CIGARETTE SHAKER
A cigarette shaker is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of cigarette production, including: a cylinder body, wherein an elongated position-avoiding opening is opened on one side wall corresponding to the axial direction, a notch is provided corresponding to the lower part of the position-avoiding opening, and a top of the cylinder body is movably connected with a leakage cover up and down; an offset seat, a bottom side of the leakage cover is fixed with a limiting plate, and a vibration mechanism is fixed on an outer wall of the cigarette sleeve for compacting cut tobacco or tobacco scraps; and a cocking key rotationally connected to a bottom of one side of the cylinder body.
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of cigarette production equipment, and specifically relates to a cigarette shaker capable of rapidly vibrating and compacting tobacco into cigarettes by placing the tobacco into cigarette pre-rolled paper.
BACKGROUND ARTCigarettes are items that we often contact in our daily life, and the desired tobacco is put into the cigarette pre-rolled paper to make a cigarette, and the existing tool for making cigarettes is to put the molded cigarette paper tube into the tool and use the spiral rod in the tool to gradually fill the tobacco into the cigarette paper tube, which is very inconvenient to take and put the cigarettes, and also inconvenient to be carried around.
Therefore, it is an urgent problem for technicians in this field that how to provide a cigarette shaker which can change the traditional cigarette making method by cigarette paper tubes and is easy to carry and use.
SUMMARYIn view of the above, the present disclosure provides a cigarette shaker, which is convenient for the user to make cigarettes, take and put the cigarettes, and is easy to use.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: a cigarette shaker includes:

- a cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body is provided with an elongated position-avoiding opening opened on one side wall corresponding to an axial direction thereof, the cylinder body is provided with a notch corresponding to the lower part of the position-avoiding opening, and a top of the cylinder body is movably connected with a leakage coverup and down;
- an offset seat, wherein the offset seat is rotated in the position-avoiding opening, the offset seat corresponds to an inner part of the cylinder body fixed with a cigarette sleeve for inserting a cigarette pre-rolled paper, a bottom side of the leakage cover is fixed with a limiting plate, when the leakage cover corresponds to a downward travel, the limiting plate abuts against an outside of the cigarette sleeve, and when the leakage cover corresponds to a upward travel, the limiting plate is located above the cigarette sleeve and the cigarette sleeve is ejected out of the position-avoiding opening under the drive of the offset seat, and a vibration mechanism is fixed on an outer wall of the cigarette sleeve for compacting cut tobacco or tobacco scraps;
- a cocking key, wherein the cocking key is rotationally connected to a bottom of one side of the cylinder body, one end of the cocking key extends out of the notch, the other end of the cocking key is located under the cigarette sleeve, the cocking key is provided with a stop block which abuts against a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve, the stop block is dislocated from a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve after the cigarette sleeve rotates at a certain angle with the offset seat, and the cocking key pries and promotes a finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve to move upwardly.
The beneficial effect of the present disclosure is: the leakage cover is connected to the top of the cylinder body up and down, and the offset seat is provided with a cigarette sleeve, the cigarette sleeve is used to hold the cigarette pre-rolled paper, and there is a vibration mechanism installed on the cigarette sleeve, so that the user can fill the cut tobacco into the cigarette pre-rolled paper through the leakage cover, and utilize the vibration mechanism to densely compact the cut tobacco or the tobacco scraps inside the cigarette pre-rolled paper, and then make the finished cigarettes. When the leakage cover is upwardly popped, the limiting plate removes the clamping position of the cigarette sleeve, and the top of the offset seat automatically pops out the position-avoiding opening, which is convenient for the user to take out the finished cigarette. Furthermore, the cocking key is installed at the bottom of the cylinder body, and the cocking key can only eject the finished cigarette after the rotation angle of the offset seat, which is convenient for the user to put in the cigarette pre-rolled paper or take out the finished cigarette. And the cocking key can't be operated because of the stop block when the offset seat is in the inside of the cylinder body or when the cylinder body has not been deflected, which prevents false triggering that affects the integrity of cigarette pre roll paper.
