BACKGROUNDIn existing technology, footwear articles are mainly composed of a shoe sole, a shoe upper, and a shoelace. The material of shoe upper is usually a combination of leather, mesh, fabric, synthetic material, genuine leather, or granular velvet. Existing footwear articles usually reserve shoelace holes on the shoe upper and then the shoelace is inserted into the shoelace hole. Although the structure of these footwear articles can control comfort by adjusting tightness of the shoelace, for certain foot shapes or sports states, the shoelace that is tied directly may not provide best fit and comfort. Besides, if the shoelaces are tied too tightly, it may cause pressure on feet; if tied too loosely, it may cause the shoes to slip and cause sprains in feet.

-
- 1. the soft and elastic fabric shoe upper are a weaves tubular structure on two sides, a rib made of less elastic materials is sleeved in each tubular structure. The two materials do not affect each other's contraction and extension. The two different materials on the shoe upper are stable and do not affect each other, they are similar to a concept of muscle and bone. The elastic shoe upper is a tubular structure, and the rib is provided in the tubular structures. The flexible shoe upper provides feeling of wrapping and comfort, while the rib provides tight support, which is more in line with the ergonomics of foot. During intense exercise, it will not relax. The surface of the shoe upper is provided with a plurality of first elastic constraint members, which are evenly distributed in a fishbone shape.
- 2. The second type of ergonomics footwear article, compared to the first type of ergonomics footwear article, it is provided with an elastic constraint element. The main body is provided at an upper of the shoe upper, and the rib body is provided at a lower of the shoe upper. The main body is not connected to the shoe upper, but the rib body part is connected to the shoe upper. There is also a recess provided on the main body, which can make the main body more prone to deformation. That is to say, the second type of ergonomics footwear article can achieve the same effect by transitioning between the shoelace and the shoe upper through the elastic constraint member.
- 3. The third type of ergonomics footwear article is different from the structures of the first and second types of ergonomics footwear articles as the provided elastic constraint member. The rib belt part of the elastic constraint member is a woven structure, which is relatively soft and can improve deformation. Through this structure, when wearing and walking, it is more in line with the ergonomics of foot, thereby further improving comfort.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTSThe following will provide a clear and complete description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure, in combination with the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the art without creative work fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Embodiment 1Please refer to
Besides, the first elastic constraint member 4 is an inverted fishbone shape as a whole. A lower of the first elastic constraint member 4 is provided with a first main body part 41, the first main body part 41 is equivalent to a spine part of the fishbone, an upper of the first elastic constraint member 4 is provided with a plurality of first rib body parts 42, the first rib body parts 42 are equivalent to a rib part of the fishbone, and the plurality of first rib body parts 42 are integrated with the first main body part 41 through injection molding technology. The first main body part 41 is fixed to a bottom surface of the shoe upper 2, and the plurality of first rib body parts 42 are not connected to a surface of the shoe upper 2. The first rib body parts 42 are provided in an interior of the limit member 5, and they can move relative to each other. Each first rib body part 42 is all arranged inclined and an inclination angle of each limit member 5 is consistent with an inclination angle of a corresponding first rib part 42. A height of the first main body part 41 gradually increases from one end to the other end, and a top of each first rib part 42 is provided with a plurality of first rope holes 43, and the shoelace 3 will run through interiors of the plurality of first rope holes 43.
During a walking process of the ergonomics footwear article in this embodiment, compared with a way directly tying the shoelace 3 into the shoe upper 2 and providing with the shoelace hole in the existing technology, the provided first elastic constraint member 4 can undergo relatively independent deformation with the shoe upper 2, which means that they can all undergo deformation. Moreover, the limit member 5 only constrains a horizontal position of the first rib part 42 and does not constrain its vertical position. Therefore, when the first elastic constraint member 4 deforms, the first rib part 42 can move vertically in the limit member 5, and the shoelace 3 can be provide on the first rib part 42 of the first elastic constraint member 4. There are a plurality of first elastic constraint members 4 on the surface of the shoe upper 2. The uniform distribution of the first elastic constraint members 4 in a fishbone shape is more ergonomic, thereby reducing a probability of a user twisting feet during walking.
Embodiment 2Please refer to
The ergonomics footwear article in this embodiment plays a same role as in Embodiment 1 when worn by the user for walking, both of which are aimed at rendering the footwear article being more ergonomic to the feet, rendering the feet more comfortable during walking, and reducing the probability of sprains. The difference from Embodiment 1 is that the directions of setting the first elastic constraint member 4 and the second elastic constraint member 6 on the shoe upper 2 are opposite. During the user's walking process, the foot feeling of the second elastic constraint member 6 is slightly worse than that of the first elastic constraint member 4, because the first main body 41 of the first elastic constraint member 4 is located on a lower surface of the shoe upper 2, and the second main body part 62 of the elastic constraint member 6 is located on an upper surface of the shoe upper 2, and during walking, a curvature degree of the upper surface of shoe upper 2 is much smaller than that of a lower surface of the shoe upper 2, and the second main body part 62 is horizontal arranged, so the deformation of the second main body part 62 is large and will abuts against foot surface. The first elastic constraint member 4 will not have this problem when walking, thus it will be more comfortable.
Embodiment 3Please refer to
The structure of the ergonomics footwear article in this embodiment is different
from that in Embodiments 1 and 2. In this embodiment, there is no corresponding main body, but the bottom of the third rib body 71 and the plurality of fourth rib body parts 72 are directly fixed to the bottom surface of the shoe upper 2. There is also no rope hole provided at the tops of the third rib body 71 and the plurality of fourth rib body parts 72, as in Embodiments 1 and 2, instead, the rib belt part 73 is used, and which is connected between the third rib body 71 and the fourth rib body part 72, as well as between adjacent two fourth rib body parts 72. That is to say, the shoelace 3 runs through the interior of the rib belt body 73, rather than the rope hole, because the rib belt part 73 is a woven structure, so it is relatively soft, and its softness is similar to that of the shoelace 3. Through this structure, it is more flexible than the ergonomics footwear articles in Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2 are more in line with the ergonomics of feet when worn for walking, thereby further improving comfort.
Embodiment 4Please read
It should be noted that there are a plurality groups of first elastic constraint members 4 and annular rings 44 provided on the upper of the shoe upper 2, and they are arranged in sequence from bottom to top. Moreover, sizes of the annular rings 44 also increases from small to large, so the pressure is greater as it is located at upwards. Therefore, it is necessary to design a larger annular ring 44 to better achieve an elastic effect.
An integrated molding of the limit member 5 and shoe upper 2 can achieve a consistent appearance of the woven main body, while simplifying a manufacturing process of the shoe upper 2. The limit member 5 can also be fabrics or other plastic elastic materials, and the present disclosure does not limit it.
In the embodiment shown in
The first elastic constraint member 4 of the fishbone shaped elastic support member is integrated with the annular ring 44, and an annular structure of the annular ring 44 can undergo elastic deformation to fit the shoe upper 2. An elasticity of the annular structure is good, and it is easy to deform to match different foot curves, rendering the shoe upper 2 more in line with a top of dorsum of foot, thereby improving foot comfort. A length of the first elastic constraint member 4 corresponds to a thickness change of an inner or outer dorsum of the foot, which can be lengthened sequentially in a direction from toe to heel to adapt to a stretching of the shoe upper 2 under use, and thereby obtaining a better wrapping effect.
It should be noted that the first elastic constraint member 4 and annular ring 44 can be made of a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber) or other high elastic plastic materials, and the present disclosure does not limit this.
