FENCING NET POST
A fencing net post includes a main body, where the main body is provided with at least two fixing parts which are spaced apart, a ground nail is arranged at a bottom end of the main body, a pedal is arranged at a lower part of the main body, and a reinforcing rib is arranged under the pedal and connected with the pedal and the ground nail. The reinforcing rib connected with the ground nail under the pedal improves the structural stability of the pedal, enhances the impact resistance of the pedal, reduces the risk of damage to the pedal, and helps prolong the service life of the pedal.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fences, and in particular, to a fencing net post.
BACKGROUNDA fence includes a fencing net and a fencing net post for supporting the fencing net, where a bottom end of the fencing net post is provided with a ground nail for being inserted into the ground. Lower parts of some fencing net posts are provided with pedals, allowing users to step on and drive the ground nails at the bottom of the fencing net posts into the ground. However, since the pedals have to withstand sudden forces from feet of the users, which may occasionally break the pedals during actual use.
SUMMARYAn embodiment relates to a fencing net post, which includes a main body, where the main body is provided with at least two fixing parts which are spaced apart, a ground nail is arranged at a bottom end of the main body, a pedal is arranged at a lower part of the main body, and a reinforcing rib is arranged under the pedal and connected with the pedal and the ground nail.

In the fencing net post, the reinforcing rib 5 connected with the ground nail 3 is arranged under the pedal 4, effectively improving the structural stability of the pedal 4, enhancing the impact resistance of the pedal 4, reducing the risk of damage to the pedal 4, and helping prolong the service life of the pedal 4. Moreover, when the fencing net post is inserted into the ground, the reinforcing rib 5 can be embedded into the ground, restricting lateral movement of the fencing net post relative to the ground. This makes the installation of the fencing net post more stable, and helps prevent loosening of the fencing net post.
In one or more embodiments, a bottom end of the reinforcing rib 5 has a smaller width than a top end of the reinforcing rib 5, and the bottom end of the reinforcing rib 5 is an insertion end for being inserted into the ground.
During the process of installing the fencing net post onto the ground, the small contact area of the insertion end generates a greater pressure against the ground, allowing the reinforcing rib 5 to be more easily embedded into the ground, and helping enhance the user experience.
In one or more embodiments, a lower part of the reinforcing rib 5 has a thickness gradually increasing from bottom to top.
The thickness of the lower part of the reinforcing rib 5 gradually increases from bottom to top, enabling the reinforcing rib 5 to be more easily embedded into the ground.
In one or more embodiments, the reinforcing rib 5 and the pedal 4 are of an integrated structure formed integrally.
The integrated structure of the reinforcing rib 5 and the pedal 4 can facilitate the manufacturing of the pedal 4.
In one or more embodiments, the pedal 4 includes a mounting part 41 and a pedal part 42 which are connected to each other, where the mounting part 41 is connected to the main body 1, and the reinforcing rib 5 is located under the pedal part 42 and connected with the pedal part 42.
In one or more embodiments, the pedal 4 is provided with the fixing part 2.
Arranging the fixing part 2 on the pedal 4 can make full use of the space of the pedal 4, helping optimize the arrangement of components of the fencing net post. Moreover, arranging the fixing part 2 on the pedal 4 allows the bottom of a fencing net to be closer to the ground, enhancing the enclosing effect of the fencing net.
In one or more embodiments, the fixing part 2 arranged on the pedal 4 is a first hook, and an opening of the first hook faces downward.
The hook-shaped fixing part 2 is easier to manufacture and allows a user to conveniently attach the fencing net. The downward-facing opening of the first hook helps fix the bottom area of the fencing net effectively and reduces the risk of the fencing net detaching from the first hook.
In one or more embodiments, at least one side of the first hook is provided with a reinforcing protrusion 43 connected with the mounting part 41.
The arrangement of the reinforcing protrusion 43 can enhance the structural stability of the first hook, increase the upper limit of force borne by the first hook, and reduce the risk of damage to the first hook.
In one or more embodiments, the fixing part 2 on the pedal 4 and the pedal part 42 are located at two sides of the mounting part 41 respectively.
By reasonably arranging the fixing part 2 and the pedal part 42, it is ensured that the fixing part 2 does not interfere the user to step on the pedal part 42, while still allowing a sufficient space on the pedal 4 to arrange the reinforcing protrusion 43.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting part 41 is provided with a lower wrapping part 411 wrapping a partial area of the ground nail 3, and the reinforcing rib 5 is connected to the lower wrapping part 411 and indirectly connected with the ground nail 3 through the lower wrapping part 411.
In one or more embodiments, the pedal 4 and the ground nail 3 are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding.
The pedal 4 and the ground nail 3 can be firmly connected, and the assembly of the fencing net post is simplified as well.