Preferably, the cylinder body includes an outer shell and an inner bracket, the bracket and shell are provided with the position-avoiding opening and the notch correspondingly, a mounting plate is fixed at a top of the inner side of the shell, a lock buckle body is fixed on the mounting plate, a bottom side of the leakage cover is fixed with a bar buckle, the bar buckle and lock buckle body form a self-locking pressing spring buckle, the self-locking pressing spring buckle limits a downward travel of the leakage cover on the cylinder body.
The resulting technical effect is that: the mounting plate is used to connect the lock buckle body, the bar buckle fixed on the leakage cover and the lock buckle body form a self-locking pressing spring buckle, that is to say, the bar buckle is downwardly pressed to complete the locking with the lock buckle body, and after the bar buckle is pressed again, the bar buckle is disengaged from the lock buckle body, and the self-locking pressing spring buckle is the existing locking structure, and the downward movement travel limit of the leakage cover with the cylinder body is realized by utilizing the self-locking pressing spring buckle. At this time, the offset seat cannot be ejected outwardly from the position-avoiding opening under the limit of the limiting plate.
Preferably, the mounting plate is provided with multiple guiding holes, multiple guiding limit rods are provided around a bottom of the leakage cover corresponding to the guiding holes, multiple the guiding limit rods are slidably connected one-to-one in the guiding holes, and the guiding limit rods limit upward movement travel of the leakage cover on the cylinder body, and a spring is provided on a top of the guiding limit rod corresponding to the mounting plate.
The resulting technical effect is that: the upward and downward movement of the leakage cover on the top of the cylinder body can be stabilized under the action of the guiding limit rods, the cooperating relationship between the guiding limit rods and the mounting plate limits the upward travel of the leakage cover, the spring facilitates the upward springing of the leakage cover, and the limiting plate moves with the leakage cover upwardly, thus releasing the jamming of the cigarette sleeve, and thus releasing the deflection limit of the offset seat.
Preferably, the offset seat is provided with a battery slot, a battery is installed in the battery slot, the offset seat is provided with a battery cover corresponding to the slot of the battery slot, the battery cover is adapted to be embedded in the position-avoiding opening, the battery cover is provided with a switch button for controlling an operating state of the vibration mechanism.
The resulting technical effect is that: the offset seat is provided with a battery and the necessary wiring harness, and the switch button is used to control the on/off state of the vibration mechanism; by pressing and holding the switch button, the vibration mechanism works, and by releasing the switch button, the vibration mechanism stops working. The shape of the battery cover matches the shape of the position-avoiding opening, which increases the integrality of the device and makes it easy to hold and operate.
Preferably, a rotating shaft is mounted at a bottom of both sides of the offset seat, the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the bracket, one end of a tension spring is connected to a bottom of the offset seat, the other end of the tension spring is connected to a top hanging post of the bracket, the tension spring drives the offset seat to the top of said bracket, and the tension spring contributes to a tendency of a top of the offset seat to eject outwardly from the position-avoiding opening, and the top of the offset seat is provided with a limiting step to limit an angle of rotation of the offset seat.
The resulting technical effect is that: the offsetting of the offset seat is to utilize the rotating shaft at the bottom of both sides to establish a connection relationship with the bracket, the tension spring can make the top of the offsetting seat always have a tendency to be ejected outwardly out of the position-avoiding opening, the limiting step is used to limit the rotation angle of the offsetting seat to be ejected outwardly, and the size of the rotation angle ensures that the finished cigarettes are taken out smoothly and the pre-rolled paper of cigarettes is inserted normally, and the limiting step can be clamped on the inside of the position-avoiding opening to limit the continued rotation of the offset seat.
Preferably, a motor holder is fixed on an outer side wall of the cigarette sleeve, the vibration mechanism includes a vibration motor and an eccentric wheel, the vibration motor is fixed on the motor holder, an output shaft of the vibration motor is solidly connected to the eccentric wheel, the vibration motor is electrically connected to the battery and switch button, the eccentric wheel rotates at high speed driven by the output shaft of the vibration motor and produces a vibration effect.
