ADJUSTABLE SHOULDER STRAP, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND BRASSIERE STRAP ADJUSTMENT RING
The present invention provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and a brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the adjustable shoulder strap includes a strap body, and the brassiere strap adjustment ring includes a frame body and a fixed column, wherein the frame body defines and has a threading space, and the fixed column is horizontally placed in the frame body, dividing the threading space into a first guiding hole and a second guiding hole, wherein the fixed column has at least one threading hole aligned with the opening direction of the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, allowing the corresponding stitching to pass through the at least one threading hole to stitch and secure one end of the strap body to the fixed column.
The present invention relates to the field of brassiere accessories, and more particularly to an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring.
Description of Related ArtsA brassiere, as a type of clothing, has become one of the indispensable and essential garments in modern life. As the living standards continue to improve, people not only pursue the practicality and functionality of brassieres, but also pay more attention to their aesthetic and comfort levels, wherein whether a brassiere fits well is a crucial factor in ensuring wearing comfort. The current brassiere size parameters generally correspond to the underbust size of the wearer and the difference between the upper and lower bust sizes, which can roughly reflect whether the cup size and strap length of the brassiere match the bust size and chest circumference of the wearer. Since the brassiere also serves to lift and support the bust of the wearer, whether the cups provide good upward support is also important. Thus, brassieres with shoulder strap of appropriate length are also important for the comfort of the wearer. However, due to differences in body shape and height among wearers, even if the brassiere size is the same, the appropriate shoulder strap length may differ. Hence, most existing brassieres use adjustable shoulder straps.

However, the 8-shaped shoulder strap adjustment ring (10P) causes the shoulder strap (20P) to thread through the frame body (11P) multiple times during production, making the process is burdensome and complex, resulting in low production efficiency and high labor costs. Additionally, the shoulder strap (20P) will be doubly overlapped on the divider column (12P), causing the corresponding brassiere at the 8-shaped shoulder strap adjustment ring (10P) position to often protrude through the outer garment of the wearer, which is aesthetically unpleasing and can cause the wearer to feel embarrassed. Furthermore, since the shoulder strap (20P) threads through the first guiding hole (13P) and the second guiding hole (14P) twice, occupying the space of the first guiding hole (13P) and the second guiding hole (14P), the wearer is required to exert more force to move the shoulder strap (20P) through the first guiding hole (13P) and the second guiding hole (14P) during adjustment. Moreover, the fixed end (21P) sewn to the shoulder strap (20P) creates a stepped thickness difference, affecting the comfort of the wearer.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONThe present invention provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the brassiere strap adjustment ring can be directly fixed to the corresponding shoulder strap.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the manufacturing process of the adjustable shoulder strap is simplified, facilitating increased production efficiency and cost reduction.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the adjustable shoulder strap does not need to be multilayered at the adjustment position, thereby reducing thickness and achieving a seamless effect.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the adjustable shoulder strap allows the wearer to smoothly adjust the length, enhancing the user's experience.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the adjustable shoulder strap comprises a strap body and the brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the strap body is directly sewn to the brassiere strap adjustment ring without the need for a folding method to install the brassiere strap adjustment ring, simplifying the production process and increasing production efficiency.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the strap body does not need to pass through both sides of the brassiere strap adjustment ring multiple times for folding, thereby avoiding multilayer overlapping at the brassiere strap adjustment ring, reducing the thickness of the adjustable shoulder strap.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the strap body only needs to pass through the brassiere strap adjustment ring once, ensuring that the wearer can smoothly adjust the strap body.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the brassiere strap adjustment ring comprises a frame body and a fixed column, wherein the frame body is defined to have a threading space, and the fixed column is horizontally placed in the frame body, dividing the threading space into a first guiding hole and a second guiding hole, wherein the fixed column has at least one threading hole aligned with the opening direction of the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, allowing the corresponding stitching to pass through the threading hole to stitch and secure one end of the strap body to the fixed column without needing to fold the strap body to install the strap body and the brassiere strap adjustment ring.

The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein one end of the strap body is directly stitched and secured to the fixed column, thus, avoiding thickness differences with the strap body, thereby enhancing the comfort of the wearer.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the strap body does not need to be folded through both sides of the brassiere strap adjustment ring, thus, saving the length reserved for folding the existing shoulder strap, reducing material usage, and lowering costs.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the fixed column has a hole frame defining the threading hole, comprising a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, wherein the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side are connected end-to-end sequentially, in which the end of the first side is connected to the beginning of the second side, the end of the second side is connected to the beginning of the third side, the end of the third side is connected to the beginning of the fourth side, and the end of the fourth side is connected to the beginning of the first side, thereby encircling and defining the threading holes, wherein the hole frame has a structure in which the first side overlaps the third side when rotated 180° counterclockwise about the physical center point of the threading hole, and the second side overlaps the fourth side when rotated 180° counterclockwise about the physical center point of the threading hole, based on the structural design of the hole frame to enhance the accuracy of the corresponding stitching threading through and improve the position limiting effect of the hole frame on the corresponding stitching, ensuring the stitching firmness between the strap body and the fixed column.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the end where the first side and the fourth side are connected, as well as the end where the second side and the third side are connected, are two horizontal ends of the hole frame, wherein the hole frame is arranged such that the lines connecting each of the two horizontal ends of the hole frame are on the same straight line, thereby reducing the distance of the stitching threading through between adjacent threading holes, saving stitching material.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the line connecting the horizontal ends of the hole frame is parallel to the horizontal direction of the fixed column, thereby enhancing the accuracy of machine threading, improving the production efficiency.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the end where the first side and the second side are connected, as well as the end where the third side and the forth side are connected, are two vertical ends of the hole frame, wherein the hole frame is arranged such that the lines connecting the two vertical ends are perpendicular to the horizontal direction of the fixed column, to reduce the distance between the threading hole with the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, thereby facilitating the stitching to thread through the threading hole and the first threading hole, and/or to thread through the threading hole and the second threading hole, thereby enhancing the stitching firmness between the strap body and the fixed column. Based on the reduced distance between the threading hole with the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, the stitching material is saved, thereby reducing the costs.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the first side is parallel to the third side, and the second side is parallel to the fourth side, thereby enhancing the accuracy of machine threading based on a regular structure and improving production efficiency.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side are all of equal length, further improving the regularity of the structure of the threading hole, enhancing the efficiency of machine threading, and effectively reducing the probability of the machine needle hitting the fixed column, thereby reducing the consumption of the production materials and lowering costs.
The present invention further provides an adjustable shoulder strap, its manufacturing method, and brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein each of the threading holes are arranged such that the distance between two adjacent threading holes is equal, thereby enhancing machine threading efficiency based on the uniformity and regularity of the threading hole arrangement.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a brassiere strap adjustment ring for adjusting the length of a brassiere strap, wherein the brassiere strap adjustment ring comprises:

- A frame body, wherein the frame body is defined to have a threading space; and
- A fixed column, wherein the fixed column is horizontally placed in the frame body, dividing the threading space into a first guiding hole and a second guiding hole, wherein the fixed column has at least one threading hole aligned with the opening direction of the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, and the brassiere strap adjustment ring is adapted to be sewn to the brassiere strap with corresponding stitching threading through the threading hole.
In one embodiment, wherein the number of the threading holes is at least two.
In one embodiment, wherein the fixed column has a hole frame defining the threading hole, wherein the hole frame comprises a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, wherein the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side are connected end-to-end sequentially, wherein the hole frame has a structure in which the first side overlaps the third side when rotated 180° counterclockwise about the physical center point of the threading hole, and the second side overlaps the fourth side when rotated 180° counterclockwise about the physical center point of the threading hole.
In one embodiment, wherein the end where the first side and the fourth side are connected, as well as the end where the second side and the third side are connected, are two horizontal ends of the hole frame, wherein the hole frame is arranged such that the lines connecting each of the two horizontal ends of the hole frame are on the same straight line.

- A brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the brassiere strap adjustment ring comprises a frame body and a fixed column, wherein the frame body is defined to have a threading space, and the fixed column is horizontally placed in the frame body, dividing the threading space into a first guiding hole and a second guiding hole, wherein the fixed column has at least one threading hole aligned with the opening direction of the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole, wherein the fixed end of the strap body is stitched and secured to the fixed column on one side of the brassiere strap adjustment ring by threading through the threading hole with the corresponding stitching, wherein the side where the fixed end is located is designated as the rear side of the brassiere strap adjustment ring, and the other side is designated as the front side of the brassiere shoulder strap adjustment ring, wherein the strap body is adapted to allow the connecting end to pass through the frame body from the rear side to the front side via the second guiding hole, and to pass through the frame body from the front side to the rear side via the first guiding hole.

- A. Stitching and securing one end of a strap body to a fixed column of a brassiere strap adjustment ring on the rear side of the brassiere strap adjustment ring using stitching;
- B. Passing the other end of the strap body from the rear side, on one side of the fixed column, through a frame body to the front side of the brassiere shoulder strap adjustment ring;
- C. Passing the other end of the strap body from the front side, on the other side of the fixed column, through the frame body to the rear side.
In one embodiment, wherein the manufacturing method of an adjustable shoulder strap, before the step A, further comprises a step of stamping to form the brassiere strap adjustment ring, wherein the brassiere strap adjustment ring comprises the frame body and the fixed column, wherein the frame body is defined to have a threading space, and wherein the fixed column is horizontally placed in the frame body, dividing the threading space into a first guiding hole and a second guiding hole, wherein the fixed column has at least one threading hole aligned with the opening direction of the first guiding hole and the second guiding hole.

- a stitching which connect said fixed column with said fixed end of said strap body, wherein said fixed end of said strap body is stitched and secured to said fixed column on one side of said brassiere strap adjustment ring by threading through said plurality of threading holes and said first guiding hole with said stitching, wherein said stitching comprises a plurality of first stitching thread portions each passing through one of said plurality of threading holes and said first guiding hole, and a second stitching thread portion between two adjacent first stitching thread portions of said plurality of first stitching thread portions, wherein each said second stitching thread portion passes through two adjacent threading holes of said plurality of threading holes;
- wherein said connecting end is adapted to sequentially pass through said second guiding hole and said first guiding hole of said frame body.
22: The adjustable shoulder strap according to claim 21, wherein said fixed column has a hole frame defining each of said plurality of threading holes, wherein said hole frame comprises a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, wherein said first side, said second side, said third side, and said fourth side are connected end-to-end sequentially.
23: The adjustable shoulder strap according to claim 22, wherein said first side, said second side, said third side, and said fourth side are connected end-to-end sequentially to form two first connecting positions which are spacedly arranged along an extending direction of the corresponding first stitching thread portion and two second connecting positions which are spacedly arranged along an extending direction of the corresponding second stitching thread portion.
24: The adjustable shoulder strap according to claim 23, wherein said extending direction of the corresponding first stitching thread portion is vertical, said extending direction of the corresponding second stitching thread portion is horizontal.
