T-SHAPED CORNER BRACKET APPARATUS AND METHOD

A system includes an initial position identified to build one or more connected structures. The system also includes one or more corner brackets attached to a plurality of frame members at the initial position. The system also includes a plurality of mid-beams and center braces positioned in between each of the frame members and each of the corner brackets to enable decorative screen panels to be placed between each of the frame members and corner brackets. The decorative screen panels are positioned over the mid-beams and center beams and in between the corner brackets and frame members. The system also includes a plurality of corner posts each inserted into one of the corner brackets. The corner posts, combined with the corner brackets form a T-shaped frame around the decorative screen panels.

Description
FIELD OF INVENTION

Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a systems and methods of a T-shaped bracket within a connected structure.

BACKGROUND

Typical structures that are in indoor or outdoor venues can usually be very non-sturdy structures that often have to be replaced frequently. The non-sturdy structures can often be simple folding umbrellas above tables. Other structures can also include a non-sturdy tent that can be used to cover an indoor or outdoor gathering.

An issue with a covering structure such as a folding umbrella is that the structural support for the structures can often just be in one point of the structure, such as for a folding umbrella. The support for the structure is not in other areas of the structure. The folding umbrella can also require frequent replacement with other such umbrellas as well.

A further issue for other covering structures is that the structural support at the critical points of the structure is not very sturdy, such as for a tent-like structure. For instance, for a tent-like structure, the support for may be very unreliable at each of the critical points of the structure. The tent-like structure can be very easily disturbed with one or more minor unforeseen events affecting the critical points of the tent-like structure.

Accordingly, there is a need for a more sturdy structure that can be used as a covering structure for outdoor and indoor spaces and venues. Moreover, there is a need for a structure that can last longer without having to be frequently replaced. In addition there is a need for a structure that has solid structural support at each corner or critical point of the structure.

SUMMARY

Embodiments in accordance with the present invention provide system, wherein an initial position is identified to build one or more connected structures. The system also includes one or more corner brackets attached to a plurality of frame members at the initial position. The system also includes a plurality of mid-beams positioned in between each of the frame members and each of the corner brackets to enable decorative screen panels to be placed between each of the frame members and corner brackets. The decorative screen panels are positioned over the mid-beams and in between the corner brackets and frame members. The system also includes a plurality of corner posts each inserted into one of the corner brackets. The corner brackets, frame members, and decorative screen panels are positioned at an angle. The corner posts, combined with the corner brackets form a T-shaped frame around the decorative screen panels.

The system also includes a series of bottom plates used to provide structural support for the plurality of corner posts.

One or more locking mechanisms are positioned in the plurality of corner posts.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a system includes a corner bracket positioned at an initial position with a plurality of holes. The system also includes a plurality of frame members configured to be placed within the corner bracket. At least one of the plurality of frame members will be placed at one end of the corner bracket. At least another one of the plurality of frame members will be placed at another end of the corner bracket. The plurality of frame members combined with the corner bracket form a T-shaped bracket. The system also includes a corner post positioned underneath the corner bracket to provide support for the corner bracket and plurality of frame members.

The system also includes one or more additional corner brackets positioned in parallel to the first corner bracket.

The system also includes a plurality of mid-beams being placed within at least one of the frame members.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method includes identifying an initial position to build one or more connected structures. The method also includes attaching one or more corner brackets to a plurality of frame members at the initial position. The corner brackets are positioned in a plurality of positions. The method also includes positioning a plurality of mid-beams in between each of the frame members and each of the corner brackets to enable decorative screen panels to be placed between each of the frame members and corner brackets. The method also includes positioning the decorative screen panels over the mid-beams and in between the corner brackets and frame members. The method also includes inserting a plurality of corner posts into each of the corner brackets. The corner brackets, frame members, and decorative screen panels are positioned at an angle. The corner posts combined with the corner brackets form a T-shaped frame around the decorative screen panels.

The method also includes placing openings within each of the corner brackets to secure the T-shaped bracket.

