DETACHABLE AND REPLACEABLE BATTERY CELL ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE
The present application relates to an e-cigarette with a detachable and replaceable battery. The e-cigarette comprises a housing, an atomization assembly, and an electronic control assembly. The housing defines an air inlet hole and a suction hole, and the atomization assembly is disposed in the housing, wherein both the air inlet hole and the suction hole are in communication with the atomization assembly. The housing comprises a main body and a cover, the main body defining a battery compartment, and the cover being detachably connected to the main body. The electronic control assembly comprises a circuit board and a battery module, the circuit board being disposed in the main body, and the battery module being disposed in the battery compartment. The present application achieves the effect of making removal and replacement of the battery module simpler and more convenient.

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the field of e-cigarettes, and in particular to a detachable and replaceable battery e-cigarette.
BACKGROUNDAs an electronic product that simulates a conventional cigarette, an e-cigarette is highly similar to a conventional cigarette in terms of appearance, the state of aerosol generated during use, and the user experience, and is therefore widely used as a substitute for conventional cigarettes. An e-cigarette generally includes a housing, an atomizing assembly, and an electronic control assembly. The housing is provided with an air inlet hole and a suction hole. The atomizing assembly is disposed inside the housing and is configured to atomize e-liquid into aerosol. The electronic control assembly supplies power to and controls the atomizing assembly. During use, external air enters the atomizing assembly through the air inlet hole, carries the aerosol generated by heating the e-liquid in the atomizing assembly, and then enters the user’s mouth through the suction hole. The electronic control assembly generally includes a battery module.
In existing e-cigarettes, the battery module is generally fixedly disposed inside the housing and is not detachable. As a result, when the e-cigarette is discarded, it is difficult to disassemble and recycle the battery module, such that the discarded battery module may easily cause environmental pollution. In addition, when the battery module is damaged, the user cannot easily and quickly detach and replace the battery module.
In order to make removal and replacement of the battery module easier and more convenient, the present application provides a detachable and replaceable battery e-cigarette.
The present application adopts the following technical solution:
A detachable and replaceable battery e-cigarette includes a housing, an atomizing assembly, and an electronic control assembly. The housing is provided with an air inlet hole and a suction hole. The atomizing assembly is disposed in the housing and is configured to atomize e-liquid into aerosol, and both the air inlet hole and the suction hole are in communication with the atomizing assembly.
The housing includes a main body and a cover body. The main body is provided with a battery chamber. The cover body is detachably connected to the main body and closes the battery chamber. The electronic control assembly includes a circuit board and a battery module. The circuit board is disposed in the main body, and the battery module is disposed in the battery chamber. When the battery module is inserted into the battery chamber, the battery module is electrically connected to the circuit board. When the battery module is removed from the battery chamber, the battery module is disconnected from the circuit board.
Optionally, the main body is provided with a snap-fit groove, and the cover body is provided with a snap-fit block. When the main body and the cover body are detachably connected, the snap-fit block extends into and snap-fit engages with the snap-fit groove.
Optionally, the snap-fit groove includes a snap-fit section and a sliding section, and the snap-fit section communicates with the sliding section. After the snap-fit block slides from the sliding section to the snap-fit section, the snap-fit block snap-fit engages with the snap-fit groove. After the snap-fit block slides from the snap-fit section to the sliding section, the snap-fit block disengages from the snap-fit groove.
