DUAL-PURPOSE WIPER WITH REPLACEABLE WIPER STRIP

The present invention discloses a dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip, including a handle, a working head, a wiper strip, a wiper board, or the like. Mainly, the working head is provided with a sliding groove running through in a horizontal direction, and a sliding rib is correspondingly arranged on one side of the wiper strip, so that the wiper strip can be detachably and slidably engaged in the sliding groove through the sliding rib. In addition, the working head is further provided with a lock piece, and the lock piece can lock or unlock the sliding rib for sliding in the sliding groove, so that the wiper strip can be replaced arbitrarily and flexibly, and the wiper strip having an appropriate length can be configured according to an actual use need. In the meantime, detachably insertable lengthening blocks are respectively arranged at two ends of the wiper board for extending a use length, so that the appropriate wiper board can also be selected according to an actual use need, thereby improving versatility of the wiper and reducing the limit on use occasions. In addition, the working head can also form elastic bending relative to the handle for use, and can be swung horizontally at a certain angle relative to the handle for use, making structure design more user-friendly. Therefore, the wiper has use advantages of good hand feeling, easy use, labor saving, good effect, and the like.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

The present disclosure claims priority to Chinese Application No. 202221421505.1 filed on Jun. 9, 2022, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference it its entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a wiper structure for sanitary ware, and specifically, to a dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip.

BACKGROUND

At present, a wiper is mainly used for wiping off water stains on a surface of a smooth object such as window glass or a working table surface. Some wipers also have a scrubbing function, that is, a wiper strip and a wiper board are arranged in parallel on a working head of the wiper in a horizontal direction, so that the wiper becomes a dual-purpose wiper. Therefore, after a wiping cloth is set on the wiper board, the wiper can first use the wiper board to drive the wiping cloth to scrub, and then turn over and use the wiper strip to wipe off water stains left after scrubbing. The wiper has a powerful use function and a good cleaning effect, and thus it is very popular among users. However, in actual use, it is found that a use length of a wiper board or wiper strip of a wiper is usually different depending on household and commercial use. For example, a use length of a wiper board or wiper strip of a commercial wiper needs to be greater than that of a household wiper. The use length of the wiper board or wiper strip of the existing wiper is limited, that is, after the wiper is formed, the use length of the wiper board and the wiper strip cannot be arbitrarily replaced, lengthened, or shortened, so that the wiper has poor versatility and limited use occasions. In the meantime, the wiper works mainly by using a handle to press the wiping cloth or the wiper strip on the working head to be attached to a working surface, and the working head and the handle are in an integrated structure, so the working head can neither form elastic bending relative to the handle for use nor swung horizontally at a certain angle relative to the handle for use. For use of a user, the wiper that cannot be elastically bent is hard and stiff, use feeling is not good, and the design is not use-friendly enough. As the wiper cannot be swung horizontally at a certain angle for use, when encountering a narrow working corner, the user can only rely on the hand to master the use angle. In this case, the user is also required to change the posture of the human body and use a relatively large hand force to exert pressure on the wiper for a long time, so as to make the wiping cloth or the wiper strip closely attached to the working surface, causing a very tiring use process.

SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome defects of the prior art and provide a dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip where use lengths of a wiper board and a wiper strip can be arbitrarily and flexibly replaced, lengthened, or shortened, and a working head can form elastic bending relative to a handle for use and can be swung horizontally at a certain angle relative to the handle for use, making the structure design user-friendly, and the dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip is easy to use and labor-saving, has a comfortable hand feeling, and has good use effect.

The technical problem of the present invention is solved by the following technical solutions.

A dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip is provided, including a handle, a working head, and a wiper strip and a wiper board arranged in parallel on the working head in a horizontal direction. The working head is provided with a sliding groove running through the horizontal direction, and a sliding rib is correspondingly arranged on one side of the wiper strip. The wiper strip is detachably and slidably engaged in the sliding groove through the sliding rib. A lock piece is arranged on the working head, and the lock piece locks the sliding rib so that the sliding rib stops sliding relative to the sliding groove, or the lock piece unlocks the sliding rib so that the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove.

Detachably insertable lengthening blocks are respectively arranged at two ends of the wiper board, and a length of the wiper board is extended by the lengthening block.

The lock piece comprises a button mounted on the working head, the button is provided with an engaging block extending into the sliding groove, and a lock hole is correspondingly provided on the sliding rib. The button drives the engaging block to be engaged in the lock hole, and the sliding rib is locked to stop the sliding rib from sliding relative to the sliding groove. The button drives the engaging block to disengage the lock hole, and the sliding rib is unlocked so that the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove.

The button matches with a mounting groove of the working head and is elastically pushed outward, and the button is elastically pushed outward to drive the engaging block to be engaged in the lock hole, or the button is pressed inward to drive the engaging block to disengage the lock hole.

