The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of air mattresses, and in particular, relates to a high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress.
BACKGROUNDAs a portable sleeping product, air mattresses are widely used in outdoor camping, family emergency accommodation, temporary living spaces, travel accommodation and other occasions because of their characteristics of lightness, easy portability, as well as rapid inflation and deflation.
Existing air mattresses often rely merely on a single main inflatable chamber to provide support. Although this design can provide a basic sleeping platform when inflated, it lacks sufficient internal support and edge stability. When a user lies on the mattress, especially when lying on the edge of the mattress or turning over, it is easy to feel the mattress shaking or partial collapse, resulting in affecting the quality of sleep.
Therefore, the inventor is committed to designing an air mattress to solve the above problems.

As an improvement of the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, a bed cover is sleeved outside the bed body, the top surface of the bed cover is mesh-shaped and forms a mesh layer, and a closure zipper is provided at the side opening of the bed cover.
As an improvement of the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, a side bag is provided on the side of the bed cover relative to the position of the inflation and deflation valve, a protruding portion of the inflation and deflation valve is located in the side bag, the bottom edge of the side bag is connected to the bed cover, and an inflation and deflation zipper in the shape of is provided at the side opening of the side bag.
As an improvement of the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, an inflatable shell is mounted on the side of the bed body, the inflatable shell is located in the side bag, and a one-way valve is elastically capped at an inlet hole at the bottom of the inflatable shell.
As an improvement of the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, the inflation and deflation valve includes a valve body, an umbrella valve, a deflation plug, and an inflation plug; the valve body is fixedly mounted on the bed body, the deflation plug is movably inserted into a deflation hole of the valve body, and the inflation plug is movably inserted into an inflation hole of the deflation plug; a plurality of air inlets are provided at the bottom of the inflation hole, and the umbrella valve is inserted into the deflation plug and its sealing plate is movably capped on all the air inlets.
As an improvement of the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, the valve body, the deflation plug and the inflation plug are connected through a connecting belt; the valve body, the connecting belt and the inflation plug are integrally formed, and the connecting belt is sleeved on the deflation plug.
Compared with the prior art, in the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, the bed surface of the mattress is connected to the bed bottom by providing wire drawings in the main inflatable chamber, enhancing the overall structural strength of the mattress. At the same time, two auxiliary inflatable chambers are provided at the corners of the top and bottom edges of the bed body. The two auxiliary inflatable chambers not only provide additional support for the main inflatable chamber, but also form a natural buffer area during inflation, reducing the influence of external impact on the main inflatable compartment, thereby further improving the stability of the mattress and providing better comfort and being less likely to shake or collapse.

When it is necessary to use the electric pump to charge the mattress, the user directly opens the inflation and deflation zipper 631 and then turns down the side bag 63 to expose both the inflation and deflation valve 4 and the inflatable shell 5. The deflation plug 42 is first inserted into the deflation hole 411 of the valve body 41, the inflation plug 43 is inserted into the inflation hole 421 of the deflation plug 42 (as shown in
When another air pump is needed for inflation, the user can insert the deflation plug 42 into the deflation hole 411 of the valve body 41, and then open the inflation plug 43 to insert the inflation end of the air pump into the inflation hole 421 of the valve body 41. The gas inflated by the air pump enters the inflation hole 421 (as shown in
When deflation is needed, the user can manually open the deflation plug 42 to open the deflation hole 411 of the valve body 41 (as shown in
When needing to remove the bed cover 6, the user first opens the inflation and deflation zipper 631 to deflate the bed body 1, and after the deflation is completed, opens the closure zipper 62, so that the bed body 1 can be taken out of the bed cover 6.
In the high-stability wire-drawing enhanced air mattress of the present disclosure, the bed surface 13 of the mattress is connected to the bed bottom 14 by providing wire drawings 3 in the main inflatable chamber 11, enhancing the overall structural strength of the mattress. At the same time, two auxiliary inflatable chambers 12 are provided at the corners of the top and bottom edges of the bed body 1. The two auxiliary inflatable chambers 12 not only provide additional support for the main inflatable chamber 1, but also form a natural buffer area during inflation, reducing the influence of external impact on the main inflatable compartment 11, thereby further improving the stability of the mattress and providing better comfort and being less likely to shake or collapse.
The above disclosures are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and cannot be used to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Therefore, equivalent changes made in the patent scope of the present disclosure still fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
