One or a plurality of seat base frames 1 are detachably connected, and the backrest 5 is detachably installed on the back side of the sofa base. The length of each seat base frame 1 is for one person.

In an exemplary embodiment, two seat base frames 1 are arranged, and the adjacent sides of the two seat base frames 1 can be detachably connected through the torx handle screws 8. The backrest 5 is detachably connected to the rear side of each seat base frame 1. When in use, the two seat base frames 1 are fixed with the torx handle screws 8 to form a two-person sofa for use, or the two seat base frames 1 are disassembled from each other to form two one-person sofas for use. Even they can be combined with a chaise lounge type sofa for use. In addition, the number of the seat base frames 1 can also be three to form a three-person sofa, or four to form a four-person sofa, both of which can be combined, disassembled or combined with the chaise lounge type sofa in the way the same as the two-person sofa. Therefore, the structure for use is flexible.

The sofa base also comprises a footrest base frame 3 combined with or fixed with the torx handle screws 8 at the front side of the seat base frame 1

The footrest base frame 3 can be arranged at the front side of any seat base frame 1. When located at the front sides of the seat base frames at both sides, the footrest base frame 3 forms a chaise lounge type sofa with the corresponding seat base frame 1.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, both the seat base frame 1 and the footrest base frame 3 comprise a steel plate base frame 14 which is a square frame structure formed by bending steel plates. Sofa leg 10 is installed on the underside of the seat base frame 1 and the footrest base frame 3. The sofa leg 10 is screwed into the rivet nuts that are pre-fixed on the seat base frame 1 and the footrest base frame 3 by screws and spring pads.

Specifically, the steel plate base frame 14 is made by steel plates after laser cutting, bending and welding. Two reinforcing steel plates are arranged on both sides of the seat base frame 1 respectively in order to increase the strength. The reinforcing steel plates are provided with connecting holes. The two seat base frames 1 are connected through the torx handle screws 8 passing through the connecting holes, and the structure after connection is more stable.

Fixing timber blocks 9 are fixedly installed on the inner side of the steel base frame 14 and along the circumference of the steel plate base frame 14.

Specifically, a steel structure groove is provided on the inner side of the steel plate base frame 14 and along the circumference of the steel plate base frame 14. The steel structure groove is formed by bending the steel plate, and the fixing timber blocks 9 are placed in the steel structure groove and fixed with self-tapping screws, which makes the structure more stable and facilitates the edge closing of sofa.

The spring assembly 4 comprises S-shaped arc springs and balance springs 13. The S-shaped arc springs are arranged in columns with intervals and detachably arranged on the steel plate base frame 14, and the balance springs 13 are in an inclined way installed between the steel plate base frame 14 and ‘t base frame 1 is provided with a first installation part 16, and the backrest 5 is detachably connected to the first installation part 16.

Specifically, the first installation part 16 on the rear side of the seat base frame 1 is provided with a first connecting hole 17, and the backrest 5 is detachably connected to the rear side of the seat base frame 1 through a connector passing through the backrest connecting hole.

The backrest 5 is a wooden backrest assembly 2 or a steel backrest assembly.

As shown in FIG. 9, the wooden backrest assembly 2 is in a wooden frame structure, which comprises an upper plate 24, a lower plate 23 and two side plates 25, wherein, the upper plate 24 and the lower plate 23 are arranged in an upper and lower structure with an interval. The two side plates 25 are located at both ends of the upper plate 24 and the lower plate 23 respectively and are fixed with the corresponding upper plate 24 or the lower plate 23. The thickness of the upper plate 24 and lower plate 23 is 18 mm, and the thickness of the side plates 25 is 12 mm. The timber blocks are arranged between the upper plate 24 and the lower plate 23 and along the length of the wooden backrest assembly 2. The timber blocks are cut in batches from pine wood, as the skeleton to support the wooden backrest assembly 2. A second connecting hole is set on the lower plate 23 and corresponding to the first connecting hole 17, with iron embedded parts inside. The handle screws pass through the first connecting hole 17 and the second connecting hole respectively to install the wooden backrest assembly 2 on the rear side of the seat base frame 1.

As shown in FIG. 6, the steel backrest assembly comprises a steel backrest 5 and a storage box 7, wherein, the storage box 7 is arranged between the first installation part 16 and the steel backrest 5. The storage box 7 and the first installation part 16 are detachably connected, and also, the storage box 7 and the steel backrest 5 are detachably connected.

Specifically, the storage box 7 is in a hidden type and made of steel plate through laser cutting, bending and welding. The lower side of the storage box 7 is bolted to the first installation part 16. When the sofa is used, a sofa cushion in front covers the storage box 7 for the storage in a hidden type.

The steel backrest 5 is made of steel plates through laser cutting and bending, and the bottom of the steel backrest 5 is bent to form a connecting part, which is bolted to the upper side of the storage box 7. Both ends of the rear side of the steel backrest 5 are also fixedly bolted to an L-shaped backrest connector 18. A connecting hole is opened on the backrest connector 18. The steel backrest 5 can be connected and fixed with the wooden backrest assembly or armrest on the corresponding side through the torx handle screws 8 passing through the connecting hole.

In order to facilitate charging, a socket 26 with a strong current jack and a USB jack is provided on the upper side of the storage box 7. The rear side of the storage box 7 is provided with a through hole through which the power line of the socket 26 passes. For preventing abrasion of the power line, a protective rubber sleeve is set in the through hole to protect the power line.

The wooden backrest assembly 2 can be used alone or in combination with the steel backrest assembly.

In one embodiment, the wooden backrest assembly 2 is installed on the rear side of the seat base frame 1.

In another embodiment, the steel backrest assembly is installed on the rear side of a seat base frame 1, and the wooden backrest assembly is installed on the rear side of the other seat base frames 1. The steel backrest assembly can be installed at the rear side of the seat base frame 1 at any position, such as at the rear side of the seat base frames 1 on both sides, or at the rear side of the seat base frame 1 in the middle. For later use, the positions of the wooden backrest assembly and the steel backrest assembly can be exchanged as needed.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the four corners on the upper sides and the four corners on the lower sides of the seat base frame and footrest base frame are rounded to increase the stress area of each corner, reduce the instantaneous pressure on each corner when the product touches the floor, and reduce the risk of damage.

The sofa armrest 6 comprises a first armrest plate 21, a second armrest plate 22 and support timber blocks 20. The first armrest plate 21 and the second armrest plate 22 are arranged with an interval, and the support timber blocks are arranged between the first armrest plate 21 and the second armrest plate 22 for support.

The first armrest plate 21 and the second armrest plate 22 are both multilayer plates with a thickness of 12 mm, which are made by cutting and milling with an engraving machine. An iron embedded part 19 is pre-installed on the first armrest plate 21, and the armrest can be fixed on the corresponding seat base frame 1 by inserting the torx handle screw 8 into the iron embedded part 19.

It can be accurately and firmly connected with other parts by pre-installing the iron embedded part 19 on the armrest.

The timber blocks are cut in batches from pine wood, as the skeleton to support the whole armrest. Besides determining the armrest width, the timber blocks make the armrest firmer.

In this application, each seat base frame 1, footrest base frame 3, sofa armrest 6, backrest 5 and sofa leg are detachably installed, which can be completely disassembled for transportation and storage, or combined at will for use. The invention is convenient for transportation and storage, and makes the structure of use flexible and changeable.