The method also includes placing welded brackets within the frame members to enable the frame members to be secured within the one or more corner brackets.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The T-bracket structure can be a more sturdy structure that includes a T-shape support pillar at each corner of the T-bracket structure. Corner brackets can be placed at an initial position that a user can identify in one or more outdoor or indoor venues. After the initial position to construct the T-bracket structure has been identified, one or more of the corner bracket can be configured. Each of the configured corner brackets can have corresponding frame members positioned within each end of the corner brackets. Mid-beams and center-beams can be positioned within openings/rivets that are within the frame members. The mid-beams and center beams will be configured to enable one or more decorative screen panels to be positioned over the mid-beams and center-beams.

The decorative screen panels can provide a protective shading for items underneath the decorative screen panels and within the T-bracket structure. The remaining corner brackets and frame members can be configured after the decorative screen panels have been secured.

The corner posts can be secured within the respective corner brackets. Further, the portion of the T-bracket structure that the corner post needs to be inserted into will be tilted by the user at an angle to enable the corner post to be inserted into the respective corner bracket. Locking mechanisms can be positioned within the corner brackets to ensure that the corner posts are secure within their respective corner brackets.

The respective corner post, corner bracket, and frame members form a T-shape structure. Each corner of the T-bracket structure thereby has a T-shape structure that will provide very reliable structural support at each corner of the T-bracket structure. The support of the T-bracket structure is evenly distributed at each corner of the T-bracket structure with the corresponding corner post, corner bracket, and frame members.

FIG. 1 illustrates a view of the Pergola T-bracket structure (T-bracket structure) 100. An initial position to build the connected structures that form the Pergola T-Bracket is first identified. Such an initial position can be in any typical area in which such a structure can be built. Such areas can include outdoor venues in or around restaurants or other entertainment venues. The initial position can also be in one or more indoor venues as well. Once the initial position is identified, a corner bracket 110 is configured. The corner bracket 110 will initially be placed on the ground level. Eventually, when the structure is ultimately completed, the corner bracket 110 will be positioned above the ground as part of the T-bracket structure. The corner bracket 110 will include a plurality of holes 135, 140. The plurality of holes 135, 140 are provided to enable one or more locks to be positioned within the holes 135, 140 to secure any one of the frame members or corner posts that will secured within the corner bracket 110.

Referring to FIG. 1, a plurality of frame members 120, 150 are also illustrated. The frame members 120, 150 are positioned within each end of the corner bracket 110. The frame members 120, 150 will form part of the T-bracket shape of the T-Bracket structure 100 with the corner bracket 110. Each of the frame members 120, 150 will include welded brackets 125, 145 to enable the frame members 120, 150 to remain secure within the corner bracket 110.

FIG. 1 illustrates only a portion of the T-bracket structure 100. One corner bracket 110 with frame members 120, 150 are illustrated. The T-bracket structure 110 will include other frame members and corner posts to work in conjunction with the corner bracket 110 and frame members 120, 150. In addition, as will be shown later, center beams and mid beams will be placed within the frame members 120, 150 and other frame members. When the center beams and mid beams are configured securely, one or more decorative screen panels can then be placed in between the corner bracket 110, frame members 120, 150, and other corner brackets and frame members as well.

In FIG. 2, another view of the T-bracket structure 200 is illustrated. The T-bracket structure 200 includes corner brackets 210, 230 and the frame member 220. In the T-bracket structure 200, a plurality of corner brackets and frame members will be utilized for the entire T-bracket structure 200. Typically, the T-bracket structure 200 will include up to four corner brackets, including the corner brackets 210, 230 illustrated. Both corner brackets 210, 230 can both be first positioned at the initial position. Each corner bracket 210, 230 will include holes/apertures to enable various locking mechanisms to be placed within the holes to secure the corner brackets 210, 230 onto the frame member 220. The frame member 220 will also include welded brackets to enable the frame member 220 to be secured within each corner bracket 210, 230. Moreover, the frame member 220 will also have holes/apertures to receive one or more mid-beams or center beams. The frame member 220 is configured to receive mid-beams or center beams. With the mid-beams and/or center beams positioned within the frame member 220 and other frame members, one or more decorative screen panels can be positioned within the corner brackets 210, 230 and frame member 230. As will be illustrated in the description of the figures below, the decorative screen panels provide the added benefit of protective shading from the outside elements. Further, the corner brackets 210, 230 and frame member will provide part of the T-shaped structure within the T-bracket structure 200.

