TRANSPORT FIXING DEVICE, APPLIANCE PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR SECURING A TRANSPORT

A transport fixing device, in particular a domestic appliance transport fixing device, contains at least one transport fixing unit which is at least partially received in a usable space of an appliance. The domestic appliance has at least one fixing region for at least partially fixing at least one installation element for the usable space. In order to provide a generic transport fixing device having improved properties in terms of efficiency, the transport fixing unit contains at least one molded fiber part.

PRIOR ART

The invention relates to a transport fixing device according to the preamble of claim 1, an appliance product as claimed in claim 14 and a method for securing a transport as claimed in claim 15.

A transport fixing device which has at least one transport fixing unit, which is configured at least partially from expanded polystyrene (EPS) for securing the interior fittings of a household appliance, is already known from the prior art.

The object of the invention is, in particular, to provide a generic device having improved properties in terms of efficiency. The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claims 1, 13 and 14 while advantageous embodiments and developments of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.

Advantages of the Invention

The invention is based on a transport fixing device, in particular a household appliance transport fixing device, comprising at least one transport fixing unit which is at least partially received in a usable space of an appliance, in particular a household appliance, and which has at least one fixing region for at least partially fixing at least one built-in element for the usable space.

It is proposed that the transport fixing unit comprises at least one molded fiber part, in particular a molded paper fiber part.

An efficiency, in terms of a working efficiency and/or cost efficiency and/or product efficiency, can be increased by means of such an embodiment. A more environmentally friendly transport fixing and/or packaging, which in particular saves resources and/or which is recyclable, can be provided by the use of at least one molded fiber part, preferably a molded paper fiber part. Moreover, environmentally harmful materials, for example foam materials, in particular expanded polystyrene (EPS) and/or extruded polystyrene (XPS) and styrofoam and/or additional fixing units, in particular adhesive tapes, can be dispensed with. Advantageously, a manufacturing effort, in particular a production time and/or manufacturing costs, can be reduced thereby. Moreover, an ecological and economical efficiency can be further improved by means of the molded fiber part, since the molded fiber part is biologically degradable and compostable or can be recycled in the paper-making cycle. An indirect recycling and as a result a more cost-effective transport fixing device can be provided thereby. Moreover, a safe and stable transport fixing can be ensured due to the high degree of stability and/or robustness and/or shock absorption of the molded fiber part. Moreover, a transport fixing device which is optimized in terms of volume can be provided by means of the molded fiber part.

The transport fixing device could be, for example, a small appliance transport fixing device or a large appliance transport fixing device, preferably a household appliance transport fixing device. The household appliance transport fixing device could be a small household appliance transport fixing device, such as for example a coffee machine transport fixing device, and advantageously a large household appliance transport fixing device, for example a cooking appliance transport fixing device, in particular an oven transport fixing device and/or a microwave transport fixing device and/or a grill appliance transport fixing device, a household cleaning appliance transport fixing device, for example a dishwasher transport fixing device or a washing machine transport fixing device, and preferably a household refrigeration appliance transport fixing device, for example a refrigerator and/or upright freezer transport fixing device.

In an assembled state, the transport fixing device preferably forms a subassembly of an appliance product, in particular a household appliance product. Preferably, the appliance product comprises the transport fixing device and an appliance. The appliance could be a large appliance or a small appliance and preferably a household appliance, in particular a large household appliance. The household appliance could be a household refrigeration appliance, for example a freezer cabinet and/or a chest freezer and advantageously a refrigerator and/or upright freezer and/or a cooking appliance, for example an oven and/or a microwave and/or a grill appliance and/or a household cleaning appliance, for example a dishwasher or washing machine. As a result, the appliance product could be a household refrigeration product, in particular a refrigerator product and/or an upright freezer product, and/or a cooking appliance product, for example an oven product or a microwave product and/or a grill appliance product, and/or a household cleaning appliance product, in particular a dishwasher product or washing machine product.

The appliance could have at least one internal housing and/or one external housing. In particular, the internal housing is surrounded at least on one side by the external housing. Advantageously, a household refrigeration appliance door of the household refrigeration appliance forms at least one side of the external housing and in a closed state defines and/or closes the internal housing at least on one side. The internal housing or external housing could define at least the usable space. In the closed state, at least the household refrigeration appliance door could define and/or close the usable space. The usable space is provided, in particular, to receive at least one physical product, in particular a product to be refrigerated. Preferably, in the assembled state the usable space receives the transport fixing device at least partially and advantageously entirely.

