QUICK MOUNTING DEVICE FOR SPLIT HANDLE OF FAUCET AND SPLIT HANDLE FAUCET

A quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet and a split handle faucet are provided. The quick mounting device comprises a handle body, a mounting hole formed on a counter, a counter top fixing assembly, and a counter bottom fixing assembly. A first connector is connected between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly. The counter top fixing assembly is provided with a first quick connector, the handle body is provided with a second quick connector, and the first quick connector is connected to the second quick connector. The counter bottom fixing assembly is partially less than the mounting hole, which facilitates mounting from the top to the bottom of the counter. The first quick connector fits with the second quick connector to mount the handle onto the counter, thereby avoiding the operations faxing, threading and connection under the counter.

The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2025201033487, filed on January 16, 2025, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the technical field of bathroom accessories, in particular to a quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet and a split handle faucet handle.

BACKGROUND

In the past, a split faucet and a handle are usually mounted by complex operations below a counter, such as fixing a base, threading and connection. Such a mounting method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also requires high skills of constructors. Meanwhile, the operations are often inconvenient due to limited space below the counter. In conventional mounting methods, the faucet handle and the counter are prone to damage due to multiple times of adjustment and fixation.

SUMMARY

To solve the above problems, the objective of the present application is to provide a quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet and a split handle faucet.

The present application is implemented as follows: A quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet includes a handle body, a mounting hole formed on a counter, a counter top fixing assembly, and a counter bottom fixing assembly, where the counter top fixing assembly is arranged on the counter, the counter bottom fixing assembly is arranged below the counter, a first connector is connected between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly, and a radial size of the counter top fixing assembly is greater than that of the mounting hole; a radial size of the counter bottom fixing assembly is less than that of the mounting hole in one portion and greater than that of the mounting hole in the remaining portion; the counter top fixing assembly is provided with a first quick connector, the handle body is provided with a second quick connector, and the first quick connector is connected to the second quick connector for mounting the handle body to the counter top fixing assembly.

Preferably, the first quick connector is provided with a first docking portion, the second quick connector is provided with a second docking portion, and the first docking portion is docked and fixed with the second docking portion.

Preferably, the first docking portion is an elastic portion, and the second docking portion is a bayonet; or the first docking portion is a bayonet, and the second docking portion is an elastic portion; the elastic portion is inserted into the bayonet. The first docking portion and the second docking portion may alternatively be screwed by threads.

Preferably, the elastic portion is a spring fastener, or the elastic portion is a spring plunger.

Preferably, the counter top fixing assembly further includes a counter top fixing ring, and a first connecting hole is provided on a wall surface of the counter top fixing ring; the counter bottom fixing assembly includes a counter bottom pressing block, the counter bottom pressing block is provided with a threaded hole, the first connector includes a bolt, and the bolt is inserted into the first connecting hole and threaded into the threaded hole.

Preferably, a positioning pin hole is provided on the counter top fixing ring, a positioning pin hole is also provided in the counter bottom pressing block, a same positioning pin is inserted into these two positioning pin holes, and the positioning pin is parallel to an axis of the bolt; a notch is provided on a circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring, and the first connecting hole and the positioning pin holes are formed at the notch; the surface, in contact with a lower surface of the counter, of the counter bottom pressing block is provided with patterns.

Preferably, the first quick connector is a fixing sleeve, the first docking portion is arranged on a circumferential wall of the fixing sleeve, the fixing sleeve is sleeved with the counter top fixing ring, and the counter top fixing ring and the counter clamp the fixing sleeve; a positioning rib is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, a positioning groove is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring; or a positioning groove is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, and a positioning rib is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring; the positioning rib is arranged in the positioning groove; a yielding groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring at a position corresponding to the first docking portion.

Preferably, the second quick connector is a valve core seat, the valve core seat is sleeved on the fixing sleeve, a valve core hole is provided in the valve core seat, a concentric ring is provided on a lower outer circumferential surface of the valve core seat, the second docking portion is arranged on a circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the fixing sleeve is located between an inner circumferential surface of the concentric ring and a bottom circumferential surface of the valve core seat.

Preferably, a limit groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the corresponding limit rib is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; or a limit rib is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the corresponding limit groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; the limit rib is located in the limit groove.

Preferred, the quick mounting device further includes a positioning fixture, the positioning fixture includes a telescopic positioning rod, a positioning cylinder is provided at each of two ends of the positioning rod respectively, and the positioning cylinder is provided with a positioning portion fitted with the counter top fixing assembly.