Optionally, a snap-fit protrusion is fixedly disposed in the groove body of the snap-fit section. When the snap-fit block slides to the snap-fit section, the snap-fit block abuts against the snap-fit protrusion so as to prevent the snap-fit block from sliding from the snap-fit section to the sliding section.
Optionally, the cover body is fixedly provided with a sliding block, and the main body is provided with a sliding groove. When the snap-fit block slides from the snap-fit section to the sliding section, the sliding block slides along the groove body of the sliding groove.
Optionally, the cover body is provided with bottom oil-absorbing cotton. When the cover body is connected to the housing, the bottom oil-absorbing cotton abuts against the battery module.
Optionally, the circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to two conductive metal pins, and the battery module is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to two conductive metal rings. The two conductive metal rings are coaxially arranged. When the battery module is inserted into the battery chamber, the two conductive metal pins respectively abut against and are electrically connected to the two conductive metal rings, thereby realizing electrical connection between the battery module and the circuit board.
Optionally, the atomizing assembly includes a central post, oil-conducting cotton, an atomizing core, and filter cotton. The central post is disposed in the main body. The central post is provided with an oil-conducting hole for oil feeding. The atomizing core is disposed inside the central post. The oil-conducting cotton is disposed on the central post and located between the central post and the atomizing core. The filter cotton is disposed on the central post, located at the bottom of the atomizing core, and abuts against the atomizing core, and the filter cotton abuts against the oil-conducting cotton.
The main body is provided with an oil storage chamber, and the liquid in the oil storage chamber enters the atomizing assembly through the oil-conducting hole for atomization.
Optionally, the hole body of the suction hole is provided with mouthpiece oil-absorbing cotton, and the mouthpiece oil-absorbing cotton is configured to absorb oil in the aerosol passing through the suction hole.
Optionally, the main body is provided with an oil-blocking block, and the oil-blocking block is provided with an oil-blocking groove.
The oil-blocking block is fixedly provided with an air guide tube. After airflow enters the e-cigarette through the air inlet hole, the airflow enters the atomizing assembly through the air guide tube.
The circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to a light-emitting module. The main body is provided with a light-transmitting hole, and light emitted by the light-emitting module passes through the oil-blocking block and shines out of the main body through the light-transmitting hole.
The circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to a sensing module. The oil-blocking block is provided with a sensing groove. The sensing module extends through the sensing groove, and the sensing groove communicates with the suction hole.
In summary, the present application achieves at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
When the user discards the e-cigarette and needs to disassemble the battery module for recycling, or when the battery module of the e-cigarette is damaged and needs to be detached and replaced, the cover body is detached from the main body, such that the cover body is disconnected from the main body and the battery chamber is opened. Accordingly, the user can remove the battery module from the battery chamber. After the battery module is removed from the battery chamber, the battery module is disconnected from the circuit board, thereby completing removal of the battery module. If the user needs to replace the battery module with a new one, the new battery module is reinserted into the battery chamber and the cover body is reconnected to the main body, thereby completing replacement of the battery module. It should be understood that when the battery module is inserted into the battery chamber, the battery module is electrically connected to the circuit board, thereby making removal and replacement of the battery module easier and more convenient. This improves upon the existing situation in which the battery module of an e-cigarette is generally fixed inside the housing and cannot be removed, which makes disassembly and recycling difficult when the e-cigarette is discarded, may cause environmental pollution due to discarded battery modules, and prevents the user from easily and quickly replacing a damaged battery module.

