A dual-purpose cup comprises: a cup body, a first cup cover, a second cup cover and a straw. The cup body has a plurality of telescopic structures, an upper part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures is close to a mouth of the cup body, and a lower part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures is close to a bottom of the cup body; the second cup cover has at least one opening, and the opening is opened to take and place the snacks when the second cup cover is placed on the cup body where snacks are stored; the first cup cover has an insertion hole into which the straw is inserted, so the straw is configured to absorb liquids in the cup body; and the cup body is only covered with either the first cup cover or the second cup cover.

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cups, in particular, to a dual-purpose cup.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

Cups are the necessities of people's daily life. There are many types of cups, which can be classified according to materials, such as ceramic cups, glass cups, plastic cups, stainless steel cups, wooden fish stone cups, cloisonné cups, etc. It can be divided into daily cups, advertising cups, promotional cups, health cups, etc. according to functions; it can be divided into acacia cups, lovers cups, husband and wife cups, etc. according to its meaning; Nano cup, energy cup, ecological cup, etc.

People usually use cups to drink water. Some children like to eat snacks while drinking water, but the snacks are placed elsewhere, and the children have to go to get the snacks. Many adults are watching TV shows or doing other things. Man also likes to eat some snacks on my mouth, but it's too troublesome to run to get them. Therefore, there is a dual-purpose cup that can hold snacks or water by switching different cup lids, but such cups are often inconvenient to carry and take up too much space.

Therefore, a dual-purpose cup needs to be studied.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a dual-purpose cup in view of the defects and deficiencies of the prior art, which has the advantages of not only filling snacks or water, but also optimizing the occupied space through the foldable cup body, making it easy to carry.

In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is to provide a dual-purpose cup, comprising: a cup body, a first cup cover, a second cup cover and a straw; wherein the cup body is provided with a plurality of telescopic structures, an upper part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures is close to a mouth of the cup body, and a lower part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures is close to a bottom of the cup body; the second cup cover is provided with at least one opening, and the opening is configured to be opened to take and place the snacks when the second cup cover is placed on the cup body where snacks are stored; the first cup cover is provided with an insertion hole into which the straw is inserted, so that the straw is configured to absorb liquids in the cup body; and the cup body is only covered with either the first cup cover or the second cup cover.

The second cup cover is provided with multiple ones of the intersecting openings so as to divide the second cup cover into a plurality of baffles, the plurality of baffles are arranged in a fan shape, and the plurality of baffles are distributed along a circumferential direction.

A cross-sectional area of each of the plurality of telescopic structures decreases step by step from top to bottom, so that a diameter of the bottom of the cup body is smaller than a diameter of the mouth of the cup body.

An edge of the insertion hole is arranged in a convex shape, so that a thickness of the insertion hole is increased.

The first cup cover is further provided with a cover, the cover is used to cover the insertion hole after the first cup cover takes out the straw.

The cover comprises: a cover body, wherein the cover body is sleeved on a protrusion of the insertion hole; a connecting strip, wherein one part of the connecting strip is connected to the cover body, and another part of the connecting strip is connected to the first cup cover; and an insert block, wherein the insert block is arranged in the cover body, adapted in shape to the insertion hole and used for being inserted into the insertion hole.

The connecting strip, the cover body and the first cup cover are integrally formed.

A ring of rigid material is built into the opening of the cup body.

An adsorption pad is arranged on the bottom of the cup body.

A limiting ring is provided on the straw and used to abut against a lower part of the first cup cover after the straw is inserted.

After adopting the above-mentioned technical solution, the beneficial effects of the present disclosure are as follows.

1. There are several telescopic structures on the cup body, the upper part of the telescopic structure is close to the mouth of the cup body, the lower part of the telescopic structure is close to the bottom of the cup body, and at least one opening is opened on the second cup cover, so that the second cup cover can be set to the bottom of the cup body. When the cup body with snacks is stored, the opening is opened to take out the snacks, the first cup cover is provided with a insertion hole for inserting a straw, so that the straw can absorb the liquid in the cup body, and the cup body can only be covered with the first cup cover or either of the second cup cover. The dual-purpose cup set in this way effectively solves the defects that the cup is often inconvenient to carry and takes up too much space.

