A training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position, comprises a frame body provided insides with a driving device on the one side; a rotating assembly provided at rotating rod's one end; an extension rope wrapped around the rotating sleeve's surface; a housing provided on the frame main body's surface, and with buttons and LCD screen respectively on the surface; a control board provided insides with the housing; a driving board connected to the control board on one side, and a motor connected to the driving board through a connection line on one side. The driving device and the rotating assembly inside the frame body with the extension rope are provided to facilitate the user's exercise; the control board, driving board and Bluetooth board are provided to control the motor's rotation to realize the extension rope's positioning in length according to the user's situation.

Description
1. TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, in particular to a training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position.

2. BACKGROUND ART

Fitness equipment is an exercise device used to allow people with health needs to achieve the effect of auxiliary exercise and strengthening the body, with different equipment for different effects.

Currently, exercise is mainly divided into aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercise mainly includes some strength training, which can enhance the muscle content and thus accelerate the metabolism of the body, and conventional strength training to improve people's physical quality is mainly achieved through self-weighting equipment or counterweight equipment; self-weighting equipment generally includes barbells, dumbbells, etc., and counterweight equipment can be divided into upper body exercise equipment and lower body exercise equipment according to exercise parts.

The patent application with the publication number CN111991751A in the prior art limits the extension direction of the tension rope through the guide wheel of the counterweight mechanism, and the steering member can be rotated horizontally relative to the support frame to make the guide wheel turn to different directions, and thereby satisfy the user's demand for different use angles of the tension rope. By providing two pulling components, the invention achieves low pulling, rowing exercise and side lifting exercise through the pulling rope of the pulling component; when using one pulling component, achieve low pulling, rowing exercise and side lifting exercise through the pulling rope of the pulling component. When the simultaneous use of two pulling components, the invention achieves the effect of cable crossover for the chest exercise and push-up exercise to satisfy the user's various exercise needs of multiple parts to improve the user's experience, with a small occupation of space and low cost, adjustable for the home and office use. However, in the process of using the tension rope for pulling training and in the process of the user taking a break, the tension rope will return to the original position, resulting in the requirements of subsequent pulling from the original position when using, thus leading to the existing tension rope cannot perform the role of origin positioning.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position to solve the above technical problems.

3. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position intends to solve the problems in existing training equipment usage that the tension rope cannot be positioned at the origin according to the user's situation.

To solve the above problems and achieve the above object, the training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position comprises:

    • the frame body, with a driving device provided on one side of the interior of the frame body; and the driving device comprises the motor, with the rotating rod provided in fixed connection with one end of the output shaft of the motor by means of a coupling;
    • the rotating assembly, provided at one end of the rotating rod; and the rotating assembly comprises the rotating sleeve, with the positioning sleeve provided at one end of the rotating rod and on a side opposite the rotating sleeve;
    • the extension rope, wrapped around the surface of the rotating sleeve, with one end of the extension rope provided in connection with a connection terminal, and one end of the connection terminal provided with a handle;
    • the housing, provided on the surface of the frame body, and the surface of the housing is provided with buttons and an LCD screen respectively, and the housing is provided inside with a control board; the control board is provided in connection with a driving board on one side, and the driving board is provided in connection with the motor through a connection line on one side; the control board is provided in connection with a Bluetooth board on one side.

Further, the interior of the frame body is provided with a fixing frame located above the motor, and the interior of the frame body is provided with a positioning block located on the opposite side of the rotating sleeve.

Further, the surface of the housing is provided with the placement holder adapted to the connection terminal and located on the side opposite the button, and one side of the surface of the housing is provided with the power line interface.

Further, the surface of the housing is adhesively provided with a non-slip pad.

Further, the housing and the anti-slip pad are provided with a fixation assembly, and the fixation assembly comprises the mounting cavity; the mounting cavity at the bottom of the inner wall is provided in fixed connection with the connecting base; the surface of the connecting base is provided with a fixed bolt, and one end of the fixed bolt is provided with the connecting base adapted to the groove; both sides of the surface of the connecting base are provided with the blocks, and both sides of the inner wall of the groove are provided with two block holders adapted to the blocks.

Further, one end of the fixed bolt is provided with the clamping assembly, and the clamping assembly comprises the threaded sleeve; the surface of the fixed bolt is provided with stoppers located on both sides of the threaded sleeve.

Further, the top of the fixed bolt is provided with a rotating handle.

Further, the interior of the anti-slip pad is provided with a connection cylinder located on the surface of the fixed bolt, and the interior of the anti-slip pad is provided with a connecting groove adapted to the connection cylinder.