The sliding groove is a C-shaped groove with a large groove and a small notch, and the sliding rib is only slidable into or out of the C-shaped groove in the horizontal direction but is disengageable in a direction of the notch.

One side of the wiper strip is embedded and fixed in a splint, the sliding rib is formed on one side of the splint and is formed by extending a same length in an axial direction of the splint, and the lock hole is formed in the middle of the sliding rib.

Several insertion slots are provided on an end portion of the wiper board, several insertion ribs are correspondingly arranged on an end portion of the lengthening block, and the lengthening block is detachably inserted into the insertion slot on the end portion of the wiper board through the insertion rib on the end portion.

A window brush neck is formed in a connection position between a front portion of the handle and the working head, the window brush neck is composed of an elastic rod in a slender strip shape and a soft sleeve encapsulating the elastic rod, and an outer surface of the soft sleeve is provided with a plurality of annular grooves arranged in an axial direction.

A front rotary disc is provided at a front end of the handle, a rear rotary disc is provided at a rear end of the working head, and the front and rear rotary discs are concentrically connected, to cause the working head to swing horizontally and reciprocatingly relative to the handle.

An external mounting hole is provided in an axis position of the front rotary disc, an internal mounting hole is provided in an axis position of the rear rotary disc, a key and a lock pin are arranged in the internal and external mounting holes, an outer circumferential surface of the lock pin is provided with external teeth circumferentially and evenly distributed, and inner circumferential surfaces of the internal and external mounting holes are provided with internal teeth circumferentially and evenly distributed. The lock pin is elastically pushed to drive the external teeth to engage the internal teeth of the internal and external mounting holes simultaneously, thereby locking a horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head relative to the handle, or the key is pressed inward to push the lock pin to drive the external teeth to disengage the internal teeth of the internal mounting hole, thereby unlocking the horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head relative to the handle.

Compared with the prior art, in the present invention, mainly, a working head is provided with a sliding groove running through in a horizontal direction, and a sliding rib is correspondingly provided on one side of a wiper strip, so that the wiper strip can be detachably and slidably engaged in the sliding groove through the sliding rib. Moreover, the working head is further provided with a lock piece, and the lock piece can lock the sliding rib to stop the sliding rib from sliding relative to the sliding groove, or the lock piece unlocks the sliding rib to cause the sliding rib to slide relative to the sliding groove. In this way, the wiper strip can be replaced arbitrarily and flexibly, that is, whether a household wiper or a commercial wiper is used, a wiper strip having an appropriate length can be configured according to an actual use need. In the meantime, detachably insertable lengthening blocks are respectively arranged at two ends of the wiper board, and a use length of the wiper board is extended by the lengthening block. Obviously, the wiper board that can be lengthened or shortened arbitrarily can also be applied to the household wiper or commercial wiper according to an actual use need, thereby improving versatility of the wiper and reducing the limit on use occasions. In addition, the working head can also form elastic bending relative to the handle for use, and can be swung horizontally at a certain angle relative to the handle for use, making the structure design more user-friendly. Therefore, the wiper has use advantages of comfortable hand feeling, easy use, labor saving, good effect, and the like.

A dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip is provided. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, the wiper is a common sanitary ware product that is applied for cleaning and wiping off water on a surface of a smooth object such as window glass or a working table surface. The structure of the wiper includes a handle 1, a working head 2, and the like.

The handle 1 mainly serves as a hand-held component of the wiper, which is convenient for a user to hold and operate. An insertion hole 12 is provided at a rear end of the handle 1, and can be used to be inserted onto an extension rod to facilitate use at a high place. An outer surface of the handle 1 is further designed with an anti-skid pattern 11, which not only beautifies the appearance, but also increases a grip friction force.

The working head 2 can be swung horizontally and reciprocatingly relative to the handle, that is, swung horizontally in left and right directions as shown in FIG. 1. Specifically, a front rotary disc 13 is provided at a front end of the handle 1, and a rear rotary disc 23 is provided at a rear end of the working head 2. The front and rear rotary discs are coaxially connected, so that the working head 2 can be swung horizontally and reciprocatingly relative to the handle 1.