In particular, the built-in element is part of the appliance. Preferably, the built-in element is arranged in the usable space and is provided, in particular, at least partially to support and/or receive at least the physical product. In particular, in the assembled state the transport fixing device fixes the built-in element by means of at least the transport fixing unit. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit fixes the built-in element in the usable space. The built-in element could consist, for example, at least partially and/or to a large part of a mineral, for example glass, and/or a metal and/or plastic and/or a composite material. The expression “to a large part” is intended to be understood to mean, for example, at least 55%, advantageously at least 65%, preferably at least 75%, particularly preferably at least 85% and particularly advantageously at most 95% of a volume fraction and/or mass fraction.

The internal housing could comprise at least one side of the internal housing facing the usable space. The built-in element could be arranged on at least the side of the internal housing facing the usable space. Alternatively and/or additionally, the built-in element could be arranged on at least a second side of the internal housing facing the usable space. It might also be conceivable that the built-in element is arranged on a side of the household refrigeration appliance door facing the usable space.

Preferably, the usable space receives the transport fixing unit. In the assembled state, the transport fixing unit could be positioned at least partially and preferably entirely on the side of the internal housing facing the usable space. Preferably, the transport fixing unit has a fixing region which fixes the built-in element, in particular, in the usable space. The fixing region could define a region on a side of the transport fixing unit facing the household refrigeration appliance door and/or on a side of the transport fixing unit facing away from the household refrigeration appliance door. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit fixes the built-in element inside the fixing region at least positively, and in particular potentially also non-positively.

The transport fixing unit could consist, for example, at least partially and/or to a large part of a mineral and/or a metal and/or a plastic and/or a composite material. Preferably, the transport fixing unit has at least the molded fiber part which is preferably configured as a molded paper fiber part. The molded fiber part could consist, for example, at least partially and preferably entirely of a cellulose, for example paper, advantageously waste paper, and in particular a renewable cellulose, for example hay and/or straw and/or hemp and/or a different cellulose appearing expedient to a person skilled in the art. The molded fiber part could be water-resistant, grease-resistant and/or fireproof. In particular, the molded fiber part has a high degree of robustness and shock absorption. The molded fiber part could have a smooth surface. Advantageously, the surface is rough in order to reduce scratches. It might also be conceivable that the transport fixing unit has a visual display element, for example a color and/or an image and/or a numeral and/or a letter and/or a logo and/or a brand name.

In at least one method step when manufacturing the molded fiber part, the molded fiber part could be brought into a desired shape from molded pulp, for example from paper fibers dissolved in water, in particular waste paper fibers, and/or hay and/or straw and/or hemp, in at least one vacuum process, pressing process and/or drying process.

The assembled state is a state in which the transport fixing device is arranged in the usable space, in contrast to a dismantled state of the transport fixing device, and namely fixes at least the built-in element in the usable space. In the dismantled state, the usable space is free of the transport fixing device, and namely the transport fixing device and the usable space are arranged separately from one another. Alternatively and/or additionally, it might also be conceivable that the transport fixing unit at least partially fixes at least one structural element, in addition to the built-in element for the usable space, in order to prevent the household refrigeration appliance door from dropping down.

In the present application, ordinal numbers such as for example “first” and “second” which are placed in front of specific terms, merely serve for differentiating objects and/or assigning objects to one another and do not imply an existing total number and/or ranking of objects. In particular, a “second object” does not necessarily imply the existence of a “first object”.

“Provided” is intended to be understood to mean here and hereinafter as specially programmed, designed and/or equipped. An object being provided for a specific function is intended to be understood to mean that the object fulfills and/or performs this specific function in at least one use state and/or operating state.

It is further proposed that the transport fixing unit has at least one second fixing region for at least partially fixing at least one second built-in element for the usable space. As a result, it is possible to improve further an efficiency in terms of a working efficiency and/or product efficiency and a security in terms of a transport fixing.