The resulting technical effect is that: by utilizing the high-speed rotation of the eccentric shaft, a vibration effect is produced, and because the vibration motor is mounted on the cigarette sleeve, the cut tobacco or tobacco scraps inside the cigarette pre-rolled paper is gradually densified and the finished cigarette is produced.
Preferably, the cocking key is of curved structure, the cocking key is rotationally connected to the bracket, and the bracket is provided with a reset spring which induces resetting of the cocking key.
The resulting technical effect is that: the rotation of the cocking key ejects the finished cigarette, and the reset spring resets the cocking key.
Preferably, the stop block is fixed in a middle of the cocking key, the stop block is located under one side of the cigarette sleeve, and the finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve abuts against the cocking key.
The resulting technical effect is that: the stop block is used to limit the rotation of the cocking key, so that when the top of the offset seat is not deflected, the cocking key cannot be pried, and only when the offset seat is deflected at an angle, the cigarette sleeve and the stop block will be misaligned, and the cocking key can be pried to eject the cigarette.
Preferably, the leakage cover is provided with a flared leakage opening, the leakage opening may be docked with a top of the cigarette sleeve, and the limiting plate is fixed on an outer side of the leakage opening.
The resulting technical effect is that: the flared leakage opening can be docked with the cigarette sleeve, which is convenient for filling the cut tobacco into the cigarette pre-rolled paper, the limiting plate limits the rotation of the cigarette sleeve and thus limits the rotation of the offsetting seat, and the limiting plate can be released from limiting the rotation of the cigarette sleeve when the leakage cover is moved upwardly for a certain distance.
Preferably, a base is mounted at a bottom of the cylinder body, and the cigarette sleeve is of conical structure.
The resulting technical effect is that: the cigarette sleeve is of a conical shape to match the cigarette pre-rolled paper, which facilitates the insertion of the rolled paper tube into place.

In some other embodiments, the offset seat 5 is provided with a battery slot, a battery 16 is installed in the battery slot, the offset seat 5 is provided with a battery cover 17 corresponding to the slot of the battery slot, the battery cover 17 is adapted to be embedded in the position-avoiding opening 2, the battery cover 17 is provided with a switch button 18 for controlling an operating state of the vibration mechanism 8, and pressing the switch button causes the vibration mechanism to work, and releasing the switch button causes the vibration mechanism to stop working.
In some other specific embodiments, a rotating shaft 19 is mounted at a bottom of both sides of the offset seat 5, the rotating shaft 19 is rotationally connected to the bracket 102, one end of a tension spring 20 is connected to a bottom of the offset seat 5, the other end of the tension spring 20 is connected to a top hanging post of the bracket 102, the tension spring 20 drives the offset seat 5 to the top of the bracket 102, and the tension spring 20 contributes to a tendency of a top of the offset seat 5 to eject outwardly from the position-avoiding opening, that is to say, when the leakage cover is moved upwardly, after the limiting plate removes the rotation limit on the cigarette sleeve, the offset seat will automatically spring outwardly; and the top of the offset seat 5 is provided with a limiting step 21 to limit an angle of rotation of the offset seat 5.
In some other embodiments, a motor holder is fixed on an outer side wall of the cigarette sleeve 6, the vibration mechanism 8 includes a vibration motor 801 and an eccentric wheel 802, the vibration motor 801 is fixed on the motor holder, an output shaft of the vibration motor 801 is solidly connected to the eccentric wheel 802, the vibration motor 801 is electrically connected to the battery 16 and switch button 18, the eccentric wheel 802 rotates at high speed driven by the output shaft of the vibration motor and produces a vibration effect to compact the cut tobacco or tobacco scraps in the tobacco paper tube.
In some other specific embodiments, the cocking key 9 is of curved structure, the cocking key 9 is rotationally connected to the bracket 102, and the bracket 102 is provided with a reset spring 22 which induces resetting of the cocking key.
