The hinge part of the adjustment frame 23 is two hinge protrusions 231, the hinge part of the fixed frame 22 is two connecting grooves 221, the hinge protrusions 231 are respectively hinged within the two connecting grooves 221 via a pin shaft, and the turnover locking device is provided between the hinge protrusion 231 and the connecting groove 221. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the turnover locking device is composed of a locking wheel 24, a torsion spring, and a pawl 25 to achieve the locking between the adjustment frame 23 and the fixed frame 22. The locking wheel 24 is fixed on a side wall of the hinge protrusion 231, and the locking wheel 24 comprises a ratchet surface 241 and a circular surface 242. One end of the pawl 25 is hinged to an inner wall of the hinge groove 6 via a pin shaft and the torsion spring. When the pawl 25 engages with a locking surface of the ratchet, the locking between the adjustment frame 23 and the fixed frame 22 is achieved with an obtuse angle between them, and when the pawl 25 engages with the circular surface 242, the unlocking between the adjustment frame 23 and the fixed frame 22 is achieved, such that the adjustment frame 23 can be laid down to a horizontal form of the adjustment frame 23.
