SHOE BODY FIXING STRUCTURE

A shoe body fixing structure, including: a sole, the sole is fixedly connected with a connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly is fixedly connected with an upper. The connecting assembly includes a sewing thread, a latch and a latch pocket. The upper and the sole are connected by using the sewing thread, one end of the sewing thread is attached to a prefabricated latch, and the latch is placed in the latch pocket fixed to the sole. The latch pocket is opened, the latch is taken out and pulled to pull out the entire sewing thread connected to it, so that the upper and the sole can be unfixed, completely separated, and enter a corresponding recycling process respectively. Thus it has advantages of convenient disassembly and convenient recycling.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of shoes bodies, in particular to a shoe body fixing structure.

BACKGROUND

Environmental friendliness and sustainable development are important trends in the field of footwear and apparel. Currently, many well-known manufacturers use environmentally friendly materials for their footwear products, which can be recycled and reused.

However, in fact, at present, about 20 billion pairs of shoes are produced every year in the world, of which less than 3% may be properly disposed of after being discarded. Because an upper and a sole have different functions and different materials, they need to be disassembled and sorted before they are recycled. Most of the existing footwear products use a hot injection bonding process for the upper and the sole, which is still difficult to disassemble after the service life is reached, resulting in difficult and incomplete separation and poor economic benefits. Therefore, difficulty of dismantling has become the biggest obstacle to the recycling of shoes. Un-recycled shoes are mainly disposed of through landfill and incineration, but the landfill will continue to pollute the environment for decades, and the incineration will produce a large amount of greenhouse gases and harmful gases, meanwhile renewable materials used in production are also wasted.

SUMMARY

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a shoe body fixing structure, aiming to solve the problems existing in the background technologies.

Embodiments of the present disclosure is achieved in this way, the shoe body fixing structure, including:

    • A sole, the sole is fixedly connected with a connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly is fixedly connected with an upper.

As a further embodiment of the present disclosure, the connecting assembly includes a sewing thread, a latch and a latch pocket; the sewing thread is fixedly connected to the sole and the upper, one end of the sewing thread is fixedly connected to the latch, and the latch pocket is fixedly connected to the sole.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an explosion structure of a shoe body fixing structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

In the drawings, 1—upper, 2—sewing thread, 3—latch, 4—latch pocket, 5—sole.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the present disclosure will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understand that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

The specific implementation of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1, it provides a shoe body fixing structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the shoe body fixing structure including:

    • A sole, the sole is fixedly connected with a connecting assembly, and the connecting assembly is fixedly connected with an upper.

In the embodiment, the connecting assembly includes a sewing thread, a latch and a latch pocket; the sewing thread is fixedly connected to the sole and the upper, one end of the sewing thread is fixedly connected to the latch, and the latch pocket is fixedly connected to the sole. The sewing of the sewing thread adopts the technology of the slipknot principle. For example, the sealing rope of the rice packaging bag also adopts this principle technology, the technology is common sense in sewing, so it will not be described in detail herein. The upper and the sole are connected by using the sewing thread, one end of the sewing thread is attached to a prefabricated latch, and the latch is placed in the latch pocket attached to the sole. The latch pocket is opened, the latch is taken out and pulled to pull out the entire sewing thread connected to it, so that the upper and the sole can be unfixed, completely separated, and enter a corresponding recycling process respectively. Thus it has advantages of convenient disassembly and convenient recycling.

The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure shall be included within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