In some other embodiments, the stop block 10 is fixed in a middle of the cocking key 9, the stop block 10 is located under one side of the cigarette sleeve 6, so as not to affect the insertion of the cigarettes, and the finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve 6 abuts against the cocking key 9, and the cocking key can eject the cigarettes or the cigarette pre-rolled paper when the cocking key is pried.
In some other specific embodiments, the leakage cover 4 is provided with a flared leakage opening 401, the leakage opening 401 may be docked with a top of the cigarette sleeve 6, and the limiting plate 7 is fixed on an outer side of the leakage opening 401.
In other embodiments, a base 23 is mounted at a bottom of the cylinder body 1, and the cigarette sleeve 6 is of conical structure, which is suitable for the conical structure of cigarette pre-rolled paper.
In order to facilitate the control of the downward pressure of the leakage cover, an outer convexity is provided on the outer peripheral side of the leakage cover.
The present disclosure creates a cigarette shaker that can place the cut tobacco or tobacco scrap material inside the cigarette pre-rolled paper, and the motor with the eccentric wheel generates vibration to make the cut tobacco and tobacco scraps vibration so that it is dense, and the finished cigarettes manufactured are not easy to fall apart when burning.
The use process is as follows: after the leakage cover pops upward, the limit of the limiting plate on the rotation of the cigarette sleeve is lifted, the offset seat automatically tilts outward and extends out of the position-avoiding opening under the action of the tension spring, the top of the cigarette sleeve is exposed, the cigarette pre-rolled paper is put into the cigarette sleeve on the offset seat, and then the offset seat is completely pushed into the cylinder body and the leakage cover is pressed down, the leakage cover is locked by the self-locking pressing spring buckle and limited to a low position in the travel, the limiting plate is utilized to jamming the cigarette sleeve to prevent the offset seat from rotating and popping out freely, the cut tobacco and tobacco scraps will be poured into the cigarette pre-rolled paper from the leakage opening in the middle of the leakage cover, and continuously the switch button is pressed and held. The vibration motor is energized to produce vibration to make the tobacco dense, after releasing the switch button, the vibration motor will stop working, and then the leakage cover is pressed, the bar buckle touches the lock buckle body and then loosens, the leakage cover pops upward under the action of the spring, and at the same time, the limiting plate lifts the jamming on the cigarette sleeve, the offset seat rotates and pops out automatically, and the cocking key is pressed, so that the cigarette pre-rolled paper pops out, and it is convenient for the user to take the rolled cigarettes.
For the apparatus and the method of using the embodiments disclosed in the embodiments, the description is relatively simple because it corresponds to the method disclosed in the embodiments, and it is sufficient to refer to the description in the method section where relevant.

Claims
1. A cigarette shaker, wherein the cigarette shaker comprises:
- a cylinder body (1), wherein the cylinder body (1) is provided with an elongated position-avoiding opening (2) opened on one side wall corresponding to an axial direction thereof, the cylinder body (1) is provided with a notch (3) corresponding to the lower part of the position-avoiding opening (2), and a top of the cylinder body (1) is movably connected with a leakage cover (4) up and down;
- an offset seat (5), wherein the offset seat (5) is rotationally located in the position-avoiding opening (2), the offset seat (5) corresponds to an inner part of the cylinder body (1) fixed with a cigarette sleeve (6) for inserting a cigarette pre-rolled paper, a bottom side of the leakage cover (4) is fixed with a limiting plate (7), when the leakage cover (4) corresponds to a downward travel, the limiting plate (7) abuts against an outside of the cigarette sleeve (6), and when the leakage cover (4) corresponds to a upward travel, the limiting plate (7) is located above the cigarette sleeve (6) and the cigarette sleeve is ejected out of the position-avoiding opening (2) under the drive of the offset seat (5), and a vibration mechanism (8) is fixed on an outer wall of the cigarette sleeve (6) for compacting cut tobacco or tobacco scraps; and
- a cocking key (9), wherein the cocking key (9) is rotationally connected to a bottom of one side of the cylinder body (1), one end of the cocking key (9) extends out of the notch (3), the other end of the cocking key (9) is located under the cigarette sleeve (6), the cocking key (9) is provided with a stop block (10) which abuts against a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve (6), the stop block (10) is dislocated from a bottom end of the cigarette sleeve (6) after the cigarette sleeve (6) rotates at a certain angle with the offset seat (5), and the cocking key (9) pries and promotes a finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve (6) to move upwardly.
