TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of children's tableware, in particular to a silicone utensils holder strap to prevent a spoon from falling.

BACKGROUND

In the process of children's growth, guardians need to take care of and accompany them at all times, especially when having meals. Most guardians will choose to feed the children first, and then have meals after they have finished eating. However, because children are active by nature and full of curiosity about the surrounding things, guardians spend a lot of time feeding the children. When the guardians have meals, the food has already lost its heat, which leads to the decrease of food taste. There are also some guardians who choose to feed the children at the same time, but this way is extremely inconvenient. For this reason, some guardians have proposed to let the children eat independently to free the guardian's meal time and let the guardian eat with peace of mind.

When children eat independently, they usually choose spoons as their eating utensils. However, when children scoop food with spoons, it is easy for the spoons to fall into the hands of children. At this time, it is necessary for guardians to constantly pick up the dropped spoons and clean them again to ensure the food hygiene of children, which also costs a lot of guardians' dining time.

To this end, devices for preventing spoons from falling to the ground have also been provided. For example, U.S. Patent Publication No. US20210177178A1 discloses a tether, which comprise an anchor end, a retention end, and a stretchable elastic section configured to allow stretching along a length of an elongated tether. The retention end may comprise a plurality of retention apertures each characterized by a retention-aperture diameter, and a retention end characterized by a retention diameter that is greater than the retention-aperture diameter. The retention end may be configured to enable the retention end to be compressed and manipulated through a first or second retention aperture to form a compression fit and a loop of a first size and a loop of a second, larger size. The stretchable elastic section may be configured such that an overall length of the elongated tether does not exceed a maximum length when subjected to a given amount of stretching force.

According to the device in this solution, the end of the retention end is compressed and manipulated to enter and pass through the holding hole to form a compression-fit ring, and other articles such as the spoon handle are fixed through the ring, and finally the tether is fixed to the placemat or the dining table through the anchoring end. Although this method can use the tether to limit the displacement of the spoon and prevent the spoon from falling to the ground, the tether is wound to fix the handle of the spoon, that is, the end of the holding end needs to surround the handle of the spoon first and then enter the retention hole to form a ring, and the handle of the spoon is fixed by the ring.

However, in the practical process, this solution has many inconveniences. First of all, when children hold the spoon handle, the ring formed by winding the spoon handle will form an obstacle when children hold the spoon handle, so that children's hands can't grasp the spoon handle correctly, and it is easy to crumple their hands when grasping the spoon handle, thus affecting children's eating: Secondly, the anchoring end of the tether needs to be used together with a special placemat. If it is not used together with a special placemat, and the anchoring method in the form of a sucker is adopted, the fixed surface needs to be smooth, which greatly limits the use scene of the tether.

Based on the above contents, it is necessary to provide a silicone utensils holder strap to prevent the spoon from falling. When fixing the spoon handle, it will not form obstacles for children to grasp the spoon handle, so that children's hands can grasp the spoon handle correctly. At the same time, the feeding aid can adapt to more use occasions and meet the use needs of more children.

SUMMARY

The present invention provides a silicone utensils holder strap to prevent a spoon from falling, which does not form an obstacle for children to grasp the spoon handle when fixing the spoon handle, so that children's hands can correctly grasp the spoon handle, and at the same time, the feeding aid is anchored in children's arms, so that the spoon does not fall to the ground.

At least one embodiment of the present invention relates to a silicone utensils holder strap to prevent a spoon from falling, which includes a connecting wire, wherein one end of the connecting wire is provided with a spoon handle connector, and the feeding aid is detachably and quickly connected with the spoon handle through the spoon handle connector: the other end of the connecting wire is provided with a connecting head, and a connecting block is arranged on the connecting wire: a connecting hole is formed on the connecting block, and the connecting head extends into the connecting hole to form a closed-loop structure which can be sleeved on a child's wrist.

As shown in FIG. 5, the fixing method adopted in the U.S. patent publication No. US 20210177178A1 fixes the spoon in a winding way, which forms a ring on the handle of the spoon, which makes it easy for children to lose their hands when holding the spoon, and thus affects eating.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a silicone utensils holder strap to prevent a spoon from falling includes a connecting wire 2, one end of which is provided with a spoon handle connector 4: the connecting wire 2 is detachably and quickly connected with a spoon handle 51 of a spoon 5 through the spoon handle connector 4.

In this embodiment, in order to realize the detachable and quick connection between the connecting wire 2 and the spoon handle 51 of the spoon 5, the spoon handle connector 4 is configured as a thin-walled tube, which runs through from top to bottom, and notches 41 extending to the middle position are provided at both ends, so that the spoon handle 51 can be inserted into the spoon handle connector 4 more conveniently, and the connection between the two is more convenient.

In order to further reduce the resistance of the spoon handle connector 4 to the spoon handle 51, the middle part of the spoon handle connector 4 is also provided with a telescopic hole 42, and the telescopic hole 42 is between the two notches 41, which can effectively reduce the resistance of the spoon handle connector 4 to the spoon handle 51, so that the insertion of the spoon handle connector 4 is more labor-saving and convenient.

In this embodiment, the shape of the telescopic hole 42 is designed as a heart. In other embodiments, the telescopic hole 42 can be any desired shape.