In particular, the second built-in element is part of the appliance. Advantageously, in the assembled state the transport fixing unit fixes at least the second built-in element at least partially in the usable space. The second built-in element could be a built-in element which is configured differently from the built-in element and could have an at least substantially different shape and/or size and/or design from the built-in element. Alternatively, the built-in element and the second built-in element could be configured identically to one another, in particular consist of the same material and/or have an identical function for the usable space. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit fixes the second built-in element inside the second fixing region at least positively, and in particular potentially also non-positively. The second built-in element could be arranged on the side of the household refrigeration appliance door facing the usable space. In particular, in the closed state of the household refrigeration appliance door, the second built-in element could at least partially protrude into the usable space. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit, in particular the molded fiber part, is provided to fix at least partially different designs of the built-in element and/or the second built-in element.

The second fixing region could define a region on the side of the transport fixing unit facing the household refrigeration appliance door or on the side of the transport fixing unit facing away from the household refrigeration appliance door. The fixing region and the second fixing region could be located on the same side of the transport fixing unit. Alternatively and preferably, the fixing region and the second fixing region are arranged on opposing sides of the transport fixing unit. As a result, a flexibility and a security of a transport fixing can be further optimized, since the transport fixing unit has in each case on opposing sides at least one fixing region for fixing at least one built-in element in the usable space.

Particularly preferably, the first fixing region defines the region on the side of the transport fixing unit facing away from the household refrigeration appliance door and the second fixing region defines the region on the side of the transport fixing unit facing the household refrigeration appliance door. In particular, in the assembled state and in the closed state of the household appliance door, the transport fixing unit fixes the built-in element and the second built-in element at the same time. The transport fixing unit could fix the built-in element and/or the second built-in element at least substantially entirely positively by means of the fixing region and/or the second fixing region.

It might be conceivable that the transport fixing unit is free of recesses and in the assembled state bears at least partially flush with a surface of the transport fixing unit against the built-in element and/or the second built-in element. If, however, the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a support element, a security in terms of a transport fixing can be further improved. As a result, the molded fiber part can positively fix at least the support element, in particular the built-in element and/or the second built-in element, by a three-dimensional adaptation to a contour, in particular the edge region, of the support element, at least partially the edge region of the support element.

In particular, the support element is part of the appliance. Preferably, the support element forms a subassembly of the built-in element and/or the second built-in element. It might also be conceivable that the support element comprises the entire built-in element and/or the entire second built-in element. Alternatively and/or additionally, the built-in element could have a hook and/or a closable compartment. In particular, the support element is arranged in the usable space. Advantageously, the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are adapted to a contour, in particular the edge region of the support element. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes the edge region of the support element inside the fixing region and/or the second fixing region at least positively, and in particular potentially also non-positively. Alternatively and/or additionally, the fixing region and/or the second fixing region could receive the support element at least substantially entirely, in particular including the edge region.

Preferably, the support element is configured as a shelf and particularly preferably the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of the shelf. As a result, it is possible to improve the security in terms of a transport fixing of a shelf. In particular, it is possible to avoid thereby damage to other built-in elements and/or the internal housing by an uncontrolled release and/or displacement of the shelf during at least one transport.

In particular, the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are adapted to a shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the shelf. The fixing region and/or the second fixing region could be configured as a slot which at least partially receives at least the edge region of the shelf. Advantageously, the transport unit at least positively fixes at least the edge region of the shelf in the fixing region and/or the second fixing region. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes at least the edge region of the shelf to an upper face of the edge region and/or a rear face of the edge region and/or to a side of the edge region of the shelf facing the household refrigeration appliance door. The fixing region and/or the second fixing region could extend, for example, over at least 10%, in particular over at least 20%, advantageously over at most 60% and particularly advantageously over at most 80% along a main direction of extent from one of the sides of the transport fixing unit, in particular the side of the transport fixing device facing away from the household appliance device, to an opposing side of the sides of the transport fixing unit, in particular the side of the transport fixing unit facing the household refrigeration appliance door. The shelf could be configured at least partially and/or to a large part from a mineral, in particular glass, and/or plastic and/or a composite material.

It is additionally proposed that the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a drawer. As a result, it is possible to increase further the security in terms of a transport fixing of a drawer. The drawer can be prevented from slipping out and/or being released in an uncontrolled and/or undesired manner from a region of the appliance defined for the drawer by means of the fixing region which is configured specifically for the edge region of the drawer. As a result, it is possible to avoid damage to other built-in elements and/or the internal housing, in particular the household refrigeration appliance door, during at least one transport.

