SEPARABLE VACUUM PRESERVATION DEVICE
A separable vacuum preservation device includes a base body and a cover body rotatably connected to the base body, and the base body and the cover body form a sealed cavity when they are closed. The separable vacuum preservation device further includes a hand-held unit, and the hand-held unit has a vacuum mechanism to draw out air. The base body is provided with an installation part for accommodating the hand-held unit, and the base body is provided with an air extraction pipe connecting the sealed cavity and the vacuum mechanism. The separable vacuum preservation device has a hand-held unit which may be used cooperatively with the base body to draw out air from storage saver bag, or the hand-held unit may be used independently to draw out air from other fresh-keeping containers such as storage box, storage bottle, and so on.
The present disclosure relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a separable vacuum preservation device.
BACKGROUNDIn recent years, vacuum preservation device, mainly used to remove air from fresh-keeping container such as food storage saver bag, storage box, and so on, has emerged on the market. The fresh-keeping container is vacuumized to a preset degree before sealing the product in the container, so as to create an environment that prevents the growth and proliferation of bacteria, thereby reducing deterioration of food quality and spoilage. As such, the vacuum preservation device has the functions of sealing and increasing the shelf life of the food item while keeping food fresh.
Currently, the commercially available vacuum preservation devices generally have a single range of applications and are only able to vacuumize a single category of fresh-keeping container. However, there are various kinds of fresh-keeping containers on the market including food storage saver bags, storage boxes and storage bottles of varying designs, etc. Therefore, there is a need to develop a vacuum preservation device which has a wide range of applications and is convenient to operate to address the above problems.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSUREThe present disclosure provides a separable vacuum preservation device, the main purpose of which is to address the problem that the existing vacuum preservation device has limited application range and cannot adapt to the needs of various fresh-keeping containers.
The technical solutions of the present disclosure are described below.
A separable vacuum preservation device includes a base body and a cover body rotatably connected to the base body, and the base body and the cover body form a sealed cavity when they are closed. The separable vacuum preservation device further includes a hand-held unit, and the hand-held unit has a vacuum mechanism to draw out air. The base body is provided with an installation part for accommodating the hand-held unit, and the base body is provided with an air extraction pipe connecting the sealed cavity and the vacuum mechanism.
Further, the hand-held unit includes a casing and an air extraction nozzle. The vacuum mechanism is configured inside the casing. The air extraction nozzle is fixedly connected to an end of the casing and is configured to connect the vacuum mechanism with a fresh-keeping container.
Further, a side of the base body is provided with an installation recess, and the installation recess is provided with an avoidance concave part at a position corresponding to the air extraction nozzle and an installation hole for installing the air extraction pipe. The installation recess and the avoidance concave part form the installation part.
Further, the vacuum mechanism is a vacuum pump.
Further, the hand-held unit has a connection part. The base body is connectable to an external power supply and is electrically connected to the hand-held unit through the connection part.
Further, the connection part has a first contact fixedly provided on a bottom of the hand-held unit, and a second contact is fixedly provided in the installation part. When the hand-held unit is installed in the installation part, the first contact and the second contact come in close contact with each other.
Further, a battery is provided in the hand-held unit, and the base body is connected to the battery through the connection part, so as to charge the battery.
Further, the base body is provided with a heat sealing mechanism beside the sealing cavity. The hand-held unit is provided with a sealing button for controlling the heat sealing mechanism and a vacuum button for controlling the vacuum mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages.

The present disclosure adopts a design of separable structure, according to which the vacuum mechanism is configured inside the hand-held unit, and the hand-held unit may be used cooperatively with the base body to draw out air from storage saver bag, or the hand-held unit may be used independently to draw out air from other fresh-keeping containers such as storage box, storage bottle, and so on. Thus, the present disclosure is flexible and convenient while meeting the demands of various fresh-keeping containers on the market.
- 2. The hand-held unit of the present disclosure is light and handy and has compact structure. The base body is provided with an installation part which allows the user to put back the hand-held unit conveniently, such that the structure of the separable vacuum preservation device is even more compact and reasonable, and quick mount and quick dismount of the hand-held unit can be realized while improving the overall appearance. Additionally, the hand-held unit is internally provided with a battery, when the hand-held unit is separated with the base body the battery can directly supplies power to the hand-held unit, thereby facilitating the use of the hand-held unit.
- 3. The design of the present disclosure can greatly reduce the production cost and make storage of the vacuum preservation device easier. Compared with other vacuum preservation devices that require an additional hose to vacuumize storage box or zipper bags, the separable vacuum preservation device is convenient to operate and can free the user's hands during the vacuum process.

1. A separable vacuum preservation device, comprising a base body and a cover body rotatably connected to the base body,
- wherein the base body and the cover body form a sealed cavity when they are closed; the separable vacuum preservation device further comprises a hand-held unit, and the hand-held unit has a vacuum mechanism to draw out air, the base body is provided with an installation part for accommodating the hand-held unit, and the base body is provided with an air extraction pipe connecting the sealed cavity and the vacuum mechanism; wherein the base body is provided with a heat sealing mechanism beside the sealing cavity, the hand-held unit is provided with a sealing button for controlling the heat sealing mechanism and a vacuum button for controlling the vacuum mechanism; the base body and cover body are respectively provided with an upper sealing foam and a lower sealing foam at corresponding positions;
- wherein, the connection part has a first contact fixedly provided on a bottom of the hand-held unit, and a second contact is fixedly provided in the installation part when the hand-held unit is installed in the installation part, the first contact and the second contact come in close contact with each other, thus the hand-held unit quickly electrically connected to the base body.

The separable vacuum preservation device according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held unit comprises a casing and an air extraction nozzle, the vacuum mechanism is configured inside the casing, the air extraction nozzle is fixedly connected to an end of the casing and is configured to connect the vacuum mechanism with a fresh-keeping container.

The separable vacuum preservation device according to claim 2, wherein a side of the base body is provided with an installation recess, and the installation recess is provided with an avoidance concave part at a position corresponding to the air extraction nozzle and an installation hole for installing the air extraction pipe, the installation recess and the avoidance concave part form the installation part.
4. The separable vacuum preservation device according to claim 1, wherein the vacuum mechanism is a vacuum pump.
5. The separable vacuum preservation device according to claim 1, wherein the hand-held unit has a connection part, the base body is connectable to an external power supply and is electrically connected to the hand-held unit through the connection part.
