BACKGROUNDAs neck fans continue to develop, users now come in all shapes and sizes, including height, body type, and gender, and their requirements for the airflow position and volume of the neck fan vary. Current neck fans have relatively fixed airflow angles with very limited adjustment, or only offer a single airflow angle that can be selected for horizontal or vertical rotation. This fails to meet the airflow angle and comfort requirements of different user groups and different blowing positions.

Further, a plurality of guide ribs are disposed inside the elongated section, and the guide ribs extend from an interior of the elongated section toward the air outlet.
Further, the universal joint is integrally formed on the side housing.
Further, the neck housing includes a fixed base and a face housing, an end of the face housing is provided with a spherical receiving chamber, and the spherical receiving chamber is provided with a first curved groove disposed corresponding to the universal joint; the fixed base is provided with a second curved groove that cooperates with the first curved groove, and the universal joint is enclosed between the first curved groove and the second curved groove.

Optionally, the air outlet assembly may be a fan mounted on the side housing.
Further, the neck housing is provided inside with a second fixed base and a third fixed base, the second fixed base is integrally formed inside the neck housing, and the second fixed base and the third fixed base are detachably connected with each other; the universal joint is clamped between the second fixed base and the third fixed base, the universal joint is provided with a positioning member, and the positioning element is provided with a plurality of positioning holes; the neck housing is provided correspondingly with a telescopic pin and a spring for driving the pin to telescope, and the pin may be inserted into the positioning hole to fix a rotation angle of the universal joint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
Compared to traditional one-piece U-shaped neck fans, the invention divides the main body into the neck housing and two side housings, which are connected by the universal joint. This design allows the angle to be adjusted according to the user needs, providing a more personalized user experience and improving the flexibility of fan use.
In Embodiment One, the air outlet assembly is disposed in the sealed air cavity inside the neck housing and/or the side housing. By optimizing the airflow design, such as the elongated sections and the guide ribs, the airflow may be guided to be delivered more evenly and gently in a more reasonable distribution, achieving comprehensive and surrounding airflow to areas such as the neck and face, providing a comfortable feel and making it suitable for long-term daily wear.
In Embodiment Two, the air outlet assembly uses the fan that is directly mounted on the side housing. The direct-blowing structure reduces airflow loss and delivers airflow more directly, concentratedly, and powerfully to desired positions for users, which results in significant rapid cooling, and is more suitable for use in high-temperature environments or scenarios with high airflow requirements. Furthermore, an automatic locking mechanism with the pin and the positioning holes has been added, which may automatically lock after the user adjusts to the required angle, improving the convenience and stability of use.

Further description of the present invention will be made below in combination with drawings.
Embodiment OneAs shown in
Optionally, the air outlet assembly 4 may further be mounted inside the neck housing 1, as shown in
More specifically, the air outlet assembly 4 includes a sealed air chamber 5 independent of the side housing, which may effectively maintain the airtightness of an air duct to reduce loss in air volume and increase the blowing volume and the requirements for body comfort; a fan motor 501 is mounted inside the sealed air cavity 5, which may provide strong power support and generate greater air pressure, and a side of the sealed air cavity 5 is provided with a large-flow air outlet 502, which may distribute the airflow to a larger area, accelerate the cooling speed and allow users to experience a more comfortable cooling effect.
As a preferred embodiment, the sealed air cavity 5 is provided inside with an elongated section 503 disposed corresponding to the air outlet 502, and a width of the elongated section 503 is gradually decreased from the fan motor 501 to a distal end, as shown in
As a preferred embodiment, a plurality of guide ribs 504 are disposed inside the elongated section 503, and the guide ribs 504 extend from an interior of the elongated section 503 toward the air outlet 502, as shown in
In the embodiment, the universal joint 3 is integrally formed on the side housing 2, which may improve the overall strength and rigidity, and also simplify the assembly process. Of course, in addition to this method, a separate universal joint 3 may further be provided, which is fixed after being assembled with front and rear covers of the side housing 2, similar to a spherical receiving chamber 6 described below.
In the embodiment, the neck housing 1 includes a fixed base 101 and a face housing 102, an end of the face housing 102 is provided with a spherical receiving chamber 6, and the spherical receiving chamber 6 is provided with a first curved groove 601 disposed corresponding to the universal joint 3; the fixed base 101 is provided with a second curved groove that cooperates with the first curved groove 601, and the universal joint 3 is enclosed between the first curved groove 601 and the second curved groove. In this design, the universal joint 3 is also configured as a ball joint, which achieves universal rotation through the first curved groove 601 and the second curved groove. Of course, the design is not limited to a ball joint, and may be any shape within the first curved groove 601 and the second curved groove, as long as universal rotation may be achieved. Preferably, a spherical shape is preferred because better stability and balance may be provided.
In the embodiment, a limit stop bar 301 is disposed outside the universal joint 3, and the first curved groove 601 is provided with an opening groove 602 disposed corresponding to the limit stop bar 301. In this design, the limit stop bar 301 is disposed outside the universal joint 3, so that the universal joint 3 may rotate flexibly, while also limiting a rotation range of the universal joint 3 to a certain extent, thereby preventing from rotating unnecessarily under unrestricted conditions. The first curved groove 601 is provided with the opening groove 602 corresponding to the limit stop bar 301, which may effectively cooperate the universal joint 3 with the limit stop bar 301; when the universal joint 3 is rotated to a certain position, the opening groove 602 will contact a curved surface, so that the universal joint 3 may no longer be rotated, thereby limiting a rotation angle of the universal joint 3. This design not only effectively controls the rotation range of the universal joint 3, but also avoids unnecessary impacts during the movement, thus improving the convenience and stability of the product.
Embodiment Two As shown in
In the embodiment, the air outlet assembly 4 is disposed outside the side housing 2, and the air outlet assembly 4 includes a fan 7 directly mounted on the side housing 2. The airflow generated by the fan 7 is blown out directly, forming a direct-blowing air outlet structure. This design eliminates the need for complex air ducts, resulting in more direct and stronger airflow and making it suitable for user scenarios with requirements in high air speed.
In the embodiment, an automatically locking mechanism is used in the fixing structure of the universal joint 3. Specifically, the neck housing 1 is provided with an integrally-formed second fixed base 8 and a detachably-connected third fixed base 9. The universal joint 3 is clamped between the second fixed base 8 and the third fixed base 9.
To achieve automatic fixing after angle adjustment, the universal joint 3 is provided with a positioning member 10, and the positioning member 10 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 1001. The neck housing 1 is provided correspondingly with a telescopic pin 11 and a spring 12 for driving the pin 11 to telescope. When the user adjusts the side housing 2 to the desired angle, the pin 11 may automatically extend and retract into the corresponding positioning hole 1001 to achieve automatic locking for the angle.
