MODULAR FITNESS BED
A modular fitness bed comprises a first post, having a first end and a second end coupled to a second post, having a first end and a second end through a first top rail. The first end of the first post is coupled to the first end of the second post through a first top rail. A third post has a first end and a second end coupled to a fourth post, having a first end and a second end. The first end of the third post coupled to the first end of the fourth post through a first top rail. The first post is coupled to the third post through a first support bar and the second post is coupled to the fourth post through a second support bar. A set of monkey bars extends along a length between the first top rail and the second top rail. A first bottom rail extends from the second end of the first post to the second of the second post and a second bottom rail extends from the second end of the third post to the second of the fourth post. A mattress support facility connected to the posts and below the monkey bars.

FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to home fitness systems for children.
BACKGROUND AND SUMMARYMost home fitness systems are not multi-functional.
For example, a piece of fitness equipment cannot usually be converted to be used as a piece of furniture.
In addition, these systems take up a lot of room.
The above disadvantage is addressed by a modular fitness bed that comprises a first post, having a first end and a second end coupled to a second post, having a first end and a second end through a first top rail. The first end of the first post is coupled to the first end of the second post through a first top rail. A third post has a first end and a second end coupled to a fourth post, having a first end and a second end. The first end of the third post coupled to the first end of the fourth post through a first top rail. The first post is coupled to the third post through a first support bar and the second post is coupled to the fourth post through a second support bar. A set of monkey bars extends along a length between the first top rail and the second top rail. A first bottom rail extends from the second end of the first post to the second of the second post and a second bottom rail extends from the second end of the third post to the second of the fourth post. A mattress support facility connected to the posts and below the monkey bars.
The KidStrong Modular Fitness Bed System is a highly engineered, unique apparatus which enables its users to perform a wide range of fitness/conditioning and physical/occupational therapy exercises in a compact space and also serves as a loft or traditional bed frame for twin or full mattress placement.
Users can easily install hundreds of functional fitness (and non-fitness) attachments including: pull-up bars, rope swing, heavy bag/punching bag, hammock, fitness rings, basketball goal, monkey bars, as well as a study desk, shelving/storage, TV mounting brackets, and other common furniture/fixtures to increase usefulness while saving floorspace.
The bed is unique in its ability to adjust bed placement with ease and without comparable in its ability to attach hundreds of apparatuses to support at home fitness.
Claims
1. A modular fitness bed, comprising:
- a first post, having a first end and a second end coupled to a second post, having a first end and a second end through a first top rail;
- the first end of the first post coupled to the first end of the second post through a first top rail;
- a third post, having a first end and a second end coupled to a fourth post, having a first end and a second end;
- the first end of the third post coupled to the first end of the fourth post through a first top rail;
- the first post is coupled to the third post through a first support bar;
- the second post is coupled to the fourth post through a second support bar;
- a set of monkey bars extending along a length between the first top rail and the second top rail;
- a first bottom rail extending from the second end of the first post to the second of the second post;
- a second bottom rail extending from the second end of the third post to the second of the fourth post; and
- a mattress support facility connected to the posts and below the monkey bars.
2. The modular fitness bed of claim 1, further comprising a pull up bar extending between the first post and the third post a length below the first support bar.
3. The modular fitness bed of claim 1, further comprising, a side support frame couple with the first post, the side support frame comprising a vertical bar and a horizontal bar.
4. The modular fitness bed of claim 1, further comprising an adjustable headboard coupled between the first bottom rail and the second bottom rail.
