outer side ends of the back bag are respectively provided with sixth connecting members detachably connected with the fifth connecting members.

In an embodiment, the number of the shoulder straps is two, and the two shoulder straps are symmetrically connected with the vest.

In an embodiment, each of the two shoulder straps includes a first connecting segment and a second connecting segment. The first connecting segment is fixed on the vest along a length direction of the vest. One end of the second connecting segment is connected with the first connecting segment. Another end of the second connecting segment is connected with a top side end of the vest rotatably, and a length of the second connecting segment is adjustable.

In an embodiment, enforcing belts are fixed at two ends of the two shoulder straps respectively, and the two enforcing belts are detachably connected.

What disclosed above are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and of course, cannot be used to limit the scope of claims of the present application. Therefore, equivalent changes made according to the scope of the present patent application will fall within the scope of the present application.

Claims

1. A baby carrier, comprising a vest, a shoulder strap, a waist belt, and a back bag, wherein:

the shoulder strap and the waist belt are connected with opposite ends of the vest respectively in a longitudinal direction of the vest;

one end of the back bag is connected with the waist belt, and another end of the back bag is detachably connected with the shoulder strap;

a carrying space is formed between the vest and the back bag; and at least one of a width and a length of the carrying space is adjustable;

the back bag and the vest both are connected with the same side of the waist belt; and

the back bag is turnover relative to the vest and detachably connected with the shoulder strap.

2. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein:

a supporting portion is arranged on the back bag and in the carrying space, and

a width of the supporting portion is adjustable.

3. The baby carrier of claim 2, wherein:

the supporting portion is provided with an adjusting member configured to adjust the width of the supporting portion, and

the adjusting member is arranged along a lateral width direction of the back bag and has at least an adjusting segment position.

4. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein:

the back bag comprises a fixing bag and an adjusting bag, and the fixing bag and the adjusting bag are connected between the waist belt and the shoulder strap;

the fixing bag and the adjusting bag are configured to cooperate with each other to form a supporting portion disposed in the carrying space; and

a width of the supporting portion is adjustable.

5. The baby carrier of claim 4, wherein a relative width between the fixing bag and the adjusting bag is adjustable.

6. The baby carrier of claim 4, wherein:

an end of the fixing bag and an end of the adjusting bag both are connected with the waist belt;

another end of the adjusting bag is detachably connected with the fixing bag; and

another end of the fixing bag is detachably connected with the shoulder strap.

7. The baby carrier of claim 6, wherein:

one end of the fixing bag connected with the waist belt is narrower than another end of the fixing bag away from the waist belt; and

a width of the adjusting bag is greater than a width of the end of the fixing bag connected with the waist belt, and less than or equal to a width of the other end of the fixing bag away from the waist belt.

8. The baby carrier of claim 7, wherein:

the adjusting bag is disposed on opposite inner sides of the fixing bag;

a central end of the adjusting bag is fixedly connected with the fixing bag; and

two side ends of the adjusting bag are configured to be turned inward relative to the fixing bag and connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag.

9. The baby carrier of claim 7, wherein:

the adjusting bag is disposed on opposite outer sides of the fixing bag;

a central end of the adjusting bag is fixedly connected with the fixing bag; and

two side ends of the adjusting bag are configured to be turned inward or outward relative to the fixing bag and connected with different segment positions of the fixing bag.

10. The baby carrier of claim 6, wherein:

an adjusting member is arranged at a junction of the adjusting bag and the fixing bag; and

the adjusting member is configured to fix the adjusting bag at different segment positions of the fixing bag, and the different segment positions have different widths.

11. The baby carrier of claim 10, wherein:

the adjusting member comprises a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, or buckles, or Hook and Loop; and

the fixing buckle and the fixing hole, or the buckles, or the Hook and the Loop, are arranged on the adjusting bag and the fixing bag respectively, match with each other and are detachable.

12. The baby carrier of claim 11, wherein:

the adjusting member comprises at least two fixing holes arranged on the fixing bag along a lateral width direction thereof, and two fixing buckles arranged correspondingly on two side ends of the adjusting bag; and

the two fixing buckles selectively buckle in corresponding two fixing holes.

13. The baby carrier of claim 10, further comprising a pocket arranged on the supporting portion, wherein the adjusting member is received in the pocket.

14. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein a supporting pad is further arranged in the carrying space, and fixed on the back bag or detachably connected with the back bag.

15. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein the waist belt is configured to be turned toward or away from the vest around an end of the waist belt connected with the vest, to adjust the length of the carrying space.

16. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein the vest and the back bag are configured to be turned around the waist belt, to adjust the length of the carrying space.

17. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein:

two side ends of the vest are provided with fifth connecting members respectively; and

two outer side ends of the back bag are respectively provided with sixth connecting members detachably connected with the fifth connecting members.

18. The baby carrier of claim 1, wherein the number of the shoulder straps is two, and the two shoulder straps are symmetrically connected with the vest.

19. The baby carrier of claim 18, wherein:

each of the two shoulder straps comprises a first connecting segment and a second connecting segment;

the first connecting segment is fixed on the vest along a length direction of the vest;

one end of the second connecting segment is connected with the first connecting segment;

another end of the second connecting segment is connected with a top side end of the vest rotatably; and

a length of the second connecting segment is adjustable.

20. The baby carrier of claim 18, wherein, two enforcing belts are respectively fixed at one end of either of two shoulder straps, and the two enforcing belts are detachably connected.