A split handle faucet includes the quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet as described above.

Beneficial effects of the present application are as follows: The present application provides a quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet. Compared with the prior art, the present application has at least the following technical effects: 1. The quick mounting device is provided with the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly, the first connector is arranged between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly to clamp the two at the counter, and the counter bottom fixing assembly is partially less than the mounting hole, which facilitates the placement of the counter bottom fixing assembly from the top to the bottom of the counter. The counter top fixing assembly is provided with the first quick connector, the handle body is provided with the second quick connector, and the first quick connector fits with the second quick connector to quickly mount the handle onto the counter, thereby avoiding the operations of fixing a base, threading and connection under the counter. 2. The first quick connector has the first docking portion, the second quick connector has the second docking portion, and the two docking portions are docked and fixed to assemble the handle, such that the connection between the handle and the base does not need to be operated under the counter. 3. The first quick connector and the second quick connector are designed in the form of an elastic portion and a bayonet. By docking and compressing the two, the elastic portion can be inserted into the bayonet to complete connection and fixation easily and quickly. 4. The counter top fixing ring is provided with the first connecting hole, and the pressing block is provided with the threaded hole, such that the counter top fixing ring and the pressing block can approach each other to clamp the counter or loosen by rotating the bolt. In addition, the counter top fixing ring and the pressing block are further provided with the positioning pin holes, the positioning pin is inserted into these positioning pin holes, and the positioning pin fits with the bolt to ensure corresponding circumferential limiting of the counter bottom pressing block and the counter top fixing ring, such that the counter top fixing ring is fixed, and the counter bottom pressing block can be prevented from rotating when rotating the bolt. 5. The fixing sleeve and the counter top fixing ring are provided with the corresponding positioning groove and positioning rib, which can ensure accurate connection between the two, such that the yielding groove can be aligned with the elastic portion for yielding. 6. The valve core seat is provided with the concentric ring, which facilitates the positioning and connection of the counter top fixing assembly by the valve core seat, and enables the elastic portion to be clamped with the bayonet. 7. The corresponding limit rib and limit groove are provided on the circumferential surfaces of the concentric ring and the fixing sleeve, to facilitate the alignment and clamping of the bayonet and the elastic portion. 8. The positioning fixture with two positioning cylinders is configured, and the positioning cylinder is provided with the positioning portion fitted with the counter top fixing assembly, thereby positioning the counter top fixing assembly to an accurate position and ensuring that two handles are mounted in a straight line.