Compared to the prior arts, the invention has the following advantages: the driving device and the rotating assembly inside the frame body with the extension rope are provided to facilitate the exercise of the user; it also provides the control board, driving board and Bluetooth board inside the housing are provided to control the rotation of the motor, to realize the positioning of the extension rope in length according to the user's situation during the using process, and to facilitate that the operator can be used with less bending after having a break.

5. SPECIFIC EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

To make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments much clearer, various features provided in the embodiments will be clearly and comprehensively described with reference to the drawings. Apparently, the embodiments described below are merely some, but not all embodiments. Normally, the components of the embodiments described and illustrated in the drawings herein can be arranged and designed in various configurations.

In the specification of the disclosure, it is to be understood that terms such as ‘center’, ‘upper’, ‘lower’, ‘left’, ‘right’, ‘vertical’, ‘horizontal’, ‘inner’ and ‘outer’ refer to the orientations and location relations which are the orientations and location relations illustrated in the drawings, and for describing the disclosure and for describing in simple, and which are not intended to indicate or imply that the device or the elements are disposed to locate at the specific directions or are structured and performed in the specific directions, which could not be understood to the limitation of the disclosure. Embodiment 1

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9, a training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position comprises:

    • the frame body 1, with a driving device 2 provided on one side of the interior of the frame body; and the driving device 2 comprises the motor 21, with the rotating rod 22 provided in fixed connection with one end of the output shaft of the motor 21 by means of a coupling;
    • the rotating assembly 3, provided at one end of the rotating rod 22; and the rotating assembly 3 comprises the rotating sleeve 31, with the positioning sleeve 32 provided at one end of the rotating rod 22 and on a side opposite the rotating sleeve 32;
    • the extension rope 6, wrapped around the surface of the rotating sleeve 31, with one end of the extension rope 6 provided in connection with a connection terminal 8, and one end of the connection terminal 8 provided with a handle 7;
    • the housing 5, provided on the surface of the frame body 1, and the surface of the housing 5 is provided with buttons 10 and LCD screen 13 respectively, and housing 5 is provided inside with a control board; the control board is provided in connection with a driving board on one side, and the driving board is provided in connection with the motor 21 through a connection line on one side; the control board is provided in connection with a Bluetooth board on one side.

The Bluetooth board can activate start and stop commands to the control board, the output of the control board is bi-directionally connected to the driving board through the connection line, and the input of the driving board is connected to the motor 21 through the connection line, which can control the rotation of the motor 21, and the button 10 is provided to facilitate the control of the operation of the entire device.

The interior of frame body 1 is provided with a fixing frame and is located above motor 21.

The interior of frame body 1 is provided with positioning block 4 and located on the opposite side of the rotating sleeve 31.

The surface of housing 5 is provided with the placement holder 9 adapted to connection terminal 8 and located on the side opposite button 10.

One side of the surface of housing 5 is provided by the power line interface 12. The power line interface provides a power supply and disconnection to the entire unit through an external power supply.

The surface of housing 5 is adhesively provided with a non-slip pad 11.

The four corners of the frame body 1 are provided with Omni wheels 1.1, with the two sides provided with LED light bands 1.2.

In the specific implementation of the invention, a control board, Bluetooth board, and driver board are provided in the interior of the device. The control board can be applied to start and stop, establish the pulling force, arrange the mode, process the alarm information, upload and accept app parameters, transmit and receive commands from the driver board, and receive commands from the Bluetooth board; the driving board is applied to control the motor, receive and deliver parameters back to the control board; and the LCD screen provided on the surface of the device can be applied to establish parameters such as display mode, setting value, times, and alarm.

During the using process, when winding the extension rope, the positioning block 4 is provided at the designated position, and motor 21 is started to drive the rotating rod 22 to rotate; when the rotating rod 22 rotates, it drives the rotating sleeve 31 to move back and forth inside the positioning sleeve 32 to wind the extension rope 6 evenly.

When the positioning operation of the extension rope 6 is carried out, the driving board controls motor 21 to collect the rope, and the rope collection encounters resistance to stand still, with the default being the origin; below the origin is zero tension, above the origin generates tension, and with this method, it is possible to establish any return rope height as the origin instead of the extension rope 6.

Embodiment 2

Referring to FIG. 10 to FIG. 12, compared to embodiment 1 a training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position, embodiment 2 a training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position, has the following differences: the housing 5 and the anti-slip pad 11 is provided with a fixation assembly 14, and the fixation assembly 14 comprises the mounting cavity 141, the mounting cavity 141 at the bottom of the inner wall is provided in fixed connection with the connecting base 146; the surface of the connecting base 146 is provided with a fixed bolt 142, and one end of the fixed bolt 142 is provided with the connecting base 146 adapted to the groove 143; both sides of the surface of the connecting base 146 are provided with the blocks 144, and both sides of the inner wall of the groove 143 are provided with two block holders 145 adapted to the blocks 144.