In this case, the swing angle can also be locked to meet the use needs of special occasions and special angles. The specific structure is as follows. An external mounting hole 14 is provided in an axis position of the front rotary disc 13, an internal mounting hole 24 is provided in an axis position of the rear rotary disc 23, a key 4 and a lock pin 9 are arranged in the internal and external mounting holes, an outer circumferential surface of the lock pin is provided with external teeth 91 circumferentially and evenly distributed, and inner circumferential surfaces of the internal and external mounting holes are provided with internal teeth 10 circumferentially and evenly distributed. The internal and external mounting holes are also provided with a lock pin spring 92 that elastically pushes the lock pin 9, and the lock pin 9 is elastically pushed by the lock pin spring 92 under a normal condition, to drive the external teeth 91 to engage the internal teeth 10 of the internal and external mounting holes simultaneously. In this way, the horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head 2 relative to the handle 1 can be locked. When the key 4 is pressed inward to overcome elasticity of the lock pin spring 92 and push the lock pin 9 to move, the external teeth 91 of the lock pin is driven to disengage the internal teeth 10 of the internal mounting hole 24. In this way, the horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head 2 relative to the handle 1 can be unlocked. When the inward pressing force on the key 4 disappears, the lock pin spring 92 elastically pushes the lock pin 9 to drive the key 4 to reset simultaneously, and at this time, the external teeth 91 re-engages the internal teeth 10 of the internal and external mounting holes simultaneously. Therefore, the lock pin spring 92 elastically pushes the lock pin 9 in cooperation with inwardly pressing of the key 4, thereby realizing the locking or unlocking of various use angles after the working head 2 forms the horizontal reciprocating swing relative to the handle 1.

A window brush neck 3 is formed in a connection position between a front portion of the handle 1 and the working head 2, that is, a position near the front rotary disc 13. The window brush neck is composed of an elastic rod 31 in a slender strip shape and a soft sleeve 32 formed by secondary injection molding and encapsulating the elastic rod, and an outer surface of the soft sleeve is provided with a plurality of annular grooves 33 arranged equidistantly in an axial direction. As a result, the window brush neck 3 has elastic bending performance. For use of the user, the elastic bendability causes a hand force to exert pressure on the wiper, so that a wiping cloth or wiper strip can be closely attached to the working surface more easily and effectively, the design is quite user-friendly, and the wiper has a better use feeling.

The working head 2 is provided with a wiper strip 6 and a wiper board 7 that are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, and use lengths of the wiper strip and the wiper board can be arbitrarily replaced, lengthened, or shortened according to an actual use need, to meet a use need of a household wiper or a commercial wiper, and effectively improve the versatility of the wiper and reduce the limit on use occasions.

The wiper strip 6 and the working head 2 adopt a detachable design structure. Specifically, the working head 2 is provided with a sliding groove 21 running through in the horizontal direction. The sliding groove is a C-shaped groove with a large groove and a small notch. One side of the wiper strip 6 is embedded and fixed in a splint 61. The splint can be made of a hard plastic or a hard metal, and a sliding rib 62 is arranged on one side of the splint 61. The sliding rib is formed by extending a same length in an axial direction of the splint 61, and the sliding rib 62 is only slidable into or out of the C-shaped groove from the horizontal direction but is disengageable in a direction of the notch. In this way, the wiper strip 6 can be detachably and slidably engaged in the sliding groove 21 through the sliding rib 62 on the splint 61, that is, a detachable fitting is formed between the wiper strip 6 and the working head 2.

In addition, a lock piece 5 is further arranged on the working head 2, and the lock piece locks the sliding rib 62 so that the sliding rib stops sliding relative to the sliding groove 21, or the lock piece 5 unlocks the sliding rib 62 so that the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove 21.

The lock piece 5 includes a long strip button 51. The button matches with a mounting groove 22 on the working head 2, and the mounting groove is provided with a button spring 52 that elastically pushes the button 51 outward. Specifically, the middle of the button 51 is hinged in the mounting groove 22 to form a rocker structure, the button spring 52 elastically pushes outward at a rear end of the button 51, a front end of the button is provided with an engaging block 511 extending into the sliding groove 21, and a lock hole 63 is correspondingly provided in the middle of the sliding rib 62.

Therefore, under a normal condition, the button 51 is elastically pushed outward by the button spring 52 to drive the engaging block 511 to be engaged in the lock hole 63, so that the sliding rib 62 is locked to stop the sliding rib from sliding relative to the sliding groove 21, that is, the wiper strip 6 cannot be removed from the working head 2; and when the button 51 is pressed inward, the engaging block 511 is driven to disengage the lock hole 63, so that the sliding rib 62 is unlocked and the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove 21, that is, the wiper strip 6 can be freely removed from the working head 2 for replacement. Therefore, whether a household wiper or a commercial wiper is used, the wiper strip 6 having an appropriate length can be configured according to an actual use need.

A use length of the wiper board 7 is arbitrarily lengthened or shortened mainly by arranging detachably insertable lengthening blocks 8 at both ends. Specifically, several insertion slots 71 are provided at an end portion of the wiper board 7, and several insertion ribs 83 are correspondingly provided at an end portion of the lengthening block 8. In this way, the lengthening block 8 can be detachably inserted into the insertion slot 71 at the end portion of the wiper board 7 through the insertion rib 83 at the end portion. Moreover, an L marker 81 and an R marker 82 are respectively provided on the two lengthening blocks 8 to facilitate identification during insertion.