The present application provides a split handle faucet. Compared with the prior art, the present application has at least the following technical effects: 1. The split handle faucet is provided with the aforementioned quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet, the first connector is arranged between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly to clamp the two at the counter, and the counter bottom fixing assembly is partially less than the mounting hole, which facilitates the placement of the counter bottom fixing assembly from the top to the bottom of the counter. The counter top fixing assembly is provided with the first quick connector, the handle body is provided with the second quick connector, and the first quick connector fits with the second quick connector to quickly mount the handle onto the counter, thereby avoiding the operations of fixing a base, threading and connection under the counter.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Further explanation of the present application will be provided below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 10, a quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet includes a handle body 1, a mounting hole formed on a counter 11, a counter top fixing assembly, and a counter bottom fixing assembly. The counter top fixing assembly is arranged on the counter 11, the counter bottom fixing assembly is arranged below the counter 11, a first connector 2 is connected between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly, and a radial size of the counter top fixing assembly is greater than that of the mounting hole; a radial size of the counter bottom fixing assembly is less than that of the mounting hole in one portion and greater than that of the mounting hole in the remaining portion; the counter top fixing assembly is provided with a first quick connector 3, the handle body 1 is provided with a second quick connector 4, and the first quick connector 3 is connected to the second quick connector 4 for mounting the handle body 1 to the counter top fixing assembly. The quick mounting device is provided with the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly, the first connector 2 is arranged between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly to clamp the two at the counter 11, and the counter bottom fixing assembly is partially less than the mounting hole, which facilitates the placement of the counter bottom fixing assembly from the top of the counter 11 to the bottom of the counter 11. The counter top fixing assembly is provided with the first quick connector 3, the handle body 1 is provided with the second quick connector 4, and the first quick connector 3 fits with the second quick connector 4 to quickly mount the handle onto the counter 11, thereby avoiding the operations of fixing a base, threading and connection under the counter 11.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, 9, and 10, preferably, the first quick connector 3 is provided with a first docking portion, the second quick connector 4 is provided with a second docking portion, and the first docking portion is docked and fixed with the second docking portion. The first quick connector 3 has the first docking portion, the second quick connector 4 has the second docking portion, and the two docking portions are docked and fixed to assemble the handle, such that the connection between the handle and the base does not need to be operated under the counter 11.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, 9, and 10, preferably, the first docking portion is an elastic portion, and the second docking portion is a bayonet 41; or the first docking portion is a bayonet 41, and the second docking portion is an elastic portion; the elastic portion is inserted into the bayonet 41. The first docking portion and the second docking portion may alternatively be screwed by threads. The first quick connector 3 and the second quick connector 4 are designed in the form of an elastic portion and a bayonet 41. By docking and compressing the two, the elastic portion can be inserted into the bayonet 41 to complete connection and fixation easily and quickly.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, 9, and 10, preferably, the elastic portion is a spring fastener 31, or the elastic portion is a spring plunger. The spring fastener 31 or the spring plunger deforms under force. The bayonet 41, when moving to the spring fastener 31 or the spring plunger, is reset and inserted into the bayonet 41, to achieve quick connection and fixation of the first quick connector 3 and the second quick connector 4.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, 9, and 10, preferably, the counter top fixing assembly further includes a counter top fixing ring 5, and a first connecting hole is provided on a wall surface of the counter top fixing ring 5; the counter bottom fixing assembly includes a counter bottom pressing block 6, the pressing block is provided with a threaded hole, the first connector 2 includes a bolt, and the bolt is inserted into the first connecting hole and threaded into the threaded hole. A positioning pin 7 hole is provided on the counter top fixing ring 5, a positioning pin 7 hole is also provided in the counter bottom pressing block 6, a same positioning pin 7 is inserted into these two positioning pin 7 holes, and the positioning pin 7 is parallel to an axis of the bolt; a notch 51 is provided on a circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring 5, and the first connecting hole and the positioning pin 7 holes are formed at the notch 51; the surface, in contact with a lower surface of the counter 11, of the counter bottom pressing block 6 is provided with patterns. The counter top fixing ring 5 is provided with the first connecting hole, and the pressing block is provided with the threaded hole, such that the counter top fixing ring 5 and the pressing block can approach each other to clamp the counter 11 or loosen by rotating the bolt. In addition, the counter top fixing ring and the pressing block are further provided with the positioning pin 7 holes, the positioning pin 7 is inserted into these positioning pin 7 holes, and the positioning pin 7 fits with the bolt to ensure corresponding circumferential limiting of the counter bottom pressing block 6 and the counter top fixing ring 5, such that the counter top fixing ring 5 is fixed, and the counter bottom pressing block 6 can be prevented from rotating when rotating the bolt. The notch 51 is formed on the side wall of the counter top fixing ring 5, and the first connecting hole and the positioning pin 7 holes are provided at the notch 51, which can reduce the occupation of internal space of the counter top fixing ring 5, reserve enough mounting space for water inlet and outlet pipelines, shorten the lengths of the bolt and the positioning pin 7, and save materials. The counter bottom pressing block 6 is provided with patterns, which increase the roughness of the contact surface to increase friction.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, 9, and 10, preferably, the first quick connector 3 is a fixing sleeve, the first docking portion is arranged on a circumferential wall of the fixing sleeve, the fixing sleeve is sleeved with the counter top fixing ring 5, and the counter top fixing ring 5 and the counter 11 clamp the fixing sleeve; a positioning rib 32 is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, a positioning groove 52 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring 5; or a positioning groove 52 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, and a positioning rib 32 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring; the positioning rib 32 is arranged in the positioning groove 52; a yielding groove 53 is provided on the circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring 5 at a position corresponding to the first docking portion. The counter top fixing assembly further includes a flange 8, the flange 8 is located on the counter 11, a sunken recess is provided on an inner circumference of the flange 8, and the fixing sleeve is placed in the recess. The fixing sleeve and the counter top fixing ring 5 are provided with the corresponding positioning groove 52 and positioning rib 32, which can ensure accurate connection between the two, such that the yielding groove 53 can be aligned with the elastic portion for yielding.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, 9, and 10, preferably, the second quick connector 4 is a valve core 10 seat, the valve core 10 seat is sleeved on the fixing sleeve, a valve core hole is provided in the valve core 10 seat, a concentric ring 42 is provided on a lower outer circumferential surface of the valve core 10 seat, the second docking portion is arranged on a circumferential surface of the concentric ring 42, and the fixing sleeve is located between an inner circumferential surface of the concentric ring 42 and a bottom circumferential surface of the valve core 10 seat. The valve core 10 seat is provided with the concentric ring 42, which facilitates the positioning and connection of the counter top fixing assembly by the valve core 10 seat, and enables the elastic portion to be clamped with the bayonet 41.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, 9, and 10, preferably, a limit groove 43 is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring 42, and the corresponding limit rib 33 is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; or a limit rib 33 is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring 42, and the corresponding limit groove 43 is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; the limit rib 33 is located in the limit groove 43. The corresponding limit rib 33 and limit groove 43 are provided on the circumferential surfaces of the concentric ring 42 and the fixing sleeve, to facilitate the alignment and clamping of the bayonet 41 and the elastic portion. A valve core 10 is mounted into the valve core hole, and an upper portion of the valve core 10 is provided with a threaded connection portion. The specific connection between the upper portion of the valve core 10 and the handle is the prior art and will not be elaborated.

