Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to eyebrow perming, and more particularly to a brush-type container-integrated eyebrow perm device used to perm eyebrow or eyelashes, wherein the eyebrow perm device is capable of performing safe perming with high perm efficiency, and a perm method using the same.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

Eyebrows basically prevent introduction of foreign matter, dust, or rainwater into the eyes. In recent years, various beauty techniques have been applied to eyebrows, particularly eyelashes, in order to more beautifully care for eyes.

That is, the eyelashes are curled upwards and outwards in order to make the eyes look bigger while making the eye sharp and distinct, which is a procedure that is particularly a favorite with women who pursue beauty.

Such eyelash curling is performed using various tools and methods. An eyelash perm rod configured such that an adhesive is applied to an outer surface of a pipe-shaped rod member is most widely used.

The perm rod is configured to have a relatively small and thin pipe shape. The perm rod is cut to a predetermined length, and the cut perm rod is attached to an upper side of eyelashes to be permed, whereby the eyelashes are curled upwards and outwards by the adhesive of the perm rod, like the shape of the pipe-shaped rod.

Meanwhile, conventional perm devices are difficult to arrange eyebrows or eyelashes and to perm the eyebrows or the eyelashes at the same time, and therefore there is a need for a solution thereto.

In addition, conventional perm agents for eyebrows have low perm efficiency when the eyebrows or the eyelashes are permed, have a detrimental effect on a skin area that is permed, and are difficult to keep and store, and therefore there is a need for a solution thereto.

The above information is the background to assist in understanding the present invention and does not mean the prior art that is widely known in the art to which the present invention pertains.
