HOME APPLIANCE HAVING A DOOR MECHANISM
A home appliance has a body, a storage partition encircled by the body and a front opening providing access to the storage partition. A door mechanism is connected to the body and is rotatably movable between a closed position where the front opening can be completely covered and an open position where access is provided into the storage partition. The door mechanism contains an outer door panel facing the outer side and an inner door facing the storage partition in the closed position. The home appliance has a frame structure with vertical bracket parts provided in a manner extending in a vertical direction on a panel inner face of the outer door panel facing the inner door, horizontal bracket parts provided in a manner extending in a horizontal direction, and related corner bracket parts provided in the regions of the vertical bracket parts and of the horizontal bracket parts.

FIELD AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a home appliance, particularly a domestic cooling device which has a door mechanism.
PRIOR ARTIn home appliances, particularly in domestic cooling devices, door mechanism structures are used which have different isolation thicknesses and designs because of cooling performance requirements. In home appliances which have door mechanisms including different isolation material thicknesses and designs, the differing of each sub-part of the door mechanisms and the production tools needed for production of these sub-parts is a factor which increases complexity. Moreover, the outwardly-drawing of the drawer structures by the users for accessing into the drawer structures that exist in the home appliances can become possible by bringing the door mechanism to a high opening angle (for instance, at least approximately 110°). Therefore, arrangements must be made on the door mechanism for decreasing complexity in the door mechanisms that exist in different type of home appliances and for providing outwardly drawing of the drawer structures easily by users.
In the prior art, namely in U.S. Pat. No. 11,768,028 B, a refrigerator is described which has a door frame and a peripheral surface of the insulation door panel of a panel unit that are distanced from each other. A component receiving groove is provided between the door frame and the peripheral surface of the insulation door panel, thus, a process module is taken into the component receiving groove. When the process module is taken into the component receiving groove, at least one part of the process module is arranged in a manner facing the front surface of the panel unit by means of a frame part that forms the front surface of the panel unit. Therefore, an area for fixing a process module like a detection sensor or a touch sensor is provided so as to be substantially wide along the edge of a door.
The invention provides an additional improvement, an additional advantage or an alternative to the prior art.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAn object of the present invention is to provide a home appliance, particularly a domestic cooling device which has a door mechanism that enables outwardly-drawing of the drawer structures, which exist inside the device, with a lower opening angle of the door mechanism and at the same time, which meets resistance and isolation requirements.
In accordance with the invention, this object is achieved by means of a door mechanism which has the characteristics of the claims.
In order to achieve the object, the invention is a home appliance, particularly a domestic cooling device containing a body, at least one storage partition encircled by the body and having a front opening in a manner providing access inside from outside, and at least one door mechanism connected to the body and which is rotatably movable between a closed position where the front opening can be completely covered and an open position where at least partial access can be provided into the storage partition through the front opening. The door mechanism contains an outer door panel facing the outer side and an inner door facing the storage partition in the closed position. The home appliance further has a frame structure having mutual vertical bracket parts provided in a manner extending in an essentially vertical direction on a panel inner face of the outer door panel facing the inner door, mutual horizontal bracket parts provided in a manner extending in a horizontal direction which is essentially in orthogonal direction to the vertical direction, and related corner bracket parts provided in the regions of the vertical bracket parts and of the horizontal bracket parts which are close to the related end parts and embodied to connect the related vertical bracket parts and the related horizontal bracket parts to each other. In the home appliance, the outer door panel has peripheral wall parts in a manner defining a panel inner space, and each of the horizontal wall parts contains an inwardly bent part embodied to define a wall channel embodied to at least partially receive the related parts of the frame structure where the horizontal bracket parts are existing. By means of this, a door mechanism is provided with reduced thickness in a manner enabling drawing-outside of drawer structures with a smaller opening angle (for instance, approximately 90°). Moreover, by means of the frame structure and the outer panel structure which at least partially receives the frame structure, in cooling devices which have different cooling requirements, a door mechanism structure is provided which provides the expected isolation and where undesired formal impacts with high-resistance do not occur since a part of the frame structure is wrapped by the outer door panel in a tight manner. Since the door mechanism can provide resistance and isolation performance in different types of home appliances for instance like single-door cooling devices, single-door freezing devices, the door mechanism can be used in different types of home appliances, and by means of this, door mechanism complexity in production is reduced. Commonization of the sub-parts that form the door mechanism by reducing complexity provides decreasing of the production costs.
Here, the mentioned “home appliance” term can be any device, particularly a domestic cooling device used in houses. The domestic cooling device can be any type of cooling device like a single-door cooling device, a single-door freezing device, a cooling device having cooler-freezer combination.
Here, the mentioned “storage partition” term can be a freezer partition or a cooler partition wherein items, particularly food can be placed and wherein foods can be cooled or frozen.