2. The second cup cover is provided with a number of intersecting openings to divide the second cup lid into several baffles, the baffles are arranged in a fan shape, and the baffles are distributed along the circumferential direction, so that snacks are placed in the cup body and covered. When the second cup cover is used, the baffle can prevent the snacks from falling out of the cup body without affecting the user to reach into the cup body to take the snacks, and effectively prevent the snack cup from spilling snacks when it is overturned or tilted.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

This embodiment relates to a dual-purpose cup, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, including: a cup body 2, a telescopic structure 22, a second cup cover 6, a first cup cover 3, an opening 61 and a straw 4.

The cup body 2 is provided with several telescopic structures 22, the upper part of the telescopic structure 22 is close to the mouth of the cup body 2, the lower part of the telescopic structure 22 is close to the bottom of the cup body 2, and at least one opening 61 is opened on the second cup cover 6, so that when the second cup cover 6 is placed on the cup body 2 where the snacks are stored, the opening 61 is configured to be opened to take and place the snacks. The first cup cover 3 is provided with an insertion hole 31 for the straw 4 to be inserted, so that the straw 4 can absorb liquids inside the cup body 2 and the cup body 2 can only be covered with either the first cup cover 3 or the second cup cover 6 at the same time. When a snack cup needs to be used, the snacks are put into the cup body 2, and the second cup cover 6 is covered on the mouth of the cup body 2, then the user can take out the snacks in the cup body 2 through the opening 61. When a drinking cup is used, the water is poured into the cup body 2 through the mouth of the cup body 2, and the first cup cover 3 is covered on the mouth of the cup body 2 to embody the function of drinking water. When the cup does not need to be used, it is only necessary to push the bottom of the cup body to move toward the mouth of the cup body, so that the telescopic structure 22 is contracted, so as to embody the compression of the cup body 2, thereby reducing the overall occupied space.

Preferably, an adsorption pad 1 is provided on the bottom of the cup body 2, and the adsorption pad 1 is used to adsorb the cup body 2 to other objects, thereby improving the stability of the cup body 2 after being placed. A limiting ring 41 is provided on the straw 4, and the limiting ring 41 is used to abut against the lower part of the first cup cover 3 after the straw 4 is inserted, thereby preventing the straw 4 from accidentally slipping out of the insertion hole 31. The cup body 2 is provided with a cup handle 21 to facilitate the user to take the cup body 2, and only one end of the cup handle 21 is connected with the cup body 2. There are two cup handles 21, and they are respectively arranged on both sides of the cup body 2. The first cup cover 3 is provided with an air hole 32. The air hole 32 is used to adjust the air pressure between the cup body 2 and the outside world when the straw 4 sucks the liquid in the cup body 2, which ensures that the straw 4 can quickly absorb the liquid in the cup body 2. The first cup cover 3 and the second cup cover 6 are both larger than the mouth of the cup body 2 and are sleeved on the mouth of the cup body 2.

Preferably, the second cup cover 6 is provided with multiple ones of the intersecting openings 61 so as to divide the second cup cover 6 into a plurality of baffles, the plurality of baffles are fan-shaped, and the plurality of baffles are distributed along the circumferential direction, so that when the snacks are put in and the second cup cover 6 is closed, the baffle can prevent the snacks from falling out of the cup body 2 without affecting the user to reach into the cup body 2 to take the snacks, effectively preventing the snack cup from spilling snacks when it is overturned or tilted.

Preferably, the cross-sectional area of the telescopic structure 22 decreases step by step from top to bottom, so that the diameter of the bottom of the cup body 2 is smaller than the diameter of the mouth of the cup body 2. The bottom of the cup body 2 is pushed towards the mouth of the cup body 2, and when the telescopic structure 22 shrinks, the bottom of the cup body 2 is finally flush with the mouth of the cup body 2, and the telescopic structure 22 is also flush with the mouth of the cup body 2 at this time, so that the entire cup body 2 can be shrunk, which is convenient for the user to carry.

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, the first cup cover 3 is further provided with a cover 5, and the cover 5 is used to cover the insertion hole 31 after the first cup cover 3 takes out the straw 4, and the cover 5 includes: a cover body 52, a connecting strip 51 and an insertion block 53.