By adopting the foregoing improved structure, in the present invention, the use length of the wiper board 7 and the wiper strip 6 can be arbitrarily and flexibly replaced, lengthened, or shortened, thereby improving the versatility of the household wiper and the commercial wiper. In addition, the working head 2 can form elastic bending relative to the handle 1 for use, and can be swung horizontally at a certain angle relative to the handle 1 for use, making the structure design more user-friendly. Therefore, the wiper has use advantages of good hand feeling, easy use, labor saving, good effect, and the like, and the appearance is more beautiful, fashionable, and high-grade.

The foregoing descriptions are merely specific embodiments of the present invention, and a person skilled in the art should understand that any structural design equivalent to the embodiments shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip, comprising a handle (1), a working head (2), and a wiper strip (6) and a wiper board (7) that are arranged in parallel on the working head in a horizontal direction, wherein the working head (2) is provided with a sliding groove (21) running through in the horizontal direction, and a sliding rib (62) is correspondingly arranged on one side of the wiper strip (6); the wiper strip (6) is detachably and slidably engaged in the sliding groove (21) through the sliding rib (62); and a lock piece (5) is arranged on the working head (2), and the lock piece locks the sliding rib (62) so that the sliding rib stops sliding relative to the sliding groove (21), or the lock piece (5) unlocks the sliding rib (62) so that the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove (21).

2. The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein detachably insertable lengthening blocks (8) are respectively arranged at two ends of the wiper board (7), and a length of the wiper board (7) is extended by the lengthening block.

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein the lock piece (5) comprises a button (51) mounted on the working head (2), the button is provided with an engaging block (511) extending into the sliding groove (21), and a lock hole (63) is correspondingly provided on the sliding rib (62); the button (51) drives the engaging block (511) to be engaged in the lock hole (63), and the sliding rib (62) is locked to stop the sliding rib from sliding relative to the sliding groove (21); and the button (5) drives the engaging block (511) to disengage the lock hole (63), and the sliding rib (62) is unlocked so that the sliding rib slides relative to the sliding groove (21).

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 3, wherein the button (51) matches with mounting groove (22) of the working head (2) and is elastically pushed outward, and the button (51) is elastically pushed outward to drive the engaging block (511) to be engaged in the lock hole (63), or the button (51) is pressed inward to drive the engaging block (511) to disengage the lock hole (63).

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein the sliding groove (21) is a C-shaped groove with a large groove and a small notch, and the sliding rib (62) is only slidable into or out of the C-shaped groove in the horizontal direction but is disengageable in a direction of the notch.

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein one side of the wiper strip (6) is embedded and fixed in a splint (61), the sliding rib (62) is formed on one side of the splint (61) and is formed by extending a same length in an axial direction of the splint (61), and the lock hole (63) is formed in the middle of the sliding rib (62).

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 2, wherein several insertion slots (71) are provided on an end portion of the wiper board (7), several insertion ribs (83) are correspondingly arranged on an end portion of the lengthening block (8), and the lengthening block (8) is detachably inserted into the insertion slot (71) on the end portion of the wiper board (7) through the insertion rib (83) on the end portion.

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein a window brush neck (3) is formed in a connection position between a front portion of the handle (1) and the working head (2), the window brush neck (3) is composed of an elastic rod (31) in a slender strip shape and a soft sleeve (32) encapsulating the elastic rod, and an outer surface of the soft sleeve is provided with a plurality of annular grooves (33) arranged in an axial direction.

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein a front rotary disc (13) is provided at a front end of the handle (1), a rear rotary disc (23) is provided at a rear end of the working head (2), and the front and rear rotary discs are concentrically connected, to cause the working head (2) to swing horizontally and reciprocatingly relative to the handle (1).

The dual-purpose wiper with a replaceable wiper strip according to claim 1, wherein an external mounting hole (14) is provided in an axis position of the front rotary disc (13), an internal mounting hole (24) is provided in an axis position of the rear rotary disc (23), a key (4) and a lock pin (9) are arranged in the internal and external mounting holes, an outer circumferential surface of the lock pin is provided with external teeth (91) circumferentially and evenly distributed, and inner circumferential surfaces of the internal and external mounting holes are provided with internal teeth (10) circumferentially and evenly distributed; and the lock pin (9) is elastically pushed to drive the external teeth (91) to engage the internal teeth (10) of the internal and external mounting holes simultaneously, thereby locking a horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head (2) relative to the handle (1), or the key (4) is pressed inward to push the lock pin (9) to drive the external teeth to (91) disengage the internal teeth (10) of the internal mounting hole (24), thereby unlocking the horizontal reciprocating swing of the working head (2) relative to the handle (1).
