AIR SEAT CUSHION

An air seat cushion includes a main body and a plurality of support members. The interior of the main body has a chamber filled with air. In order to maintain the height of the chamber, the support members are spaced apart from each other and arranged inside the main body. A top and a bottom of each support member are provided with connecting plates. Each connecting plate is joined with an inner side of a corresponding portion of the main body by a press connection, so as to support the main body stably.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an air seat cushion, and more particularly to an air seat cushion having support members therein.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A soft seat cushion is used for mountaineering or camping to improve the comfort of the user when sitting and lying down. Although this kind of soft seat cushion can improve comfort due to its soft material, it is not light in weight because of its solid structure. It is inconvenient to carry the soft seat cushion. An air inflatable cushion is developed on the market. Although the weight of the inflatable cushion can be reduced, the internal structure is still complicated. As a result, the production is troublesome, the weight cannot be further reduced, and the cost cannot be further reduced.

Obviously, the existing air seat cushions for camping are not ideal and perfect, and there is a need for improvement. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an air seat cushion. The air seat cushion has the advantages of simple structure, quick manufacture, convenient portability, low cost, etc., and can meet different needs for the industry and consumers.

In order to achieve the above object, an air seat cushion is provided. The air seat cushion comprises a main body and a plurality of support members. The support members are spaced apart from each other and arranged inside the main body. A top and a bottom of each support member are provided with connecting plates. Each connecting plate is joined with an inner side of a corresponding portion of the main body by a press connection, so as to support the main body stably.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. The present invention discloses an air seat cushion 1. The air seat cushion 1 comprises a main body 11 and a plurality of support members 2. The interior of the main body 11 has a chamber filled with air. In order to maintain the height of the chamber, the support members 2 are spaced apart from each other and arranged inside the main body 11. The top and the bottom of each support member 2 are provided with connecting plates 21. Each connecting plate 21 is joined with the inner side of a corresponding portion of the main body 11 by a press connection, so as to support the main body 11 stably.

Each connecting plate 21 is connected to the main body 11 by high-frequency welding or by bonding.

The support members 2 are configured to support the interior of the main body 11 stably, so that the shape of the air seat cushion 1 can be kept and will not be excessively deformed when the user seats or lies down on the cushion. Furthermore, the structure is simple, so it is easy to manufacture and the cost is reasonable, which can effectively attract consumers to buy the cushion.

Claims

1. An air seat cushion, comprising a main body and a plurality of support members, the support members being spaced apart from each other and arranged inside the main body, a top and a bottom of each support member being provided with connecting plates, each connecting plate being joined with an inner side of a corresponding portion of the main body by a press connection, so as to support the main body stably.

2. The air seat cushion as claimed in claim 1, wherein an interior of the main body has a chamber filled with air.

3. The air seat cushion as claimed in claim 1, wherein each connecting plate is connected to the inner side of the corresponding portion of the main body by high-frequency welding.

4. The air seat cushion as claimed in claim 1, wherein each connecting plate is connected to the inner side of the corresponding portion of the main body by bonding.
