BOLT BRAKING SYSTEM IN FIREARMS
The invention relates to the restructuring of the recolt guide (2) in order to prevent the firing line from deteriorating by reducing the impact force of the bolt (7), with the recolt spring (5) that is compressed during firing and moves back together with the bolt (7) returning to its original position, while minimizing the damage to the elements that make up the pistol.

PRIOR ARTIn the state of the art, each time firearms are fired, the bullet leaves the cartridge with the expansion of the gunpowder and comes out of the barrel. As it exits the barrel, the reaction/recoil force in the cartridge pushes the front bolt of the weapon back. When the front bolt comes back, the empty cartridge is thrown out, making room for the new bullet. Here, the recoil force that occurs after firing not only ensures the re-establishment of the mechanism, but also creates a backlash movement as it will transmit this force directly to the hand of the user gripping the gun. Weapons that produce really intense recoil are sometimes made too heavy to reduce the feeling of recoil. This extra weight makes the gun unwieldy and tiring for the shooter to use. However, by installing a recoil reducer on a weapon, many of the disadvantages associated with recoil can be reduced, even though they are not completely eliminated. However, these solutions are not sufficient to reduce the forward movement force of the gun's mechanism.
In the patent file no U.S. Pat. No. 4,972,760A in the state of the art, an adjustable recolt spring system, like a 45 calibre automatic gun, is provided. It consists of first and second recolt springs, which are axially aligned with each other and compressed between the bolt and the frame, with an adjustable recolt guide. Compressed recolt springs have different spring constants and are coaxially arranged around a long recolt spring guide that lies parallel to the gun barrel. An annular recolt spring holder is attached to the recolt spring guide coaxially at its circumference and is located between the first and second recolt springs. The aim of this invention in the state of the art is to separate the recolt spring into two parts, and to ensure the tightness of the springs with a structure similar to a guide ring that determines the tightness of the recolt springs by a degree rod placed in a hollow guide and tightened with a screw taking reference from the degree rod with a screw. Thus, the tightness of the recolt springs can be adjusted. However, this state of the art does not reduce the damage that occurs as a result of the recolt spring and mechanism hitting back after each shot.
Most of the magazine-fed pistols create recoil force with the mechanism attached to the body and the trigger group moving back with each shot. After reloading and firing, the bolt moves backwards and forwards and returns at a similar speed, returning to its original position and striking rapidly. This situation causes both the deterioration of the shooting position with the force arm created by the user from the grip, and the wear of the mechanism over time.
THE AIM OF THE INVENTIONThe aim of the invention is to form a braking mechanism that reduces the bolt impact movement as a result of shaping the inner part of the recolt guide with a stepped diameter, where the recolt spring that tightens and loosens during firing and provides the bolt movement and reloading of the weapon is positioned, and connecting the split screw used with the nut and the spring.
The subject of the invention is the slider braking mechanism, and it aims to brake the impact movement of the inner spring, which creates a back force to the resulting force, by transmitting the forward force of the recolt spring to the adjusting screw head with the spring placed in the inner step region and the back force of which can be determined by the compression set screw.