In particular, the drawer is part of the appliance and advantageously part of the built-in element. Preferably, the support element is configured as the drawer.

The fixing region and/or the second fixing region could be adapted to a shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the drawer. In particular, the shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the drawer differs from the shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the shelf. Advantageously, the transport unit at least positively fixes at least the edge region of the drawer in the fixing region and/or the second fixing region. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes at least the edge region of the drawer to an upper face of the edge region and/or a rear face of the edge region and/or to a side of the edge region of the drawer facing the household refrigeration appliance door. The drawer could be configured at least partially and/or to a large part from a mineral, in particular glass and/or plastic and/or a composite material.

In order to improve advantageously the security, in particular in terms of a transport fixing of a door tray, in a further embodiment of the invention is it proposed that the fixing region and/or the second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a door tray. As a result, during at least one transport of the appliance the door tray can also be at least positively fixed in an optimal manner at least to the household appliance door, and thus other built-in elements and/or the internal housing can be protected from damage resulting from an uncontrolled release of the door tray during at least the transport.

In particular, the door tray is part of the appliance, in particular the household refrigeration appliance door, and advantageously part of the built-in element. Preferably, the door tray is the support element. The door tray could be configured at least partially and/or to a large part from a mineral, in particular glass, and/or plastic and/or a composite material. It might be conceivable that the door tray is arranged on the side of the household refrigeration appliance door facing the usable space. The fixing region and/or the second fixing region could be adapted to a shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the door tray. In particular, the shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the door tray differs from the shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the shelf and/or from the shape and/or dimension of the edge region of the drawer. Advantageously, the transport unit fixes at least the edge region of the door tray at least positively in the fixing region and/or the second fixing region. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes at least the edge region of the door tray to an upper face of the edge region and/or a rear face of the edge region and/or to a side of the edge region of the drawer facing away from the household refrigeration appliance door. In particular, the transport fixing unit encompasses at least the edge region of the door tray and/or the drawer. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit is located in a geometric engagement with the edge region of the shelf and/or the edge region of the drawer and/or the edge region of the door tray.

The fixing region and/or the second fixing region could extend, for example, over at least 10%, in particular over at least 20%, advantageously over at most 60% and particularly advantageously over at most 80% along the main direction of extent from one of the sides of the transport fixing unit, in particular the side of the transport fixing device facing the household appliance device, to the opposing side of the sides of the transport fixing unit, in particular the side of the transport fixing unit facing away from the household refrigeration appliance door. The fixing region and/or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the door tray could be arranged offset to the fixing region and/or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the shelf, and/or to the fixing region and/or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the drawer. Alternatively, the fixing region and/or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the door tray could be located in the same plane along the main direction of extent of the transport unit with the fixing region and or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the shelf, and/or with the fixing region and/or the second fixing region for fixing the edge region of the drawer.

It is further proposed that the transport fixing unit provides at least one stop region for at least one flap of a built-in element for the usable space. Thus a security, in particular a transport fixing of the built-in element, can be even further improved since the flap can be prevented from opening up in an uncontrolled and/or undesired manner. As a result, during at least one transport, it is possible to avoid damage to other built-in elements, in particular built-in elements arranged above and/or parallel to the flap of the built-in element, and/or the internal housing.

The built-in element could be the aforementioned built-in element and/or the second built-in element. Alternatively, the built-in element could be a built-in element which is configured differently from the aforementioned built-in element and/or the second built-in element. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes the flap of the built-in element in a closed state of the flap.

Preferably, the door tray has at least one flap. If the transport fixing unit provides at least one stop region for at least the flap of the door tray, a security, in particular in terms of a transport fixing of the door tray, can be improved to a maximum extent, and it is possible to avoid damage to built-in elements, in particular a shelf and/or a drawer and/or the internal housing by an uncontrolled opening of the flap of the door tray during at least one transport. In particular, the transport fixing unit fixes the flap of the door tray in a closed state of the flap.