Referring to FIG. 3, the T-bracket structure 300 is illustrated with more of its structural connections. The corner brackets 310, 320, 330, and 340 are shown. For the T-bracket structure 300, there will typically be the four corner brackets 310, 320, 330, and 340. Attached to each of the corner brackets 310, 320, 330, and 340 are the frame members 315, 325, 335, and 345. Typically, the T-bracket structure 300 will also include up to four frame members such as the frame members 315, 325, 335, and 345 to connect to each end of the corner brackets 310, 320, 330, and 340. The corner brackets 310, 320, 330, and 340 along with the frame members 315, 325, 335, and 345 will form part of the T-shape structure that is part of the T-bracket structure 300.

In FIG. 3, a plurality of mid-beams can be connected into the frame members. The mid-beams 360, 365, 370, 350, and 355 are shown to be connected to openings/apertures within the frame members 315, 325, 335, 345. The mid-beams 350, 355, 360, 365, and 370 can be secured within the openings or rivets of the frame members 315, 325, 335, and 345 by one or locking mechanisms.

In FIG. 3, the plurality of mid-beams 350, 355, 360, 365, and 370 can be connected to the frame members 315, 325, 335, and 345 to enable decorative screen panels to be placed on the mid-beams 350, 355, 360, 365, and 370. The decorative screen panels can provide protective shading for one or more items underneath the T-bracket structure 300. Moreover, the entire T-bracket structure 300 with the corner brackets 310, 320, 330, 340 are connected to the frame members 315, 325, 335, 345 with the mid-beams 350, 355, 360, 365, 370 connected to the frame members 315, 325, 335, 345 to enable decorative screen panels to be placed within the T-bracket structure 300.

Referring to FIG. 4, a top portion of the T-bracket structure 400 is illustrated. The top portion of the T-bracket structure 400 will include all four corner brackets. Each corner bracket is connected to a frame member at both ends of the corner brackets. Within the frame members, the mid-beams will be placed within openings within the frame members. In some embodiments, a center beam will also be placed in an opening of one or more of the frame members. Once the mid-beams, frame members and corner brackets are set, the decorative screen panels can be positioned. The decorative screen panels 410 and 420 are positioned within the corner brackets and frame members. Moreover, the decorative screen panels 410, 420 are positioned on the mid-beams and any center-beams that are in between the corner brackets and frame members. The decorative screen panels 410, 420 will provide protective shading to any items or persons positioned below the decorative screen panels 410, 420. A twist lock 430 is illustrated to lock the decorative screen panels 410, 420 securely in place.

In FIG. 4, when the decorative screen panels 410, 420 are secured on the mid-beams, the top portion of the T-bracket structure 400 can be complete, and be in a position to receive the corner posts. The corner posts can be positioned within each of the corner brackets. The top portion of the T-bracket structure 400 can be placed at an angle to receive the corner posts. Positioning the T-bracket structure 400 at an angle by tilting one of the frame members or corner brackets will allow each of the corner posts to be placed within their respective corner brackets. The portion of the T-bracket structure 400 requiring the corner post will be tilted at an angle by one or more users.

Referring to FIG. 5, the T-bracket structure 500 is illustrated at an angle. Moreover, the T-bracket structure 500 is shown to be lifted at an angle to enable corner posts to be placed within the corner brackets. After the decorative screen panels are secured over the mid-beams within the corner brackets and frame members, the corner posts can be positioned.

In FIG. 5, the T-bracket Structure 500 is illustrated with corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570. The corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570 are each connected to frame members on both ends of each corner bracket 510, 520, 550, and 570. Within the frame members and corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570, the decorative screen panels 555, 560 are illustrated. After the decorative screen panels 555, 560 are secured within the openings of the frame members, the T-bracket structure 500 can be lifted at angle to enable the corner posts 530, 540 to be positioned.

With respect to FIG. 5, each of the corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570 can be configured with corner posts, such as the corner posts 530, 540 that are illustrated. Accordingly, to insert the corner posts 530, 540 into their respective corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570, the T-bracket structure 500 is configured at an angle. The user can tilt one of the corner brackets 510, 520, 550, 570 or frame members can be tilted. When one or more of the corner brackets 510, 520, 550, 570 or frame members are tilted, the corner posts 530, 540 can be installed within their respective corner bracket 510, 520, 550, 570.