In one or more embodiments, the main body 1 includes a main rod 11, the ground nail 3 is located under the main rod 11, and the pedal 4 is provided with an upper wrapping part 412 wrapping a partial area of the main rod 11.
In one or more embodiments, the pedal 4 and the main rod 11 are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding.
The pedal 4 and the main rod 11 can be firmly connected, and the assembly of the fencing net post is simplified as well.
In one or more embodiments, the main rod 11 is a fiberglass rod.
The main rod 11 made of fiberglass has many advantages, such as high toughness, resistance to breaking and deformation, and corrosion resistance.
In one or more embodiments, a top end of the main rod 11 is provided with the fixing part 2, the fixing part is provided with a second hook, and an opening of the second hook faces upward.
In one or more embodiments, the fixing part 2 arranged at the top end of the main rod 11 is sleeved onto the main rod 11.
The fixing part 2 arranged at the top end of the main rod 11 and the main rod 11 are connected simply and reliably, and can withstand a greater pulling force from the fencing net.
In one or more embodiments, the fencing net post further includes a windproof hook 6 for connecting a windproof rope, where the windproof hook 6 is arranged on the main rod 11.
When fixed by the windproof rope, the fencing net post is less prone to loosening.
In one or more embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is detachably mounted on the main rod 11.
The detachable windproof hook 6 not only is convenient to maintain and replace, but also enables the user to decide whether to mount the windproof hook 6 according to actual needs, helping improve the user experience.
In one or more embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is provided with a plurality of open clips 61 which are which are spaced apart from top to bottom, the windproof hook 6 is fixed on the main body 1 through the open clips 61, and openings of two of the open clips 61 face in opposite directions.
The windproof hook 6 being fixed on the main body 1 through the open clips 61 makes installation and removal of the windproof hook 6 convenient. The openings of the two clips 61 facing in the opposite directions enable the windproof hook 6 to be mounted on the main body 1 more stably, effectively reducing the risk of the windproof hook 6 accidentally detaching from the main body 1.
In one or more embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is slidably arranged along the main rod 11.
The independent windproof hook 6 can allow the user to freely adjust the angle at which the windproof rope pulls the fencing net post, further playing a windproof role.

The fencing net post includes a main body 1, where the main body 1 is provided with at least two fixing parts 2 which are spaced apart and used for fixing the fencing net, a ground nail 3 is arranged at a bottom end of the main body 1, a pedal 4 is arranged at a lower part of the main body 1, and a reinforcing rib 5 is arranged under the pedal 4 and connected with the pedal 4 and the ground nail 3.
In order to reducing shaking or rotation of the fencing net post inserted into the ground, in one or more embodiments, at least partial area of the reinforcing rib 5 is also inserted into the ground, after the ground nail 3 of the fencing net post is inserted into the ground.
In order to enable the reinforcing rib 5 to be more easily inserted into the ground, a bottom end of the reinforcing rib 5 has a smaller width than a top end of the reinforcing rib 5, and the bottom end of the reinforcing rib 5 is an insertion end for being inserted into the ground. The smaller contact area between the insertion end and the ground enables the reinforcing rib 5 to be more easily inserted into the ground. In some embodiments, the overall shape of the reinforcing rib 5 is triangular.
In some embodiments, a lower part of the reinforcing rib 5 has a thickness gradually increasing from bottom to top, so that the reinforcing rib 5 can be more smoothly inserted into the ground.
In order to facilitate manufacturing, in some embodiments, the reinforcing rib 5 and the pedal 4 are of an integrated structure formed integrally, for example, by integral plastic injection molding, insert injection molding and the like.
The pedal 4 includes a mounting part 41 and a pedal part 42 which are connected to each other, where the mounting part 41 is connected to the main body 1, and the reinforcing rib 5 is located under the pedal part 42 and connected with the pedal part 42.
In one or more embodiments, the pedal 4 is provided with the fixing part 2, and the fixing part 2 arranged on the pedal 4 is a first hook, and an opening of the first hook faces downward.
In order to improve the structural stability of the first hook, in some embodiments, at least one side of the first hook is provided with a reinforcing protrusion 43 connected with the mounting part 41. In some embodiments, reinforcing protrusions 43 connected with the mounting part 41 are arranged at two opposite sides of the first hook.
The fixing part 2 on the pedal 4 and the pedal part 42 are located at two sides of the mounting part 41 respectively.
In one or more embodiments, the mounting part 41 is provided with a lower wrapping part 411 wrapping a partial area of the ground nail 3, and the reinforcing rib 5 is connected to the lower wrapping part 411 and indirectly connected with the ground nail 3 through the lower wrapping part 411. In some embodiments, the pedal 4 and the ground nail 3 are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding. In other embodiments, the lower wrapping part 411 is of an insertion hole structure, and a top end of the ground nail 3 is inserted into the lower wrapping part 411.