The transport fixing unit could be configured in multiple parts. In particular, the transport fixing unit could be composed at least of the molded fiber part and at least one second molded fiber part of the transport fixing unit. Alternatively and/or additionally, the molded fiber part and/or the second molded fiber part could have at least one molded fiber element, in particular a cellulose layer. It might also be conceivable that in addition to the molded fiber part the transport fixing unit has at least one fixing element, for example an adhesive tape and/or a clip for fixing the built-in element and/or the second built-in element. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit is configured in one piece, preferably integrally. As a result, it is possible to improve further an efficiency in terms of a working efficiency and/or cost efficiency. A simple and rapid assembly of the transport fixing unit in the usable space can be ensured by means of the integrally configured transport fixing unit. Moreover, additional fixing elements for fixing the built-in element and/or the second built-in element can be dispensed with.

“In one piece” is intended to be understood to mean at least connected by a material connection, for example by an adhesive bonding process, an injection-molding process and/or a different process appearing expedient to a person skilled in the art and/or shaped in one piece, such as for example by manufacturing in a single-component or multi-component casting method and/or by manufacturing from a cast and/or a stamping method from a single blank. “Integrally” is intended to be understood to mean, in particular, shaped in one piece. Preferably, this one piece is manufactured from a single blank, a mass and/or a cast, particularly preferably from cellulose. It might also be conceivable that the transport fixing unit is able to be manufactured at least partially and/or to a large part by means of a 3D printing process or preferably by means of a molded pulp process.

In order to increase an efficiency in terms of a working efficiency, and in particular to permit a simple and rapid assembly of the transport fixing unit in the usable space, in a further aspect of the invention it is proposed that the transport fixing unit can be arranged in a region of the usable space facing an opening of the usable space.

In particular, in the closed state, the household refrigeration appliance door defines at least partially and preferably entirely the opening of the usable space. In an open state, the household appliance door defines the opening of the usable space. The region of the usable space facing the opening, in particular, is different from a region of the usable space facing a rear wall of the usable region. Advantageously, the region facing the opening is a region facing the household refrigeration appliance door. A method for securing a transport of the appliance could comprise a plurality of method sub-steps. In at least one first method sub-step for securing a transport of the appliance, the transport fixing unit is arranged in the usable space. Preferably, in the assembled state the transport fixing unit is arranged in the region of the usable space facing the opening of the usable space and at least partially fixes at least the built-in element and/or at least the second built-in element in the usable space.

The transport fixing unit could be arranged centrally in the internal housing on the side of the internal housing facing the usable space, in particular in a region of the internal housing facing the household appliance door, and/or in a region of the internal housing facing away from the household appliance door, in particular in a region of the internal housing facing the household appliance door and/or in a region of the internal housing facing away from the household appliance door and/or laterally on the side of the internal housing facing the usable space, in particular in a region of the internal housing facing the household appliance door and/or in a region of the internal housing facing away from the household appliance door. Advantageously, the transport fixing unit bears at least partially flat against at least the side of the internal housing facing the usable space and/or the side of the household appliance door facing the usable space. In particular, the transport fixing unit could extend over a sub-region in the usable space. In order to improve a fixing to a maximum extent, however, in particular a transport fixing of the built-in element and/or the second built-in element in the usable space, it is proposed that the transport fixing unit can be arranged in the usable space so as to extend at least substantially over the entire free height of the usable space. The free height of the usable space could extend from a bottom region of the internal housing, in particular a bottom of the internal housing, to a top region of the internal housing, in particular a ceiling of the internal housing. It might be conceivable that in the bottom region the internal housing could have at least one built-in element which is configured as a compartment, in particular a vegetable and/or fruit compartment. Preferably, the free height of at least the compartment extends to the ceiling of the internal housing.

It might be conceivable that the transport fixing device has a second transport fixing unit which is positioned, for example, on a side of the internal housing in the usable space opposing the transport fixing unit. The transport fixing unit and the second transport fixing unit could be configured identically to one another. The transport fixing unit and the second transport fixing unit are configured separately from one another. In particular, the second transport fixing unit is configured identically according to at least one of the preceding embodiments of the transport fixing unit. Alternatively, the second transport fixing unit could be configured differently from the transport fixing unit.

Moreover, the invention is based on a method for securing a transport of an appliance, in particular a household appliance, comprising a transport fixing device which has a transport fixing unit having at least one molded fiber part, wherein the transport fixing unit is arranged in a usable space of the appliance for at least partially fixing at least one built-in element for the usable space. By such a method for securing a transport, advantageously a particularly high degree of security in terms of a transport fixing can be achieved, and a product efficiency and/or working efficiency and/or cost efficiency can be increased, in particular by environmentally harmful materials such as for example foam materials, in particular expanded polystyrene (EPS) and/or extruded polystyrene (XPS) and styrofoam, being able to be dispensed with. Advantageously, a manufacturing effort, in particular a production time and/or manufacturing costs, can be further reduced and a particularly ecological and economical securing of a transport can be provided.