Here, by means of the mentioned “a wall channel embodied to at least partially receive the related parts of the frame structure where the horizontal bracket parts are existing” term, the condition, where the wall channel receives all sections of the horizontal bracket parts that exist in the frame structure or where the wall channel receives some sections of the horizontal bracket parts that exist in the frame structure, is mentioned.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related inwardly bent parts are configured to have a form which is similar to L-shape. By means of this, the related parts of the frame structure are wrapped tightly, and the resistance is increased.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, each of the vertical wall parts contains an outwardly bent part provided in a manner diverging from the frame structure. By means of this, the desired area for the necessary assembly parts of the door mechanism is easily created.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the vertical bracket parts and the horizontal bracket parts comprise a bracket inner channel wherein the related corner bracket parts are at least partially placed. By means of this, the corner bracket parts are placed in a manner reinforcing resistance against load at the corner regions of the door mechanism.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related corner bracket parts contain a first bracket part which extends essentially in the same direction as the related vertical bracket part, a second bracket part which extends essentially in the same direction as the related horizontal bracket part, and a bracket convolution part provided between the first bracket part and the second bracket part in a manner defining a corner part of the frame structure. By means of this, besides connecting the related horizontal bracket parts and the related vertical bracket parts to each other by the corner bracket parts, the corner bracket part is provided in a manner supporting the regions of the related horizontal bracket parts and the related vertical bracket parts which are close to the end parts.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, in order to connect the related corner bracket part to a related hinge mechanism embodied to provide movement of the door mechanism between open position and closed position, to the related wall part and to the related horizontal bracket part, there is at least one first bracket connection hole structure through which a hinge connection element passes. By means of this, the required connection is made in order for the corner bracket parts to increase the resistance of the corner regions of the door mechanism, where the hinges can be fixed, against load.
Here, the mentioned “hinge connection element” can be a connection element like a screw, bolt.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, in order to connect the related corner bracket part to the related vertical bracket part or to the related horizontal bracket part and to the panel inner face, there is at least one first connection hole through which a first connection element passes and provided in the related corner bracket part and there is at least one second connection hole provided in the related vertical bracket part and in the related horizontal bracket part in a manner corresponding to the first connection holes. By means of this, connection of the corner bracket parts to the outer door panel by means of the related vertical bracket part and the related horizontal bracket part is realized.
Here, the mentioned “first connection element” can be a rivet element.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related corner bracket part contains a corresponding first connection flap provided at a side which is opposite to a side where the first connection holes are existing, and embodied to correspond to a first connection flap of the related vertical bracket part, in order to connect the related corner bracket part to the related vertical bracket part. By means of this, connection of the corner bracket part to the vertical bracket part is guaranteed.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related corner bracket part comprises a corresponding second connection flap provided at a side which is opposite to a side where the first connection holes are existing, and embodied to correspond to a second connection flap of the related horizontal bracket part, in order to connect the related corner bracket part to the related horizontal bracket part. By means of this, connection of the corner bracket part to the horizontal bracket part is guaranteed.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related vertical bracket part comprises an upper bending part provided in a bent manner towards the panel inner face at a side which is far from the panel inner face. By means of this, the resistance of the vertical bracket part is further increased.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the upper bending part is a bending part provided in a manner extending in the vertical direction of the related vertical bracket part and at a side of the related vertical bracket part where the related corner bracket part does not exist. By means of this, besides increasing of the resistance of the vertical bracket part in the vertical direction, by providing of the vertical bracket part at a side where the related corner bracket part does not exist, placement of the corner bracket part to the bracket channel during assembly is prevented from becoming difficult.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related vertical bracket part contains a lower bending part embodied at an opposite side of the upper bending part and provided in a manner approaching the upper bending part. By means of this, the resistance of the vertical bracket part is further increased.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related horizontal bracket part contains a related horizontal bracket middle part embodied such that a door opening auxiliary bracket of the door mechanism is connected thereon, and provided in a one-piece manner with the related horizontal bracket part. By means of this, by providing the horizontal bracket middle part as one-piece with the related horizontal bracket part, part complexity is reduced.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the related horizontal bracket part contains at least one first connection hole in the middle part through which a first auxiliary bracket connection element passes in order to connect the door opening auxiliary bracket to the horizontal bracket middle part. By means of this, connection of the door opening auxiliary bracket to the horizontal bracket middle part is provided.
Here, the mentioned “first auxiliary bracket connection element” can be a connection element like a screw, bolt.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the horizontal bracket middle parts contain at least one second connection hole in the middle part through which a second auxiliary bracket connection element passes in order to connect the related horizontal bracket part to the outer door panel. By means of this, stabilization of the horizontal bracket middle part where the door opening auxiliary shall be provided is guaranteed.
Here, the mentioned “second auxiliary bracket connection element” can be a rivet element.
Each possible embodiment disclosed in this text can be combined with the other possible embodiments disclosed in this text if there is not any technical constraint.
Other features which are considered as characteristic for the invention are set forth in the appended claims.
Although the invention is illustrated and described herein as embodied in a home appliance having a door mechanism, it is nevertheless not intended to be limited to the details shown, since various modifications and structural changes may be made therein without departing from the spirit of the invention and within the scope and range of equivalents of the claims.
The construction and method of operation of the invention, however, together with additional objects and advantages thereof will be best understood from the following description of specific embodiments when read in connection with the accompanying drawings.