By means of the arrangement of the recolt guide (2) that is the subject of the invention, it is aimed to protect the firing line, not to damage the mechanism, and to provide ease of use to the user by reducing the intensity of the force that occurs when the recolt spring (5) is compressed after firing and returns together with the bolt (7).
The inner part of the recolt guide (2) is carved in different diameters and formed as at least two different levels. A set screw (1) is inserted through the small diameter step (10.1). A spring (3) is placed on the part of the set screw (1) that passes through the small diameter step (10.1) and extends to the large diameter step (10.2). Said spring (3) passes into the body of the set screw (1) and abuts to the wall (limit) of the smaller diameter step (10.1) by sitting on the larger diameter step (10.2) of the said recolt guide (2).
The tip of the set screw (1) that passes through the spring (2) is connected to a nut (4) that sits inside the large diameter step (10.2). There is at least one nut screw (4.1) hole on the nut (4). A nut screw (4.1) is connected to this hole by passing through the channel (2.3) opened on the recolt guide (2), thereby allowing the nut (4) to move back and forth within the recolt guide (2), but the rotation of the nut (4) is prevented. By this way, the nut (4) cannot rotate when the set screw (1) connected to the nut (4) is turned, and the nut (4) moves back and forth within the recolt guide (2) by moving on the grooves on the set screw (1).
The compression degree of the spring (3) located on the set screw (1) and jammed between the nut (4) and the wall of the small-diameter step (10.1) is adjusted by screwing the set screw (1) into the nut (4) in each turn. The more the set screw (1) goes into the nut (4), the more the spring (3) gets compressed. The setting numbers (2.1) on the recolt guide (2) and shown in the values of 1 to 5 show the degree of compression of the spring (3) as the set screw (1) is turned and screwed into the nut (4). The degree of compression of the spring (3) creates a reverse force against the force generated when the bolt (7) comes back and hits the set screw head (1.1). Thereby, the force to be created by the recolt spring (5) while returning rapidly is balanced.
The bottom screw (6) part, on the other hand, contains a protruding head so that the recolt spring (5) does not come out from the back part of the recolt guide (2), and closes the whole system by passing through the large diameter step of the recolt guide (2) and abutting up to the nut (4) part. Thus, the recolt guide (2) becomes monolithic and a braking system is formed by positioning the recolt spring (5) on the recolt guide (2). As an alternative use, by passing a pin (2.4) through the pin slot (2.5) on the recolt guide (2), said bottom screw (6) is prevented from coming back by placing said pin (2.4) in the bottom screw pin slot (6.1) on the bottom screw (6). After the recolt guide (2) is fully mounted into the gun, the bolt (7) hits the set screw head (1.1) when the recolt spring (5), which is compressed by going backwards together with the bolt (7), returns to its original position when the shot is fired. When the bolt (7) hits the set screw head (1.1) with the force generated by the recolt spring (5), the N1 force (5.1) is applied on the set screw (1). This N1 force (5.1) is transmitted to the nut (4) to which the set screw (1) is connected. Against the movement of the nut (4), the N2 force (3.1) opposing the tension of the spring (2) compressed between the nut (4) and the wall of the small diameter step (10.1) is applied. Together with this N2 force (3.1), against the N1 force (5.1) created by the recolt spring (5) in the forward direction, an N2 force will form in the spring (3) in the recolt guide (2), by the set screw (1) connected to the nut (4) pulling the said nut (4).
The total force, namely NT, will be formed by the difference between the larger N1 force (5.1) of the recolt spring (5) and the reverse smaller N2 force (3.1) of the spring (3) in the recolt guide (2). The N2 force (3.1) of the spring (3) in the recolt guide (2) will reduce the N1 force (5.1), thus reducing the impact force. By this way, depending on the use of the mechanism, it will be ensured that less damage will be taken, and the user will be comfortable. (
Each time the bolt (7) moves back, a force is applied to the set screw head (1.1) of the set screw (1) screwed into the nut (4) with the larger stepped diameter (10.2) of the recolt guide (2) passing through the small stepped diameter (10.1) of the recolt guide (2). As a result of this force exerted by the bolt (7), due to the possibility of the threaded tip of the adjusting screw (1) to open, a screw (8) is passed through the screw slot (2.2) located on the recolt guide (2) and positioned on the screw path (1.2) on the set screw (1). (
The compression force of the spring (3) in the recolt guide (2) can be set to a value between 1 and 5 by means of the set screw (1). By this way, the value of the reverse force that the spring (3) will apply to the recolt spring (5) can be determined according to the usage. (
Claims
1. Bolt (7) breaking mechanism, comprising
- a. at least one recolt guide (2) having at least two steps with different diameters in,
- b. at least one nut (4) that sits inside the large diameter part of said recolt guide (2) and can move back and forth and/or rotationally along said recolt guide (2),
- c. at least one set screw (1) with a threaded tip, which enters through the small diameter of said recolt guide (2) and is connected to said nut (4) by rotating,
- d. at least one spring (3), that abuts to the step by entering through the large diameter of said recolt guide (2), passes over said set screw (1) and remains between said step and said nut (4), with said set screw (1) pulling said nut (4), provides a force in the opposite direction to the force that occurs when the bolt (7) returns after firing and hits the set screw head (1.1).
2. Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 1, comprising, at least one setting numbers group (2.1) on said recolt guide (2), which enables the compression value of said spring (3) to be adjusted and thus the reverse force generation value of said spring (3) is determined.

Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 1, comprising, at least one screw path (1.2) located on said set screw (1), which prevents said set screw (1) from being opened each time said bolt (7) hits said set screw head (1.1) after ignition by passing a screw (8) through the screw slot (2.2) on said recolt guide (2).
4. Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that, said screw path (1.2) provides a range of motion for pulling said nut (4) when said bolt (7) hits said set screw (1).
5. Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 1, comprising, at least one nut screw (4.1) positioned in the screw slot (2.2) located on said nut (4), helping the full connection of said nut (4) and said set screw (1) ensuring that the movement of said nut (4) in said recolt guide (2) is limited.
6. Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 1, comprising, at least one bottom screw (6) comprising at least one protrusion to prevent said recolt spring (5) from coming off and screwed into said recolt guide (2) from its large diameter step for the exact positioning of said recolt spring (5) passing on to said recolt guide (2).
7. Bolt (7) braking mechanism according to claim 1, comprising, at least one bottom screw pin slot (6.1) on the said nut (4) coinciding with the pin slot (2.5) opened on the said execution guide (2), and preventing the nut (4) from coming out of its place by providing full contact with said execution guide (2) by means of a pin (2.4).