Referring to FIG. 5, after all four corner posts, including the corner posts 530, 540 shown, final bolts can be inserted into the corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570 to hold the corner posts 530, 540 secure within the corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570. When the corner posts 530, 540 are secure within the respective corner brackets 510, 520, 550, and 570, the T-bracket structure 500 can be considered completed.

In FIG. 5, after the T-bracket structure 500 is completed, the T-bracket structure 500 can be used as a covering for one or more areas. In other embodiments, the T-bracket structure 500 can be used for items to be placed on. The T-bracket structure 500 can come in various sizes that depend on the desired use of the user. The T-bracket shape 500 is shown on each corner of the T-Bracket structure 500. The T-bracket shape provides structural support in all four corners of the T-bracket structure 500, for the decorative screen panels 555, 560 configured within the T-bracket structure 500. Each corner bracket 510, 520, 550, 570 combined with their respective frame members and corner posts including the corner posts 530, 540 form a T-shaped structure at each corner of the T-bracket structure 500. Further, having four T-shaped structures at each corner of the T-bracket structure 500 provides structural support for the decorative screen panels 555, 560 so that the decorative screen panels 555, 560 remain in place securely in between the corner posts 510, 520, 550, 570 and frame members. Moreover, the decorative screen panels 555, 560 within the T-bracket structure 500 allow the area underneath the T-Bracket structure 500 to be secure from any outside elements that occur above the decorative screen panels 555, 560. In addition, the decorative screen panels 555, 560 provide protective shading for any persons or items underneath the decorative screen panels 555, 560 and within the T-bracket structure 500.

With respect to FIG. 6, a complete T-bracket structure 600 is illustrated with each of the corner posts being secured within their respective corner brackets. Each corner of the T-Bracket structure 600 will have the T-shaped structure that is combined with the respective corner bracket, frame members, and corner posts. The T-shaped structure at each corner of the T-bracket structure 600 will provide structural support frame members, mid-beams, center-beams, and the decorative screen panels within the T-bracket structure 600.

In FIG. 6, the corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 will originally be positioned at an initial position. The frame members 620, 640, 655, and 665 can each be positioned into both ends of the respective corner brackets 610, 615, 630, and 650. After the frame members 620, 640, 655, and 665 are secured within the respective corner brackets 610, 615, 630, and 650, the mid-beams and any center-beams can be positioned in between the corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 and the frame members 620, 640, 655, 665. Once the mid-beams and center-beam are securely positioned within the openings within the frame members 620, 640, 655, 665, the decorative screen panels 660 can be positioned between the corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 and frame members 620, 640, 655, and 665. The decorative screen panels 660 will provide enhanced decorative features and protective shading within the T-bracket structure 600.

Referring to FIG. 6, after the decorative screen panels 660 have been secured, the corner posts 670, 675, 680, and 685 can be installed within the respective corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650. One of the frame members 620, 640, 655, 665 and/or corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 can be tilted at an angle on a series of occasions to enable the corner posts 670, 675, 680, and 685 to be placed within their respective corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650. Once the corner posts 670, 675, 680, 685 have been secured, locking mechanisms can be placed within the respective corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 to ensure that the corner posts 670, 675, 680, and 685 are secured within the corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650.

Still referring to FIG. 6, the corner brackets 610, 615, 630, 650 combined with the frame members 620, 640, 655, 665 and corner posts 610, 615, 630, 650 to form a T-shape structure at each corner of the T-bracket structure 600. Accordingly, each corner of the T-bracket structure 600 will have a T-shaped structure, or four T-shaped structures within the T-bracket structure 600 which will provide structural support for the frame members, mid-beams, center-teams, and the decorative screen panels 660.

With respect to FIG. 6, the decorative screen panels 660 are secured within the T-bracket structure 600. Moreover, the decorative screen panels 660 can act as a cover over one or more users or items that are directly underneath the decorative screen panels 660, and thereby provide protecting shading for the items and the users of the T-bracket structure 600. The four t-shaped structures within the T-bracket structure 600 will enable the decorative screen panels 660 to have the needed structural support to remain and place and provide a protective screening for any users or items positioned underneath the decorative screen panels 660.

Referring to FIG. 7, a method 700 is illustrated for putting together the T-Bracket structure consisting of the corner brackets, frame members, mid-beams, and corner posts. With the steps of method 700, the t-shaped structure at each corner of the T-bracket structure can be provided. The T-shaped structures will enable the frame members, mid-beams, center-beams and the decorative screen panels to have structural support at each corner of the T-bracket structure to securely remain in place.