The main body 1 includes a main rod 11. The main rod 11 is a fiberglass rod, the ground nail 3 is located under the main rod 11, and the pedal 4 is provided with an upper wrapping part 412 wrapping a partial area of the main rod 11. In some embodiments, the pedal 4 and the main rod 11 are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding. In other embodiments, the upper wrapping part 412 is of an insertion hole structure, and a bottom end of the main rod 11 is inserted into the upper wrapping part 412.
In some embodiments, the top end of the main rod 11 is provided with the fixing part 2. The fixing part 2 is provided with a second hook, and an opening of the second hook faces upward. The downward-facing first hook and the upward-facing second hook allow the fencing net to be securely and evenly fixed onto the fencing net post, preventing the fencing net from shifting up or down.
In some embodiments, the fixing part 2 arranged at the top end of the main rod 11 is sleeved onto the main rod 11.
In one or more embodiments, the fencing net post further includes a windproof hook 6 for connecting a windproof rope. The windproof hook 6 is arranged on the main body 1. In some embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is arranged on the main rod 11.
In some embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is detachably mounted on the main body 1. In some embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is provided with a plurality of open clips 61 which are spaced apart from top to bottom. The windproof hook 6 is fixed on the main rod 11 through the open clips 61, and openings of two of the open clips 61 face in opposite directions. In some embodiments, the openings of two of the open clips 61 face the same direction.
In some embodiments, the windproof hook 6 is slidably arranged along the main body 1, meaning that the position of the windproof hook 6 on the main rod 11 is adjustable.

Claims
1. A fencing net post, comprising a main body, wherein the main body is provided with at least two fixing parts which are spaced apart, a ground nail being arranged at a bottom end of the main body, a pedal being arranged at a lower part of the main body, and a reinforcing rib being arranged under the pedal and connected with the pedal and the ground nail.
2. The fencing net post according to claim 1, wherein a bottom end of the reinforcing rib has a smaller width than a top end of the reinforcing rib, and the bottom end of the reinforcing rib is an insertion end for being inserted into the ground.
3. The fencing net post according to claim 2, wherein a lower part of the reinforcing rib has a thickness of gradually increasing from bottom to top.
4. The fencing net post according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing rib and the pedal are of an integrated structure formed integrally.
5. The fencing net post according to claim 1, wherein the pedal comprises a mounting part and a pedal part which are connected to each other, the mounting part being connected with the main body, and the reinforcing rib being located under the pedal part and connected with the pedal part.
6. The fencing net post according to claim 5, wherein the pedal is provided with the fixing part.
7. The fencing net post according to claim 6, wherein the fixing part arranged on the pedal is a first hook, an opening of the first hook facing downward.
8. The fencing net post according to claim 7, wherein at least one side of the first hook is provided with a reinforcing protrusion connected with the mounting part.
9. The fencing net post according to claim 6, wherein the fixing part and the pedal part on the pedal are located at both sides of the mounting part respectively.
10. The fencing net post according to claim 5, wherein the mounting part is provided with a lower wrapping part wrapping a partial area of the ground nail, and the reinforcing rib is connected to the lower wrapping part and indirectly connected with the ground nail through the lower wrapping part.
11. The fencing net post according to claim 10, wherein the pedal and the ground nail are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding.
12. The fencing net post according to claim 1, wherein the main body comprises a main rod, the ground nail is located under the main rod, and the pedal is provided with an upper wrapping part wrapping a partial area of the main rod.
13. The fencing net post according to claim 12, wherein the pedal and the main rod are of an integrated structure formed by insert injection molding.
14. The fencing net post according to claim 12, wherein the main rod is a fiberglass rod.
15. The fencing net post according to claim 12, wherein a top end of the main rod is provided with the fixing part, the fixing part being provided with a second hook, and an opening of the second hook facing upward.
16. The fencing net post according to claim 15, wherein the fixing part arranged at the top end of the main rod is sleeved onto the main rod.
17. The fencing net post according to claim 1, further comprising a windproof hook for connecting a windproof rope, wherein the windproof hook is arranged on the main body.
18. The fencing net post according to claim 17, wherein the windproof hook is detachably mounted on the main rod.
19. The fencing net post according to claim 18, wherein the windproof hook is provided with a plurality of open clips which are spaced apart from top to bottom, the windproof hook is fixed on the main body through the open clips, and openings of two of the open clips face in opposite directions.
20. The fencing net post according to claim 17, wherein the windproof hook is slidably arranged along the main rod.
