A front end of the tube body provides connection to the extension tube for attaching toothbrush components of various types and for sheathing the inner tube. The inner tube is sheathed in the tube body for storing toothpaste. At a front end thereof is disposed a unidirectional release structure; at a bottom thereof is disposed an inner ring for squeezing toothpaste; and at a rear end thereof is disposed a squeezing part protruding from the tube body for squeezing the inner tube to release toothpaste. At a front end of the extension tube is disposed a toothbrush component, and a rear end of the extension tube provides connection to the tube body.
The present invention relates to a toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, and particularly to a toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure having a unidirectional release structure disposed at a front end of an inner tube for storing toothpaste to convey toothpaste to a toothbrush component with a press at a squeezing part disposed at a rear end of the inner tube, and having a beak shaped release valve disposed on a brush hair side of the toothbrush component to release a fixed amount of toothpaste. It has enhanced portability and facilitates release of toothpaste.
2. Description of Related ArtAn existing toothbrush and toothpaste integrated structure has the disadvantage of the user's having to turn or push a toothpaste squeezing mechanism disposed at a rear end of a tube with both hands so that toothpaste may be released out of a nozzle of a toothpaste tube that is disposed at a bottom of the brush hair of a toothbrush and be spread onto the brush hair. Further, the toothbrush head of an existing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure is not replaceable, and there are no multiple options of brush hair to choose from either. By contrast, a toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure according to the present invention allows a user to replace toothpaste of different brands in its inner tube or to use at the same time period two toothbrush and toothpaste integrated structures having toothpaste of different brands in their inner tubes.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIt is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure having a unidirectional release structure disposed at a front end of an inner tube for storing toothpaste to convey toothpaste to a toothbrush component with a press at a squeezing part disposed at a rear end of the inner tube, and having a beak shaped release valve disposed on a brush hair side of the toothbrush component to release a fixed amount of toothpaste. It has enhanced portability and facilitates release of toothpaste.
A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure comprises mainly a tube body, an inner tube, an extension tube, a venting cap, and a plurality of toothbrush components. A front end of the tube body provides connection to the extension tube for attaching toothbrush components of various types and for sheathing the inner tube. The inner tube is provided for storing toothpaste and is sheathed in the tube body, wherein at a front end thereof is disposed a unidirectional release structure, at a bottom thereof is disposed an inner ring for squeezing toothpaste, and at a rear end thereof is disposed a squeezing part protruding from the tube body for squeezing the inner tube to release toothpaste. At a front end of the extension tube is disposed a toothbrush component thereon toothpaste is released from a brush hair side thereof, and a rear end of the extension tube provides connection to the tube body. An interior of the extension tube is designed as hollow, and at a connecting end of the extension tube is disposed a top hold rod having a through hole in communication with the inner tube. A protrusion is disposed on the release structure against the top hold rod, and the through hole on the top hold rod in the interior of the extension tube is made to butt join the spring mouth of the unidirectional release structure at a front end of the inner tube for conveying toothpaste to the toothbrush component. The toothbrush component is disposed at a front end of the extension tube, on a brush hair side thereof is disposed a beak shaped release valve which allows toothpaste to exit only. The lower portion of the beak shaped release valve connects to the extension tube having a hollow interior, and butt joins the spring mouth of the unidirectional release structure of the inner tube via the through hole in communication with the inner tube and disposed on the top hold rod in the interior of the extension tube. When the present invention is being used, a press of the inner tube pushes the toothpaste into the release structure, and a fixed amount of toothpaste is released through the break shaped release valve of the toothbrush component. Further, when external force on the inner tube stops, the release structure returns to its original position and is ready for a next press while protecting toothpaste from being polluted. When the present invention is not being used, a venting cap is provided for covering the extension tube and toothbrush component to keep the toothbrush component from being exposed to pollution. Further, on two sides of the venting cap are disposed ventilation pores for air convection to facilitate drying of the toothbrush and to avoid spreading of germs for hygiene purposes.
A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, wherein the inner tube is provided for storing toothpaste and is sheathed in the tube body. The release structure disposed at a front end of the inner tube comprises a tube and a sphere. At an outer rim of a front end of the tube is disposed a protrusion. A sheathing component is disposed to sheath a rear end of the tube, at one end thereon is disposed a through hole and at another end thereon is disposed a retaining rod. At an inner rim of the sheathing component are disposed vertical and horizontal limiting ribs having a channel formed among them. The sphere is sheathed within the sheathing component and is made to move horizontally along the channel formed among the limiting ribs. A spring is threaded between the protrusion and the inner tube. With a press at the squeezing part at a rear end of the inner tube that protrudes from a rear end of the tube body, the spring disposed at a front end of the inner tube extends to release and convey toothpaste to the toothbrush component via the through hole disposed on the top hold rod in the interior of the extension tube. With the stopping of the press, the spring immediately collapses and returns to its original state, sealing off the inner tube.
A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, wherein a toothbrush component is disposed at a front end of the extension tube having an interior designed as hollow. Toothpaste is released by a beak shaped release valve disposed on a brush hair side of the toothbrush component. A rear end of the extension tube provides connection to the tube body, and at this connecting end is disposed a top hold rod having a through hole in communication with the tube. A protrusion is disposed on the release structure against the top hold rod, and the through hole on the top hold rod in the interior of the extension tube is made to butt join the spring mouth of the unidirectional release structure at a front end of the inner tube for conveying toothpaste to the toothbrush component.
A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, wherein at a front end of the extension tube is disposed a toothbrush component having a beak shaped release valve disposed on a brush hair side thereof. A lower part of the beak shaped release valve connects to the extension tube having an interior designed as hollow. A through hole in communication with the inner tube is disposed on a top hold rod in an interior at a rear end of the extension tube to butt join the unidirectional release structure of the inner tube. When the present invention is being used, a press at the squeezing part at a rear end of the inner tube pushes the inner ring at an inner bottom of the inner tube to move forward for a preset distance as a result of air compression. The toothpaste in the inner tube is pushed into the release structure and through the spring mouth in an interior at a front end of the extension tube, and then a fixed amount of toothpaste is released through the break shaped release valve of the toothbrush component. Further, when external force on the inner tube stops, both the release structure in the inner tube and the beak shaped release valve on a brush hair side of the toothbrush component return to their original positions and are ready for a next press while protecting toothpaste from being polluted.
A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, wherein toothpaste in the inner tube may be replaced or two toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structures storing toothpaste of different brands may be used by the same user at the same time period. A foregoing toothpaste and toothbrush integrated structure, wherein when it is not being used, a venting cap is provided for covering the extension tube and toothbrush component to keep the toothbrush component from being exposed to pollution. Further, on two sides of the venting cap are disposed ventilation pores for air convection to facilitate drying of the toothbrush and to avoid spreading of germs for hygiene purposes.
