DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Technical solutions in embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below with reference to accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those who skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without creative efforts shall fall within scopes of protection of the present disclosure.

A purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a hair pressing device, when a diameter of a heating assembly changes, hair pressing sheets press hair on a surface of the heating assembly, and when the heating assembly has a relatively large size, the hair pressing sheets are bent and deformed at deformation positions, so that pressure acting on the hair is effectively reduced, and after finishing curling the hair, the hair pressed between the hair pressing sheets and the heating assembly is smoothly taken out.

Another purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a hair curler including the hair pressing device.

Please refer to FIGS. 1-9.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provides a hair pressing device, a heating assembly 2 having a diameter being adjustable and a plurality of hair pressing sheets 1 disposed on a periphery of the heating assembly 2 in a radial direction of the heating assembly 2. Each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 includes a deformation position 11 in an axial direction of the heating assembly 2, so that each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is bent at a corresponding deformation position 11 when a gap between the heating assembly 2 and each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is reduced or an amount of hair is increased.

It should be noted that the hair pressing device of the present disclosure is mainly suitable for the case where the diameter of the heating assembly 2 is adjustable, certainly, it may also be suitable for the case where the diameter of the heating assembly 2 is not adjustable, a thickness of the hair around the heating assembly 2 is different, and the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 may be bent when the thickness of the hair wound around the periphery of the heating assembly 2 is thicker.

In a process of using the hair pressing device of the present disclosure, the heating assembly 2 is a structure capable of adjusting the diameter, when the diameter of the heating assembly 2 is relatively small, a gap between the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the heating assembly 2 is sufficient enough. After the hair is wound on the heating assembly 2, and is complete in curling, pressure acting on the hair from the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is moderate, so that the hair may be smoothly taken out from the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the heating assembly 2. After the diameter of the heating assembly 2 is adjusted to be larger, the gap between the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the heating assembly 2 is reduced, and after the hair is wound on the heating assembly 2, each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 deforms at the corresponding deformation position 11, so that the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are bent and deformed. However, since the deformation position 11 is a position prone to be deformed, the pressure acting on the hair may still be kept within a reasonable range even after each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is bent and deformed at the corresponding deformation position 11, so that the hair may be smoothly taken out between the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the heating assembly 2, the hair is avoided from being broken due to large pressure from the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1, and scalp of users may be avoided from pulling and causing pain, thereby improving use experience of the users.

In one specific embodiment, a thickness of the corresponding deformation position 11 is less than a thickness of other positions of each of the hair pressing sheets 1 in an extension direction of each of the hair pressing sheets.

Specifically, each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is integrally formed, a thickness of each of the plurality the hair pressing sheets 1 is reduced at the corresponding deformation position 11, and when the diameter of the heating assembly 2 becomes larger, in a process of using, each of the plurality of the pressing sheets 1 is bent at a position having a thinner thickness. Since the thickness of the corresponding deformation position is relatively thinner, after each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is bent, the pressure acting on the hair from each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is not too large, and the hair is smoothly taken out after curling.

As shown in FIGS. 7-8, two arc-shaped grooves 111 are defined on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1.

Specifically, the arc-shaped grooves 111 may also be replaced by grooves of other shapes, such as rectangular grooves, and are specifically determined according to actual situations.

As shown in FIG. 9, through holes 112 for deformation of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are defined on the corresponding deformation position 11 in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the heating assembly 2.

Specifically, the through holes 112 are distributed at intervals in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the heating assembly 2.

In the embodiment, each the through holes 112 weaken strength of a corresponding deformation position, when the diameter of the heating assembly 2 becomes larger, the corresponding deformation position 11 is easily bent and deformed.

In a specific embodiment, the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are made by combing different materials. A soft connecting component is disposed on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1, so that each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 deforms at the corresponding deformation position 11 when a size of the heating assembly 2 becomes larger.

In a specific process of using, since the soft connecting component is easily bent, when the diameter of the heating assembly 2 becomes larger, the deformation position 11 is easily bent and deformed. Meanwhile, since the soft connecting component is soft in material, after the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are deformed, the pressure acting on the hair may not be too large, and the hair may be smoothly taken out after curling the hair.

It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiment, technical solutions that the thickness of the corresponding deformation position 11 less than the thickness of other positions of each of the hair pressing sheets 1, the two arc-shaped grooves 111 defined on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1, the through holes 112 for deformation of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 defined on the corresponding deformation position 11, the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 made by combing different materials, and the soft connecting component disposed on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1, etc. may be arbitrarily combined. For example, the soft connecting component is disposed on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the arc-shaped grooves are defined on the soft connecting component; or, the soft connecting component is disposed on the deformation position 11 of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the through holes 112 for the deformation of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are defined on the soft connecting component. Any two of the foregoing technical solutions, or any three or a combination thereof, may be specifically determined according to actual situations.

In a specific embodiment, a cross section of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 is of a T-shaped structure, and the deformation position 11 is disposed at a vertical portion of the T-shaped structure. As shown in FIGS. 1-2, a horizontal portion of the T-shaped structure is connected to a hair pushing component 7, and certainly, the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 may also be configured to be in other shapes satisfying requirements, and may be specifically determined according to actual situations.

Preferably, shapes and sizes of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are the same, and the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 are distributed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the heating assembly 2.

Preferably, an arc surface is disposed at one end of each of the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 facing the heating assembly 2 for further contact with the hair, after curling the hair, since a contact area between the arc-shaped surface and the hair is relatively small, the pressure acting on the hair is further reduced, which is convenient for smoothly taking out the hair between the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1 and the heating assembly 2.

In addition to the hair pressing device as foregoing, the present disclosure further provides a hair curler including the hair pressing device as foregoing, and structures of other portions of the hair curler may refer to the prior art, and details are not described herein again.

In a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the heating assembly 2 includes a plurality of heating components 21, the plurality of the heating components 21 are disposed in the circumferential direction of the heating assembly 21, a rotating shaft 22 is disposed at a central axis of the heating assembly 2, a fixing column 27 is fixedly disposed on an outer periphery of the rotating shaft 22, and the rotating shaft 22 is disposed on the positioning frame 26. A first guiding component 24 and a second guiding component 25 are disposed at two ends of the heating assembly 2 in an axis direction of the heating assembly 2, rotating an adjusting cover 23 may drive the first guiding component 24 and the second guiding component 25 to rotate, each of the plurality of the heating components 21 includes matching portions matched with the first guiding component 24 and the second guiding component 25, when the first guiding component 24 and the second guiding component 25 rotate, the diameter of the heating assembly 2 may become larger or smaller. A hair pushing component is disposed on an outer periphery of the heating assembly 2, the motor gear box 3 includes a connecting shaft 5 connected to a power component and a gear 6 driven by the connecting shaft 5 to rotate, the gear 6 is connected to the hair pushing component and drives the hair pushing component to rotate. As shown in FIG. 2, the hair curler includes a handle 3, the motor gear box 4, the hair pushing component, the plurality of the hair pressing sheets 1, and a rotating cover, etc.

Certainly, the hair curler may also be in other structural forms meeting requirements, and details are not described herein.