In FIG. 7, at step 710, one or more users building the T-bracket structure will search for an initial position to build one or more connected structures that will comprise the T-bracket structure. The one or more users will identify an outdoor space that is usually near a venue such as a restaurant or shopping area.

Referring to FIG. 7, at step 720, one or more corner brackets are first positioned in the identified initial position(s). The T-bracket structure is constructed by first positioning one or more of the corner brackets. Once a single corner bracket is positioned, corresponding frame members are inserted into each end of the corner bracket. Further the frame members and corner brackets can have openings that will allow for locking mechanisms or other connections to be inserted within the openings. At least two corner brackets will typically be installed before mid-beams and/or center beams are positioned in between the corner brackets and frame members.

In FIG. 7, at step 730, a plurality of mid-beams and center braces are positioned in between the frame members and corner brackets. Usually, about two of the corner brackets with corresponding frame members are configured to enable the mid-beams and/or center braces to be placed in openings within the frame members. The mid-beams and/or center braces are positioned within the frame members to enable decorative screen panels to be positioned on the mid-beams and/or center braces. The decorative screen panels can provide a protective shading from the outside elements to persons or items positioned underneath the T-bracket structure. Once the mid-beams and/or center-braces are secured within the frame members, the remaining corner brackets with their corresponding frame members can be configured around the mid-beams and/or center braces.

Referring to FIG. 7, at step 740, the decorative screen panels are positioned on the mid-beams and/or center beams. Further, the decorative screen panels are positioned in between the corner brackets and frame members. The decorative screen panels can provide protective shading for people seated within the T-bracket structure and underneath the decorative screen panels.

In FIG. 7, at step 750, a plurality of corner posts are each inserted into a respective corner brackets. The corner brackets, frame members, decorative screen panels, and mid-beams can be tilted at an angle to enable the corner post to be inserted into the respective corner bracket. Each time a corner post is inserted, the portion of the T-bracket structure is tilted at an angle to enable the corner post to be inserted. Each of the corner posts can have bottom plates that provide additional structural support. The corner posts, corner brackets, and frame members form a T-shape at all four corners of the T-bracket structure. The T-bracket structure has the structure support of the T-shape at all four corners of the structure.

In summary, the T-bracket structure is formed by identifying an initial position to build the structure. The initial position can be in an indoor or outdoor venue which the user desires. The corner brackets of the T-bracket structure are first positioned. Frame members are then inserted into each end of the respective corner brackets. Before all four corner brackets are positioned with their corresponding frame members, the mid-beams and center-beams are configured using the openings within the frame members. The remaining corner brackets will be configured after the mid-beams and center-beams have been secured.

The decorative screen panels can be placed over the mid-beams and center beams. The decorative screen panels can provide protective shading for the T-bracket structure. Any person or items positioned underneath the decorative screen panels will receive protective shading. The decorative screen panels can be positioned horizontally and vertically within the T-bracket structure.

The corner posts to the T-bracket structure can be assembled at the end. The side of the T-bracket structure in which the corner posts are being assembled can be titled at an angle. The frame member and/or corner bracket on that side can be titled at an angle to enable the corner post to be inserted into the respective corner bracket. Locking mechanisms can be placed within the holes of the corner bracket to ensure that the corner post is secure within the corner bracket. Moreover, each of the corner posts can be inserted by tilting the portion of the T-bracket structure in which the corner post is to be placed. After the corner post is inserted into the corner bracket, the locking mechanisms can be placed within the corner bracket to secure the corner post. After each of the corner posts have been secured within their respective corner bracket, the T-bracket structure has been fully assembled.

The fully assembled T-bracket structure provides structural support at all four corners. The corner post combined with the corner bracket and frame members provide a t-shaped structure at each corner of the T-bracket structure. Accordingly, there is structural support by the t-shaped frame at each corner of the T-shaped bracket structure. The T-bracket structure will have no visible holes or structural defects that will affect the T-bracket structure during its use. The T-bracket structure can be safely used as an entertainment space for outdoor or indoor venues. The t-shape structural support at all four corners of the T-bracket structure will ensure that the T-bracket structure will remain sturdy and upright throughout its entire use.