The transport fixing device is not intended to be limited in this case to the above-described use and embodiment. In particular, the transport fixing device can have a number of individual elements, components and units which differ from a number cited herein in order to fulfill a mode of operation described herein.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENT

FIG. 1 shows an appliance product 10 which is configured as a household refrigeration appliance product, comprising a transport fixing device 14 which is configured as a household refrigeration appliance transport device and an appliance 12 which is configured as a household refrigeration appliance.

The appliance 12 has an internal housing 60 and an external housing 62, wherein the external housing 62 surrounds the internal housing 60 at least on one side. The appliance 12 comprises a household refrigeration appliance door which forms a side of the external housing 62. The household refrigeration appliance door 64 closes and/or defines the internal housing 60 in a closed state. The exemplary view in FIG. 1 shows the household refrigeration appliance door 64 in an open state. The internal housing 60 and the household refrigeration appliance door 64 define a usable space 18. The usable space 18 is provided to receive at least one physical product, in particular a product to be refrigerated (not shown).

The appliance 12 has at least one built-in element 20, 68, 70, 72, 74 which is arranged in the usable space 18. Moreover, the appliance 12 has a second built-in element 22, 76, 78, 80 for the usable space 18. A built-in element 50 of the appliance 12, which in this exemplary embodiment is configured as the second built-in element 22, is arranged in the usable space 18 so that hereinafter a description of the second built-in element 22 can also be applied to the built-in element 50. The built-in element 20, 68, 70, 72, 74 is arranged in the usable space 18 and on at least one side 82 of the internal housing 60 facing the usable space 18. The second built-in element 22, 76, 78, 80 is arranged on a side 84 of the household refrigeration appliance door 64 facing the usable space 18.

In this exemplary embodiment, the built-in element 20, 68, 70, 72, 74 and the second built-in element 22, 76, 78, 80 are configured in each case as a support element 32. The support element 32 is provided to support and/or receive at least partially the physical product, in the present case the product to be refrigerated. In a bottom region 86 of the usable space 18, a fruit and/or vegetable compartment 66 is arranged in the usable space 18. The built-in element 20, 70, 72, 74 is configured as a shelf 36. The built-in elements 20, 70, 72, 74 which are configured as shelves 36 are arranged spaced apart one above the other in the usable space 18. The built-in element 68 defines a drawer 40. Here the built-in element 68 which is configured as a drawer 40 is arranged in the usable space 18 between the fruit and vegetable compartment 66 and the built-in element 70 which is configured as a shelf 36. The second built-in element 22, 76, 78, 80 is configured as a door tray 44.

In this exemplary embodiment, the transport fixing device 14 has a transport fixing unit 16 and a second transport fixing unit 17. The transport fixing unit 16 and the second transport fixing unit 17 are positioned on opposing sides of the internal housing 60 in the usable space 18. The transport fixing unit 16 and the second transport fixing unit 17 are configured identically to one another, which is why only the transport fixing unit 16 is described in more detail hereinafter.

The usable space 18 receives the transport fixing unit 16. The transport fixing unit 16 is arranged so as to extend in the usable space 18 over at least substantially the entire free height of the usable space 18. The transport fixing unit 16 extends between the fruit and vegetable compartment 66 and a ceiling 87 of the internal housing 60. For a simpler and more rapid assembly, the transport fixing unit 16 is arranged in a region of the usable space 18 facing an opening 56 of the usable space 18. In at least one first method sub-step 102, the transport fixing unit 16 is inserted in the region 58 of the usable space 18 facing the opening 56. In the assembled state, the transport fixing unit 16 bears at least partially flat against the internal housing 60.

The transport fixing unit 16 has at least one molded fiber part 28. In this exemplary embodiment, the transport fixing unit 16 is configured in one piece and namely integrally.