2. The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein the cylinder body (1) comprises an outer shell (101) and an inner bracket (102), the bracket (102) and shell (101) are provided with the position-avoiding opening (2) and the notch (3) correspondingly, a mounting plate (11) is fixed at a top of the inner side of the shell (101), a lock buckle body (12) is fixed on the mounting plate (11), a bottom side of the leakage cover (4) is fixed with a bar buckle (13), the bar buckle (13) and lock buckle body (12) form a self-locking pressing spring buckle, the self-locking pressing spring buckle limits a downward travel of the leakage cover (4) on the cylinder body (1).

The cigarette shaker of claim 2, wherein the mounting plate (11) is provided with a plurality of guiding holes, a plurality of guiding limit rods (14) are provided around a bottom of the leakage cover (4) corresponding to the guiding holes, a plurality of the guiding limit rods (14) are slidably connected one-to-one in the guiding holes, and the guiding limit rods (14) limit upward movement travel of the leakage cover (4) on the cylinder body (1), and a spring (15) is provided on a top of the guiding limit rod (14) corresponding to the mounting plate (11).

The cigarette shaker of claim 3, wherein the offset seat (5) is provided with a battery slot, a battery (16) is installed in the battery slot, the offset seat (5) is provided with a battery cover (17) corresponding to the slot of the battery slot, the battery cover (17) is adapted to be embedded in the position-avoiding opening (2), the battery cover (17) is provided with a switch button (18) for controlling an operating state of the vibration mechanism (8).

The cigarette shaker of claim 4, wherein a rotating shaft (19) is mounted at a bottom of both sides of the offset seat (5), the rotating shaft (19) is rotationally connected to the bracket (102), one end of a tension spring (20) is connected to a bottom of the offset seat (5), the other end of the tension spring (20) is connected to a top hanging post of the bracket (102), the tension spring (20) drives the offset seat (5) to the top of the bracket (102), and the tension spring (20) contributes to a tendency of a top of the offset seat (5) to eject outwardly from the position-avoiding opening, and the top of the offset seat (5) is provided with a limiting step (21) to limit an angle of rotation of the offset seat (5).

The cigarette shaker of claim 5, wherein a motor holder is fixed on an outer side wall of the cigarette sleeve (6), the vibration mechanism (8) comprises a vibration motor (801) and an eccentric wheel (802), the vibration motor (801) is fixed on the motor holder, an output shaft of the vibration motor (801) is solidly connected to the eccentric wheel (802), the vibration motor (801) is electrically connected to the battery (16) and switch button (18), the eccentric wheel (802) rotates at high speed driven by the output shaft of the vibration motor and produces a vibration effect.
7. The cigarette shaker of claim 6, wherein the cocking key (9) is of curved structure, the cocking key (9) is rotationally connected to the bracket (102), and the bracket (102) is provided with a reset spring (22) which induces resetting of the cocking key.
8. The cigarette shaker of claim 7, wherein the stop block (10) is fixed in a middle of the cocking key (9), the stop block (10) is located under one side of the cigarette sleeve (6), and the finished cigarette inside the cigarette sleeve (6) abuts against the cocking key (9).
9. The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein the leakage cover (4) is provided with a flared leakage opening (401), the leakage opening (401) may be docked with a top of the cigarette sleeve (6), and the limiting plate (7) is fixed on an outer side of the leakage opening (401).
10. The cigarette shaker of claim 1, wherein a base (23) is mounted at a bottom of the cylinder body (1), and the cigarette sleeve (6) is of conical structure.