The edge of the insertion hole 31 is arranged in a convex shape to increase the thickness of the insertion hole 31, thereby preventing the water in the cup body 2 from overflowing too easily when it is tilted, and the protrusion can also serve as a sucking mouth after the straw 4 is taken out. The cover body 52 is sleeved on the protrusion of the insertion hole 31. A part of the connecting strip 51 is connected to the cover body 52, and the other part is connected to the first cup cover 3. The connecting strip 51 is used to connect the cover body 52. The insertion block 53 is arranged in the cover body 52, and the shape of the insertion block 53 is adapted to the insertion hole 31. The insertion block 53 is used to insert the insertion hole 31, so as to improve the overall sealing performance after the first cup cover 3 is placed on the mouth of the cup body 2. In this embodiment, the connecting strip 51, the cover body 52 and the first cup cover 3 are integrally formed. Both the cover 5 and the first cup cover 3 are made of flexible materials. The first cup cover 3, the second cup cover 6, the cup body 2, the telescopic structure 22, the cover 5 and the cup handle 21 are all made of silicone. A ring of rigid material is built into the opening of the cup body 2, so as to prevent the liquid in the cup body 2 from spilling or the snacks falling out when the mouth of the cup body 2 is twisted. The rigid material can be a steel ring, or other metal.

The working principle of the present disclosure is roughly as follows. When a snack cup needs to be used, the snacks are first put into the cup body 2, and the second cup cover 6 is placed on the mouth of the cup body 2, and the user take out the snacks in the cup body 2 through the opening 61. When a drinking cup is used, the water is poured into the cup body 2 through the mouth of the cup body 2, and then the first cup cover 3 is covered on the mouth of the cup body 2 to embody the function of drinking water. When the cup does not need to be used, it is only necessary to push the bottom of the cup body 2 to move toward the mouth of the cup, so that the telescopic structure 22 is contracted, so as to embody the compression of the cup body 2, thereby reducing the overall occupied space. The dual-purpose cup set in this way effectively solves the defects that the cup is often inconvenient to carry and takes up too much space, and has the advantages of not only filling snacks or water, but also optimizing the space occupied by the foldable cup body 2, making it convenient to carry.

Claims

1. A kit for a dual-purpose cup, comprising: a cup body (2), a first cup cover (3), a second cup cover (6) and a straw (4);

wherein the cup body (2) is provided with a plurality of telescopic structures (22), an upper part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures (22) is closer to a mouth of the cup body (2), and a lower part of each of the plurality of the telescopic structures (22) is closer to a bottom of the cup body (2);
the second cup cover (6) is provided with at least one opening (61), and the opening (61) is configured to be opened to take and place snacks when the second cup cover (6) is placed on the cup body (2) where snacks are stored;
the first cup cover (3) is provided with an insertion hole (31) into which the straw (4) is inserted, so that the straw (4) is configured to withdraw liquids in the cup body (2), and an edge of the insertion hole (31) extends in a direction away from the bottom of the cup body (2); and
the cup body (2) is only covered with either the first cup cover (3) or the second cup cover (6).

The kit according to claim 1, wherein the second cup cover (6) is provided with a plurality of intersecting openings (61) so as to divide the second cup cover (6) into a plurality of baffles, the plurality of baffles are arranged in a fan shape, and the plurality of baffles are distributed along a circumferential direction.

3. The kit according to claim 1, wherein a cross-sectional area of each of the plurality of telescopic structures (22) decreases sequentially from top to bottom, so that a diameter of the bottom of the cup body (2) is smaller than a diameter of the mouth of the cup body (2).

5. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the first cup cover (3) is further provided with a lid (5), the lid (5) is used to cover the insertion hole (31) after the straw (4) is taken out of the first cup cover (3).

6. The kit according to claim 5, wherein the lid (5) comprises:

a lid body (52), wherein the lid body (52) is sleeved on a protrusion extending from a perimeter of the insertion hole (31);
a connecting strip (51), wherein one part of the connecting strip (51) is connected to the lid body (52), and another part of the connecting strip (51) is connected to the first cup cover (3); and
an insert block (53), wherein the insert block (53) is arranged in the lid body (52), adapted in shape to the insertion hole (31) and used for being inserted into the insertion hole (31).

7. The kit according to claim 6, wherein the connecting strip (51), the lid body (52) and the first cup cover (3) are integrally formed.

8. The kit according to claim 1, wherein a ring of rigid material is built into the opening of the cup body (2).

9. The kit according to claim 1, wherein an stabilization pad (1) is arranged on the bottom of the cup body (2).

10. The kit according to claim 1, wherein a limiting ring (41) is provided on the straw (4) and used to abut against a lower part of the first cup cover (3) after the straw (4) is inserted.
