FOLDING CHAIR
A folding chair, having a chair frame consisting of a foldable frame. A first front connecting rod of the foldable frame has one end rotatably connected to a front supporting seat, and another end rotatably connected to one end of a front folding seat; a second front connecting rod of the foldable frame has one end rotatably connected to another front supporting seat, and another end fixedly connected to another end of the front folding seat; similar connecting structures are present between a first rear connecting rod, two rear supporting seats, a rear folding seat, and a second rear connecting rod. A first locking mechanism is provided between the first front connecting rod and the front folding seat, and a second locking mechanism is provided between the first rear connecting rod and the rear folding seat.
The present utility model relates to the technical field of chairs, and in particular, to a folding chair.
Chinese utility model patent CN217090067U discloses a portable middle-folding dual-purpose chair, including a chair surface and a chair seat. The chair seat includes a supporting rod group, a connecting rod group, U-shaped connecting pieces, four-corner connecting pieces, and fixing pieces. The connecting rod group includes long connecting rods and short connecting rods. Two ends of each long connecting rod are plugged into two corresponding four-corner connecting pieces respectively. One end of each short connecting rod is rotatably connected to a corresponding four-corner connecting piece, and another end of the short connecting rod is rotatably connected to a corresponding U-shaped connecting piece. To fold the chair, two U-shaped connecting pieces are pushed inwardly towards each other so that the short connecting rods are driven to rotate towards each other and thus drive the long connecting rods on two sides to move towards each other, thereby folding up the connecting rod group.
However, when the connecting rod group described above is unfolded for use, the rotatable connection between each short connecting rod and a corresponding U-shaped connecting piece is not dead locked. This causes the connecting rod group to be easily rotated by an external force during use of the chair, thereby causing an unexpected folding operation, which poses a potential safety hazard. The stability of the chair needs to be improved.