With reference to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, preferably, the quick mounting device further includes a positioning fixture 9, the positioning fixture 9 includes a telescopic positioning rod, a positioning cylinder 93 is provided at each of two ends of the positioning rod respectively, and the positioning cylinder 93 is provided with a positioning portion 94 fitted with the counter top fixing assembly. The positioning fixture 9 with two positioning cylinders 93 is configured, and the positioning cylinder 93 is provided with the positioning portion 94 fitted with the counter top fixing assembly, thereby positioning the counter top fixing assembly to an accurate position and ensuring that two handles are mounted in a straight line. The positioning rod includes a telescopic cylinder 91, a connecting rod 92 passes through two ends of the telescopic cylinder 91, the positioning cylinder 93 is fixedly connected to the end of the connecting rod 92 away from the telescopic cylinder 91, a grip handle 95 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the telescopic cylinder 91, a guide groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the telescopic cylinder 91 to avoid the handle, a guide strip is provided on a circumferential surface of the connecting rod 92, and the guide strip is located in the guide groove to limit the rotation of the connecting rod 92. The positioning portion 94 is a groove formed on the circumferential surface of the positioning cylinder 93, and is fitted with the position where the first connecting hole and the positioning pin 7 holes are provided on the counter top fixing ring 5.

With reference to FIG. 10, a split handle faucet includes the quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet as described above. The split handle faucet is provided with the aforementioned quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet, the first connector 2 is arranged between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly to clamp the two at the counter 11, and the counter bottom fixing assembly is partially less than the mounting hole, which facilitates the placement of the counter bottom fixing assembly from the top of the counter 11 to the bottom of the counter 11. The counter top fixing assembly is provided with the first quick connector 3, the handle body 1 is provided with the second quick connector 4, and the first quick connector 3 fits with the second quick connector 4 to quickly mount the handle onto the counter 11, thereby avoiding the operations of fixing a base, threading and connection under the counter 11.

The present application has the following working principle:

1. The counter top fixing ring 5 is inserted into the fixing sleeve, the yielding groove 53 is aligned with the spring fastener 31, the positioning groove 52 on the outer diameter of the counter top fixing ring 5 is aligned with the positioning rib 32 on the outer diameter of the fixing sleeve, and the counter top fixing ring is pressed until its two ends are flush.

2. The positioning pin 7 is inserted into the positioning pin 7 holes of the counter top fixing ring 5, and then the bolt is mounted to connect with the counter bottom pressing block 6.

3. The flange 8 is placed in the mounting hole of the counter 11.

4. The handle counter bottom pressing block 6 in the assembly of the counter top fixing ring 5 mounted in the previous steps passes through the middle of the flange 8 and the mounting hole.

5. The bolt on the handle counter top fixing assembly is adjusted to the corresponding position by the positioning fixture 9 (as shown in FIG. 9), then the bolt is swirled with an inner hexagon tool, and the bolt drives the counter bottom pressing block 6, which is finally locked on the counter 11.

6. The direction of the handle assembly (as shown in FIG. 8) is determined, and then the limit groove 43 on the concentric outer ring of the valve core 10 seat is aligned with the limit rib 33 on the fixing sleeve; the bayonet 41 on the concentric outer ring of the valve core 10 seat is aligned with the spring fastener 31 on the fixing sleeve, the spring fastener is directly inserted into the bayonet by slight force to complete fastening and fixation, and the mounting of the handle is completed.