The transport fixing unit 16 has at least one fixing region 24, 88, 90, 92, 94 for at least partially fixing at least the built-in element 20, 68, 70, 72, 74 in the usable space 18. The transport fixing unit 16 has at least one second fixing region 26, 96, 98, 100 for at least partially fixing the second built-in element 22, 76, 78, 80 in the usable space 18. The fixing region 24, 88, 90, 92, 94 and the second fixing region 26, 96, 98, 100 are arranged on opposing sides 122, 124 of the transport fixing unit 16. The fixing region 24, 88, 90, 92, 94 and the second fixing region 26, 96, 98, 100 are configured for receiving at least one edge region 30, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, 118, 120 of the support element 32.

In this exemplary embodiment, the fixing region 24, 88, 90, 92 is configured for receiving at least one edge region 34 of the shelf 36. The fixing region 94 is configured for receiving at least one edge region 38 of the drawer 40. The second fixing region 26, 96, 98, 100 is provided for receiving at least one edge region 42 of the door tray 44.

The transport fixing unit 16 provides at least one stop region 46 for at least one flap 48 of the built-in element 22, 50 for the usable space 18. The door tray 44 has a flap 54. The flap 48 is configured here as the flap 54 of the door tray 44. For fixing the flap 54, the transport fixing unit 16 provides at least one stop region 52 for at least the flap 54. The stop region 52 is identical to the stop region 46. In a closed state of the household refrigeration appliance door 64, the transport fixing unit 16 fixes the flap 54 of the door tray 44 in a closed state of the flap 54.

A schematic flow diagram illustrated in FIG. 2 of a method for securing a transport of an appliance 12 comprises the first method sub-step 102 and a second method sub-step 104. In this exemplary embodiment, the second method sub-step 104 is carried out after the first method sub-step 102 relative to a chronological progression. In the first method sub-step 102, the transport fixing unit 16 is arranged in the usable space 18 for at least partially fixing at least the built-in element 20, 68, 70, 72, 74 for the usable space 18. In at least the second method sub-step 104, the second transport fixing unit 17 is arranged in the usable space 18 for securing a transport of the appliance 12.

16. A transport fixing device, comprising:

at least one transport fixing unit being at least partially received in a usable space of an appliance and having at least one fixing region for at least partially fixing at least one built-in element of the appliance in the usable space, said at least one transport fixing unit further having at least one molded fiber part.

17. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit has at least one second fixing region for at least partially fixing at least one second built-in element of the appliance in the usable space.

18. The transport fixing device according to claim 17, wherein said at least one fixing region and said at least one second fixing region are disposed on opposing sides of said at least one transport fixing unit.

19. The transport fixing device according to claim 17, wherein said at least one fixing region and/or said at least one second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a support element of the appliance.

20. The transport fixing device according to claim 19, wherein said at least one fixing region and/or said at least one second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a shelf of the appliance.

21. The transport fixing device according to claim 19, wherein said at least one fixing region and/or said at least one second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a drawer of the appliance.

22. The transport fixing device according to claim 19, wherein said at least one fixing region and/or said at least one second fixing region is/are configured for receiving at least one edge region of a door tray of the appliance.

23. The transport fixing device according to claim 19, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit defines at least one stop region for at least one flap of a built-in element of the appliance in the usable space.

24. The transport fixing device according to claim 23, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit defines at least one stop region for at least one flap of a door tray of the appliance.

25. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit is configured in one piece.

26. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit is disposed in a region of the usable space facing an opening of the usable space.

27. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit is disposed in the usable space so as to extend at least substantially over an entire free height of the usable space.

28. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein said at least one transport fixing unit is inserted in the usable space of the appliance.

29. The transport fixing device according to claim 16, wherein:

the transport fixing device is a household appliance transport fixing device; and
the appliance is a household appliance.

30. The transport fixing device according to claim 28, wherein the appliance is a freezer cabinet, a chest freezer, a refrigerator, an upright freezer, a cooking appliance or a dishwasher.

31. An appliance product, comprising:

an appliance having a usable space
a transport fixing device according to claim 16, said at least one transport fixing unit disposed in said usable space.

32. The appliance product according to claim 31, wherein said appliance product is a household appliance product.

33. A method for securing a transport of an appliance, the method comprises the steps of:

providing a transport fixing device having a transport fixing unit with at least one molded fiber part; and
disposing the transport fixing unit in a usable space of the appliance for at least partially fixing at least one built-in element for the usable space.