Specifically, when the cover body 12 needs to be detached from the main body 11 so that the battery chamber 111 can be opened, the cover body 12 is driven to rotate relative to the main body 11, such that the cover body 12 drives the snap-fit block 121 to slide along the snap-fit groove 112. In this way, the snap-fit block 121 slides from the snap-fit section 1121 to the sliding section 1122, thereby disengaging the cover body 12 from the main body 11 so that the cover body 12 can be detached from the main body 11. When the snap-fit block 121 slides within the snap-fit section 1121, the sliding block 122 slides along the sliding groove 117 to guide movement of the snap-fit block 121, thereby improving sliding stability of the snap-fit block 121.

The implementation principle of the detachable and replaceable battery e-cigarette according to the embodiment of the present application is as follows. When the user discards the e-cigarette and needs to detach the battery module 32 for recycling, or when the battery module 32 of the e-cigarette is damaged and needs to be detached and replaced, the cover body 12 is detached from the main body 11, such that the cover body 12 is disconnected from the main body 11 and the battery chamber 111 is opened. Accordingly, the user can detach the battery module 32 from the battery chamber 111 and remove it from the battery chamber 111. After the battery module 32 is removed from the battery chamber 111, the battery module 32 is disconnected from the circuit board 31, thereby completing removal of the battery module 32. If the user needs to replace the battery module 32 with a new battery module 32, the new battery module 32 is reinserted into the battery chamber 111 and the cover body 12 is reconnected to the main body 11, thereby completing removal and replacement of the battery module 32. It should be understood that when the battery module 32 is inserted into the battery chamber 111, the battery module 32 is electrically connected to the circuit board 31, thereby making removal and replacement of the battery module 32 easier and more convenient. This improves upon the problem in existing e-cigarettes in which the battery module 32 is generally fixed inside the housing 1 and cannot be removed, thereby making disassembly and recycling difficult when the e-cigarette is discarded, causing discarded battery modules 32 to easily pollute the environment, and preventing the user from easily and quickly detaching and replacing the battery module 32 when it is damaged.
The foregoing embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, any equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape, and principle of the present application shall fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
Claims
1. An e-cigarette with a detachable and replaceable battery, comprising a housing, an atomizing assembly, and an electronic control assembly, wherein the housing is provided with an air inlet hole and a suction hole, the atomizing assembly is disposed in the housing and configured to atomize e-liquid into aerosol, and the air inlet hole and the suction hole are both in communication with the atomizing assembly; wherein the housing comprises a main body and a cover body, the main body is provided with a battery chamber, the cover body is detachably connected to the main body to close the battery chamber, the electronic control assembly comprises a circuit board and a battery module, the circuit board is disposed in the main body, and the battery module is disposed in the battery chamber; wherein when the battery module is inserted into the battery chamber, the battery module is electrically connected to the circuit board, and when the battery module is removed from the battery chamber, the battery module is disconnected from the circuit board.

The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the main body is provided with a snap-fitting groove, the cover body is provided with a snap-fitting block, and when the main body and the cover body are detachably connected, the snap-fitting block extends into and snap-fits with the snap-fitting groove.

The e-cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the snap-fitting groove comprises a snap-fitting section and a sliding section that are in communication with each other; after the snap-fitting block slides from the sliding section to the snap-fitting section, the snap-fitting block and the snap-fitting groove are snap-fitted with each other; after the snap-fitting block slides from the snap-fitting section to the sliding section, the snap-fitting block is disengaged from the snap-fitting groove.

The e-cigarette according to claim 3, wherein a snap-fitting protrusion is fixedly disposed in the snap-fitting section of the snap-fitting groove, and when the snap-fitting block slides to the snap-fitting section, the snap-fitting block abuts against the snap-fitting protrusion to prevent the snap-fitting block from sliding from the snap-fitting section to the sliding section.
5. The e-cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the cover body is fixedly provided with a sliding block, the main body is provided with a sliding groove, and when the snap-fitting block slides from the snap-fitting section to the sliding section, the sliding block slides along the sliding groove.
6. The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the cover body is provided with a bottom oil-absorbing cotton, and when the cover body is connected to the housing, the bottom oil-absorbing cotton abuts against the battery module.

The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to two conductive metal pins, the battery module is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to two conductive metal rings, the two conductive metal rings being arranged coaxially; when the battery module is inserted into the battery chamber, the two conductive metal pins respectively abut against and are electrically connected with the two conductive metal rings so as to establish electrical connection between the battery module and the circuit board.

The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the atomizing assembly comprises a central post, an oil-conducting cotton, an atomizing core, and a filter cotton, the central post is disposed in the main body, the central post is provided with an oil-conducting hole for oil supply, the atomizing core is disposed inside the central post, the oil-conducting cotton is disposed in the central post and located between the central post and the atomizing core, the filter cotton is disposed in the central post and located at a bottom portion of the atomizing core and abuts against the atomizing core, and the filter cotton abuts against the oil-conducting cotton; wherein the main body is provided with an oil storage chamber, and oil in the oil storage chamber enters the atomizing assembly through the oil-conducting hole for atomization.
9. The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the suction hole is provided with a mouthpiece oil-absorbing cotton configured to absorb oil in the aerosol passing through the suction hole.

The e-cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the main body is provided with an oil-blocking block, the oil-blocking block being provided with an oil-blocking groove; the oil-blocking block is fixedly provided with an air guide tube, such that airflow entering the e-cigarette through the air inlet hole enters the atomizing assembly through the air guide tube; the circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to a light-emitting module, the main body is provided with a light-transmitting hole, and light emitted from the light-emitting module passes through the oil-blocking block and exits the housing through the light-transmitting hole; the circuit board is fixedly provided with and electrically connected to a sensing module, the oil-blocking block is provided with a sensing groove, the sensing module extends through the sensing groove, and the sensing groove is in communication with the suction hole.