The present invention, in various embodiments, configurations, and aspects, includes components, methods, processes, systems and/or apparatus substantially as depicted and described herein, including various embodiments, sub-combinations, and subsets thereof. Those of skill in the art will understand how to make and use the present invention after understanding the present disclosure.

The present invention, in various embodiments, configurations, and aspects, includes providing devices and processes in the absence of items not depicted and/or described herein or in various embodiments, configurations, or aspects hereof, including in the absence of such items as may have been used in previous devices or processes, e.g., for improving performance, achieving ease and/or reducing cost of implementation.

While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present disclosure, other and further embodiments of the present disclosure may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof. It is understood that various embodiments described herein may be utilized in combination with any other embodiment described, without departing from the scope contained herein. Modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teachings or may be acquired from practice of the disclosure. Certain exemplary embodiments may be identified by use of an open-ended list that includes wording to indicate that the list items are representative of the embodiments.

Claims

1. A system comprising:

an initial position identified to build one or more connected structures;
one or more corner brackets are attached to a plurality of frame members at the initial position, wherein the corner brackets are positioned in a plurality of positions over the initial position;
a plurality of mid-beams positioned in between each of the frame members and each of the corner brackets to enable decorative screen panels to be placed between each of the frame members and corner brackets; and
the decorative screen panels positioned over the mid-beams and in between the corner brackets and frame members; and
a plurality of corner posts each inserted into one of the corner brackets, wherein the corner brackets, frame members, and decorative screen panels are positioned at an angle, and wherein the corner posts, combined with the corner brackets form a T-shaped frame around the decorative screen panels.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein a series of bottom plates are used to provide structural support for the plurality of corner posts.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein one or more locking mechanisms are positioned in the plurality of corner posts.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of frame members provide support for the plurality of corner posts.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of corner posts provide support for the T-shaped corner brackets.

6. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of frame members include welded brackets to secure the frame members to the one or more corner brackets.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the one or more corner brackets include a plurality of holes.

8. A system comprising:

a corner bracket positioned at an initial position with a plurality of holes;
a plurality of frame members configured to be placed within the corner bracket, wherein at least one of the plurality of frame members will be placed at one end of the corner bracket, and wherein at least another one of the plurality of frame members will be placed at an other end of the corner bracket, wherein the plurality of frame members combined with the corner bracket form a T-shaped bracket; and
a corner post positioned underneath the corner bracket to provide support for the corner bracket and plurality of frame members.

9. The system of claim 8, wherein one or more additional corner brackets are positioned in parallel to the first corner bracket.

10. The system of claim 8, wherein a plurality of mid-beams are placed within at least one of the frame members.

11. The system of claim 8, further comprising:

one or more center braces positioned within at least one of the frame members.

12. The system of claim 8, wherein an additional corner post provides structural support for an additional corner bracket.

13. The system of claim 8, wherein the corner post is included in the T-shaped bracket of the plurality of frame members and corner bracket.

14. The system of claim 8, wherein the corner bracket includes one or more apertures for locking mechanisms to secure the one or more frame members and corner post within the corner bracket.

15. A method comprising:

identifying an initial position to build one or more connected structures;
attaching one or more corner brackets to a plurality of frame members at the initial position, wherein the corner brackets are positioned in a plurality of positions;
positioning a plurality of mid-beams in between each of the frame members and each of the corner brackets to enable decorative screen panels to be placed between each of the frame members and corner brackets; and
positioning the decorative screen panels over the mid-beams and between the corner brackets and frame members; and
inserting a plurality of corner posts into each of the corner brackets, wherein the corner brackets, frame members, and decorative screen panels are positioned at an angle, and wherein the corner posts, combined with the corner brackets form a T-shaped frame around the decorative screen panels.

16. The method of claim 15, further comprising:

placing openings within each of the corner brackets to secure the T-shaped bracket.

17. The method of claim 15, further comprising:

placing welded brackets within the frame members to enable the frame members to be secured within the one or more corner brackets.

18. The method of claim 15, further comprising:

placing at least one center beam to connect at least one of the frame members to another frame member.

19. The method of claim 15, wherein each of the corner brackets are configured with horizontal and vertical members.

20. The method of claim 15, wherein each of the corner brackets provide structural support for the decorative screen panels.