Claims
1. A home appliance, comprising:
- a body encircling at least one storage partition, said body having a front opening formed therein in a manner providing access inside from outside into said at least one storage partition;
- at least one door mechanism connected to said body and being rotatably movable between a closed position where said front opening being completely covered and an open position where at least partial access being provided into said storage partition through said front opening, wherein said at least one door mechanism has an outer door panel facing an outer side and an inner door facing said at least one storage partition in the closed position, said outer door panel having a panel inner face facing said inner door;
- a frame structure having mutual vertical bracket parts provided in a manner extending in a vertical direction on said panel inner face of said outer door panel, mutual horizontal bracket parts provided in a manner extending in a horizontal direction which is in an orthogonal direction to the vertical direction, and related corner bracket parts provided in regions of end parts of said mutual vertical bracket parts and of said mutual horizontal bracket parts and embodied to connect said mutual vertical bracket parts and said mutual horizontal bracket parts to each other; and
- said outer door panel further having peripheral wall parts in a manner defining a panel inner space, said peripheral wall parts including horizontal wall parts each having an inwardly bent part embodied to define a wall channel embodied to at least partially receive related parts of said frame structure where said mutual horizontal bracket parts exist.
2. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein said inwardly bent part is configured to have a form which is L-shaped.
3. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein said peripheral wall parts include vertical wall parts each having an outwardly bent part provided in a manner diverging from said frame structure.
4. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein said mutual vertical bracket parts and said mutual horizontal bracket parts each have a bracket inner channel where said related corner bracket parts are at least partially placed.
5. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein said related corner bracket parts each have a first bracket part which extends generally in a same direction as a related one of said mutual vertical bracket parts, a second bracket part which extends generally in a same direction as a related one of said mutual related horizontal bracket parts, and a bracket convolution part provided between said first bracket part and said second bracket part in a manner defining a corner part of said frame structure.
6. The home appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
- hinge mechanisms embodied to provide movement of said at least one door mechanism between the open position and the closed position;
- a hinge connection element; and
- at least one first bracket connection hole structure, wherein in order to connect one of said related corner bracket parts to one of said hinge mechanisms, to one of said peripheral wall parts and to one of said mutual horizontal bracket parts, there is said at least one first bracket connection hole structure through which said hinge connection element passes.
7. The home appliance according to claim 1,
- further comprising a first connection element;
- wherein said related corner bracket parts have first connection holes formed therein; and
- wherein said mutual vertical bracket parts and said mutual horizontal brackets part have second connection holes formed therein in a manner corresponding to said first connection holes, and in order to connect one of said related corner bracket parts to a related one of said mutual vertical bracket parts or to a related one of said mutual horizontal bracket parts and to said panel inner face, said first connection element passes through at least one of said first connection holes and through at least one of said second connection holes provided in said one related vertical bracket part or in said one related horizontal bracket part.
8. The home appliance according to claim 7, wherein:
- said mutual vertical bracket parts each have a first connection flap; and
- said related corner bracket parts each have a corresponding first connection flap provided at a side which is opposite to a side where said first connection holes are existing, and embodied to correspond to said first connection flap of said mutual vertical bracket parts, in order to connect said related corner bracket parts to said mutual vertical bracket parts.
9. The home appliance according to claim 7, wherein:
- said mutual horizontal bracket parts each have a second connection flap; and
- said related corner bracket parts each have a corresponding second connection flap provided at a side which is opposite to a side where said first connection holes are existing, and embodied to correspond to said second connection flap of said mutual horizontal bracket parts, in order to connect said related corner bracket parts to said mutual horizontal bracket parts.
10. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein said mutual vertical bracket parts each contain an upper bending part provided in a bent manner towards said panel inner face at a side which is far from said panel inner face.
11. The home appliance according to claim 10, wherein said upper bending part is a bending part provided in a manner extending in the vertical direction of said mutual vertical bracket parts and at a side of said mutual vertical bracket parts where said related corner bracket parts do not exist.
12. The home appliance according to claim 10, wherein said mutual vertical bracket parts each have a lower bending part embodied at an opposite side of said upper bending part and provided in a manner approaching said upper bending part.
13. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein:
- said at least one door mechanism has a door opening auxiliary bracket; and
- said mutual horizontal bracket parts each contain a related horizontal bracket middle part embodied such that said door opening auxiliary bracket of said door mechanism is connected thereon, and provided in a one-piece manner with a related one said mutual horizontal bracket parts.
14. The home appliance according to claim 13,
- further comprising a first auxiliary bracket connection element; and
- wherein said related horizontal bracket middle part has at least one first connection hole formed therein and through which said first auxiliary bracket connection element passes in order to connect said door opening auxiliary bracket to said related horizontal bracket middle part.
15. The home appliance according to claim 13,
- further comprising a second auxiliary bracket connection element; and
- wherein said related horizontal bracket middle part has at least one second connection hole formed therein and through which said second auxiliary bracket connection element passes in order to connect a respective one of said mutually horizontal bracket parts to said outer door panel.
16. The home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the home appliance is a domestic cooling device.
