DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, objectives and effects of the present invention, specific embodiments of the present invention are now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in a first embodiment of a stove top shelf of the present invention, the stove top shelf 10 includes a support member made of a rigid material, and the stove top shelf is used for carrying items to be placed (such as condiment bottles).

Specifically, the support structure is disposed on an appliance 20, such as a stainless-steel pot burner. The support structure includes a horizontally arranged support plane 10a, and a first lip 101, a second lip 102, a third lip 103 and a fourth lip 104 arranged along four edges of the support plane 10a. The first lip 101 (located at the front end of the support plane 10a) extends downwardly, the second lip 102 (located at the opposite side of the first lip 101, i.e., the rear end of the support plane 10a) extends upwardly, the third lip 103 is provided at the left side of the support plane 10a and extends downwardly, and the fourth lip 104 is provided at the right side of the support plane 10a and extends downwardly.

That is, the second lip 102, the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 extend in opposite directions and in different planes with respect to the first lip 101.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 through FIG. 4, at least one magnet (corresponding to 10b, 10c and 10d) is disposed on the surface of each of the second lip 102, the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104, thus making the support member attached to the opposite surface of the appliance 20.

The magnets (corresponding to 10b, 10c, 10d) are disposed on the inner side of the support structure, and magnets (corresponding to 20a, 20b, and 20c) on the appliance 20 are disposed at the positions on opposite surfaces of the magnets (corresponding to 10b, 10c, 10d), thus enabling the support structure 10 to be stably secured to the appliance 20.

By using the technical solution, the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 extending downwardly along the surface of the support plane 10a are provided on the left and right sides of the support plane 10a, and the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 are attached to the left and right sides of the appliance 20, thereby ensuring the stability of the support member placed on the upper end of the appliance 20. In addition, the magnets are disposed in the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 to ensure the reliability of attaching the surface of the support member to the opposite surface of the appliance 20.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, in order to reduce the damage to the appliance caused by falling items (e.g., condiment bottles), the end faces, in contact with the support plane 10a, of the second lip 102, the third lip 103, and the fourth lip 104 are provided with convex lips 10e extending upwardly, where the height of the convex lip 10e is shown as 10h in FIG. 4, thus making the support plane 10a concave with respect to the convex lip 10e. That is, the condiment bottles or other items are placed on the support plane 10a, and the condiment bottles or other items are limited by the convex lips 10e extending upwardly at the front end and the left and right ends, thus effectively preventing the condiment bottles and other items from falling and damaging the appliance.

As shown in FIG. 1, the support structure 10 may be made of a suitably sized material or multiple pieces of material (e.g., plastic or metal), and opposite edges of a blank are bent or deflected in other forms to form the lips 101, 102, 103 and 104. A bending interval 10f is provided between the side faces of the lips 102, 103 and 104. The convex lips 10e are formed on the front end and opposite sides of the relatively flat support plane 10a, and the height 10h of the convex lip 10e can be selected as desired to maintain the items (not shown) on the support structure.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the first lip 101 and the second lip 102 as well as the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 each extend from opposite edges of the support plane 10a or vertically extend.

For example, the first lip 101, the third lip 103, and the fourth lip 104 may extend downwardly from the support plane 10a at a certain angle, and the second lip 102 may extend upwardly from the support plane 10a, so as to form baffle plates for placing items on the support plane 10a.

In some embodiments, the first lip 101 and the second lip 102 have the same or different lengths.

In some embodiments, the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 have the same length (i.e., a downward extending length), and the length is set according to the gradient of the left and right sides of the upper end of the appliance 20, so as to prevent the support structure from moving left and right.

In some embodiments, the third lip 103 and the fourth lip 104 have the same length, and thus the support structure can be stably placed on the platform.

While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to above specific embodiments which are only illustrative, but not for the purpose of limiting. Under the inspiration of the present invention, many other forms can be made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope protected by the claims, which are all within the protection of the present invention.
