Description
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The present invention relates to the technical field of awning, and more particularly relates to an awning.

BACKGROUND

An awning has a complete external sun-shading function, is capable of resisting radiation of ultraviolet rays, reducing the indoor temperature and decreasing the load of an air conditioner, has an energy-saving effect, and is of great significance viewed from energy saving and environmental protection. A connecting mode of the awning on the current market is as follows: a roof end top is fixedly connected to a connecting plate and is then fixedly connected to a cross beam through the connecting plate. This connecting mode is tedious and complicated, and the awning needs to be mounted and connected by many people, which wastes time and labor. In addition, the connecting mode of the roof is as follows: a plurality of panel ends are connected in sequence, which is relatively tedious. Each panel needs to be fixedly connected through screws many times. The integral wind resistance of the awning is relatively poor due to connection of the plurality of panels. Therefore, it is an urgent need of a novel awning to solve the above problems.

SUMMARY

In order to overcome defects in the prior art, the objective of the present invention is to provide an awning.

To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides an awning, including brackets, cross beams for connecting the brackets, frame rods connected to the cross beams and roofs, wherein the roofs are arranged in a space encircled by the cross beams and the frame rods and are connected to the cross beams and the frame rods through screw assemblies; each of the roofs includes a main board and a secondary board; the main board is fixedly connected to the secondary board; and each of the screw assemblies comprises a first screw arranged in each cross beam, a second screw arranged in each roof and connected to the first screw and a gasket arranged between a corresponding one of the cross beams and the second screw.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that the main board is provided with several through holes in a length-width surface thereof and forms a depression on the other surface corresponding to the length-width surface thereof by cutting a part of the main board: a part of the through holes are communicated with the depression: the sum of the width of the depression and the depth of the through holes is the thickness of the main board; the secondary board is provided with a groove connected to the main board in a length-width surface thereof: two sides of groove bodies of the groove are different in length: an inner wall of the groove body at a longer end in the groove is provided with a fixture block adaptive to the through holes in shape; and both surfaces of the fixture block are integrally connected to two groove bodies of the groove.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that an outer surface of the first screw is provided with a first thread, and the first thread is hollow inside to form an accommodation space and is connected to a second screw; an inner wall of the accommodation space is provided with the second thread; the first screw is connected to the cross beam through the first thread and is connected to the second screw through the second thread; the second screw is provided with a third thread matched with the second thread and is further provided with a fourth thread connected to the main board or the secondary board; and the gasket is arranged between the second screw and the main board or the secondary board.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that the ratio of the thickness of the groove body at the shorter end in the groove, the width of the depression and the thickness of the groove body at the longer end in the groove is 1:1:2.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that the ratio of the size of the through holes in a length direction of the main board to the distance between adjacent two of the through holes is 1:1.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that the main board and the secondary board are integrally connected by injection.

The awning provided by the present invention is further arranged such that the roof is fixedly connected to the frame rod through screws.

By adopting the above technical solution, one edge of the roof is directly connected to the cross beam through the screw assembly, so that more connecting assemblies are not needed between the roof and the cross beam. The rest of edges are connected to the frame rods through the screws, which saves the manpower and increases the connecting strength between the roof and the cross beam. The awning is not assembled by many people. By designing the roof, the main board and the secondary board are fixedly connected, they are integrally placed in the frame rods and the cross beams, and many panels are spliced to form the roof. The roof features higher stability and simpler splicing mode, so that the manpower and time are saved.