The following should be noted: Firstly, in the description of the present application, unless otherwise specified and defined, the terms "mounted", "connected", and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, the "connection" may be mechanical or electrical connection, internal communication between two components, or direct connection; the terms "up", "down", "left", "right", etc. are only used for indicating relative positional relationships; and when the absolute position of a described object changes, the relative positional relationship may change.

Secondly, in the accompanying drawings of the disclosed embodiments of the present application, only the structures related to the disclosed embodiments are mentioned, and other structures can refer to the usual design; and the same embodiment and different embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other on a non-conflict basis

Finally, described above are only the preferred embodiments of the present application, the scope of protection of the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and any technical solution under the concept of the present application falls within the scope of protection of the present application.

It should be pointed out that, for those of ordinary skill in the art, many improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered within the scope of protection of the present application.

Claims

1. A quick mounting device for a split handle of a faucet, comprising a handle body, a mounting hole formed on a counter, a counter top fixing assembly, and a counter bottom fixing assembly, wherein the counter top fixing assembly is arranged on the counter, the counter bottom fixing assembly is arranged below the counter, a first connector is connected between the counter top fixing assembly and the counter bottom fixing assembly, and a radial size of the counter top fixing assembly is greater than that of the mounting hole; a radial size of the counter bottom fixing assembly is less than that of the mounting hole in one portion and greater than that of the mounting hole in the remaining portion; the counter top fixing assembly is provided with a first quick connector, the handle body is provided with a second quick connector, and the first quick connector is connected to the second quick connector for mounting the handle body to the counter top fixing assembly.

2. The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 1, wherein the first quick connector is provided with a first docking portion, the second quick connector is provided with a second docking portion, and the first docking portion is docked and fixed with the second docking portion.

3. The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 2, wherein the first docking portion is an elastic portion, and the second docking portion is a bayonet; or the first docking portion is a bayonet, and the second docking portion is an elastic portion; the elastic portion is inserted into the bayonet.

The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 2, wherein the counter top fixing assembly further comprises a counter top fixing ring, and a first connecting hole is provided on a wall surface of the counter top fixing ring; the counter bottom fixing assembly comprises a counter bottom pressing block, the pressing block is provided with a threaded hole, the first connector comprises a bolt, and the bolt is inserted into the first connecting hole and threaded into the threaded hole.

The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 4, wherein a positioning pin hole is provided on the counter top fixing ring, a positioning pin hole is also provided in the counter bottom pressing block, a same positioning pin is inserted into these two positioning pin holes, and the positioning pin is parallel to an axis of the bolt; a notch is provided on a circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring, and the first connecting hole and the positioning pin holes are formed at the notch; the surface, in contact with a lower surface of the counter, of the counter bottom pressing block is provided with patterns.

The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 4, wherein the first quick connector is a fixing sleeve, the first docking portion is arranged on a circumferential wall of the fixing sleeve, the fixing sleeve is sleeved with the counter top fixing ring, and the counter top fixing ring and the counter clamp the fixing sleeve; a positioning rib is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, and a positioning groove is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring; or a positioning groove is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve, and a positioning rib is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring; the positioning rib is arranged in the positioning groove; a yielding groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the counter top fixing ring at a position corresponding to the first docking portion.

The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 6, wherein the second quick connector is a valve core seat, the valve core seat is sleeved on the fixing sleeve, a valve core hole is provided in the valve core seat, a concentric ring is provided on a lower outer circumferential surface of the valve core seat, the second docking portion is arranged on a circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the fixing sleeve is located between an inner circumferential surface of the concentric ring and a bottom circumferential surface of the valve core seat.

The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 7, wherein a limit groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the corresponding limit rib is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; or a limit rib is provided on the circumferential surface of the concentric ring, and the corresponding limit groove is provided on the circumferential surface of the fixing sleeve; the limit rib is located in the limit groove.

9. The quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning fixture, wherein the positioning fixture comprises a telescopic positioning rod, a positioning cylinder is provided at each of two ends of the positioning rod respectively, and the positioning cylinder is provided with a positioning portion fitted with the counter top fixing assembly.

10. A split handle faucet, comprising the quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 1.

11. A split handle faucet, comprising the quick mounting device for the split handle of the faucet according to claim 9.