The mounting cavity 141 is provided on the surface of housing 5, and a connecting groove 15 is provided on both sides of the inner wall of groove 143 and on the opposite side of groove 143 to adapt to the blocks 144, and the blocks 144 and the grooves 145 are provided to facilitate the fixation between the fixed bolts 142 and the connecting base 146.

One end of the fixed bolt 142 is provided with the clamping assembly 16, and the clamping assembly 16 comprises the threaded sleeve 161; the surface of the fixed bolt 142 is provided with stoppers 162 and located on both sides of the threaded sleeve 161. Stoppers 162 are attached to both sides of the top of the fixed bolt 142, and stoppers 162 prevent the anti-slip pad 11 from loosening.

The top of the fixed bolt 142 is provided with the rotating handle 17.

The interior of the anti-slip pad 11 is provided with a connection cylinder 18 and located on the surface of the fixed bolt 142, and the interior of the anti-slip pad 11 is provided with a connecting groove 18 adapted to the connection cylinder 15.

In the specific implementation of the invention, the operator first rotates the threaded sleeve 161 to separate from the connection cylinder 18, and then drives the fixed bolt 142 to rotate by rotating the rotating handle 17 after the separation between threaded sleeve 161 and the connection cylinder 18. When the fixed bolt 142 is rotated, the block holder 145 inside the groove 143 at one end of the fixed bolt 142 is separated from the block 144 on the surface of the connecting base 146, and the fixed bolt 142 is separated from the connector 146.

Fixation assembly 14 between the anti-slip pad 11 and the shell 5 in conjunction with the clamping assembly 16 to ensure fixation of the anti-slip pad 11, and to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the anti-slip pad 11 after a long period of use.

The invention and the embodiments thereof are described hereinabove, and this description is not restrictive. What is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In summary, structural methods and embodiments similar to the technical solution without departing from the inventive purpose of the invention made by inspired ordinary technicians in the art without creative efforts shall all fall within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A training device with intelligent regulation of the origin position, wherein comprises:

a frame body, with a driving device provided on one side of the interior of the frame body; and
the driving device comprises an electric motor, with a rotating rod provided in fixed connection with one end of an output shaft of the electric motor by means of a coupling;
a rotating assembly, provided at one end of the rotating rod; and the rotating assembly comprises a rotating sleeve, with a positioning sleeve provided at one end of a rotating rod and on a side opposite the rotating sleeve;
an extension rope, wrapped around the surface of the rotating sleeve, with one end of the extension rope provided in connection with a connection terminal, and one end of the connection terminal provided with a handle;
a housing, provided on the surface of the frame body, and the surface of the housing is provided with buttons and an LCD screen respectively, and the housing is provided inside with a control board; the control board is provided in connection with a driving board on one side, and the driving board is provided in connection with the motor through a connection line on one side;
the control board is provided in connection with a Bluetooth board on one side.

2. The training device according to claim 1, wherein the interior of the frame body is provided with a fixing frame and located above the motor, and the interior of the frame body is provided with a positioning block and located on the opposite side of the rotating sleeve.

3. The training device according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the housing is provided with the placement holder adapted to the connection terminal and located on the side opposite to the button, and one side of the surface of the housing is provided with the power line interface.

4. The training device according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the housing is adhesively provided with a non-slip pad.

The training device according to claim 4, wherein the housing and the anti-slip pad are provided with a fixation assembly, and the fixation assembly comprises the mounting cavity, the mounting cavity at the bottom of the inner wall is provided in fixed connection with the connection base; the surface of the connection base is provided with a fixed bolt, and one end of the fixed bolt is provided with the connection base adapted to the groove; both sides of the surface of the connection base are provided with the blocks, and both sides of the inner wall of the groove are provided with two block holders adapted to the blocks.

6. The training device according to claim 5, wherein one end of the fixed bolt is provided with the clamping assembly, and the clamping assembly comprises the threaded sleeve; the surface of the fixed bolt is provided with stoppers and located on both sides of the threaded sleeve.

7. The training device according to claim 6, wherein the top of the fixed bolt is provided with the rotating handle.

8. The training device according to claim 5, wherein the interior of the anti-slip pad is provided with a connection cylinder and located on the surface of the fixed bolt, and the interior of the anti-slip pad is provided with a connecting groove adapted to the connection cylinder.

9. The training device according to claim 1, wherein the four corners of the frame body are provided with universal wheels, with the two sides provided with LED light band.
