BULLETPROOF BACKPACK
A bulletproof backpack, comprising a backpack body, a pair of shoulder straps, and a bulletproof panel. The bulletproof panel has a connecting member at one side thereof, a pull rope at the bottom thereof, and a second connecting member at the other side thereof. The pair of shoulder straps respectively have a corresponding connecting member and a second corresponding connecting member configured to respectively correspond to the position of the connecting member and the second connecting member. Under a using state, the bulletproof panel can be used in combination with the corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps through the connecting member such that the bulletproof panel can be fixed in front of the chest of the user. Under a non-use state, the bulletproof panel can be used in combination with the second corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps through the second connecting member such that the bulletproof panel can be fixed behind the back of user (or fixed in a backpack with an opening at the bottom thereof). After the implementation of the present disclosure, the backpack body can easily and quickly install the bulletproof panel, and the present disclosure can be applied to a variety of different shapes and colors of the backpacks such that the backpacks would not be easy to be identified as a backpack having the bulletproof function.
The present invention relates to a special-purpose backpack, and, more particularly, to a bulletproof backpack that allows the user to quickly and effectively achieve a bulletproof effect when performing duties or encountering emergency situations.
(b) Description of the Related ArtWith the development of the times and the changing social situation, the requirements for backpacks are no longer limited to carrying items. The functional requirements of the backpack are constantly varying as well. However, the common backpacks still only have the function of storing and carrying items, and do not have bulletproof effects, so that once the user is in a dangerous situation, and if the user is not wearing a bulletproof vest, or not carrying a backpack with a bulletproof layer or unable to quickly take out the body armor from the backpack, it would keep the user in an extremely dangerous situation. In view of this, how to propose a special-purpose backpack which is low-key and unobtrusive and could solve the above problems, while allowing users to quickly and efficiently ensure their own safety when performing special duties or staying in dangerous areas, is still a problem to be solved.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention overcomes the aforementioned problems is distinguished over the prior art by a bulletproof backpack. According to the invention, a bulletproof backpack comprises the following components:
-
- a backpack body;
- a pair of shoulder straps (for example, shoulder straps) located on the one side of the backpack body;
- a bulletproof panel having a connecting member at one side thereof, a pull rope at the bottom thereof, and a second connecting member at the other side thereof; and
- wherein the pair of shoulder straps detachably have a corresponding connecting member configured to correspond to the position of the connecting member and detachably connected to the connecting member; and
- wherein the pair of shoulder straps also detachably have a second corresponding connecting member configured to correspond to the position of the second connecting member and detachably connected to the second connecting member.
In some embodiments, the bulletproof panel can be used in combination with the corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps through the connecting member such that the bulletproof panel can correspond to the position of the corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps and be fixed in front of the chest of the user under a using state, so as to ensure the bulletproof effect. Relatively speaking, the bulletproof panel can correspond to the position of the second corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps and be used in combination with the second corresponding connecting member of the pair of shoulder straps through the second connecting member such that the bulletproof panel can be fixed behind the back of user (or fixed in a backpack with an opening at the bottom thereof) under a non-use state, so as to making this backpack bulletproof, low-key, and unobtrusive.
The key of the present invention is that when the user wants to achieve a switch from the non-use state to the using state, the user only needs to use the pull rope to poll down the bulletproof panel which is originally fixed behind the back of user (or originally fixed in a backpack with an opening) so that the bulletproof panel will be fixed in front of the chest through the combination of the connecting member and the corresponding connecting member.
Therefore, the present invention has the advantages of easy and rapid installation of bulletproof panel. Moreover, since the bulletproof panel is respectively and detachably connected to the corresponding connecting member and the second corresponding connecting member, the bulletproof function can also be covertly applied to a variety of different shapes and colors of the backpacks such that the backpacks would not be easy to be identified as a backpack having the bulletproof function.
Several exemplary embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below to further describe the disclosure in details.
The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the present invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate embodiments of the disclosure and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the invention.
The following embodiments are provided merely to help those skilled in the art easily understand the technical spirit of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The disclosure includes all changes, modifications and equivalents coming within the terms of the appended claims.

According to the embodiment shown in
According to another (second) embodiment of the present invention, the backpack body 11 can further include an accommodation space (not shown in the figures) which is disposed inside the backpack body 11 and is configured to accommodate a second bulletproof panel (not shown in the figures). In this way, even though the bulletproof panel 13 has been fixed in front of the chest of the user during the using state, the second bulletproof panel can still prevent the bullets from entering the backpack body 11 (from the back of the user) and hurting the body.
Further, according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the backpack body 11 can further include an accommodation space (not shown in the figures) which is disposed inside the backpack body 11 and is configured to accommodate the bulletproof panel 13 under the non-use state, and there is an opening located at the bottom of the backpack body 11 such that the pull rope 131 can cause the bulletproof panel 13 to achieve a switch from the non-use state to the using state by taking out the backpack body 11 from the opening.
